This December, leaders of the industrialized world will gather in Copenhagen to frame an international strategy against “climate change” to take the place of Kyoto.
Many in the mainstream media would have you believe that someone must be crazy to voice skepticism toward the idea that human carbon emissions cause significant and disastrous global warming.
They don’t usually call it “global warming” anymore. The lingo for a few years has been “climate change,” since it provides a much more rhetorically strong ground from which to deride skeptics. Lambasting those who “deny climate change” is more compelling than to scoff, “how could you deny the earth is warming?” Especially now that we know it has been cooling for a decade.
So it’s cooling now, but the real problem, we are told, is climate change — as caused by human emissions of carbon — particularly with an alleged long-term trend toward warming. Real and alleged cataclysms of nature — everything from Katrina to spiders getting bigger — has been blamed on our greenhouse gases.
Merely to express doubt of this theory has been called “treason against the planet” by Paul Krugman, who probably speaks for a large segment of left-liberals. It is seen as unseemly, unpatriotic and hysterical to wonder if humans are causing the earth to warm in unsustainable and disastrous ways. Another Nobel Prize winner, Al Gore, even said a year ago that businesses (conveniently ones that compete with his own favored industrial interests) should be censored for voicing doubt on climate change:

Scientists who question the common wisdom are marginalized and silenced. It is considered beyond the pale to suggest, for example, that the sun — that big ball of gas that supports the life of the planet, constituting more than 99% of the solar system’s mass — has much more effect on idiosyncratic temperature changes than human-emitted greenhouse gasses. And the fact that the carbon emissions theory was first seriously advanced by the Margaret Thatcher regime to bolster the case for nuclear power, back when the environmentalists had been worried about a “new ice age”? That’s ancient history, and only a loon would bring it up.
The scientific method relies on doubt and the idea of a settled “consensus” is anathema — although many would have us believe it’s unscientific to harbor doubts. But even putting aside the question of scientific fact, there is the policy discussion, and here it makes even more sense that some of us would be skeptical. The extent to which many Americans and people in the developed world are willing to part with their liberty in the hopes that national and global bureaucracies can fine-tune the planet’s weather is staggering.
At home the immediate threat is so-called “cap and trade,” a scam to legalize and normalize pollution, regulate industry and impose massive costs onto the American people.

this will add thousands of dollars on to what the herd has to pay anyway, and to top it off they’ll add the health care bill on top, which is just another tax, and then raise all the other taxes on top of those. Its too bad we all just couldn’t lay down for about 3 weeks or so and watch ‘em squirm.

Would that state attorney generals take Al Gore’s advice and bring carbon companies to court, no greater damage could be done to the “climate change” movement than to soundly lose in a court of law. If various state attorney generals were actually to bring charges of fraud against these companies the burden of proof then becomes the states and the states alone. They must prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that “climate change” is caused by human activity and human activity alone. In a court of law, they can not silence the so called “skeptics” of “global warming” or “climate change” or whatever else they care to call it. Indeed, terms such as “climate change” a phenomenon that happens every day, (temperatures rise anywhere from 10 to 30 degrees each day depending on the geographical location), or “global warming” a geographical era in between ice ages, would have to necessarily face much tougher scrutiny in a court of law than they ever have in the court of public opinion. Let the globalists sue the carbon producing companies and pray they do so in the United Sates Court system where the burden of proof will most assuredly lie with the court party asserting the claim.

The lower courts can be no better than kangaroo courts and all the better. Better to loose a lower court case because of bad rulings so it can be brought to the higher courts. Best to make it all the way to the Supreme Court. The global warming issue will never be brought to the Supreme Court if carbon companies brought up on charges of stock fraud beat every lower court case brought against them. It is one of the most perplexing aspects of our legal system, that the best way to win is to first loose so that when the win is had it is had for maximum effect. Corruption in the court room on an issue such as this would be just fine and only ensure a trip to Superior Courts or Courts of Appeal and perhaps even the highest Court in the land.

