Psychology says that when people are afraid, they become angry &/or violent. So what is it that these Police are so afraid of, that’s been causing them to act out in this manor? Are they afraid of losing control over their subjects & feel they need to set examples? Is it the Military training they’re getting that’s hardening them up to this point? What is it? They know they’re most always on camera & that most likely what they are doing will be caught on tape, but that doesn’t seem to discourage them to often. I’ll bet they get away with this crap 9 out of 10 times, so they feel comfortable just doing what comes natural, or what they trained for! Crazy man, just crazy!!!!

They are afraid of and become violent toward anyone who dares to question their actions. They perceive this as a threat to their power. Yes, there are many honest, upright police officers out there who believe in SERVING their communities. Unfortunately, it seems they’re the minority, far out numbered by a plethora of Officer Jackboots.

They are afraid that the lie they are being made to enforce is going to come to light . Many of these guys have egos like they can impose authority over others because they have a badge . I have a good friend over in England who is a lawyer and he just loves it when people stand up for their Common Law rights. He says the police just hate the Common Law users because they know that they can take the power away from the law enforcement community. Police officers are just like you and me. The chain of command is not Judge / Police officer / citizen all those entities are on thew same level you have as much authority over them as they do you. stop letting them use fear to force you to do what you know are infractions of your rights

Police are men/women were asked if they would obey an order from a superior but knew it was illegal, 88% said YES they would. It’s human nature to abuse power, our Politicians, CEOs, and Judges do it everyday, put a gun in their hand, and seemingly no responsibility for their actions, you will see things like this.
The Police industry is one that is part of the Police State, the Political future of many Law Enforcement officials, and major proponents of the Drug War. With a Drug War they have more crime, more crime = more money to fight crime. More money to fight crime = more money, toys and ‘tools’ for Police. It’s a Mafia of men, always backing each other. Not all Cops are bad, I’d say 2/3 act “unprofessionally” and antagonistic towards people, and the other 1/3 just want a job. But it’s been scientifically studied as to the effect of immediate authority over other people, that most people WILL abuse and take joy out of that position.

In the old days, if you were intoxicated you were put into a cell to sleep it off. If the police arrest some one for intoxication it is supposed to be for the arrested parties benefit to sleep it off so the next day you were free to go home. So if the law states that this is for the benefit of society and also to the suspect, they are arrested because they are a potential danger to themselves and are not accountable at that time–they are intoxicated. So how can they be accountable in the arresting officers orders if they are arrested because they are showing a lack of judgement at the time of arrest. The next day–with hangover–the accountability is obvious. It is not a lack of judgement on these two officers, it is the lack of accountability for their actions. I would say they committed several felonies. One, is when they arrested her for DUI, she was punished and when they broke that law, she was held without being able to call for help–a forced beating and forced imprisonment. This is a felony because the officers became the subject of their beatings. Two, the officers should have clased the door and let her sleep it off. When they did not, they terrorized her–for her lack of judgement because of the intoxication–they essentially became the aggessors on an unwitting citizen.
Thirdly, they did not offer her relief from her injuries forced upon her. Failure to render aid to a citizen as a sworn officer is a crime.

These are the types who have taken steroids and joined the police because they were picked on in high school, or the jocks doing the picking. Thank you- there are some good ones out there- my husband is in school right now to become a police officer or some other form of law enforcement/first response type of thing. He is a good man, very involved in our church, and a fantastic father to our children. He wants to home school our children and teach them the real history of our great country. He watches these videos and it inspires him even more to be a GOOD COP. He would never hit a woman, that’s for sure. Let alone taze one. I think the only way a woman would get hit or tazed would be if she was totally rocked on meth or PCP.
But the bottom line is, for all you people that are saying all cops are bad and should be killed- that’s my husband you’ll be talking about, a good man, with two kids and one on the way, a man who volunteers his time at church and for anywhere else his help is needed. My husband isn’t an idiot, and he sees what is going on- he is not a brainless sheep that will just do what he’s told. His right and wrong comes from a higher Authority than any municipality he may work for. Period. Saying all cops are bad is like saying all black people are bad, or all computer programmers are nerds, or all people that live in trailers are trash. It’s just not true, regardless of how long the stereotype is perpetuated. So examine each cope on their own. These two in the video, just with the video, seem like jerks. There is no audio, so who knows what the woman was saying, but still. That one dude socked her in the face. What kind of man hits a woman with a closed fist to the face??? Not my husband, that’s for sure.

