Domestic Torture via Radiation Weaponry: America’s Horrific Shame

The reality of domestic torture delivered by ideologically-driven, cold-hearted agents of government and their vigilante citizen operatives is finally gaining public exposure by way of first-hand accounts — including that of this correspondent, a mainstream journalist who who has been "community stalked" and tortured by means of silent, potentially deadly radiation weaponry for nearly five years.
In a matter of weeks, this correspondent believes, operatives who have been involved in the purposeful "dosing" of American citizens with various forms of pulsed radiation emitted from so-called "directed energy weapons" and devices will begin to come forward, confirming reports of what’s been euphemistically labeled as "electronic harassment" by victims of so-called "community stalking" or "gang stalking."
The "gang stalking" moniker trivializes what is an extensive, multi-level government campaign of extrajudicial targeting and punishment that victims say extends into Canada, the United Kingdom and other industrialized nations.
The "targets" are not limited to "terrorists" or drug traffickers. They include individuals who have been labeled by persons in positions of authority as "dissidents," "radicals," "whistle-blowers" or undesirables, perhaps due to their lifestyles, their ethnic heritage, or their religious or political beliefs. Many find themselves slandered and unjustly accused of wrongdoing (but, notably, not charged with any violation of the law). Journalists are among targeted classes; but many don’t realize they are subject to pervasive surveillance, physical harassment and career sabotage until they are already ruined, professionally and personally.
These targeted persons — and their families — are subject to relentless harassment, including surreptitious entry into their homes and vandalism of their property, with surveillance data about their whereabouts and personal daily routines funneled to "community stalkers" who are recruited under the cover of government-funded community policing, town watch, and business-related anti-terrorism programs. The operations of these civilian vigilantes are supervised by agents of government, ranging from local police personnel to federal intelligence and security agents under whose direction these programs have been institutionalized.

Under the guise of performing "surveillance," the "targets" are subject to electromagnetic radiation of various forms — ranging from microwave energy, sound waves, even X-rays and gamma rays. The government publicly claims that these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.", are still in the experimental stage, or that working equipment is large and bulky, such as the Army’s recent demonstration of a microwave weapon tagged with an innocuous-sounding sobriquet, the "Active Denial System." The government describes these radiation weapons as "non-lethal" — when in fact, depending on the dosage of radiated energy delivered, they can stun, maim, burn, cause strokes or aneurysms, induce illness such as cancer, or kill.
These D.E.W. have are being widely deployed, as noted in an article in the April 2008 FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. The article discusses the potential adverse health effects of D.E.W. fire. The article also states that law enforcement personnel themselves may fall victim to these adverse effects, should criminals or terrorists obtain D.E.W.

What the article does not state is that victims of "community stalking" have complained for several years that they are being tortured by painful D.E.W. radiation attacks, and that their health has been degraded by the cumulative effects of exposure to silent and potentially lethal beams of radiated energy.
These weapons share a characteristic that explains why few people outside of law enforcement are aware of their widespread deployment and usage: The radiation energy the weapons emit is silent and invisible, making possible "the perfect crime" — the covert application of potentially lethal force.
Victims of D.E.W. attack have tried to appeal to law enforcement for justice, but to no avail. Indeed, that’s part of the "M.O." — when victims complain, they are routinely written off as delusional or mentally ill. Victims say that health care workers also cooperate in this persecution. Targeted persons may even be subject to attempts to commit them to psychiatric facilities, a means of accomplishing the underlying goal of extrajudicial targeting and punishment — the removal of "targeted individuals" (and by extension, their families) from mainstream society.
Victims of extrajudicial targeting also charge that their family finances are sabotaged and ultimately expropriated by secret government programs ostensibly implemented to disrupt the financial dealings of terrorists and drug traffickers. In effect, they say, they are victimized by a parallel system of transaction processing sold to lawmakers as necessary components of the "war on terror" — not as an ideologically-motivated tool of social control and political repression.
There is no rational or moral defense for this horrific domestic torture — what could be termed a campaign of "slow genocide" — which is happening right now in cities and towns across America. The "targets" typically pose no danger to society. They are victims of a political system that has institutionalized — and has attempted to legalize — extrajudicial punishment. The "war on terror" is the pretext that has been employed to effect a wholesale bypass of the judicial system, and of constitutionally protected rights.
This is the transformation of American democracy into a fascist police state — an American Gestapo, a frontal assault on our constitutionally guaranteed civil rights and liberties.
When the pervasiveness of this officially sanctioned and funded domestic terrorism and torture is confirmed by "official sources" — in recent times, the only sources that much of the mainstream media consider sufficiently credible — any excuses for the excesses that heretofore have come to light will be exposed as evil sophistry.