The whole climate change thing is clearly a falsehood. The debate gives away the carbon cult as they only ridicule so-called deniers as they cannot answer specific scientific points. The ICC refuses to publish the codes for it computer model because they could be used in a criminal case against them for fraud. (Why would that be an issue if the science was sound?).
The purposes of carbon taxes and cap and enslave is to fund global governance and turn every country on the face of the planet into a terrority were humanity has no rights and can be culled at the behest of a feudal jackal pack.
Look at which side is using propaganda. Science doesn’t, and has never needed propaganda. This is because science represent exact knowledge that can be measured and demonstrated. These global con men need to be exposed for what they are. The climate change dupes need to stop drinking the tap water and think for themselves instead of letting charlatans do their thinking for them.
Strange how there’s hardly any Russian based scientist that go along with it. You’d think that, if it were real they should be very concerned but they don’t appear to be. The evil powers that be are using HAARP to create major catostrophic storms, and earthquakes. The lights in the sky created by HAARP have been seen over the equator every time there was a major disaster lately, including the phillipine cyclones on the 25th of September, and 3rd of October, as well as the Samoan Earth Quake on September 29th, the Sumatran Earthquake on the 30th, and the 2nd Phillipine cyclone on October 3rd, as well as the giant monsoon, which wiped away close to 5 million homes, and countless victims in India on the 3rd of October as well. No matter what the elites choose to call “Global Warming” or “Climate Change” their goal is still the same, creating a precedence for a tax on an element.
Carbon is element #6 on the Periodic Table of Elements. Once this tax goes through it opens the door for a tax on Oxygen, Hydrogen, Gold, Silver, etc, etc. No matter if we are triple, quadruple taxed on items, the more money they can get the better.
Do not forget that your government does NOT want to help you, they only want more of your money to spend so they can do what they wish with your tax dollars.
Come on, if the government really cared about YOU, this health care reform would be about your health, there would be no debate on this bill or that bill, they would just increase the eligible income rates to something that would cover more American’s in the Medicaid and Medicare programs that are already in place. Problem solved. But no, it’s about the money and who gets it.
Stop being fooled by slick talking scum like Al Gore, the Earth was warmer in the 1400s. The Earth’s temperature is directly related to its position to the sun, we need to be focusing on colonization of other planets instead of this stupid “Climate Change” initiative. About a year ago my father was visiting Alaska, and while there he met a scientist who had come to the conclusion through his research that man made climate change was complete BS. But like this article says, those scientist are marginalized. It makes sick and angry.

10) The coveted .7 degree rise in temperatures over the last 100 years
has been wiped out with last years below “normal” temperatures (NOAA
coolest winter since 2001)
11) Al Gore’s film was just deemed “propaganda” in a court of law in the
UK as many points could not be substantiated by scientists
12) It was also just reveled that some of the footage in Als film was
CGI. The ice shelf collapse was from the movie The Day After Tomorrow (ABC)
13) One of the scientists that originally thought that CO2 preceded the
warming has now found with new data that the CO2 rise follows the
warming (Dr David Evans)
14) August 2008 was the first time since 1913 there were no sun spots.
15) The Medieval Warm Period was warmer than the 20th century (no SUVs)
16) Many scientists are now predicting 30 years of cooling.
17) The greenhouse effect is real, our small contribution to it cannot
even be measured
18) Several publications, including those that are warmist have recently
written that the natural cycles of the earth may mask AGW. Give me a break.

global “climate change” is a big lie, and we all know the biggest lies always work best, it is now “generally accepted” that man causes “climate change”, and if you don’t believe it then you’re immediately cast as a “stooge for big corporations”, even though Enron were and other corporations actually are, for Kyoto .
They say “the debate is over”, just like “the debate” was over about Saddams wmds, everyone knows they exist :- /
what I will say is that the big lies always work, for while, but they’re usually exposed in time, the truth has a way of always getting out, and it’s starting to bubble up about climate change, new information is coming out seriously challenging the assumption that man cause climate change .

Climate hoax, just another cash grab by the elite. Well I aint paying didly to some world goverment just so I can breath, live, eat! Get real IT’S A FAKE! The world if full of dumb sheep that follow along, jump on the band wagon, subjigated, and as any shepherd will tell you unless some one stops them they will just keep on going over the cliff.
