Man those litches i was in a positon were i had 2 go 2 the man to get custody of my lil girl and the mom was a real peice so anyway them bulldikes found out and they got involved and tryd to act like they were gonna help me right well the day of court they came right up to me and said sorry were not gonna be able to help you lol. so we get in there and not only did they not help me they tryd to slander me and take my kid away. but anyway it didnt work but they made me jump threw hoops 4em a hole bunch of shit like taking classes were they talk 2 you like your a fucking idiot and tell you you dont know how 2 raise your own kid even when the case was brought up on the mother and not me!!! Thank God for this woman who is telling the truth about the ugly underbelly of “Child Protective Services” that too often do not protect children at all, but separate them from fit and loving parents in order to rake in federal kickbacks. Even so-called “dead-beat” dads are often dads beaten to death by the system, whose money is siphoned off while their visitation rights are not upheld. Now that is taxation without representation. Meanwhile the children suffer the most from all of this corruption. God help us help the children.

I too have had to deal with the Dept of Family Services. They came into our home because of an “anonymous tip” saying that our home was filthy. The social worker looked through every room of our house including my own bedroom! Now why in the hell do they need to look through my bedroom and check under my bed?! Anyway, the only thing that they could report was that my child’s room was “messy” NOT filthy but messy. She is 8 years old, of course her room is messy sometimes. They had to close their case after some spot checks on us, but they never would tell us anything about how or who or why we were reported. I still think it had more to do with my daughter’s blonde hair and blue eyes than it did anything else. Look into the CPS and you will find lots of people that are being harrassed with NO evidence have blonde haired blue eyed kids.

Now that that is out of the way, I feel compelled to tell you annie that unless CPS has a warrant (they are required to show it to you) do not let them in your home. They may even lie to you to get in there, but baseless allegations with no warrant does not give them permission to enter your home. They will have to tell you the truth about any charges against you. If there are charges against you, you had better believe they will have LEO with them, and a warrant, and will be getting in whether you like it or not.
You guys may not like to hear this in your anti- government fervor, but not all CPS agents are bad. They are people just like you and me, and believe it or not, most try to do good.

I heard a foster parent upset because the state would not give her a 5th baby to keep say “they told me not to worry, that they thought I had too many kids in my house already for this child, but that they’d have me some more soon, they were expecting a lot of kids to be taken as the economy goes bad.”

when i was a child my mom lost custody of us for kids i was 3 the only image i had was a police officers going into the closet me and my twin brother john were hiding in there was 4 of us and we were each put into separate homes and labeled as bad kids so the people who were are foster parents got more money and we got stuck in abusive homes if i was in trouble i wasnt allowed to visit with my family they would call and say i was sick like seeing my real family was a reward something that has to be earned instead of my right looking back now after my twin brother died from a single person car accident i wonder how much damage separating me and my twin did to us developing into young adults it was a huge injustice to label us and separate us just so the people watching us got more money

Just recently in a town near me a woman who was hired by the CPS to take care of kids who were taken from their parents, was found guilty of abuse, such as sexual abuse, withholding food and water. In courts he cried and said she had nothing but love for the little kids under her protection.
So, why did the little kids have rips in their vaginal walls and rectal walls? Why were these kids malnourished and dehydrated? She didn’t know, but they were “never out of her sight or hearing”.

The fact is, if you want them to just go ahead and fail, that means all the account balances, retirement accounts, 401k’s all get turned back to zero. All credit ceases. You lose all savings and must pay for your home in full now, NO CREDIT, NO MORTGAGE, if you can’t you lose it. If there is a choice of a continuation of the same thing with have now, getting worse and worse and a bunch of bankers becoming world dictators, them screw them all. I am willing to go back to zero and start over. The elderly are going to need A LOT of help though. It is just the job of CPS to load the funnel with cases for the “Family” court extortion racket perpertrated by the Bar association members. Corrupt judges freely ignore the facts, the law, and the constitution and in general, make the decision that will result in the most revenue for their co-conspirators. They cannot be held accountable for their tyranny, except though drastic measures available through the second amendment to the US constitution. They are not acting in the best interests of any children, they ALL need to be removed, and MOST need to be prosecuted before a jury that can hear ALL evidence and specify appropriate penalties and the applicability of the available facts and laws in decisions made by “Family” courts.

