During a visit to India in July of this year, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton revealed not only the administration’s commitment to tackle ‘global climate change’, but also her willingness to link it to overpopulation.
After a roundtable discussion with Indian Minister for Environment Jairam Ramesh, Clinton openly pondered this supposed link:
“One of the participants”, Clinton stated, “pointed out that it’s rather odd to talk about climate change and what we must do to stop and prevent the ill effects without talking about population and family planning.”
“That was an incredibly important point”, Clinton added. “And yet, we talk about these things in very separate and often unconnected ways.”
These recent comments made by Clinton reflect the mindset of the neo-Malthusian scientists currently occupying key positions in the Obama administration.
It may not come as a complete surprise to those who have studied the matter in some depth. The same Malthusian idea that triggered eugenics in the past now inspires the current environmentalist movement pushing global carbon taxes and other supranational measures, supposedly to ‘curb our carbon footprint’.
A couple of months before Clinton’s statements, LifeNews.Com reported on the comments by Clinton advisor Nina Fedoroff, who stated before BBC One Planet:
“We need to continue to decrease the growth rate of the global population; the planet can’t support many more people. There are probably already too many people on the planet.”
What we are witnessing here is the true mindset and ambition of the globalists and their cronies, namely to reduce the world’s population, the sooner the better. As the elite often admit, the current fixation on CO2 is just a pretext in order to get the job done.

But it is a sick nasty program with many snags…

There are many ways the people of this planet can adapt and use our resources much more wisely. Energy technologies, reuse of materials, cleaner industry and long-term thinking can reduce the negative effects on the world around us to nearly nothing. But as long as diabolical people control all of our energy sources, and have a stranglehold on all the funding for research and then keep all of it secret, we’re going to keep making this a dirty place.

Here in America, it does feel as though the caucasian (white) race is declining. I travel quite a lot for my job, and in most places I see a lot more black and hispanic people than I do caucasian (white) people. I do not want to sound racist by saying this, its just an observation I have had for a while, your posting just made me think about a bit more.
I think the American and most of the European population is lower compared to India and China, because of how the cultures in America and Europe have changed over the years. Look back to the 40’s, 50’s & 60’s in America, typically only the father worked, while the mother stayed home to raise the children. Now we have both parents working, and most Americans are working more than 50 hours a week. Our society has changed that in order to get a job, a person needs to have a degree, as well as constantly continue with their education. Many people in America are not even starting a family until they are in their 30’s. Most only have one or two children.

Some, including myself, have linked the H1N1 vaccination programme, with an increasingly obvious and urgently accelerated chemtrail activity…..!
Stating that the later is a limited attempt to prevent (DNA/RNA mutating) cosmic rays entering our biosphere, and the former is an internal bio-chemical programme to splice DNA strand communications at cellular levels, using nano-particles in some, but not all, Swine flu vaccines.

1) During WW2, allied bombers distributed vast quantities of aluminium foil strips, known as “chaff,” in the air above potential target bombing runs, in order to confuse radar signals that may have been able to track the aircraft.

2) During the conventional Apollo space programme (official one) moon walks, the lunar modules had metallic sheeting to deflect cosmic and solar rays from penetrating their hulls.
3) Also, in Wikepedia, with reference to spacecraft and satellites, it states:
“Missions beyond low earth orbit leave the protection of the geomagnetic field, and transit the Van Allen belts. Thus they may need to be shielded against exposure to cosmic rays, Van Allen radiation, or solar flares. The region between two to three earth radii lies between the two radiation belts and is sometimes referred to as the “safe zone”
A satellite shielded by 3 mm of aluminium in an elliptic orbit (200 by 20,000 miles) passing through the radiation belts will receive about 2,500 rem (25 Sv) per year. Almost all radiation will be received while passing the inner belt. End Quote
So you can see that ALUMINIUM has been used in the past and present to deflect Van Allen radiation, cosmic rays, as well as radar, due to it’s highly reflective and flexible qualities. Short of building massive sky-placed sheets to reflect COSMIC RAYS from entering the biosphere, the easiest and cheapest method would be as small particles from commercial aircraft….Although, as I stated, this method is not fool proof…….What say you..?

Do you have a theory as to why chemtrails are laid?? Not who lays them, but why?? If you appreciate that contrails contain aluminium & barium salts, sprayed as fine particulates…
Consider some apparently unconnected facts:
1) During WW2, allied bombers distributed vast quantities of aluminium foil strips, known as “Chaff,” in the air above potential target bombing runs, in order to confuse radar signals that may have been able to track the aircraft.

2) During the conventional Apollo space programme (official one) moon walks, the lunar modules had metallic sheeting to deflect cosmic and solar rays from penetrating their hulls.
3) Also, in Wikepedia, with reference to spacecraft and satellites, it states:
“Missions beyond low earth orbit leave the protection of the geomagnetic field, and transit the Van Allen belts. Thus they may need to be shielded against exposure to cosmic rays, Van Allen radiation, or solar flares. The region between two to three earth radii lies between the two radiation belts and is sometimes referred to as the “safe zone”
A satellite shielded by 3 mm of aluminium in an elliptic orbit (200 by 20,000 miles) passing through the radiation belts will receive about 2,500 rem (25 Sv) per year. Almost all radiation will be received while passing the inner belt. End Quote
So you can see that ALUMINIUM has been used in the past and present to deflect Van Allen radiation, cosmic rays, as well as radar, due to it’s highly reflective and flexible qualities. Short of building massive sky-placed sheets to reflect COSMIC RAYS from entering the biosphere, the easiest and cheapest method would be as small particles from commercial aircraft….Although, as I stated, this method is not fool proof…….What say you..?

