Do Police Always Lie, Or Does It Just Seem That Way?

Maryland resident Shawn M. Leake was enjoying an evening drive near Hyattsville on May 25, 2008 when he caught the unwelcome sight of a police car behind him, its running lights on.
When he pulled over he was accosted by Prince George’s County Police Corporal Steven Jackson, who told him that he was following up on “inquiries” about Leake’s auto insurance. Jackson later claimed that he stopped Leake because the windows of his Cadillac were tinted.
Much about the ensuing conversation, which was captured by Jackson’s dashboard camera, remains unclear. A few minutes into the stop, after Jackson’s backup arrived, the corporal ordered Leake from the car. Puzzled and wary, Leake hesitated, asking why this would be necessary.
“Step out of the car now, or I’ll have you out of the car,” exclaimed Jackson.
“You yelling, but you have to give me a reason to step out of the car,” protested Leake, pointing out that he was trying to comply but his foot was caught on an obstruction.
When Leake finally exited the car, a shaved fraction of a split second transpired before Jackson slugged the taller motorist twice before bull-dogging him to the pavement. During this whole time, as the video clearly shows, Jackson did nothing to provoke the violence; he neither hit nor threatened the officer, nor did he assume a “fighting stance.”

“You hit me in the f*****g lip,” grumbled Jackson petulantly.
“I did not hit you, man,” Leake replied in a remarkably composed voice. “You hit yourself when you tried to knock me out.”
“Dude, it’s all on tape,” countered Jackson. In his official report, Jackson stuck with his story that Leake “immediately took a combative stance and struck me with a closed fist uppercut to my face”; he then supposedly “continued to fight me and even tackled me to the ground into the next lane of oncoming traffic.”
On the strength of this account — since, as we all know, police never lie — Leake was originally charged with assaulting Jackson, as well as reckless conduct and failing to obey a “lawful” order. Those charges were dropped after the tape made it plain that it was Jackson who slugged the motorist repeatedly before tackling him “into the next lane of traffic.”
That’s right, dude: It was all on the tape.
One would think that Jackson would find himself confronting a perjury charge. One would be wrong, since police apparently have permission to perjure themselves about incidents involving violence.
“When an officer is involved in a violent incident, he’s going to use his best recollection when writing up the statement of charges,” insists Major Andy Ellis, a spokesliar for the Prince George’s County Police. “If there’s a discrepancy, that should be clarified in court.” And, presumably, if it’s the word of a perjurious police officer against that of a mere mundane, well, the “best recollection” of the former would prevail, correct?
Vince Canales, president of the local police union, insisted that the assault on Leake was justified because the video “clearly shows he was resisting arrest.”
Bear in mind that police are taught to treat any uncooperative gesture or behavior, however brief or innocuous, as “resisting arrest”–even displaying a facial expression considered “menacing” by the high-strung, fragile creatures who populate police agencies.
Leake has ample reason to be wary of the police: On one previous occasion he had been arrested for resisting arrest, a charge that was eventually dropped. That spurious, bootstrapped charge is often used to justify petty police harassment of people who haven’t actually done anything wrong.
The, ahem, heroic Officer Jackson, on the other hand, went on three months later to shoot and kill an unarmed man in Langley Park. In that incident, Jackson reported that he was trying to arrest 43-year-old Manuel de Jesus Espina for carrying an open container of alcohol, and Espina — like Leake — put up “violent resistance.”
Eyewitnesses insist that Espina put up no resistance as he was beaten with a baton, pepper-sprayed, and eventually shot by Jackson.
Jackson is on paid vacation (aka “administrative leave”) while the Espina case is under review. If he eventually faces criminal charges in that case, it will probably be a result of the fact that Jackson, at the time he murdered Espina, was moonlighting as a security guard, rather than acting in an official capacity.