Your example of “when someone crashes into your car and a cop pulls you out…” is not a reason to respect the JOB of the police. Any person can do that for any other person. I have done it.
If anything, you only ever respect the actions of a person, never their title or “job”.
That said, your husband will be dissapointed and yes, eventually corrupted, on the police force. His desire to do good will not be allowed to flourish–instead he will come to realize that his “job” is to fund the city by enforcing ordinances (a.k.a, illegal laws) at the point of a gun, and even worse, a taser.
It will not be up to your husband what other police officers do, and he will have to support them having just beat a defensless old lady. He will not be in a position to defend her. Tell your husband that he would be better off not arrogantly assuming that he is better than others (which is why he wants that job) — and instead taking care of his family in the most loving way possible.
If I encounter your husband, whoever he may be, during a routine illegal traffic stop, I will assume that he has the ability to do the most horrendous things imaginible to my rights, and even to get away with it during the “internal review” circus. I will therefore rightfully premptively defend my rights.
It goes this way: if you don’t want people to think you’re a criminal, then don’t where a black-and-white striped (or bright orange) jumpsuit and a ball-and-chain.

Yeah, there is no audio. I think these cops were totally wrong in punching her- however, I would be less apt to call them neanderthals if I knew she was slinging expletives or something- you see how you attack a person on this site just for the words they say? We’re human and make mistakes, do stupid things out of anger. It is only when people aren’t forced to pay for their actions that we have issues. These guys were fired, but then reinstated- that’s crap.
I go to church, but that doesn’t make me perfect. I get mad, I say stupid stuff, sometimes I even do dumb things and pay for them later. I would like to say the difference between me and anyone else that does those things, is that I’m honestly trying to be a better person. I don’t just “go to church”- I live a life as a Christ-name-bearer. I serve, I help. Just as my husband wants to serve and help, as a police officer. He would never accept orders to shoot at innocent people. To think he would change just because he’s in the “force” or whatever is to assume that people have more influence over him than Christ. That is simply not the truth. He will always be a Christian first, husband, cop, father, whatever else he is- always second.
I believe Ron Paul is a decent politician, just as I believe Alex Jones is a decent guy in a job that is full of less-than-decent people. Why can’t the same be true of my husband?

I doubt anyone that becomes a cop just wants to serve and protect, a lot of officers enjoy the financial benefits, $48,000.00 on the first year plus full medical, vision, dental, and that probably includes coverage for the family as well. I doubt cops have what it takes to be a fry cook at Mcdonalds, that requires being humble and taking orders, not just giving them, the pay also sucks and you cannot shoot whomever you deem to be a threat, this includes drunk people like the woman in the video. For those of you lucky enough not to be alcoholics, I’ll tell you that when an alcoholic drinks they lose control, that is why they are alcoholic, it is an alergy, the bodys inability to digest alcohol, to break down the enzymes. If they could, I’m sure they would choose to not be born with alcoholic genes in a society with saturation of beer commercials and a bar on every corner next to the licquer store. Perhaps the cops need to learn how to identify and deal with drunks without beating the crap out of them which doesn’t accomplish anything.

Like I said, he serves God FIRST. He is choosing that line of work because he believes he can do good in it. Have you no hope? Have you absolutely no respect for anyone, even as I sit here and say he will be a good guy? That makes you the sad ones. I count myself as one that is very “aware” of what is going on in this country. However, I am not hyper-paranoid that they are coming to get me at any moment. I believe we still have power in this country- power in our numbers, power in our ability to pull through things.

