Gunmakers can thank a former New York senator and presidential candidate for an ongoing boom in gun sales, if you ask one local firearms vendor.

“Handguns, shotguns, rifles — it’s every type,” Nemec said. “People are worried the government is going to take their guns away, or they’re going to tax them (guns and ammunition) to death.”
With a Democratic president in office and economic troubles fueling fears of rising crime, guns — and the rounds they fire — are a hot commodity these days.
Across the country, gun dealers are reporting a big uptick in sales of both firearms and ammunition. Requests for federal background checks for prospective gun buyers have surged since last fall, with the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms reporting a nearly 50 percent increase after the election of President Barack Obama.
Tom King, president of the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, said gun and ammunition sales around the country have risen in recent months.

if we the people would just reclaim our “sovereign citizenship” things of this nature could never happen, because as is stands as of right now if you have not reclaimed your “sovereign citizenship” you have no rights no declaration of independence rights, amendment rights, or any other right for that matter, THIS IS FACT that has been proven in the courts time after time,the only thing you have is 14th amendment privileges which can be given or taken at any time by the grantee.
see now i know that many of you think its just a null adhesion contract that was voided by the state or federal government abuse, but that is simply not the case, because as long as whatever is being done is being done to a people who have a “birth certificate” no matter what it is, they can do it with the backing of the courts because the grantees are sovereign people who are making things, and restricting things from a non- sovereign people, within a sovereign state, within a united corporation. and so, by reclaiming your sovereign citizenship, it restores all the rights that you where given at birthright by the state in which your born. the sovereign people would be able to make decision with the full backing of the declaration of independence, and the amended rights which where exchanged for “privileges” through adhesion contracts, please i challenge anyone who does not believe me or think im in left field about this to research, so you can see for yourself that what i speak of is FACT. please people it is the only other way then revolution to make the government get back into its proper smaller place working the the People!!!

In Florida, assault weapons where selling so hot, vendors couldn’t keep them on the shelves lol. A friend of mine recently bought 20 AR-15 assembly kits to build lol. The anti-gun legislation has effectively failed before its passing because it’s predicted that more firearms have hit the streets than if no legislation was threatened. Also the FBI has always watched for abnormally large ammunition purchases. I’ve purchased over 200 rounds at a time of 7.62X54R and not had anything happen.

Hey, a 50% increase in gun purchases since Obama was elected huh? That shows there are a lot of people who know they need to prepare to fight against their own enslavement when that time comes.
Honestly I don’t see how the government REALLY thinks they can pull this off. Nobody will let them when it comes down to the last stage in their plan. Unfortunately, we have to actually let them get to that final stage before the other 90% of people finally realize what is going on. It’s sad, but I really think it is inevitable that they will reach the very last step in their plan before they are taken down for real. We can delay it til then, and we should, because it will ease the pain til then and give more time for people to awaken. I may be wrong and it would be nice if I am. But I just don’t see it.

Oh, one more thing, it should be obvious now that it is inevitable that a gun ban will take place in the near future. To continue their plan they MUST disarm the citizens. I just hope people stock up as much as they can til then. Guns are great, when it is for your own protection, and dammit we need it right now to protect ourselves from a government that has gone out of control.

Please remove the flashing aspect of the Obama Deception advertisement. It makes it impossible for me to view the web site, it makes me physically ill. Keep the ad. Just remove the rapid red and white strobe effect that is the same effect that is known to induce seizures.

Just make sure you have enough resolve to hold the confiscators off for at least enough time, after you make a few phone calls so the word gets out to other patriots, so we can arrive by the thousands to surround those who want to enslave you. Then if they want to dance to the music, just make sure you’re ready to dance till the musics over. Sooner, or later, if not allready done, anti-constitutional politicians are sure to be put on notice that if this scenario ever takes place, and the music starts to play millions of Americans who have received over the last 15 years, spelled out with ABC type instructions by freedom fighters from the CIA on what to do next. I left Chicago when I found out that Obama (while in the senate) and Durbin allowed Blackwaters to open a fully operational camp not 45 minutes from the city. I now live in a town of 6k people, I am surrounded by mountains and gun loving people. I am preparing for anything such as shooting bow and arrows, gardening (in a grand scale along with canning).
I did not vote for Obama first and then the second time, instead I listened to a article that I read to get out of the city, get a real job in a small town. Here I am on the board of a co-op store in the event of the unthinkable. Basically, get ready…so ready I am trying to be. To change the subject, when I watched the series Jericho it absolutely haunted me as to the possibility of this becoming real. Now, more than ever I believe that this show could become a real possibility.
After 8 years of fearing what could and then did happen to now fearing Obama even more than Bush (I was a life long democrat) I am ready to fight. I have books on plants, I have native friends who I listen to and learn from. I am going to learn how to can, I have a horse, I have chickens, I feel like Eva Gabor from Green Acres but like her character I am learning and surviving my big city days are over…this is my life this is where I belong.

ALL governments want to disarm the people. If they allude to any other possibility they are just hiding their fear. The only hope for this country is for people to get back to farming and making things with their own two hands. It worked for grandpa and it will work for you too!
Stop supporting corporations and start supporting individuals and sole proprietors! Stop paying with checks and using banks. Start paying with cash, gold and silver coin! Stop accepting their paper money and you will be free once more.