It would be foolish to believe that these types of pain-compliance/torture devices will EVER be banned from use against the American public. Since the government believes they “own” us and that we’re their indentured servants, they also believe they can control/punish us with ANY means it deems appropriate. Unfortunately, we as a society have allowed the government WAY too much control and authority over us for the past 4 decades and now we’re all paying the piper for doing so. I can only imagine how bad things will become for us citizens before it’s all said and done, and just what “done” is going to mean for us …but I do think we’re all smart enough to see proverbial the writing on the wall. Gone will be everything in the way of personal freedoms and liberties as we once knew and cherished them…and present will be a life of slavery to a government that cares only about its global conquests, and standing within the NWO. How sad for us all and even more so for those that come after us (children and grand-children)…they’ll be the ones paying for our sins of apathy.

Because people don’t believe that they have every right to defend themselves and their families. Most people will do everything their masters tell them to do without questioning the motives, because they have been mentally conditioned to accept tyranny in place of freedom.
Every time I try to post specific solutions to these types of problems, my comments get censored/blocked so I have to be very vague. I’ll give people one hint – the time is near to utilize our 2nd amendment rights!
I hope and pray for a peaceful resolution, but every time I go outside and observe chemtrails poisoning the little children in my community – I GET PISSED OFF! @Toast: Indeed, I want very badly to be out in the streets protesting this sort of thing, but you’re right, we sit here googling and blogging…I find myself digging deeper and deeper everyday and there is no bottom to this, this is not as simple as sticking a simple slogan on a sign and coming up with a clever three word chant, this problem, all of these problems, DEW, fluoride, monsanto, mercury, they’re vast, they’re massive, I find myself shovelling knowledge into my brain at a rate that increases daily because I feel I need to be fully prepared to explain it all if asked about it, I don’t want to go out in the streets half-informed and look like a fool when I cannot recall a fact, a facet of this and these very very convoluted and gigantic schemes and plans. Those who have engineered these things have certainly covered most of their tracks, this sick terrorism that is being perpetrated on us is such an insurmountable foe that we cannot go wandering around half-cocked trying to wake sketptics up with partial information, we need all of it…or at least I’ve come to believe we do…perhaps that’s part of the plan as well. We need to start to FOCUS, choose one of these massive massive problems facing us, and work together to solve it and destroy it, then move on to the next. Alex needs to hold a vote on this site ranking these issues, gather a consensus of the most pressing matter and tackle the damn thing once and for all. Monsanto/GMO, Fluoride, Drug War, Torture, Police Brutality, etc…see, there are so freaking many problems that we need to resolve, we’ve got resources spread all over the goddamned place, so we can’t ever get a single thing done. If you DID try to call me, I probably would not get the call, because my communications are subject to not just surveillance, but interception. Most of my email goes unanswered. I am under daily assault with so-called “D.E.W.” I have certain information I have gathered which would lead to the exposure of the “street muscle” who are gang stalking, committing harassment, vandalism, perhaps even pulling the trigger on radiation weaponry/devices which have been miniaturized. The “Diredted Energy Weapons” while still in the development stage were tested on poor, helpless, elderly people living alone and set them on fire. This stuff is happening to individuals across the globe. Problem is….if you are not experiencing it’s symptomology, there is almost no reason or evidence that will lead the majority to believe you are telling the truth. Most will find it much more comforting (and rational in their own minds) to fall back on your symptoms as being some DSM mental disorder. Once you rule out structural brain damage, chemical intoxication, and developmental neglect or abuse….there is really no proven cause for many of the mental illnesses that are currently being diagnosed.
Chemical imbalance theory is overused and unproven in many respects.

I’m a conspiracy theorist, and this article is nothing more than fiction, loosely based on reality. DEWs exist, but they haven’t been used yet, especially not secretly on individuals.
It would be easy to prove and document that “radiation harassment” and “gang stalking” were real, but all we have instead of scattered testimonies from people whose thought patterns reveal obvious paranoid cognitive tendencies.

If you dont think directed energy weapons exist then read about how the NAZIs used Xrays to sterilize women and men in the 1930’s. Check out a man named Jose Delgado then see what agency he worked for. This technology is way beyond real and it is in use and used for harrasment too. There was a court case against the NSA about this very thing but I forget the plaintiffs name. Google it.

The system would work somewhat like radar. The orbiting phased
array satellite sends out a signal, picks up and sorts out the return signal and then determine if what they have is a human target. The same “radar beam” ( it is GHZ -microwaves or terahertz so it is not actually radar) fires neurons, probes your mind etc to determine exactly who the target is and does the mind assault activity, (v2K, pain-center , image-to-consciousness ITC etc.)
Let us assume they have the signal on a human target. So signals are being directed from the satellite to the targets. [ Since it is phased array they can track thousands of targets simultaneously. Recall , the
original technology, upon which I am envision this to be based, was
designed to track hundreds of incoming warheads from ICBMs each traveling at about 22,000 mph..
So tracking thousands of human who can travel no more than 650 mph when flying in a commercial airline, is a comparative piece of cake!]
These signals hit the ( a) target interact with the issue cells etc. of
the target, and then the frequencies and amplitudes that constitute the incoming signals are altered. This altered incoming signal now becomes the outgoing signal to be detected by the SQUID detectors on the satellite.

