FBI Arrests Jan Lindsey, Anti-Tax Activist Featured in “Freedom to Fascism”

Federal agents raid Las Vegas locations
Federal agents swarmed into a local business and home early Thursday morning.
Several men are facing charges ranging from owning machine guns to evading taxes.
One of the raids forced a school into lockdown.
One of the suspects appeared in court shortly after his arrest, and that’s when things got even more interesting.
Armored personnel carriers, federal agents wearing tactical gear, blanketing a Northwest Las Vegas neighborhood early Thursday morning.
It’s little wonder J Suson tried rubbng the sleep from his eyes a second time.
“I thought I was dreaming,” he says.
But J wasn’t, so he grabbed his camera, and an earful.
“Basically, [they were saying] we’ve got a search warrant, we need you to come out, a whole bunch of undercover FBI people everywhere,” he says.
Agents arrested four people, Jan Allen Lindsey, a possible former special investigator for the same bureau, but openly outspoken against the government’s collection of taxes.
“In the internal revenue code 26, there’s nothing specific in there,” he said in a documentary about taxes.
The IRS begs to differ.
Action news has obtained the indictment against Lindsey.
It alleges that from 1999 through 2006, he either didn’t pay his income tax, or filed false forms.
The indictment also alleges Lindsey essentially tried to dupe the government by placing assets in third party names.
Agents raided a business as well.
All of their weaponry and armor was because at least one of the other suspects faces a federal firearms charge.
Agents also confiscated ammunition and reloading equipment from the home. The other two suspects face money laundering charges.
Lindsey was set to be arraigned Thursday, but would not allow a public defender to represent him.
He also said he refused to observe the judge’s authority.
The arraignment had to be continued.
According to other documents obtained by Action News, Lindsey tried to sue the government in 2002 for seizing his property because he didn’t pay taxes.
A judge threw it out, and ordered him to pay more than $1200 for a quote- “frivilous complaint.”

More details revealed about those arrested in FBI raids Thursday
Some of the four men arrested during a series of raids Thursday by federal agents appeared in court Friday.
The FBI raided a Las Vegas business Thursday because after hours it was the meeting place of the People’s Sovereign Court, a libertarian social organization with what some might call extreme anti-government views.
Its leader is Sam Davis whose name is on one of the Grand Jury indictments.
He’s accused of laundering more than $500,000 that undercover agents said had been stolen from Wachovia.
Jan Lindsey is a former FBI agent himself who is featured in a documentary titled, “Freedom to Fascism”.
It chronicles the legal battles of people who refused to pay their taxes.
Lindsey was in court Thursday, refusing to acknowledge the judge’s jurisdiction.
“I want to make sure that you understand what the government says you did wrong. Whether your agree with it or not is for future litigation. You understand that sir,” asked the judge.
“What the government says I did wrong,” asked Lindsey.
“Yes, sir,” replied the judge.
Two other men were arrested in the FBI raids.
Shawn Rice, accused in the indictment of laundering money also, by claiming to be a Rabbi, and taking the deposits as charitable contributions.
Harold Call was arrested on five counts of possessing machine guns and converting single-fire weapons illegally to automatic weapons.

I really like to see both of these ideals posted side by side. It definetly plays on my emotions a
bit. So lets look at the facts. Yes, there may be fighting because most people are inherently
ignorant, angry and act upon their most primal feelings. But humans are social creatures…so
campfire thing is likely too.
The wrench in this logic really appears when you consider the way people behave when
their entire existence is based in fear, which will be the driving force in most lives after

This is probably the only accurate statement in the article. You know these are trumped-up charges. It is not illegal to own ammunition and reloading equipment, yet they confiscate it?

No conviction, just an accusation. Clearly it is not violent otherwise he wouldn’t be walking around. Maybe he was late paying a transfer tax.

I disagree with the reality of the Income tax. The way it is collected and wasted, and is essentially the most terrifying financial matter in the US. Because of their business practices, the IRS could be considered a major terrorist organization for what they put the American people through.
I don’t disagree with the basic principal of the income tax. The basic principal is that everyone who works pays an equal percentage of their pay check each week into a pot. That large pot is tax revenue. It should then be voted on, by the people, exactly how every dime of it is used to directly benefit THE PEOPLE.
Its incredibly simple, and brilliant. Unfortunately for the real world United States, it doesn’t work this way ^ AT ALL. Not even close.
In the real world income tax is nothing more than an official garnishment for your indentured servitude to foreign bankers. Yaaaay.