My husband, even perhaps while in uniform or not, will be one handing out food and water and rebuilding homes and farms. I guarantee that. Regardless of the evidence there will always be some media prostitutes that defend the indefensible. This is designed to make viewers think there’s always two sides to the story when cops beat and even kill unarmed suspects.
This will obviously extend into martial law as was the case after Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. If the media were not an extension of the federal government there would have been non-stop coverage of gun confiscation, etc. This would have served the true interests of the people so it did not happen.

I have disabilities from agent orange. I would love to sleep normal and stop taking medication from the government. So, I started to just run off all that energy and as I was running I feel lights behind me and someone yell, “hey hey! Then i ran as fast i could from the undercover cops to my house. A helicopter and about 5 or 6 police vehicles are at my house. They said i fit the profile for a suspect they are looking for and she looked exactly like me and was wearing the exact same outfit and her hair was exactly styled like mine. When i got arrested and handcuffed the cop was about to TASER ME he said,” I am going to TASER you and my relative runs outside crying and said,” what the fuck is going on ! years back this happened here where i live but it was all hush hush being i heard about it from an excop. a woman was pulled over who knew she did nothing wrong fearing for her life she shot the cop. her dad was a prominent lawyer so i guess you can say she knew her rights. cop survived but he was bad apple from the very beginning being the excop im talking about went up against this cop two weeks prior to this happening and proved not only he was lying but the cop went back and had the owner of the property put up a no skateboarding sign. however, what the cop didn’t realize was as soon after it happened excop immediately went and took pictures just in case showing their were no signs posted until after the fact so he and his son won their case. it may have just been a skateboarding citation but it was the principle that and the fact this guy doesn’t put up with their crap. he is now a pastor and family marriage counselor. probably the most intelligent man i know. he actually lives what he believes.

I was tackled face first into the concrete floor of the cell with my hands cuffed behind my back without any provocation whatsoever…I was arrested for not opening the door and refusing to answer questions according to the sheriff’s report…since that is not a crime, after 11 months the D.A finally droped the charges in the “interest of justice.” It has been discovered this was not uncommon for this particular roid raged criminal according to his x-wife> eventually i will have a day in civil court, of course the internal investigation went nowhere> the cell had a camera, but no tape…he was known for carrying a recorder, but not this time…he has since been fired from the department for using his computer at his desk in the station, because he put his x-wife on Craigslist as a prostitute, which is a felony…His felony trial is this month, if it is not delayed again.
I honesly have very little confidence in juries in this dumb downed flouridated, vaccinated society. When I was assaulted by this criminal he broke my nose and split my head open, which required 8 stitches to close…COPS ARE LIARS and their day is coming

I have seen cops shoot unarmed people on 3 different occasions and kill them. Nobody gives a fuck until it happens to them. Alot of this is because we are programmed to believe the police story, so we tend to think it could not happen to us. IT CAN!!!!! You dont have to be a “bad guy” to get your ass whipped by the police. They will do without discrimination…black, white, yellow, young, old, rich, poor, in the country and in the city. The abuses the police commit on the citizens of this country are terrible and far reaching. I am very familiar with my rights and will not tolerate being bullied by the “boys in blue”. For instance, just for fun my friends and I go driving when they are doing “safety checks” aka WTF are you doing stops. Armed with a video camera only, you can piss a cop off by simply filming the traffic stop. They WILL undoubtedly demand you shut it off. DO NOT! It is your given right to do so. They are public officials and can be recorded on tape. They will call for more cops and ask to search vehicle. I refuse without warrant, they may say they have probable cause but I still do not ever ever give permission. I can end up wastin 7-10 cops time fuckin with me trying to invade my rights, as opposed to them doing any actual police work. Just know your rights and refuse to give them up

The first could lead to the establishment of a martial law. A state as texas is ready to cross the line , it could be an example for the others. People could put under pressure every state government in the aim to declare secession , the american constitution allow such a decision. Such an aim can’t be aimed without any precaution , as it is evident the federal power is not ready to yield or abdicate. Probably , this one will use force to submit people , but constitution give garantees on firearms. people can put up a fight against the oppressive federal power if a political issue according to the will of people can not be lead. People have to make his will respect , otherwise it will be an opressed people. Saying that federalism must come to an end mean it must be break down , it appears to be the only way to preserve people. America can be easily imagined without federalism and preserved.

