Montana police have charged the former Navy SEAL who claims he killed Osama bin Laden with drunken driving.
Butte-Silver Bow County Undersheriff George Skuletich said officers found Robert O’Neill asleep early Friday morning in a running car parked outside a convenience store in Butte, [Montana] The Associated Press reported.
Undersheriff Skuletich said Mr. O’Neill, 39, was confused and appeared to be intoxicated when officers wore him up.
Mr. O’Neill failed an on-site sobriety test and was taken to jail where he refused a breathalyzer test. He was released after posting a $685 bond, AP reported.