The people never had the opportunity to contribute to the creation of the Constitution, only the elites were allowed to discuss and draft it. It is a common mistake to think a nation needs income taxes or taxes in general to survive. Title 26 explicitly says it is voluntary, no mandatory, to pay taxes. Also, the tax code defines all terms used within, like any legal document and the United States, as defined within the code specifically means Washington D.C., The Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and I think the Samoan Islands.
Anyone living outside the United States as defined in Title 26 does not have to pay income taxes. There are many places within the tax code that prove beyond any reasonable doubt that income taxes are completely voluntary. All laws have a negative consequence, meaning a punishment if said law is broken. yet within the Title 26 you will find no punishment in relation to not paying income tax.
We’re living in a land ruled by Bankers and lawyers. They write the laws and statutes and run this criminal system. They create the wars and the depressions in this world. They decide who eats and who starves to death. Get rid of them and you get rid of 95% of the world’s suffering.

I have now lived many years without serving the credit god and pay cash for everything I own. Owning things is also an illusion. You own your toothbrush,you own your coffee maker. Your cars,homes,land,etc, you will never own. What happens when you don’t register your vehicle or insure it…don’t pay your property taxes on your land and home? Thats right,it will be taken by the government. LOL . Some people really believe they own their toys. My home is now in a remote location with clean air and water,off the grid,green house and solar panels. Property taxes are $212 for 10acres. You cannot fight the government,but you can replace it.

Just having a bank account concedes federal jurisdiction because ALL banks are federal reserve banks period. If you are going to be a sovereign you must cancel your bank account. You can open an account without a social insecurity number though. If you can get a banker to let you do so. You must remove your commercial free delivery address to general delivery. You must get off the voters “registry”. You must cut all ties to the federal government and stop grovelling for benefits. The “state of” corporations are really federal under the civil rights act and the 14th red amendment. One mistake is all it takes for the feds to get jurisdiction.

Taxes are a fraud period. They don’t go to pay for anything but the criminals that run the corporate structure. I hear others say that if we don’t pay taxes, then what would keep this country going?

Mr Lindsey seems to be pretty sharp when it comes to jurisdiction. One he refused legal representation. Twice the judge asked, do you understand. Note He did nor reply. By not ansewring that question he is asserting his soveriegnty, and implying that he does not stand under the judge. Lindsey as a free man under God, the judge has no authority. The judge does have authority over the person, the legal fiction created by your birth certificate. Had he acepted legal aid or said he understands, he would create joinder between the legal fiction and the man, thus surrendering his sovereignty, under God. LINDSEY is a trust ceated by the government, but Lindsey is a freeman created by God. I hope you all comprehend what I am saying. Follow this case closely, there should be no trial, unless Lindsey slips up, and grants the judge jurisdiction.

The IRS has, every time, pleaded for the judge to dismiss the case. That’s pretty crazy. This guy is beating them at their own game. The tide is turning and people are waking up. But be ready and be warned: it’s going to force Satan’s hand, and the backlash is going to be swift and nasty.
I’ve heard from at least 6 different sources in the religious, military, militia, and secular world that we have about 6 months left until bank runs start, follow shortly thereafter by riots/looting and martial law.
RIGHT NOW is the time to be stocking up on seeds, food, ammunition, guns. Get your money OUT of the banks. Keep only enough in to pay rent when you’ve got to. When bank runs start it’s going to be worthless anyway. Might as well convert it to silver/gold and then sell it back as you need it.

Is anyone surprised by this?) for “Terms of Use violation.” Well let me tell you right off the bat: This dude had no copyright infringements because I’ve seen his vids. So check them out while you’ve still got a chance to do so.
One of the videos makes the VERY interesting point that the Department of Homeland “Security” makes the claim that its jurisdiction extends 100 miles beyond the border into the heartland of our country. Moreover, they state numerous times that the Constitution has no relevance–or at least is not the HIGHEST legal document–in their jurisdiction. Interestingly, roughly 2/3 (190million people) of the population of the United States of America lives within 100 miles of the borders of our nation. So apparently only 33% of us live in a region where the Constitution is the highest legal document in the land. Guess what? Washington, D.C. is less than 100 miles from the eastern coast. Uh oh! Guess what that means? That means when Bush says “Don’t quote me that [darn] piece of paper,” he can get away with it because the Constitution isn’t the highest legal document anymore.
Well friends…I don’t know how you feel about that. Me, I don’t seem to recall a point in time where the American people voted to say “Let’s make something other than the Constitution the highest legal document in our nation.” Maybe I was having a nap under a rock or something.
In closing, I want to point out one more interesting factoid: there seem to be a looooot fewer people on the infowars forum trolling and mocking us for pointing this stuff out. Interesting, that.

