The proposals have been drawn up in the wake of a European Court of Human Rights ruled last year that a blanket policy of retaining profiles of innocent people indefinitely was illegal.

I have not been making many comments due to police and feds monitoring all social websites , yes they are ! But if you have ever been in the hospital or to a doctor in your life they already have your DNA . If not they can get it from your leavings , such as hair , blood , getting arrested is a big one too , etc. Watch what you say on the net , if you can address peoples in person would be better than social comments and web . Agree with your post, but just want to add, that when newborns are born, the first thing they
do is draw blood with or without parental consent. Whenever they are questioned about
why it’s being done they will answer “it’s required by law”. Of course the purpose is to
build a DNA database.

This is another issue. So far, DNA samples were taken from those that commited violent crime, like murder or rape, but now, it looks like they are going to change old fashioned fingerprints with DNA records.
Now, that is invasive. My DNA is my bussines only, and in just few selected cases I will “share” it for a purpose. like it has always been done.
That sick practice should be chalenged in court of law, not corporate US law.

However, they don’t need a database to link someone to a crime. Your DNA will suffice.
If anyone was considered such a threat, a sample would easily be acquired.

Pretty soon they’ll be able to pin just about any crime on anybody by simply saying they have DNA evidence. Since everybody’s DNA is already in a database from when they’re born it’s not like you could really contest it unless you had a rock solid alibi. Or they could just plant your DNA at a crime scene and get you lethally injected at a time of their choosing.

I wonder who decided to post this article. The title does not fit the story….or just the opposite. The story is good, but to get to the title, one must extrapolate out to it and that is not good since there are so many other stories that can be posted. Something is happening internally since now I see that it is finally time for me to say something about stories like this. It makes no difference if the title comes from the original source or not either. If the story has merit, as this one does, there should then be an “editor’s note” put at the beginning of the article. Regrettably I have nothing to do with such postings.

taking dna from everyone routinely is like saying; you are all potential criminals or terrorists. it’s totally against the spirit of innocent till proven guilty. the violations of human (God given) rights this kind of thinking involves will result in a worse police state then any other in the world. no where else is there such a mass of technology, man power and vast financial resources available to spy and track every single member of the population like in the UK and US. basically the police state is already here, it arrived incrementally, step by slow step. with never a crisis missed to justify further infringements on our liberty. this game is played by both sides, be it the dems or reps in the US or their equally powerless counterparts in the UK. no matter which is in charge the agenda stays the same when it comes to stealing our liberty. every excuse is used, from the children to the elderly, the sick, the disabled. there is nothing that’s considered taboo. no excuse is too ridiculous, as long as it justifies taking more freedom from us the people and strengthening the government who are supposed to be ruling in our best interests. but in reality they rule only in their own interests. they are bribed by so called lobbyists and it’s not even illegal. they enter treaties to the detriment of their own people. they pass laws/bail outs benefitting their sponsors at the expense of the people.
a lot is worse now then ever before, but the biggest sell out remains the creation of the federal reserve and the income tax. the fractional reserve banking system using a fiat money system based on indebted fiat money, meaning every dollar created for the government is created and leant to the government with a debt attached to it. meaning that no matter how many dollars we print, we can never ever pay the interest on this money. as the interest doesn’t strictly speaking exist. hence it’s impossible to ever get out of debt using this current fiat system. so till the government takes the power to create money away from the private so called federal reserve the sooner the huge debt can be taken on. i know this is a bit off subject from dna samples, but in the end monetary slavery is just as dangerous to liberty as physical slavery or serfdom. it was the power amassed through the income tax that allowed government to become such a monster in the first place.
