Is this a sign of the level of brutality to come? It’s a solitary incident, but one incident like this is one too many. She didn’t deserve that. I am glad these protesters have the sense to bring cameras. All this needs to be documented. I am also glad some of us here feel anger at what we are witnessing today. How bad is it going to get? I really do not know. I can only surmise that as the brutality rises and a police state gears up to higher and higher levels of control, people will react in one of two ways. Either they will take it, confirming that they are indeed pitiful sheeple or they won’t take it, and fight back. Those that stand up, and wont tolerate this confirm that they are human beings, knowing their lives have value. OK, I think that cops is screwed. He hit a women, like many said I can’t believe what I saw. So with that said I shall say it again. I think that cop is screwed and sued and kicked off the force and his wife/g.f is going to get rid of him or she could be sick like him and love it. IN most cases cops are not married to long, they have a high rate of not being married long. As they tend to be drunks, and not right in the head. How do I know, I was in the Army. I was lucky that I did not get out control that bad, I was great full that I had someone to help me out. God and my wife and yes i am still married after 32 years. Also its like a pack of wolves once it starts it can’t be stopped until its to late, when out on a scene and or on patrol..your mind is racing, your blood is pumped. BUT THAT WAS COMPLETE BULL SHIT. That guy was I am sure, in the Military. I saw his face his eyes, his actions. That was pure MILITARY RIGHT THERE FOLKS..OR JUST OUT OF.. And he should not be there. IF I was a police chief, or the like each person would have to have at least 6 months of cool down time or more..cause out of the military your to quick to go back in a civie life or for sure being a cop…and thats the truth…I bet that guy was a 11B or something to that effect. Just today, I bought a cheap .45 pistol. I didn’t get it because i’m afraid of someone breaking into my house or for sports shooting. i bought it because eventually they’re going to outlaw it to the point of guns being impossible to purchase by the average citizen. BUY FIREARMS while you can. I got a 10 round .45 pistol with LIFETIME warranty for under $400 (after tax). Yeah, it’s a brazilian company, so spend the extra money and get s&w or h&k if you’ve got the scratch to spend. Me? I had $400 that wasn’t owed to the bank or utility company so I spent it on a tangible asset that could mean the difference between a meager resistance or a full on assult on the System’s forces. This is EXACTLY why you should NEVER go into such an area in order to exercise the first amendment without being prepared to back it up with the second. Code Pink and all other groups should be heavily armed, like with .44 magnums and rifles no smaller than 300 Winchester Magnums. Mark, while there may be more to the clip, I think it’s also important to note that “provoking” police is usually broadly construed, and not limited to physical contact. If a police officer has had a bad morning and simply doesn’t like the volume at which a protestor is shouting his/her message and then reacts as shown in the video clip, some could state that’s plenty of provocation to warrant a physical response; in that case, such action taken by the police against that person would clearly be a violation of their right to free speech.

File a cross complaint on the judge for conflict of interest, This will bring in a grand jury investigation on the judge. Before you file this cross complaint you have to get the dirt on the judge so you get a publics record act and find his ” judges statement of economic interest” this will tell you where he gets his money from. Pay any fees with a check only and follow the money trail which will lead you back to the judges association and then you file a cross complaint on the judge for conflict of interest and the grand jury steps in and he’s now in the hot seat and will lose his job or at least throw out the complaint on you opening the door for a lawsuit. Second, if there is a Devner ACLU lawyer that is taking the cases, I personally would like to give money to the defense fund of well documented police abuse. Second, anyone with video evidence should not only present it to the ACLU Lawyer, but should also, go to the Police Internal Affairs Office, just to make sure you dot every eye in a process. THis way everyone can say they follow the steps. As soon as the Lawyer is announced and it can be confirmed to be true, everyone should give something to help those that are willing to go through this.
Again, the easy way to solve this is that you each go to the where you vote in the masses, and stay, and when the vote comes up for the state deligates for the party of your choice only allow yourself or others like you to get elected. THen when get yourself on the National State delegation, and problem solved. Also, run for office, start somewhere.
This is a simple problem if we all stand up and be counted.

We should also all find out who the delegates are at the Denver Convention. Your state has to make that public record. Then we need to write each of them, and let them know IN A NICE WAY, NO POTTY WORDS, who people were treated, and let them know the truth, in a nice way. If we flood each and every delegate with the truth about what is going on, what their party is doing, and what you are going to do when you go to vote. You intend to stay with a large number of people who share your concern about the party, and you intend to get yourself elected as a officers that night, and then as a delegate for the state conventions. Serve notice on these people that you are educated, and can change the world. But, for goodness sakes, we can do this in a smart, well planned way. We are all very smart, and can play a good game of chess, lets beat them at their own game. Why complain on sites like this, let’s take action, the sheer volume on people can take over the party of your choice if you get them to turn out.
In the past 3 days, I have turned 5 people into informed, upset, ready to take action people. If I can do it, so can you. What needs to happen is when an ASSAULT and BATTERY, and that is what this was folks, aggravated assault and battery, happens, 40 or 50 dedicated and individuals, who aren’t just random “protesters” but who have the training and the mindset to uphold the law, descend upon the scum and whisk him away for TRIAL by a jury of 12 a few blocks away.
We have to take this country back people, even if it means forming our own courts to enforce the justice WE ARE NOT receiving from the corrupt establishment.
Does anyone know what the law is on this? Do we need to elect a sheriff who then deputizes us? Are there provisions for a common-law U.S. Marshall Service to enforce the law nationally, outside of any particular county? We have to go into full revolution mode people, the government is rogue and criminal.

Still the ones that are in positions of power will not do THE RIGHT THING or even the job we elected them to, by protecting our sovereign rights as citizens of this land & by promise of their oath to office,leaving us citizens with the last resort to ever come closer.
I am just a man that loves his country and sadly I must now start preparing to defend this land I care so much about; not from some invading Foreign force but my very own ELECTED GOVERNMENT. This is a fight NONE of us should want but to all that have taken the Oath, REMEMBER this!!