In spite of Rumsfeld on a recent you tube video stating ”uncomfortably” because he was lying that the US are still in the experimental stages of microwave technology the 1970’s US newspaper archives state that even back then according to people such as Colonel Gullickson this was mature technology and would soon be tested on humans as they had finished testing on rats, mice, pigs, cats, etc. There are reams of US news archives stating that the weapons were there then and at that time the US army said they were too horrible to use after seeing them demonstrated. How could they target the US Embassy if it was experimental only when that embassy was targeted for 15 years. The US have even bought ”mind reading 2” from the russians which the US are calling Hostile intent technology for use in airports. 40 years of annual budgets in the millions, now billions and ‘’still” in the experimental stages? Somebody like Alex Jones and co. ought to show them their own news archive reports from the 70’s era and ask them to explain why it was mature technology then but only ”experimental stages” now. Furthermore, I have a copy of the DSM (the psychiatrist manual) and it can’t be classed as mental illness according to THEIR rules because the belief IS NOT PATENTLY NOR PATENTLY UNTRUE. For the diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia which victims usually get, the belief has to be IMPOSSIBLE AND PATENTLY UNTRUE FOR THAT DIAGNOSIS. Therefore it is an incorrect diagnosis for every victim who gets that pinned on. This has been fought and won by Sharon Jones in her US court case as far as I know from ”what other people say”.
In addition if you get diagnosed with it and no prior mental illness problem before the age of 45 you get LATE ONSET schizophrenia pinned on there is no known cause and the diagnosis did notexist until the recent DSM manual DSM 111 (R). This means nobody got this disease until recently. It just appears as a new illness when the common them with the diagnosis is running commentary from a perpetrator and thought reading. The cause which should be considered is non lethal weapon attack. According to Dr Ross, the US psychiatrist, the medical profession ignore non lethal weapons as if they don’t exist and that it is IMPLAUSIBLE that it is not happening and absurd to think that being attacked by one is IMPOSSIBLE.
There was a medical campaign in 1999 against these weapons, I would like to know what happened to this campaign? The medical profession were against these weapons then which they stated could target PARTICULAR GROUPS and went to a conference to work out how to get them banned. It was the same with the US military in the 70’s who stated in the news archives that they were so horrible because they can KILL from a distance, burst eardrums, burn you that they shouldn’t be used. Govt. had other ideas, obviously. They even show how to build one on the web now and the UN are worried that terrorists might get hold of them and use them. Other criminals already are. If all these groups WANTED THEM BANNED INCLUDING THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND THE MILITARY there were powers that be who wanted to use them and ignored both medical and military professions. Hopefully Obama will change things, maybe that is why you are printing this blog, Alex, because Obama is now prepared to listen?

the perpetrators of these crimes, most certainly set people up with trumped up charges, to be
arrested and/or involuntarily commit innocent people who have tried to file complaints. This is in

There was somebody in the background there who wanted me destroyed for some nasty reason of his own. Everybody else helped him cover it up even though I was not disliked there at all. Microwave radiation can be picked up on the 550 Khz to 1.5 Mhz band Am broadcast band as a loud RASPING sound through out the band–kind of a blaring sound…..
A typical AM radio is good at picking up the odd harmonics created by numerous types of rogue RF.2.4 Ghz to 300 Ghz
Now people do not get you shirt in a knot and go around claiming your hearing RF aka microwaves being broadcast your way.
I have found out this stuff hrough trial and error using my cell phone as a transmitter and some other 2.4 GHz devices wifi and other ,well eh hem..stuff..trial and error experimentation.
Anyway bleed over happens in the AM radio band when the transmitter is close by.
Loud rasping through out the band.
I was even able to pick up my neighbprs christmas lights next door because they used a swithing circuit to power it causing a pulsed RF signal through the radio (square waves).
How i know??? i walked up to the lights and as the flicker rate of the lights changed the sound was in sync with the lights as a pulsed sound.I could even tell what socket he had the lights plugged into due to the loudness of the rasping sound,across the wall(same sound as the lights )
If you hold your tv remote up to an operating AM radio (off station) you can even hear the pulsed signals going into the infrared diode that transmits the pulse width modulation type signal to the TV telling it what button you just pushed.The radio must be off frequency–NOT ON ANY STATION.
Anyway food for thought…..

Using DEW to silence people who know too much and talk too much has bad Karma associated with it. Bribing people who know too much and talk too much to walk away has no bad Karma associated with it. I have heard the “We have no other choice” statement a lot, especially in movies. If Martin Luther King wasn’t harassed his entire life he would have been stopped easily and ethically. It was probably the harassment that he faced that made him even a more vigilante activist. He would have walked away if they had given him something that would put a smile on his face and balanced off the injustices that he had received. Cointelpro actually turns a normal person into a dissident, not the other way around. There are always ethical alternatives to everything, but those alternatives are abandoned in the case of DEWs because they are testing these devices and they want to continue doing so and the people who are using them just don’t care. So, the “We have no other choice” mentality that the folks who use DEWs is wrong because they do not have to use them against anyone to ward off a real threat.
