Elites Launch “Global Impact Investing Network”

Tax exempt foundations, banks and philanthropic organizations have been hard at work in the United States for decades molding the country to their liking. The schooling system, media, medical institutions, and foreign policy of the United States have all been influenced by them. Today, these foundations are partnering with global banking powerhouses in order to create the “Global Impact Investing Network” (GIIN) which aims to spearhead a new form of investment.

The GIIN, headed by Antony Bugg-Levine, the current director of the Rockefeller Foundation, will “help solve social and environmental problems” by encouraging investment that will bring both profit and produce real world change. According to the GIIN website, “The Global Impact Investing Network was conceived in October 2007, when the Rockefeller Foundation gathered a small group of investors to discuss the needs of the emergent impact investing industry.” The website states,
“In June 2008, a broader group of 40 investors from around the world met to discuss what it would take for the impact investing industry to be able to solve more social and environmental challenges with greater efficiency. They organized behind a number of initiatives, including the creation of a global network of leading impact investors, the development of a standardized framework for assessing social and environmental impact, and a development of a working group of investors focused on sustainable agriculture in sub-Saharan Africa.”
In other words, the establishment is seeking to direct the wealth of the world’s most powerful foundations and individuals towards the realization of their agenda. This has already been happening for decades in a shrewd and veiled manner, but this new initiative is an open gathering of these globalist interests. The GIIN will undoubtedly be used as a public relations stunt for banks and moneyed elites to brush up their stained image through “socially conscious” investments. If it succeeds, GIIN will attempt to mold industry and business by “screening” out investments for Co2 emitters and others deemed to be unworthy.
A few of the banks and organizations involved with GIIN include: Acumen Fund, The Annie E. Casey Foundation, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Calvert Foundation, Capricorn Investment Group, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Equilibrium Capital, Generation Investment Management, Gray Ghost Ventures, IGNIA, J.P. Morgan, Lundin for Africa, Lunt Family Office (Armonia), Omidyar Network, Prudential, The Rockefeller Foundation, Root Capital, Shorebank/NCIF, Trans-Century, Triodos Investment Management, and Wolfensohn & Company.
Some of the same individuals and organizations involved with the Global Impact Investing Network recently met in New York in May of 2009 at the home of Sir Paul Nurse, president of Rockefeller University. According to the London Times (original link no longer active), the meeting was so secret that, “…some of the billionaires’ aides were told they were at ’security briefings’”. David Rockefeller Jr, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, George Soros, Michael Bloomberg, Ted Turner and Oprah Winfrey were all in attendance. The Times reports, “Over dinner they discussed how they might settle on an “umbrella cause” that could harness their interests.” The article continues, “Taking their cue from Gates they agreed that overpopulation was a priority.” The Times interviewed a guest at the meeting, who said that the group wanted to meet in secret because they didn’t want their statements ending up in the media, “painting them as an alternative world government.”

“On the contrary that is what we really want — contributions from the business community as well as philanthropies. We need to have political support, but it doesn’t give us all that we need. NGOs and philanthropies and many foundations such as Bill Gates Foundation — they’re taking a very important role. The United Nations stands in the center of mobilizing and raising awareness of climate change…”
For some of the groups involved in “raising awareness of climate change”, altruistic motives seem to fade into the background when we find that significant financial gain will be reaped from carbon trading schemes and other new financial programs. In 2004 Al Gore teamed up with David Blood, former head of Goldman Sachs asset management, to form Generation Investment Management, appropriately deemed “Blood and Gore”. The firm, which Gore chairs, is involved with various “green” investments, including carbon credits. Gore’s promotion of a carbon tax system carries obvious conflicts of interest. Additionally, GIM is one of the top 10 shareholders of the Chicago Climate Exchange. Gore’s Generation Investment Management – which is a founding member of GIIN – is listed in the GIIN report, Investing for Social & Environmental Impact, as a prime example of impact investing.
The gathering of such high powered organizations, banks and philanthropies involved with GIIN will undoubtedly raise red flags with informed individuals. The support of population reduction by these groups in third world countries is just one of those red flags. This is exactly why Kevin Jones, a member of GIIN, is encouraging a marketing campaign to counter these negative connotations. Jones writes, “The history of colonization and empire mandate GIIN be aware of funder and fundee power imbalances every step of the way. GIIN cannot look like another version of condescending western philanthropy.”
The Global Impact Investing Network is a globalist initiative that is worth keeping an eye on.

Those who argue against a more proactive reduction in risk and size of TBTF institutions will, as always, revert to an argument that strikes a natural chord in every American’s heart: ‘Doing so would create an unleveled international playing field for our institutions relative to their international competitors.’ Level playing fields are a worthy goal, but this is not a relevant argument. Instead, this tired bromide must be resoundingly dismissed on several counts:
* Those countries with the largest banks as a percentage of GDP (Iceland, Ireland, Switzerland) demonstrated that a concentration of banking power can cause significant sovereign risk and tilt global economic playing fields away from that country.
* The likely breakups of ING, Lloyds and KBC suggest that it is we who seek to support an unlevel playing field where we subsidize our TBTF banks while other nations recognize the policy failures of moral hazard. If we continue down this path we will likely be at risk of violating international fair trade regimes.
* When the “unlevel playing field” argument is cited, keep in mind this reasoning supports the disadvantaging of 8000+ community banks relative to our largest banks, all in the name of protecting big banks from government- subsidized international competition.
* There is no longer any evidence that, beyond a cost of capital advantage that comes with implied government support, there are sustainable and tangible economies of scale arising from being the largest. The financial supermarket concept has been proven a failure. The only ones who benefit are the high-level executives.
* We must demand that our legislators no longer allow unelected officials at the independent Federal Reserve to sign international accords created by the TBTF banks through supra-national bodies like the Basel Committee.
* Are we to believe that if we did not have such large and globally dominant firms, US borrowers might be paying more that the 29% interest that several of the TBTF firms are now charging on their card accounts? Perhaps we should think about what advantage our population has gained as a result of our financial institutions being such a large part of our economy or being globally dominant.
* Since when did we accept a national strategy of following rather than leading? When we do what is right, others follow. As example, consider the bank secrecy havens — they made money for a bit. Now, even the Swiss and the Cayman authorities are coming around to our view.
* We are already at a disadvantage given that the largest foreign banks operate in the US without any tier one capital requirement and yet most large, foreign banks have not built a bricks and mortar presence here. Nobody screams about their undercapitalization nor has that undercapitalization caused deposits to migrate to foreign banks.