Repeatedly sending the same message to watch a video unrelated to the topic, without even hinting at how it might be related is SPAM. It is also against the rules. Someone delete his / her messages.
Sure this may be an elaborate hack to test the filter system on this message board… a sort of time trial / quantity test to see how many times a repeat message can be sent before an auto filter kicks in. But come on people… choose a better more deserving target than ALEX JONES (who is only trying to HELP YOU!)… I can think of a few…
Oh and to stay on topic… wont SOMEBODY THINK OF THE KIDS!!! God help us all!

CPS surely is a joke. 15 yrs ago a male co-worker , divorced, got custody of his girl, then 8yrs old. CPS was called by some anonimous person, said the girl was being abused. CPS picked up the girl FROM HER SCHOOL! Took her to their office, kept her isolated for 6 hrs, questioned her about her dad. She said they were real mean to her and she cried the whole time. When her dad went to get her, the CPS rep told him they would be keeping in touch. Well, she 23 now. Great kid, graduated hi schoool, got a job, saved her $$ and just this last wekend moved into her own apartment. Her dad is a GOOD MAN, and he raised a GOOD kid. Just a true story I want to share

I was having trouble with my estranged husband. My prenatal clinic asked me to talk to their staff therapist because of the stress. On my first talk with her I told her that that morning he had come by the house and put his foot in the door and was yelling at me and I convinced him to leave after arguing with him. She called CPS because she said it was abusive to argue in front of our 1 year old daughter. I researched CPS on the internet and saw all the horror stories and how the system was rigged with payoffs for adoptions. I was really scared and stressed out. Also, anyone, anyone at all…a neighbor, an enemy, a disgruntled employee, an ex, a crazy stranger can call CPS anonymously and report anyone else with no repercussions whatsoever for a false report. You are not entitled to know who your acuser is. I didn’t know what to do because CPS is a rogue department that is beyond the law. If you hire an attorney they immediately assume you are hiding something if you don’t speak with them directly. I decided to deal with them and luckily they closed the incident not long afterward. Later, my other child, autistic, wandered off our property. It took me a while to figure out he was missing and wasn’t in the house. The police arrived and called CPS on me. This time I told the CPS agent that I couldn’t let her in the house, not because there was anything to see there but because my research had advised me not to. I told her I would tell her everything she wanted to know in the front yard but my biggest concern was losing my kids not due to any worng doing but by an overzealous corrupt system that would place them in foster care where kids are statistically at extreme risk of physical and sexual abuse. Luckily that was the last I heard from them.
One more thing. As a teenager, I knew 3 different kids that had been in foster care. Each had been abused in every single home they had been in. Two of them were girls and had been raped by the foster fathers in most of the homes they were placed in. I’m sure there are some good foster families, but overall paying people to take care of young kids is going to invite trouble.

CPS= Scum in my book. I cannot stand those idiot morons, they messed up my brother real bad. He could if he wanted to tell you some real horror stories, but he would rather not discuss it at all, but I know some of it. Lord, it isn’t pretty at all, horribly abusive foster homes, even worse group homes and residential treatment for supposedly being ADD, which I think is bunk anyway.

The truth is, our government is actively involved in legalized child trafficking. These government officials depend on the selling of our children to make ends meet. Some people will do anything to make a buck and this includes trafficking children. These people are without souls. They are the damned. They sacrifice our children to the altar of wealth. Their god is their government paycheck. They have dark holes where their eyes used to be. When the sun comes up, they feel the heat from it, but they cannot feel the warmth of Gods’ wonderful gift to mankind, “the Sun”. They will never fully enjoy a sunrise or a sunset because they are hollow beings. You see, their alligence is to the government. Every child stolen will be accounted for because with accountibility comes responsibility.

I have 2 kids. both of my kids are in foster care. my kids been in foster care. Since last year in august. cps is all about keeping kids for money. cps has to be stop. my case worker lie all the time. my kids are being hurt in foster care. my are 3&1. my 3 year old son has a gash over his eye. the case worker told me it happen at preschool. I called the school to get information about what happen to my son. The told me that the case worker told them mot to give me any information. I live here in stark county ohio. Im trying to start my own support group to help families. we all need to come together. cps is taking way too many kids. I need a lot of help & support. Im going to need a lot of e-mails from all families & parents here in stark county ohio. we have to fight for our kids & rights. my e- mail is kindnessohio@att.net cps has a lot of power. lets all keep fighting for all of own kids. all states need to come together to stop cps. cps need a lot of there funding cps. cps is not about keeping families together. it is time for all states to wake up & fight cps. bring own kids home
