Nothing, except that the National Defense Authorization Act, which will win final passage in Congress and be sent to the president’s desk this week, also contains the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, which Democrats placed inside the defense measure over Republican objections.
The crime bill — which would broaden the protected classes for hate crimes to include sexual orientation and “gender identity,” which the bill defines as a victim’s “actual or perceived gender-related characteristics” — passed the House earlier this year as a stand-alone measure. But it’s never had the votes to succeed by itself in the Senate. So over the summer Democrats, with the power of their 60-vote majority, attached it to the defense bill.

I was given the opportunity to visit one of the these ‘criminal courts’ in the County of Lycoming and please know when I say criminal courts I am not speaking of the defendants appearing there, I am speaking of the people in the appearance of control however when they begin to loose their power trip these criminals, police, DA’s henchmen and even the “judge” will violate you rights and attempt to even abrogate them via their monopoly of these ‘Criminal courts’.
Being there and personally involved I was treated by these ‘criminals’ as a serf, slave, a person with no human inherent rights and was told, commanded by a detective, punk I might add, to leave the building and this after he threaten to arrest me for trespassing.
As a citizen of this county if you’re not upset with this treatment of a “Sovereign Citizen” you have been programmed to become a slave.
This judge acted like a tyrant and refused to allow a man the defense of his choice. If you’re unwilling to follow the ‘rules’ of these criminal monopolies, if you refuse to be their pawn, you will be threaten , coerced and intimidated; the willingness of police to make an unwarranted arrest is ever present.
When leaving I was followed by police and searched out for in parking lot and ALL because of the first amendment, free speech. They wanted my license plate number and were very secretive in their pursuit.
Tyrants rule in Lycoming County and you, a citizen of this county should be concerned and willing to move upon these people. I will!
There is a warfare on for your mind and the ‘control freaks’ actually believe we will submit – foolishness; sovereignty rules!

The preservation of state jurisdiction is some of the unconstitutional nonsense being rammed through:
” (b) Certification Requirement- No prosecution of any offense described in this subsection may be undertaken by the United States, except under the certification in writing of the Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General, the Associate Attorney General, or any Assistant Attorney General specially designated by the Attorney General that–
(1) such certifying individual has reasonable cause to believe that the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability of any person was a motivating factor underlying the alleged conduct of the defendant; and
(2) such certifying individual has consulted with State or local law enforcement officials regarding the prosecution and determined that–
`(A) the State does not have jurisdiction or does not intend to exercise jurisdiction;
`(B) the State has requested that the Federal Government assume jurisdiction;
`(C) the State does not object to the Federal Government assuming jurisdiction; or
`(D) the verdict or sentence obtained pursuant to State charges left demonstratively unvindicated the Federal interest in eradicating bias-motivated violence.”
The text is clear. States will retain authority of their jurisdiction and can invite federal assistance if the state decides. I suggest you present yourself and a copy of this bill if it becomes law to your state attorney general and your district attorney and address the policy for notifying the federal government of an intent to retain jursidiction over such crimes.