I live several miles from langley park and I’m a firefighter in that jurisdiction……jackson was accused of being a police assassin at the last local police community meeting…..all unjustified shootings/beating in PG county go unpunished…..I have personally seen the aftermath of their beatings and hear all the usual excuses……there was a police murder suspect who was arrested in pg county…..he did not even last 24 hours in the pg county detention center before he was found dead in his maximum secure cell……it has all been a cover up since…..the feds have picked up that investigation as well…….whatever good that will do…..I’m a firefighter saing this….it is a sad situation here……if you come aroud here…beware!!!!!!!

As a Gaithersburg resident (hopefully out of there because Montgomery county, MD is a money draining craphole), don’t think we here don’t hear about stuff that happens in PG. Considering that PG is a sh!thole (no offense, although you’ll probably incline to agree), I’m surprised that more people haven’t moved out of there. I’m wondering when MD will relax its gun possession legislation, if ever.
At least you have a respectable job. I’m sure of the risk of asphyxiation going into a burning building probably gives you the shivers. Cops just arrest people usually for no reason, other than to beef up their arrest or ticket quotas.

Well the police in the UK lie but they are careful about it. They will rather provoke a person to raise his arms in defence and say that they raised their arms to attack. They will call someone arguing with them as being abusive.
The other side of policing is that they are useless. They are a good deterant but in action not much good. For example we caught some burglers on CCTV breaking a lock and carrying off some electronics. We even got their car which was distinctive.
The police said that they might have got the cars number on their ANPR cameras on the entry and exit roads to the town. BUT the police said that the criminals were probably travelers and probably used a road with no ANPR camera. So they would not be caught.
This PROVES that the ANPR cameras and the police force themselves can only police ordinary people and not criminals.

I have been a paramedic in the Philadelphia are in Pa for years, lived in other parts of the country, and sorry but I do not think all cops are evil, bad and everyting else. Sure there are lots who are, but not all.
When stopped by the police I do what they say, show them respect, and have never had a problem.
I live in Ga and was walking home from the bar, and was stopped and frisked and my Id checked. I know for a fact that they had a robbery call in the subdivision down the street, and it was committed to three white males. and I amm a white male, wearing something close to that the discription said they were wearing.
Thee Officer explained the situation, apologized, and gave me his name and badge number if I wanted to report it. Well I will not because he just did his job, and he did have me against the car and checked for weapons, and I did have a folding knife. Well I got that back too.
My feeling is he did his job, I treated him with respect, and I was only detained on scene for about 15 minutes. No harm done and he did his job.
so not all cops are bad.

Not all cops are bad, but the thousands of examples of the worst of them are being protected and covered for by those ‘good’ cops who do not act. Their inaction establishes their status as an accomplice. If you have a friend who robs a bank, and you know it, but don’t turn them in, you are considered an accomplice. The so-called ‘good cops’ are truly nothing more than scared sheep, like most of the rest of humanity. Too concerned with the possibility of losing a crappy job than doing right.

In Ontario a man got shot dead when he tried to leave a DUI road stop. You would think that was extreme force wouldn’t you? Maybe he was Al-Qeada? In the good ole days they would apprehend a suspect with less force but nowadays police don’t have the whereforall to stop a fleeing suspect. As I have posted before… A judge has set a precedence that unlawful arrest IS considered assault and battery. We, as soveriegn citizens, have the right to resist unlawful arrest UP TO taking the life of the arresting officer. This is self defense and WILL stand up in a court of law. Federal court.

I have been doing a lot of research on Alex Jones. For example, the more I listen to his show, the more I hear him ranting and fear mongering. I am not amused, thank you for your post! Clearly there is someone else who may understand that God appoints Kings (By Him Kings are made). Likewise, some of the people that a ‘king’ may rule over, are blessed with wisdom, for if kings knew this wisdom they would not have to rule in such ways. I not only advocate for human rights, as well as our country, but the highest level is God, I would surrender my life to fulfill His testimony. God’s version – He is polite. If you don’t want anything to do with him AS HE REALLY IS he will honor that wish. The only place he is not is hell. It is also punishment for sin. They seem to have a problem with God punishing sin. They think he is to nice to do that.
They don’t stop and think, the person you hurt he loved, is he just going to let that go and say it was ok. Or, maybe his holiness, defiling that is not ok either.
They really can’t conceive of God retaining the prerogative to make the rules and administer discipline. They really can’t grasp the concept.

