    When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve
    the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the
    powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and
    of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires
    that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

    We affirm our belief and loyalty to these great truths that we hold to be
    self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator
    with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit
    of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men,
    deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form
    of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to
    alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on
    such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most
    likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

    But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object
    contrives a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is
    their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future
    security. When those bodies of government whose purpose is to guarantee and protect
    the liberties, freedoms and protections in law, fail to sustain and nurture such
    objectives, and instead subvert and apply with selective and arbitrary judgment to
    suit the agenda not of the people, then the people must intervene.

    It is with the constraint and under the inhibited application of, the principles
    that underpin the Constitution of the United States that all people who have sworn
    loyalty to its founding and Constitution must rise, to fulfill their sworn
    obligation, of unfaltering loyalty, to that most noble of ideals and defend it
    against all enemies both foreign and domestic. It is the cornerstone of this nations
    founding that such an obligation be fulfilled, for it is a sworn oath, that they
    should, and an act of treason for this nations enemies, who would not.

    Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States under the yoke of the
    faltering Institutions; and such is now the necessity which constrains the people to
    alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present President, is a
    history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object, the
    establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States, through the use and misuse
    of instruments of power and control of the many through the reigns held by the few
    that demonstrates that the current state of the union, is one such that, the very
    principles upon which the institutions that enshrine liberty, freedom, democracy and
    its most noble aspirations are now dependent on sustaining principles counter and
    opposed to its founding.

    To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

    He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public
    good.

    He has hindered and made impotent the passing of Laws of immediate and pressing
    importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained;
    and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

    He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for
    establishing Judiciary powers.

    He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil
    power both at home and abroad.

    For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us, and using them to police the
    land:

    For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:

    For transporting citizens beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences, and
    annexing others without trial or access to legal representation, for indeterminate
    periods of time.

    For taking away our Charters, undermining our most valuable Laws and means of
    implementation of new legislation, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our
    Governments:

    He is at this time transporting large military forces to complete works of death,
    desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy
    scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a
    civilized nation. These forces are deployed domestically and internationally and
    engage in actions without oversight, constraint and legitimisation through the
    support of domestic nor international law.

    He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms
    against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or
    to fall themselves by their Hands.

    In every stage of these Suppressions of Liberty We have Petitioned for Redress in
    the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated
    injury. A Servant of the People whose character is thus marked by every act which
    may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

    We have warned him from time to time of attempts by his legislature to extend
    unwarrantable controls over us. We have reminded him of the fundamental and
    inalienable rights that he and his allies in corruption have sought to inhibit. We
    have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by
    the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably
    interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice
    of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity,
    where we the People must restore by Will what has been denied by request, and hold
    them, as we hold anyone who is an enemy of the Constitution, as Traitors to this
    great nation.

    We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General
    Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude
    of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these
    United States, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of
    Right ought to be free from the control of the federal institutions that have been
    so manifestly subverted in their aspirations and founding principles; that they are
    Absolved from all Allegiance, and that all political connection between them, is and
    ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have
    full Power to re-institute those bodies that are by the people, of the people to
    serve the people, to redress the controls, principles and balances that underpin the
    notions, objectives, values and vision of the noble idea that is a free, fair and
    just America, whose proud and noble traditions have been eroded by the slow passage
    of time and progress of the resolve of those who seek to fulfill an agenda contrary
    to the principles of the founders for the people of the United States of America.

    It is with this document, that We, The People, swear our allegiance to the
    principles that make the Constitution of the United States a paragon of Liberty and
    Freedom, and are compelled to protect such principles through any and all means
    necessary to remove any and all nascent threats to that Constitution, through the
    freedoms and liberty provided by such.

      I like this one. It is elegant without being too elegant. If it was bulleted and was a little more specific, it would have been the winner.

      THE SIMPLE NOBILTY OF THE DOCUMENT ABOVE IS THE VERY TRUTH OF AMERICAS FOUNDING FATHERS AND IS ABOVE ALL IN ITS VERY WORDS THE HEART OF THE FOUNDING OF THIS GREAT REPUBLIC WHEN I DIE I WANT THESE WORDS SPOKEN OVER ME FOR THEY ARE SACRED TO ME , AND HAVE LIVED ALL MY DAYS BY THEM AND HAVE CARRIED ME THROW THESE TROUBLED TIMES AND I KNOW IN MY HEART IN THE END WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WILL OVERTHROW THESE TYRANTS,SOON MAY GOD HELP US IN THIS JOB.