I happen to know Jan Lindsey and what the Govt is doing to him and his family is atrocious. He is a decorated war hero from what I remembered of him. He was awarded the purple heart in the Vietnam war. He has always followed the “correct” laws and not the unjust ones created by the corrupt govt. He knows first hand how wrong the Govt has been since he was an FBI agent and he retired with honors. Also they still employed him part time for other investigations even after he stopped paying his taxes… so if he was such a “paper terroist” why would they still have him on their payroll if he was doing anything wrong.. The answer is he was and has been in the right and it scares the Govt. They are trying to silence one of their own who knows the truth and isn’t afraid to voice it. I just hope that everyone who reads this blog remembers that we need to support this true American and not their own agendas. Thank you.

If he was taking money from the FBI–a federal agency–then he was the recipient of income. If he was then turning around and stating that he had $0 of income, then he was a L-I-A-R. If, however, he was reporting the full amount of his federal pay as income and then not reporting the money he made working a non-federally privileged job, then that’s fine and the IRS should have no qualm with him except insofar as they can whip up some media hype to scare the rest of us into calling the IRS Ol’ Massah.

You sound like you might be a Messianic Jew. You’re right on the money about Sabbath. However, where Messianic Jews get whacky is with Daniel 9:27 where it clearly states “…and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease…” The entire book of Daniel points DIRECTLY to Jesus Christ as the Messiah. This part says that in the midst of the 7 years prophecy (3.5 years into it) He would be crucified and cut off from even God. In so doing, He would bring an end to the SACRIFICE and OBLATION.
So again, you’re absolutely right about Sabbath. I’m a Seventh-day Adventist; I keep the Sabbath myself. But I don’t slap Yeshua in the face by offering cheap imitation sacrifices of lambs and goats when He has already shed His own blood in their stead. Paul says specifically and pointedly there is NO remission of sins in the blood of a bullock or a goat. Moreover, he says that the handwritten ordinances (the laws of Moses) were nailed to the cross. By contrast, the Eternal Ten were NOT written by the hands of men. They were rather etched into sapphire stone by the hand of Yahweh Himself.

The city gets to punish you because you have a driver’s license. Since you signed on the dotted line to get your driver’s license, you have agreed to abide by rules and regulations imposed by the federal and state authorities.
If you do NOT have a driver’s license and do NOT register your vehicle (i.e. you keep the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin, aka Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin) then you are only under the jurisdiction of the police if you commit a common law crime such as running over a pedestrian or taking out someone’s mailbox with your car. Speeding does not hurt anyone, it simply increases your likelihood of having a fatal accident. As such, it isn’t a good idea to speed, but it does not directly cause injury to anyone.

I will try this for the twentieth time or so on Infowars. All of the various “Don’t pay income tax” theories are exactly that: theories. They do not have any evidence backing it up. One guy who hasn’t paid in 10 years isn’t evidence. As this shows, all it is is the IRS waiting until he owes enough back taxes that they can milk him for interest money for the rest of his life–and get a really cool photo-op of their thugs in all their black tactical gear so the women and children are terrified into docility.

The man who runs the website and sells the book “Cracking the Code: The Fascinating Truth about Taxation in America” is named Peter Eric Hendrickson. Not only has he not gone to jail, he’s won four separate IRS court cases brought against him. Nearly $10million in wrongfully withheld money being returned to these people since 2003. THAT, friends, is EVIDENCE.

Why? Because like 95% of Americans, I have no INCOME (as that term is defined in the Internal Revenue Code and the Classifications Act of 1923). As such, that money was WRONGFULLY WITHHELD.
As I said, there is only ONE right way to do this. Everything else will get you carted right off to jail or slapped with heavy fines. So if you want to be a slave, just ignore my message and pay your taxes. If you want to be a dope, ignore my message and keep doing it your own way and end up in jail with NO liberty. BUT…if you want your money back AND you want to be free…then get the wax out of your ears, listen up, and modify your behavior accordingly.