Well, I have made some points against him, and the way he presents ‘truth.’ I will post links to a website where you can check my references and also read about what my FULL claims are against him. I am not sure though why you think I am funny. I would like to ask this community as a whole, you people seek truth but if a man in your group is more outspoken then you, and he is found to be a liar, and a fraud, how then really does it impact what you are striving to accomplish? What I mean by this is, most people outside of this area view him as a literal nutcase, and the whole truth movement is in jeopardy because of his outspoken lies. I tell you people, I am not fighting to simply disprove Alex, I am fighting for a difference. There are too many families that neither parents can find a job that adequately supports them. I live several miles from langley park and I’m a firefighter in that jurisdiction……jackson was accused of being a police assassin at the last local police community meeting…..all unjustified shootings/beating in PG county go unpunished…..I have personally seen the aftermath of their beatings and hear all the usual excuses……there was a police murder suspect who was arrested in pg county…..he did not even last 24 hours in the pg county detention center before he was found dead in his maximum secure cell……it has all been a cover up since…..the feds have picked up that investigation as well…….whatever good that will do…..I’m a firefighter saing this….it is a sad situation here……

I think while dishonesty in law enforcement is a serious issue, this headline is unfair to the officers that do their jobs and respect the public. I can say this with credibility because I actually have been arrested with charge and had cops try to plant a gun on me and say that I robbed a store. I was even attacked by them while in handcuffs. But I have also had cops help me out in other instances when I was in trouble. There are also bad teachers pushing propaganda, doctors pushing vaccines, psychiatrists pushing drugs, and corrupt judges and lawyers and so on. Even the average store clerk that never thinks to follow the news outside of TV land is guilty. Don’t make this just about cops.

The bulk of cops are decent. Don’t get me wrong I have reason to distrust them and spent a couple years in prison. Thing is, most of them are cool. I won’t hang out with them but get a grip. If you know how to play the game you really don’t have much to fear from cops. I actually threatened a cop with deadly force once and all he did was leave. Granted he entered my home without a warrant and I warned him and the pistol was in sight.

I remember when I was a kid (quite a while ago) we thought the police in our town were good guys who treated us like we were their sons and daughters. Now every young person I talk to thinks the police are to be feared and distrust them completely. They see them pulling over car after car just to collect money. They see them breaking the law by harassing and intimidating people. This is especially true in smaller towns. At this point in time I would have to say that the biggest thing to fear in my town is the police dept. There is no real crime to speak of. We only have about 6k in residents. I think that a lot of the problems with cops with bad attitudes are that they are huge abusers of steroids. Law enforcement personnel are THE biggest abusers of these drugs by occupation than any other, even professional athletes. And for those of you who think I,m talking out my anus my father retired from the Sheriffs Dept. I spent my whole life around these guys. We need drug testing for law enforcement personnel across the board, that will help get rid of these bad apples who want to go out and get jacked up on steroids and confront people.

