State governors — looking down the gun barrel of long-term spending forced on them by the Obama “stimulus” plan — are saying they will refuse to take the money. This is a Constitutional confrontation between the federal government and the states unlike any in our time.

In the first five weeks of his presidency, Barack Obama has acted so rashly that at least 11 states have decided that his brand of “hope” equates to an intolerable expansion of the federal government’s authority over the states. These states — “Washington, New Hampshire, Arizona, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, California…Georgia,” South Carolina, and Texas — “have all introduced bills and resolutions” reminding Obama that the 10th Amendment protects the rights of the states, which are the rights of the people, by limting the power of the federal government. These resolutions call on Obama to “cease and desist” from his reckless government expansion and also indicate that federal laws and regulations implemented in violation of the 10th Amendment can be nullified by the states.
When the Constitution was being ratified during the 1780s, the 10th Amendment was understood to be the linchpin that held the entire Bill of Rights together. The amendment states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

It never ceases to amaze me, how Democrats don’t know anything about about politics and it’s basic fundamentals, such as their parties agenda. They are always the first to blame a Republican for what is going wrong now, but it was fine when he was in office. Then to make matters worse they give credit to a Democrat for what is going right, and he they haven’t been in office long enough to flush the presidential camode . . .
With that being said; The real issue is not former President George W. Bush, it is however former President Bill Clinton that should get all the glory for what is going wrong today, and if you wait a while you might understand the good things the Republicans accomplished in resent years past.
So . . . all the good your make believe messiah (Obama) is getting credit for was done by a servant of the people, elected by the people. Further more, these atrocities being committed against the American people by your so called messiah (Obama) might be blamed on the next Republican who is lucky enough to get the task of cleaning up the mess he (Obama) made, along with the overwhelming task of making the white house white again. by removing the blemishes inflicted on true American Politics.
Then again let’s elect two more Democratic administrations, then the dark agenda will reveal it self, then, maybe blame will fall on those worthy of it and praise to where praise is really due.

While the US military is certainly powerful, much of it will be null and void in a citizen’s uprising. The use of tactical nukes will never happen, the Navy will not be a factor. Air Force pilots wouldn’t bomb American cities. The military certainly has no love lost for the liberal journalists and professors who support flag burning, nor the liberal congressmen calling for military investigations and integration of gays. The National Guard is comprised of local citizen/soldiers who would immediately revolt against an unconstitutional federal government.
Faced with a war of attrition against a well-armed citizenry, the military would oppose the Obama regime. Most of the career politicians would flee the country with the money they have stolen from We The People. While there would still be riots and civil unrest, most of that would occur in large cities and along the Mexican border. Armed citizens in the suburbs and militias in the rural areas would be able to keep the peace fairly well.

I wish I’d see my State (WI) on that list but I don’t…and probably won’t. Our Governor here (Jim Doyle) is an Ultra-Liberal, spine-less, butt-muncher…whom as the State Attorney General was ALL for Federal intervention and kissed their arses at every turn.
On a side-note, and in my humble opinion…I believe there should be a law that BANS attorney’s from holding ANY elected public office (except for D.A.’s and Judges of course)! After all, what does knowing “the law” have to do with “governing” anyways? It really doesn’t and governing should be the responsibility of “real and honest” people whom aren’t trained and practiced “good liars”.

I just got home from a meeting so I apologize for the late notice.
I got a call from my State Rep today, Cynthia Davis. She is asking for our help. This Wednesday, Feb 4 at 8am she will be putting forward a resolution for Missouri sovereignty. This will be presented in the committee she chairs. She is using the Federal Freedom of Choice Act “which purports to classify abortion as a “fundamental right” equal in stature to the right of free speech and the right to vote – rights that, unlike abortion, are specifically enumerated in the United States Constitution” as the basis for her resolution.
She would like anyone who can make it to speak in support of her resolution. There is a competing resolution that opposes the FOCA but does not have the 10th Amendment language declaring Missouri sovereign. She would like us to make the case for adopting the 10th amendment version.
This will be a great opportunity to stand up for a Missouri liberty issue as well as making friends with a key State Rep. She is also planning on running for State Auditor in 2010.
I know this is late notice, but its as much as I could give you. If anyone can make it to Jefferson City in time, please do.

I believe that if we follow the idea that everyone votes out the incumbent, whether you like the incumbent or not. If we could ban together and vote out everyone in office, from the top to the bottom. It would send a giant message, that the people are the ones with the power and that a politicians existence is dictated by us.
I know you are going to say that the voting process is corrupted by fraud. And that people are to stupid to realize that it is necessary to vote out the incumbents, etc. I still think this is the most feasible way at this point to start to rectify things. It should start in local and state government elections, which will generate press and exposure on the internet and catch fire from there.

Why do so many people fear freedom? In freedom there is hope. Fear attracts negative systems that do suffer influence from disincarnate personalities. I served in the military and trust me I will uphold the Constitution of the united States of America that I swore a sacred oath to defend against all enemies both foreign and domestic. There is no fear in courage to do what is right and just. Yet so many blog their fears as if there were no real hope that America’s sovereignty will one day be free from the dictates of corrupt and greedy men. Do not be “negativized” by associations with disincarnate personalities or spirits for they will drain you of all positive life energy. It’s their greatest weapon for everything the minions of the New World Order wish to achieve is empowered from such disincarnate associations via numbers, symbols and rituals. And yes the enemies of freedom both foreign and domestic are literally everywhere. So many are in fact a part of the problem mainly through their ignorance of commercial law and therefore an enemy to the sovereignty of America. We the people must be part of the solution and declare our sovereignty both commercially and spiritually and teach other’s to be as well. Be humble and have courage for your redemption from economic and spiritual slavery is at hand. Understand that in commerce the truth is sovereign, free, and fearless therefore honor rather than dishonor.

Freedom is something I have never experienced as an American. I am 50, and I have never been free even one day of my life. I was brainwashed, lied to, manipulated, and enslaved, and I have been on a watch list for a decade. This means that every American in a position of authority that I have come into contact with for ten years has brutalized me. I have zero faith in Americans. I just want out of here, but I can’t make enough money to leave.

The thing for the States even being able to produce such a action of serperating itself from the US corporation in itself would be terriblly complicated if even possible because of all the legalese involved.
The defying Statesd would have to, rewrite all their laws to abide to USC/BoR’s original intents in Common law, before even trying to attempt such an action.
Otherwise the Fed could just conduct a massive suit over the States because the States are still lawfully in agreement with the Feds color of Law corporation status.
If these State try this and start showing results?
It would suprise me to see the FED send in troops to desolve an even arrest the States Representives, who suceed and are Involved in such actions.

These States and their representives, can declare all they want too.
BUT they Must abide by the way 1 becomes a lawful free State because of terms, & Status or should I say? Denouncement of Unlawful demeaning Status currentlly being held under?
Originally Each State in itself is suppose to be a Seperate Country.
But that has been change by Federal charters in, “color of Law”, making.
