Eat Garbage to Save the Planet

According to the Greenies, it is a crime against the planet to throw out food. I am not talking about good food. I am talking about the stuff you deliberately throw out — orange rinds, potato peels, meat grease, bones, old cheese, shrimp peels, etc. According to the Greenies, you should eat stuff usually reserved for the compost heap or trash can. For the planet, of course.