I had a cop walk into my house during a party i was throwing. He was there about a loud music complaint by one of my neighbors. I was out in my pool. One of my friends had answered the door and told the cop to wait outside while he went to get me. But as I came into the house….the cop had “let himself in”. I asked him how he had gotten into the house and he said “that didn’t matter” and that he had found an underage drinker. I again asked him why he was in my house and asked him to leave….at which point he threw me up againt my kitchen counter and handcuffed me. I was completely sober and provided no resistance or “attitude”. I just knew he had illegally entered my house and was calling him on it. He called for “back up”. The next cop came in and apologized for this other officers behavior but said there was nothing he could do about it. I was taken “downtown” and processed…along with the alleged underage drinker who was drinking a non alcoholic pina colada made by a couple of AA friends. By the way, most of my friends were doctors and nurses. In court the officer swore he didn’t enter my house. To his surprise I handed the Judge some pictures…he finally admitted he entered “but wasn’t searching”. I immediately asked the Judge to dismiss the case due to his perjury and lack of evidence….but was denied! She(the Judge) completely ignored the fact that he lied and told me that the officers testimony is sufficient evidence in her court….even after he admitted he lied about entering, there was no evidence that the under aged person had alcohol (no breathalizing or anything) I still had to pay a 300 dollar fine and have that on my record. The case against the 20yr old alleged drinker was dropped. He had a good lawyer (which ran about $1500)…that’s when I first learned how little rights we have. If I had gotten a lawyer I would have lost alot more money. Screwed either way.

Document everything on camera… Take a camcorder put it in the glove box. Next time you get pulled over document everything on camera.
Use your camera phone, ask the passenger to document everything on camera for you while you are being interrogated by the Nazis…err, I mean police.

Chris, There are good and bad cops, I know I was a Fire Fighter for 28 yrs and worked many incidents around them. In the early 80’s things weren’t bad more like Peace Keepers. That started changing and eventually lies became blatant, even a 15 yr old kid was shot to death while handcuffed behind his back and it took 20 min before they called for a ambulance so they could get their story straight. I listened on the radio through the entire incident in the ambulance while silence, we finely informed dispatch that we were rolling in that direction and then they got frantic. It wasn’t long before they got a “Tactical Frequency” so that scanner land couldn’t hear the truth. I have watch people get arrested, where blanket ressisting arrest, assulting officer as the most common “Put everything on them” a fishing expidition.
When you have contact with police, your life is at risk, be very careful of how you conduct yourself, don’t even try to be friendly just comply, get a car stelth video camera and try to survive the encounter the best you can. Forget the courts, they are rigged, go public immediatly and never settle out of court with a gagg claus. Make tyranny very expensive, government dosen’t care about the difference between right and wrong, only taking their money away from their budgets work.

Now i am planning/trying to become a police officer, and i have been watching these video’s recently and while i have been fairly mortified at the same time i think police brutality is overall better then Military Law Enforcement, since it wouldn’t be “brutality” anymore it would be murder. but the Military is licsensed to kill, and thats all they are trained for. Yeah, they lie. Let me give you my perspective.
Back in 2004, I was stopped in the town of Orangeville, Ontario for supposedly speeding 10 kph (6 mph) over the speed limit. The radar trap was set up at the sign where the limit changes from 50 to 60. Upon examination of the cop’s notes, I discovered he had lied about there not being any other traffic when there was. And, incredibly, the radar unit was calibrated to read a vehicle’s speed 10 kmh faster than it was actually going.
I was looking at a $40 fine, plus $10 court costs. I went for my trial, but my evidence was too complicated, so they scheduled a full trial. After two more appearances (a pre-trial and a set-date), they allotted three hours for my trial and brought in a judge from over 100 miles away. The town tried to raise the charge to 26 over, but I defeated their motion. The cop lied through his teeth, denying the conversation we had, but the judge didn’t care because he was pissed off at me for having to travel all this distance. I was convicted and fined $40, plus $10 court costs, no points. It cost the town over $5,000 to prosecute me.
I complained about the cop and his obviously fraudulent notes (before the trial and afterwards) but nobody believed me or would even look at them. Then in 2005, I learned the cop had been charged with a false arrest incident and also false notes. But it didn’t affect me. The funny thing is, when he testified against me, it was never disclosed. Several other cops were caught up in the same scandal. One copette resigned, thereby causing the charges against her to be dropped. I understand she took a position with a nearby department. Under Ontario law, because she resigned before she could be convicted, she had a clean record.
The chief of police later resigned and took a position as a DEPUTY CHIEF with the Oxford (Ontario) Police. I sent him a letter telling him, where I come from, we call that a DEMOTION.
Moral of the story: Now I keep a video camera in my car. And if I am ever stopped again, I’ll quickly have my cellphone dial my voice mail so it can record the conversation and any attempt by the cop to seize the camera. They can seize the camera. They can seize my phone. But they can’t seize my voice mail.
A note to all you crooked cops out there: God help you the day we win the revolution. In the mean time, if I ever see one of you guys in trouble at the side of the road (in the ditch in -20 winter weather, for example): I have two words: fuck you.

