I AM a tree-hugger, and vegeterian. Also, I only eat Organic food–it’sn common-sense. It has recently been confirmed by INDEPENDANT scientists (a rare breed), that GM Soya–and ALL it’s extracts, like Soy Sauce, etc, are so full of chemichals, some untested, that it causes infertility in men. Just like the Yankee- owned ” Chiquita” bananas that they grow in huge farms, (putting all small farmers out of work, and left to starve), in the Yankee-owned countries of South America. The chickens are coming home to roost there, though! So , as about 90% of Soya in the U.S is GM, and almost All non-Organic bananas–you’re being poisoned, like the slave-labour workers. BIG IS NOT BEAUTIFUL! Especially when it comes to farming. And quantity is no contest when it comes to quality- and in the Capitalist system, half is destroyed, to keep prices high and claim fat govt. subsidies–these Fat-Cat farmers can’t lose, peddling the Neo-Con poisons! What a team!

Jesus, some of you guys need to calm down.

“THEY’RE KILLING US ALL!!! AAHHH!!” That kind of attitude helps no one, it puts across an inevitability that’s simply not there. Open up your third eye, it’s just a ride.

Also, it’s one thing knowing what your against, it’s another one entirely to know what you are for and how to put it in place.

As far as cloned meat, that has to be bad for you! Meat is pretty bad for you anyway, but I say no to this. Why not go vegetarian for a while?

yeah, i rarely eat meat. when i do though, usually at my boyfriends house, i’ll have steak or something like that, and it makes me feel kind of sick and weighed down. plus i have GERD too, so it doesn’t help that any.
i eat poultry and eggs, and i think ethically its okay, but not if they are the kind of mass produced chickens in cages only big enough to hold one. that’s cruel, seeing that is disgusting. i only buy free range organic.
the treatment of cows and pigs are absolutely horrible too. it literally makes me sick, and on top of that, the GMO’s in them and the nasty chemicals and hormones they pump them full of is just nasty. people need to be shown what they are eating, its horrible!! pretty soon though, i want to start growing all my own produce and keep chickens goats and bees.
corporate animal farming is greedy and cruel!

It is estimated that 60% of the average American diet is from GMO products..

I am growing my own from heirloom.. If I don’t live a day longer..I know where my food comes from.
As far as choosing to be a vegetarian.. ahve at it.. I choose a combination.. maybe not too much meat at times.. but a steak when I can afford it cooked at home..

I tend to avoid fast foods and resturants… They “process” food for consumption en masse for $$$$$

Nothing wrong with that for those who like it.. Just not for me except in a tight..which is rare…

And again.. I am not a “tree hugger”.. I just am fortunate enough to have a place with assets to grow my own…

This may sound like a stupid question..but ..

Is there anything wrong with the natural reproduction process animals have repeated for thousands upon thousands of years?

Or doe we just need to keep a few freak scientists in a job that is a waste of money..

Let them buy their own animals, clone them, then THEY eat them..and allow the rest of us to enjoy the process of natural reproduction as nature intended it to be..

I expect of their funding is cut off.. their concern for cloning will go away fast….