There are good days when your comments go through, and others whereupon you’ll be annoyed and frustrated at the deletion. Changing your nick often seems to help. When I was a cop almost twenty years ago, we were taught in the academy, to wear the label “PIGS” with pride! To shed some light the behavior of these cops, there was a Stanford University Prison Experiment in the early 70′ conducted by the universities psychology department. Student were simply divided into 2 groups. Guards and Inmates. It did not bode well for humanity at all. Given no controls, the professors gave uniforms to both groups and the guards got chains and shackles and batons. The behaviour demonstrated by today’s law enforcers seems to have EVOLVED from this experiment. Watch this youtube clip. I couldn’t find part I but part II gets the point across. A lot was learned about human nature in this experiment. It went on for a long time.

If people were to kill cops after this stuff is seen, cops wouldn’t be so quick to do it. Someone from out of states sees something like this finds out who the cop is, then goes and kills him. It would be very easy. Dont worry about his family. If he has a wife and kids you know for a fact he beats them too. So you would do his wife and kids a favor, by saving them from abuse and also getting them a nice check.

I don’t like to see this anymore than anyone else on here, but you guys have got to consider what you are saying in some of these thoughtless comments.
I hear a lot of people claiming to want to kill cops, or making some sort of violent threat to them on here, assuming some sort of resolve through violence.
Wouldn’t all that just be history repeating its self? That’s not a resolve.
I am not taking up for the police in this video, but if you people plan on being on the right side, it cannot be done with a bullet in this red dawn scenario some of you seemed to be brain washed with.
If it was thought of already, its not the right answer and jumping to conclusions had never stood a valid resolve.
What I do believe in is humanity. I am certainly not afraid to die for what I believe in and I am no coward in any way and will certainly take steps to aid my survival.
But the way some of you make it sound, you will be no better than the cops in the video indiscriminately abusing your powers of the human psyche.
There is no argument in the statement that all people bleed the same.
So don’t make this into something that would spark an act of stupidity against something you have built up into a larger than life enemy which is equally as ignorant.
Ya know?….. Its something that everyone should think about…
Newtons 4th Law, Karma, justice and in the bible as “do onto others as you would have them do onto you”….
The list goes on, but its all one in the same regardless of how you believe, or what you would like to believe, its the laws of nature with plenty of examples through out history.
For every action there will be an opposite and equal reaction.
But a wrong cannot make a right, and for anyone making a bad choice even with good intention, will still fall witness to that opposite reaction without discrimination of opinions or good intentions.
There will be bad things that will happen to good people and it has always been this way.
I lost my best friend to Iraq. I hate it with a passion. But the last thing he would have wanted me to suggest, would be another act of violence in his name.
This is something that people need to wake up to the most.
The subconscious of people in general are always telling one’s self that you are inferior to some degree. Hence the reason that we always strive to meet goals and deadlines for things we don’t necessarily need to survive the cesspool of society and its inherent cultures.
What we do need however is logical thinking. And as soon as people realize when they think they have a complete solution and answer to things without thought, you’ll quickly realize your wrong.
After all, you are only human and represent that with 10-15% of your brain.
The key message that I get from all these things coming to a head is something different that most.
I see a beautiful thing occurring across the globe. Its a shame its hidden in the wide open to most however, but a closed mind is what most of us are used to and just realizing what the effect of that can propose for the future.
Things like people finally coming out of their shells and banding together, as everyone you talk to these days can feel a change about to happen in some huge and significant way, as if feeling a sort of static in the air.
This is human intuition kicking in, a “sixth sense” if you will….
It cannot be explained in its occurrence, but rather realized as one without question.
This is a sign to me that means we are indeed waking up.
But not to just mass corruption, but rather a new light of thinking.
Maybe this is what some of the ancient philosophers and scholars meant when they mention an evolutionary step or jump in man kind.
One of an idea to a higher degree of thinking, such as a revolution of how “we the people” around the world take things into perspective.
One cannot truly understand the meaning of taking things for granted until they are right on the verge of losing it. Some not til its long to late.
Either way this falls back onto Newton’s 4th law of opposite and equal reaction when thought about enough.
I feel we all need to ponder that for a while and continue informing one another of possible consequent events of the future. Learning is the only way that anything every takes the next step into progressing, no matter how you sum it up and it has to be done in a mass understanding being divulged amongst a group of like organisms with the same goals.
As a popular quote I know, an organism fighting with its self is doomed.
Just my two cents.
If I can offer any real advice, before people should think about guns and glory it would have to be to continue learning and communicating amongst our selves.
As perspective in only a learning tool not meant to be taken literal, but so that we can all grasp understanding in a new way by combining them with our own before an irrational solution curses us all.