Rik, I absolutely agree with your sentiment. When bad cops do occasionally get sent to prison (it’s been known to happen), these problems have ways of sorting themselves out.
If we continue to see a pattern of cops getting away with beating up children, old people, ambulance attendants, women and people who stand up for themselves, then people will start taking matters into their own hands. As these cops see themselves on YouTube and other sites, people will start recognizing them.
And what people do when they recognize those bad cops in the streets, or those bad cops are their neighbors…well, I can’t really tell them what they should do.

While proceeding over a overpass in central AB, not wearing a seatbelt (an offense contrary to the MV ACT) to the point where I could view what was on the other side, when I drove into a position where I could see that on the other side was a Police “check point” I quickly buckled up in order to not offend the agents and garnering further attention. Never-the-less an agent waved me over and proceeded to state that I wasn’t wearing a seatbelt where upon I questioned him,
“How did you know I wasn’t wearing one. There is no way you could possibly see that I wasn’t wearing one?” He responds that the vehicle on the bridge, with the hood up, was in actual fact thier observer and radioed ahead where upon the pulled me over.
I said to the agent, “Well isn’t that kinda like entrappment?”
He gave me a wry grin, closed his book of NOTICES, wished me a good day. And that was that.
Know your right’s and NEVER enter into contract with agent.

Then again in my area we only have Sheriffs and they are older men and women, who typically are very respectful towards people. So there are some good ones left, thank God. I think the biggest problem is once corruption infests a force the good officers tend to leave. That’s what one of my Sheriff friends told me any ways. Sad really.

Cops have lied to me more than once too. I’ve even had false charges put on me in two separate cases (one currently in pre-trial). Luckily, or divinely you might say, I have been able to beat the charges and maintain my innocence on record. But although I have been screwed and lied to by the cops, and had two false reports written about me before, I still maintain that some cops are good, while also believing that good people in bad systems makes bad people, and there are plenty of bad systems out there, different degrees of badness you might say, depending on what part of the country you reside.
Some cops are total bastards and bullies and thugs. I know this. I have experienced it first had, their abuse and mistreatment toward me. So fuck all of you accusers who want to lie about me even up on this message board. You say all cops are bad, but with you and all your nasty accusations against me simply for speaking my mind, you ain’t much better than the cops your bashing mother fuckers. Where i live i have to admit there are like 2-3 cops who are awesome (because they do their job right). They never harass anyone, but instead stop and talk to people and are friendly. Dont get me wrong, I`ve seen them be strict with people they need to be. But they never power trip, and i always thank them for being good police officers every chance i get. They are just few though. And if noticed that the city cops (Pittsburgh) never really bother anyone unless they are doing something illegal, while the borough cops will harass you if they see a couple guys hanging out in front of a store for like 15 minutes…i guess the borough cops have nothing better to do since there is no real crime. All i can say comply until you can, and when you just cant get out alive, well we will have to find other means. Always remember, if the time comes, there is more of us then them.

I realize that there are good cops and bad cops all accross this great country. However, by what criteria can one make that accessment? If America does not get a grip on this problem by defining this criteria (which should reflect the social norms and standards recognized by society as a whole) and holding our law enforcement bodies wholy accountable to these standards (regardless of the neighborhoods in which their illegal or ill-advised actions takes place), we are all doomed and the streets will increasingly become violent. It doesn’t even matter anymore about the makeup (race, religion, etc.) of the police…it is a state of mind that they can do anything to anyone and anybody, us aginst them. A trickle down effect….from G. Bush and D. Chaney’s disregard for individual rights and freedoms after 911. America, please stand up and reclaim your country….and all cops who are reading this, this concept and/or reality also applies to you and your family someday…who does the establishment control after all the cattle has been rounded up? Of coures, the cattle handlers…beware!