in 2007 Experian the credit bureau bought the largest set of servers and debt reporting software in the world, now known as metro2 and eoscar, with an overall goal of owing 60% off EU, USA, and CA debt, so in simple terms the credit bureaus them self have now bought the largest collection company and debt reporter!!
What this mean to you??? well for starters this new platform has been inputted into Equifax and Transunion online dispute department, so now the 3-4 billion disputes the 3 bureaus gets each month currently now doesn’t even go to the actually credit bureaus for dispute department at ALL, and if you are thinking about disputing online your actually contacting the original creditor now, the are re routed directly to the companies from which the originally appeared, and being that 97% of people with bad credit have inaccurate, incorrect, or plain illegal information on there report they now will not even get 1 look at any doc sent to bureau until the creditors or collection companies see them first which TOTALLY illegal, but of course the credit bureaus who make BILLION of dollar each year collecting and re selling all of our personal information so the banks can keep us in this BS rat race arent even touchable, just like having bookie who cooks the bets you make, you now have a for profit credit bureau who isnt liable for any info correct or incorrect that on your report, and not to mention the fact when you really do get past the eoscar system and metro2 it not like your in court hearing, your doc and personal info is sent to India for TU, Philippines for EQX and same for EXP, so ALL your most sensitive data now is being looked at and “eye balled” for $0.30 cent on per page, which is not even in the US…now I know what your thinking (F credit and the bureaus,) but this totally fake recession is based on the fact 85% American cant even get approved for basic loans to afford to live even if they had good job, so in short if your looking to beat the credit bureaus and banks at there own game, and make the system work for you instead of against you, do yourself favor check out our website for our insider info on how to beat the bureaus and make difference in your financial life, you shouldn’t have to fight these billion dollar companies on your own, not when we can provide a 4-6 year learning curve with our team!!! I would have to disagree with you because his team would post contradicting articles on the same day. Example like 4 hours ago they posted an article about the Copenhagen Treaty to be signed and Ron Paul running in 2012. You see if Obama signs the Copenhagen Treaty, there will be no election in 2012. So what are we to believe, that America will end or it wont and we’ll see another election. They also post articles on how America will be split up into six nations and Texas will belong to Mexico. Therefore how is it possible Ron Paul can run for any political office while he can’t if Copenhagen or what the Russian professor predicted about the breakup come true in June 2010? So you say they do a good job researching and posting, and I say they do a good job just grabbing anything without investigating to see if these articles are authentic along with confusing their readers on what direction this website is going.

I want no single government for the world, I want separate countries, I want the majority with enough income and resources to keep a viable world, not overpopulation by selfish irresponsible promiscuity, I want my little and honetly earned money to be safe, I want reliable basic items like food, medicines, health care, house, transportation. I want no breeding of females, or males, for the specific purpose of displaying them in glass cages for sex trade as the only source of income or as experimental human strains.

I have an urgent message for you, more important than any message you can hear. God is Holy and cannot accept sin(honor thy mother and father…, thou shall not kill, thou shall not commit adultery, thou shall not steal, thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor, thou shall not covet..etc…Exodus 20:12-17). Here are some verses that show examples of sin:

You could be perfect in all the law and stumble at one point and it is as if you broke all of them:

It is a horrible and terrible place of everlasting torment that people will go because of their sins.

But God has provided a way for each to escape the lake of fire. He sent his Son Jesus(God manifest in the flesh-1 Timothy 3:16) who was conceived by a virgin by the Holy Spirit of God,lived a sinless life, and suffered a horrible death/shed blood and rose again 3 days later to take the penalty of YOUR sins so you dont have to pay for them in hell for eternity! He loved you so much which is why he did it! He is the only one to have fufilled the law perfectly(sinless) and paid the price of the entire world’s sins so that man could be saved on the merits of His perfection(see Romans 5:19). All you must do to be saved is BELIEVE in Him(trust in Him to save you as a sinner). You must admit your lost sinful condition to Him/that you’re worthy of hell, and ask Him to save you by placing complete trust in Jesus ALONE for salvation(an example in the Word of someone doing this- “And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.” Luke 18:13).It is not even partly by yourselves that you can be saved, but only by the merits of Jesus Christ!

No works or anything you do can save you! May God open your eyes, that one day I may see you in heaven. Read the Word of God(the 1611 King James version- NOT the modern versions, they are corrupt) before rejecting it! Death is fleeting. You may NOT have tomorrow! For death comes when we least expect it! Make sure you are saved TODAY! The Bible condemns the rich, the wealthy, and those who take advantage of the poor, so it CANNOT have been made up by the elite. Because the Word clearly CONDEMNS people such as those! It declares all mankind as sinners(myself included).