Some scientists have concluded that the earth has enough resources to sustain a world population of around 10 billion.
Food – The earth currently produces 2,264 million metric tons of cereals, which is the staple food of the world. North Americans use 1,280 cubic meters of water annually. Africans use 186. If there isn’t enough water, such as is the case in many countries, disease and malnutrition are the result. This is already happening, and will continue to spread as population continues to increase. Water also affects food in a big way, as 70% of water used by humans irrigates crops.
Energy – This is another area where humans are already using up our resources. Right now, a large part of our energy comes from fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are a finite resource. Arguments abound over when they will run out. Some say that oil production has already peaked and is decreasing. Once oil runs out, natural gas and coal may also quickly be depleted as replacements for oil, and we will be left with nothing. In energy, it’s not a question of how much life can be sustained. It’s a question of when the life support will end.

It’s a fact. Population always stablilize on their own. Whether those population are poor or rich. The poorer societies usually fall victim to disease and malnurishment. The richer societies experience people leaving for greener pastures, better envirenment, etc. Once the earth is fully populated, the empty spaces filled in, those populations will stabilize all on their own. The eugenicists know this. It’s why I believe these people follow a different god, a god that hates mankind, maybe a god who considers man an adversary.

So Hawk and Quayle are quick to say. I’ve never seen any evidence of such lists in America, but there’s certainly history of such lists. The Nazi’s surely made lists of citizens to round up, and what to do with them once in custody, and not all were treated equally.
Humans are sticklers for lists. I’m on at least 3 seperate mailing lists: dopey religious garbage, republican party (thanks to my support of Ron Paul), and credit card offers. I don’t need paranoids to tell me that I’m on a list! The government certainly has me on any number of lists: social security, passport, drivers license, concealed carry, DUI, Public Intox, Possession, etc. I’ve been fingerprinted so many times – I have no idea how many copies are out there and who has them stored!

Can you show the exact part where the conection is made? maybe you are jumping to that conclusion.
The problem that I see right now is lack of self control in many people in several aspects, including sexual behavior, and disregard or misunderestanding of civility.
So the two things will yield reproduction out of control (even by the two persons involved) and environment being even more neglected.
The important questions are: what is triggering that? and how?
I rather have a small family well taken care off. And see family planing as family love, higher consciousness and responsability toward society, which should have nothing to do with politics or money or power. But if somebody wants a large family and has money to afford it, they have the right to that. And a huge credit to the mother that accomplished that.
But if you look around you, you find plenty of small families , planned or not, people conscious of clean environment, yet we have a big messy world right now. So the main problems must be some where else.

Right on. More food is thrown away than eaten. How many of my tomatoes ended up back in the compost pile? I couldn’t process them all! I couldn’t give them all away! I remember living in Southern Florida, people would drive around with pick-ups loaded with citrus, begging people to take it! This is in the city, too. Heck, in my neighbors yard TONS of apples, pears and peaches fell on the ground and rotted. No one was there to pick it all. Man, I eat myself sick on fresh fruit! And when the pickings are ripe – it’s all for free! Free food! My garden: free food! And I only have 20,000 sqare feet. I could feed another 20 people, fresh vegatables and fruit, easy as pie. There’s no way I’m building that big of a garden! I couldn’t deal with all the “resources.” I’d have to throw it all away.
Go to my church in summertime. There will bags of fruit and vegatables for the taking. FREE FOOD! Oftentimes there is fresh trout in the fridge. FREE FOOD! I ain’t worrying about over-population just yet.

Its easy to claim the world isnt over-populated when you live in the US. But in Europe and Asia we DO have rediculous levels of population density (to the point where here in England we cannot feed the people living here without resorting to importing food). If you want an idea what England is like, drive around Pensylvania – we have the same number of people per square km….but we have none of the sparse or wild areas of the surrounding states.

There is a prehistoric geoligical record from ice cores, that proves global warming is cyclic and involves many complex factors ranging from solar activity and sun spot cycles, to fluctutations and changes in earth’s magnitosphere. Even astronomers see warming and ice thaws on other planets and moons in our solar system, as a result of multiple sun spot cycles.
Furthermore it is a fact that when the volcano Pinatubo erupted, it spewed out more CO2, sulfur dioxied and particulate matter in one(1) eruption than decades of civilized man burniong fossil fuel. The earth’s poles are also shifting, as evidenced by changes in the magnetic polarity of new sea floor involved with tectonic plate formation and continental drift. Changes in the magnetic polarity of newly formed sea floor at continental – tectonic plate rift zones, is also cyclic over the course of many thousands of years and magnetic maps of the sea floor prove this is an undisputed fact.
The forces at work in terms of global warming and cooling cycles, have been actively controlling the fate of earth’s weather, long before man ever existed and this is a fact of geological records and observations made with advancements in modern astronomy. Regardless of man’s activity on this earth, the sun’s output and sun spot activity is not affected. Earth’s magnetosphere which is also affected by solar activity, along with magnetic polarity shift of newly formed bedrock is well beyond the reach of man’s existence and activities to change and alter the outcome.
The only thing we humans can do is vote in terms of whether we like or dislike the news, that we can’t do a thing about the sun’s output, sun spot cycles and Jupiter’s red spot. You can vote to ban any news about the red spot on Jupiter, but you can’t stop or change how the red spot on Jupiter reacts.
The neo Malthisian mind set only needs an “EXCUSE” to justify their obvious attempts at any power grab they can get their hands on to affect politcal outcomes.