I was pulled over in PHX in 1993, for suspicion of DUI. I did what every one should do and not comply with field sobriety or BAC tests.
During pretrial, I , myself, and my witness overheard the prosecutor tell the arresting officers, in the hall , “I have nothing on this guy, you have to COME UP with something.” They concocted a story that the jury sucked up and I was convicted of DUI, based on the lies of testimony of police under oath.

Here is a humdinger for you all. and this happend right now, I work in surveillance I sometimes monitor our bank of 1100 cameras or so that we have all over the country including on the front of the office I work in and the office directly across the street. Anyway long story short I’m sitting in my office and get a call from an employee that happens to be passing by. He tells me there was a wreck right out front that just happened so I pull up video from several cameras and sure enough we have the whole incident written to our DVR hard drives in all its digital glory. So mistakenly I think “Hey maybe the police officers conducting the investigation would be interested to see the video I have of the drunk idiot speeding,loosing control of his car and ultimately wrapping it around a telephone pole?”. Well the first gentalmen I spoke to seemed far less enthusiastic about the video then I was and told me that a traffic investigator was enroute and might possibly want to see the video. So I return to my office and wait for the investigator to arrive which she does they conduct their little investigation and I expect to see her soon after at my front door buzzing the intercom eagerly waiting to see my video that shows difinitivley what had occured. However to my dissmay I watch a flatbed towtruck pull up load the car and the two officers go on their merry way. So in conclusion I must deduce that cops are…well you fill in the blank for me.

We need some kind of protection on some level, but police have gone off their rockers lately. I’m not for expanding the government in any way, but we need some kind of public civilian watchdog agency to keep tabs on these cops. We need to have a system of checks and balances from the ground up to prevent all these abuses of power. Then on the other hand, having been a National Guardsman who served with a large number of police officers, I know from firsthand experience that the vast majority of cops are good professional men and women who truly want to serve and protect the public.

Let’s not forget the MIAC Report, and the DHS Domestic Terrorist Report that labeled the majority of Americans as potential terrorists. This is the corrupting influence upon our law enforcement professionals that is bound to result in a few of the more easily influence officers regarding all of us as enemies.
This is the goal of the criminal international Plutovrats who seek to use the police as their controllers over the enslaved masses. When we regard all police officers as our enemies, we are feeding into the same corrupting influence that serves only the criminal elitist international plutocracy.
Understanding that the criminal elitists are served by adversarial contempt and distrust between law enforcement and the public is the most effective method of overcoming this condition. Hating all cops and spreading distrust of them only serves the criminals who wish to enslave us.

I live next to PG County. They recently wrongly raided a local mayor’s house, roughed up the family and kill their dog. Why? The drug war. Drug laws are good examples of slave laws. You do not own your body. The state does. Therefore the state can tell you how feed and medicate it and go to any means necessary to ensure compliance including murdering the slave to set an example for the other slaves.

Great post, True cops may tell and lie under oath and the rule of law protects them. Its called construct and construe. In order to MAKE the evidence sufficient the Cops may tell any lies necessary to construct the requisite findings for a conviction. It is the Judges job to make the evidence sufficient by construing the lies into findings of fact. The court has to create a conviction by making the evidence sufficient. I found out in Hawaii Supreme Court case #27843. The courts are in derision, any truth can dismantle the court. Sooooo, the court is a rogue and an absolute liar. I lived in PG County MD for 22 years and 14 years in Tampa, FL. Tampa police are by FAR the most corrupt. Why? It is the surrounding system of protection for the legal criminals that can allow for such massive criminal behavior by police , sheriff, State Attorneys, lawyers, media, local casinos and gambling, as well as shipping of drugs and money laundering right into the port of Tampa itself. I know an officer is a town close to Austin Texas that wrote the passenger of a car a ticket for no drivers license. The passenger’s teenage child was driving and instead of ruining his driving record he told the dad he would write the ticket to him.
The dad signed the ticket and went on their way.
The dad was contesting the citation and when the courts sent out a complaint and affidavit to the issuing officer he filled them out and submitted them to the court.
Court day: the dad said he wasn’t driving he was the passenger.
The officer was reprimanded with a day off without pay for this…