There is another dimension here that I think is being overlooked. What is to say that the DUI charges weren’t trumped up because she told them to go take a hike? I know people personally that have been unjustly arrested for DUI. One possible scenario is that she told them to shove it where the sun don’t shine and they got pissed off…

The part we didn’t see was that that lawbreaker was making an escape attempt and these officers used appropriate force in subduing the rampaging suspect. The years of training and experience these officers have under their belts was instrumental in leading them to use sound judgement in taking down a violent and threatening outlaw. Judging from the zeal, dedication and exceedingly outstanding manner in which these officers have approached their duties and responsibilites to date, I’m certain they will continue to represent their communities in the most honorable of traditions. These officers serve as a living testimonial to our never ending pursuit of truth, justice and the American way. I understand that a new and much more powerful version of the taser has been developed and will be out shortly. Police departments across the country are simply thrilled and can’t wait to be issued theirs. Also, the laws are being reworked to a.) vastly expand police power and authority in the community and b.) make it much more difficult for citizens to bring charges against police departments or its officers for any wrong doing.

The Sheriff needs to be commended for trying to eliminate scum from the ranks of those who are employed with tax dollars to uphold the law. The court ruling should not surprise anyone. Look at who our senators just put into the supreme court; A racist, who is a member of an anti-American/ pro-mexican group called La Raza (the race) They openly espouse that California is “occupied territory”
Who will stand up to tyrants like the two corrupt police officers in the video and the court that allowwed them to get their jobs back? I am willing to bet their fellow officers were a lot happier to see them fired.

sorry i cant justify this behavior from those pigs…to the other good law enforcement officers out there i appologise for the use of that term, but these two deserve it. maybe a 120 woman beaten down like that they should not only be fired but criminal charges filed…hell if i handled any one of the several taliban prisoners i dealt with like that i would be in jail making little rocks out of big rocks in kansas…these guys should be reinstated and not prosecuted, please it is disgusting.

I had a good friend arrested for DUI , taken in, beat to death, brain leaking from base of spine. They said he had a drunk fit and hit his head on toilet seat. That did not explain the bruises from neck to feet. Also video machine was on the fritz that day, how convienent. Took two years but lost a civil case and his kids got college and 7 figure settlement but no appology or admit of any wrong doing. This opened my eyes for life , these officers are just drones who take orders and abuse athority. Most of them in city situations were the kids who got swirlles in high school , and now have a badge and a little power they can pay us back with.

Arrest the subject, field search, transport, take info/ report, do a final search, confine to cell, monitor. These cops have NO reason to re-enter the holding cell after the subject is locked down unless the subject is posing a thread to themselves or in the case of multible subjects in one cell a thread to another subject. Let the subject yell, scream, cry all they want just monitor their condition from the outside. These cops are terroists and need a good old fashion backyard big brother beating.
