I just wrote to MS. Feinstein’s office to let her know if she continues her attempts to disarm the law abiding citizens in anyway, that we will all do whatever we legally can to remove her from office. I requested she read the writings of Thomas Paine who drafted the 2nd amendment and his statements that the people should be just as well armed as the government. I let her know that we must have the ability to obtain and bear any arms that the government is capable of obtaining to defend ourselves from not just criminals in the streets but also the criminals in the seats in Washington.

I did.. That is what the last line is about, and why I told her to read what Thomas Paine wrote about the 2nd amendment. I made it very clear that guns are not just for us to defend against criminals and to hunt, but to protect ourselves from the government (the criminals in the seats of Washington and their cronies).
I wrote about 8,000 characters worth to her. I got a reply from her office saying that they receive too much email from other states, so will ONLY reply to people in California.. So I redid it with a friend’s address in Cali..

I like to attend rallies and since I run a business I usually get into conversations and help people wake up to what is going on in this country. Don’t give the gov. too much credit… It is NOT that the frequency of shootings/killings has increased, its just that the media is fully reporting on every incident now. It is a fear mongering tactic to build a case against snatching our guns in the next several months. All have had an oath to defend the republic and the constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. The pledge of allegiance amounts to an oath. Most males have been in the military and taken that oath. I am an oath keeper. Many veterns, active military, police are beginning to realize that any orders to attack U.S. Citizens for exercising their rights is breaking their oath and will not participate. These atheist fools in Washington do not understand how important that is to many people when it occurs to them that they are breaking an oath. The next logical step after refusing to break their oath is to turn on those who are breaking their oaths and ordering them to break their oaths. It may be a terrible time for all but the ones who have instigated this hell will rue the day that they were born.

They always pick the time and the place to bastardize the Constitution. Usually, its in the wee hours of the morning when nobody is watching. The question that needs to be asked is “Since when are they ever allowed to write a law overriding the Constitution”, I know they do it all of the time. I had no idea that Dianne Feinstein out ranked the Constitution, I guess thats my public education showing again. Whenever everything starts to really move, it should be legislated that this sort of manuvering, manipulation of rules, and pushing of exceptions against Constitutional rights, should not be tolerated and come with the possibilty of life in prison and if the politician is found making such proposals for pay offs, then a death penalty should be enforced! The same should go for election fraud of anykind! Otherwise, the people will have no peacefull means of maintianing the nation and representing themselves and preserving the people’s rights. Things are coming down to the wire whether these Feinsteins relize the size of the fire they are feeding or not, we must be thinking what we will do once we have to rebuild the Republic and put failsafes into place to prevent this scum from trying it again. Otherwise we will always be forced to fight the same battles over and over again.

The Democratic leaders who are big advocates of gun grabbing realize full well that even if 25% of gun owners comply with some confiscation order,there will still be some 60 million that won’t.
That 60 million is plenty of force to outnumber all ATF,police,FBI,Marines,Army,National guard COMBINED.