The officers sergeant moves into Internal Affairs and when he given the investigation he deems it as a training issue and is verbally warned not to do this again.

That won’t work. I was a correctional officer for three months before resigning. I had four other officers enforce what I wrote in an incident report to cover everyone’s a$$. If you are good, you will be gone; Law enforcement won’t tolerate that “good guy” nonsense.

The authority’s here in portland oregon gave me and my daughter a death threat because I caught them in a multiple murder conspiracy on a audio recorder and they poisoned me and my family and they just cover it up at the hospital!

Yes. Sadly, I believe the police not only lie all the time, but they are paid to do so. They are taught to lie, paid to lie, and put it into practice as part of their official duties. They are taught this from the begining of their careers in the police academy and it’s reinforced when they are assigned to a department.
When this is all part of their training how can someone not understand when they put it into practice? They lie, cheat, steal, murder, cover it up and get away with it because that is how the system works..
I have no faith in the system any longer and it doesn’t surprise me as to what I read and hear about anymore.
Now, anytime I hear two sides of the story, I automatically disregard the police version and believe the other side. It’s a shame that it has come to this, but the thin line of truth seldom falls on the side of the police.

Hey guys, I’ve been coming to this site for a long time and found some pretty interesting things. Since the inception of the comments section I’ve come back less and less. One of the weirdest things I’ve seen in the comments section (and there are some pretty strange things said) is once someone says something negative about Alex Jones, they are immediately ganged up on and attacked. That, my friends, shows that many people are not thinking for themselves anymore, but letting Alex Jones fill their head. No different than any of the ’sheeple’ who watch Fox news.
I will have to say that there are people who come to this site who leave intelligent comments so I am not including everybody. As well, I will continue to come to this site from time to time because there are still pretty cool articles being posted, but I would hope to see more thinkers posting in the comments section in the future.

One time I was attacked on the side of the road after asking these 2 guys in a pick up what they were doing on the corner by my grandfathers house. I had asked them what they were doing and they started shouting obscenities at me and threating me. I started to write down their license plate and was about to drive off and they grabbed large objects out of their pick up and threw them at me. I had my Audi running and threw it in reverse. The object narrowly missed hitting the car. I think they were trying to throw them through the windshield at me. I started driving to my trailer which was across the street from my grandfathers. They jumped into their vehicle and immediately followed me. When I jumped out to go to my trailer they were right behind me and acted like they were going to run me over revving their engine. My dog was still in the car and I got out my shot gun and told them they better leave. They kept revving their engine and putting it in and out of gear acting like they were going to run me down. I fired 2 warning shots into the ground and told them get the fuck out of here. They took off and I got back in the car with my gun to finish getting their license plate number. They drove so fast I just turned around and went to a phone to call the police because I didn’t have one. They had threatened to get me so I didn’t want to stay in my trailer and I didn’t know if they had a firearm. I told 911 that I was stalked by 2 men who attempted to kill me and I had to fire warning shots. They came and arrested me without taking down my story. My dog had got out at some point and had to stay in the desert without food or water while I was in jail. The police threatened me in the car. I told them they were doing the wrong thing and letting the criminals get away. He told me he would pull over if I didn’t shut up. I felt like the officer was threatening my life as well. He pretended his car was quiting and said he might have to pull over on the side of the road. While in jail I was told that I better plead to the lessor charges because if I didn’t I would be facing a felony. At that point I was concerned about my dog so I pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. It happened on 4th of July many years ago. Because of that and other incidents I have always hated the police. At the time I was studying to be a Microsoft certified programmer and was no way a criminal then or now but I hate cops.

