Dems Propose Spending $500 Million to Brainwash Kids in ‘Environmental Literacy’

Surrounded by elementary students from the Green School in Baltimore and charming critters – including an armadillo, cheetah and an Asian Toddy Cat – Democrats declared that the introduction of the “No Child Left Inside Act of 2009” was “historic” legislation that would connect children with nature. Some critics, however, said it is a way to spread environmental propaganda in the public schools.

The bill, sponsored and co-sponsored by Democrats, was introduced in the House and Senate on Earth Day, April 22. It would provide $500 million over five years to schools with approved “environmental literacy” plans for students in grades kindergarten through 12, and offer competitive grants to schools and non-profits for outdoor education projects.

Hard to believe all this is happening. When I first saw Endgame a year ago I knew some of it was dead on (especially since I come from Cold Spring Harbor and I know Eugenics is still alive and well there, but I thought for sure the other claims couldn’t be true. After doing extensive research I now know, using just mainstream sources, that virtually all the claims in that movie are true.

Programs like this will attempt to brainwash children into not protesting the global chemtrail spraying. Alex has already talked about how textbooks now try and explain it’s to ‘protect us from the evil sun’s rays and fight global warming.’
Too bad they’ll never mention breathing aerosolized aluminum, barium, cadmium and other toxic chemicals will dramatically raise your chances of lung cancer and other serious illnesses.

The 4 “R’s” taught in schools today are: Rap,Rebellion,Rainforest and Reproduction.
Kids know more about these mindless pursuits than they do about our bill of rights and the intent of our founders to keep this country free.
For example,imagine how many schoolkids in the US would know that the true intention of the second amendment was to overthrow our government with force if needed?…none of them would know this,they would say it had to do with “hunting” because that’s the subtle propaganda that is inculcated into their minds by government funded schools.

Surely we have the technology. But, do you mean as in “true Democracy”? Or as our own representative vote in a Democratic Constitutional Republic? Make up my mind on this one, as true Democracy is only organized mob rule. Without limits provided by the Constitution, we become a popularity contest that has the potential to outlaw 50% – 1 persons by the votes of 50% + 1 person. There would have to be limits or we’ll be back where we are now, with rights violated fresh every day! Keep thinking, but it’s a nice general direction.

Can you spell “Chemtrail”? Can you spell “Flouride”? Can you spell “Genetically Modified Food”?
Are they going to teach the kids the truth about this crap they’re putting in our environment, water and food? Today my city (Vancouver) got chem-trailed all day. First time I was able to see it and recognize what was happening. The day was sunny, blue skies and pillowy Cumulus clouds. All day jets flying around leaving contrails, criss-crossing the sky. The contrails widened and stayed for a long time, and quite low – below the Cumulus clouds.By the end of the day, nothing but haze from one end of the horizon to the other. Got that “X-Files” sky back. (Vancouver was host to the X-Files for many years because Chris Carter liked our natural, neutral-toned sky – kinda solid grey – good lighting for the kind of atmosphere Carter was trying to create.) I guess Purple Haze takes on a new meaning in our Brave New World. Hope they teach the kids about blue skies, real pure water and real natural food – but that wouldn’t fit their agenda, would it?

I’m taking an independent study in environmental science and all it is, is un charter agenda 21 sustainable development. Thats all my sociology class was too. Except they conveniently leave out the eugenics part of it. They mention decreasing world population, but they don’t say how they’re doing it. Well, I have to turn in 2/3 papers each chapter, so I have my own soap box. I pull articles off this site to write on. Maybe I can get someones attention.

I may be aged, but I can tell that this government always introduces non-scientifically based education in our schools. You people think this is “brainwashing?” In 1959 when the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT made it mandatory to teach evolution in school, no one in the media had a problem or called it brainwashing then. Now you people say that those who don’t believe in evolution are stupid, ignorant, etc. Yet YOUR government introduced it… interesting. But it was the government who put that into schools, and funded millions and millions to try to prove it. Example, the “Nebraska man.” Proof! They said. They found a tooth, ONE tooth, yet in museums you can see an entire man and woman, from one tooth. Which in the 80’s they proved was a PIGS tooth, yet the museums and evolutionists still cling to this as a proof for them! Now they are putting environmentally friendly education in the system. They are about to spend billions and billions to prove this as well. So, you people need to take a hard look at these types of things before you pass judgement on someone. I am 89 years old, I am not super “religous.” But I can tell you that from teaching science for 65 years, there is NO real proof that can back up evolution. Only theories and the occassionaly tooth. But, in another 20 years YOU will be the ones who are nuts, because you don’t believe in “global warming,” when in fact all their “evidences” will be counterfeited as well. Thank you.

The truly sad thing here is that they want to simply teach state’s opinions, positions and propaganda rather than science. Science of any kind should always have room for both the widely accepted theories and the little known oddball theories. But one should not be stated as guaranteed correct, since any theory is just that and by definition can’t be proven until many trials accrue, if at all.
Sad that groups who consider themselves intellectual superiors are too stupid to see the damage this will do and the fact that it can be made ineffective as a tactic. Talk to your children, show them the alternative, in this case most likely, causes of “climate change”. You’d be surprised how willing they may be to see the truth of it.

You can’t just learn about nature with a couple of visits from some environmental group. You have to be around that kind of stuff everyday.
I grew up out in the country and you just don’t go petting wild animals or you will most likely end up getting hurt.
Environmental groups actually do more harm than good in my opinion.
The schools are for teaching academics, not political agendas!

What happens when people naturally live a natural life outside the entire educational system? Why even lock them up in buildings in the first place, let’s see how committed they are to this premise, to me it sounds like another attempt to hijack a movement away from the homeschool movement and to still lock kids up in jail cells that are called schools.

Not trying to say that these things are not true but, where is the solid concrete evidence?