Years ago it was every man’s duty to protect his community. The local Sheriff when out numbered by criminals would expect the armed citizens to aid in the protection of their own community/neighbors in which the Sheriff was also part of. Now we have officer “Action Jackson” part time mall security guard. A fat loud mouth high school bully. No respect for the community or people at all. In the simplest terms Action Jackson needs a horse whipping. A good old fashioned whooping, it worked in the past and it will work now. MY EXEPERIENCE WITHT THE SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT IS THEY ARE VICIOUS CRINAMALS IN UNIFORM TRAINED TO HAVE NO CONSICOUS I WAS IIN JAIL ONCE AND THE JAILER HID AND SPRAYED THE CELL BLOCK WITH MACE IT WAS SO QUITE YOU COULD HEAR A PIN DROP BEFORE HE EMYPTED HIS CAN OF MACE I HAVE SEEN THE VICIOUS SHERIFF DEPARTMENT BRING IN A MAN YOU COULD RING BLOOD OUT OF HIS SHIRT WHERE THE CRINAMLS HAD NEARLY BEAT HIM TO DEATH WE WHERE ALL WHITE MEN INVOLVED IN THESE INCINDENTS I THINK WHEN THEY ARE TRAINED THEY ARE TAUGHT NOT TO HAVE NO CONSICOUS THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW THE CAN BEAT ABUSE A SUBSPECT EVEN TELL A WOMAN TO GO TO BED WITH THEM NOT TO GET LOCKED UP THEY DO NOT ANSWER TO NO ONE AND ACT INNOCENT WITH THE PUBLIC WHILE THEY ARE PROTECTING THEM THEIR WOMEN CHILDREN, LIFE’S AND, PROPERTYSO I HOPE AMERICA WILL EITHER REPENT AND TURN TO THE LORD WITH THEIR MORDEN FALSE BAYLON ,SODOM GOVERMENT OR JESUS WILL RETURN SOOON IF NOT WE ARE AT THE VERGE OF THE LAST WORLD GORVERMENT THE MAIN ANTCHRIST KINGDOM JESUS WILL RETURN EITHER WAY EVER BODY THAT DOES COMPLY TO MODERN BABLOYN GOV WILL BE EXCUTED HAUL OFF TO MODERN DAY CONCENTRATION CAMPS PRAY FOR JESUS TO COME SOON

I have some good stories in Vegas, One of which goes the amount of trouble they are using puting up trespassing signs up everywhere, I was given one in a casino, but the big problem is they never put it on the docket, they round you up whenever they feel like it, the bond for trespassing is 740 dollars and if you want to plead not quilty with out making bail you must wait 3 weeks before you can even hear the evidence against you. There is no doubt the prisons populations are being filled by the Feds in order to make you take the newest flu shot, that by there own emissions takes two years to make, yet we are suppose to believe they have found a vaccine already for the swine flue that killed two people in America.

The problem is that most law enforcement agencies no longer hire locals as police officers, but recruit out of the military, or encourage lateral transfer from other communities. When I was a kid growing up it wasn’t uncommon for most cops to be from the immediate area, with ties to that area. Because they had ties to the community they were policing they rarely if ever got out of hand. Now in most cases the average “rookie” has already spent most of his adult life in some kind of uniform (usually military) and has totally forgotten what its like to be a civilian. The lateral transfers tend to be either cops from urban areas trying to escape the craziness, or skrew ups who get passed around to other police forces.
Also the testing, and interview process in most cases is a sham. They are geared specifically to get candidates with an authoritarian world view, and not necessarily those who simply want to serve.
Start requiring your local police agencies to hire locals, and have more emphasis on life experience, and education than taking and giving orders and some of the problems might change a bit.
