FBI & Homeland Security behind martial law exercises in Indianapolis

For over two weeks 2,300 Marines have been using the city of Indianapolis and its civilian population as a “simulated urban combat zone” under the direction of FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.

The exercises began on June 4th when Mayor Greg Ballard surrendered 26 sites around the city. The corporate press, Marine spokesmen, and officials with the city of Indianapolis have all been using the same talking points in an attempt to pacify local citizens and moderate any dissent. The official story has been that the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit is here to do pre-deployment training in a realistic urban environment. Col. Mark J. Desens, the unit’s commanding officer, said “Our aim in Indianapolis is to expose our Marines to realistic scenarios and stresses posed by operating in an actual urban community. The city’s new mayor Greg Ballard concurs with the commander saying, “I think it’s very good training for them…actually, city fighting, urban fighting is really the most dangerous type of fighting there is.”
But the cover story has several obvious flaws, as the Marines have a multitude of facilities in which to experience “realistic scenarios.” To begin Camp Lejeune is home of MOUT Military Operations Urban Terrain or urban combat training village, modeled after an Iraqi town. Located in Kuwait is a high tech realistic urban MOUT training facility (watch video) covering 30 acres and costing taxpayers 15 million to build. The FBI in Quantico, VA has an extensive “Hogan’s Alley,” urban combat training center where the Marines could practice for pre – deployment and fire live ammunition.
In fact live fire exercises are the preferred and usually required type of training for units deploying to combat zones, the Army performs this type of training at the Joint Readiness Training Center in Fort Polk Louisiana. The JRTC offers improved unit readiness by providing a highly realistic, stressful, joint and combined arms training across the full spectrum of conflict, current and future. Perhaps the biggest flaw in the cover story being sold by the controlled press and others is that, “Most of the Marines with the 26th MEU are Iraqi combat veterans.” according to Col. Hill of Camp Lejeune.

While the Marines and their spokesmen are being put front and center for public consumption the “terror drills” they are conducting have been set up by the FBI under TAMACOR. The TAMACOR program is designed to integrate federal and state law enforcement agencies with the USMC. Taken from a Department of Defense memo, “The TAMACOR Program supports the FBI by coordinating regional FBI SWAT training during USMC special operations training on non-DoD facilities.” Under TAMACOR the Marines have been training to perform law enforcement functions since 1992 when the FBI and Marines formalized the agreement with the signing of the initial MOU, Memorandum of Understanding. Civilian authorities and their appointed agents have been using these MOU’s to weaken Posse Comitatus over the years, initially using the War on Drugs as their justification.
We have learned from Major T. A. Smith, Chief Deputy of the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office that the Department of Homeland Security is also behind these operations. However when questioned no one from the Department of Homeland Security or the FBI would elaborate on their involvement, referring us back Lt. Patrick, Public Affairs Officer of the 26th MEU.
Compartmentalization and keeping people in the dark about training Marines in a police role seems to be a major objective of these exercises. This is evident in the stream of propaganda coming from civilian authorities and the controlled press these last few weeks. From the Indianapolis Star we are told, “Indianapolis residence hoping to experience a bit of shock and awe.” Mark Casey a local Indianapolis blogger says, “A word to the Indianapolis wise [see if you like martial law you are “wise.”] … when you see that formation of helicopters flying low over your back yard this week, remember that its only a drill!”
According to the Indianapolis Mayor there is really no need to be concerned. “I don’t think it was necessary for any citywide meetings on this,” Ballard said. “The neighborhoods will be well-informed on what’s going on.” Perhaps some meetings would have been beneficial since the owner of one the surrendered sites, Rich Banta was not told about the plans. Banta said, “That it [Eastgate Consumer Mall] is a construction site … I’d hate to see a Ray’s Trash truck run into a helicopter.” When speaking to another city official a little bit of truth slipped out when Debbie Fletcher of the Indianapolis/Marion Country Emergency Management Agency said, “We don’t want anyone thinking that there’s an invasion happening or that we declared martial law or something like that.”

I suspect most of the Marines in the 26th are not even aware of their role in this joint law enforcement exercises. Neither the Marines nor Indiana police have been briefed on the significance of the Posse Comitatus Act.
Due to alternative press coverage and public awareness much of what the FBI and DHS had planned for the citizens of Indianapolis has been scaled back or cancelled. Marines did execute a mock terror cell raid on and occupied apartment complex but there is little evidence of the other locations mentioned in earlier press releases being used. Largely Marine training has been restricted to Camp Atterbury and the Raytheon facility on the city’s east side, leaving the Marines biggest public exposure to be at the Indiana State Fairgrounds during a community outreach day.
It is critically important for all readers to understand that it is the military veterans of this nation who are sounding the alarm as rogue elements within our government have decided to Cross the Rubicon misusing the relationship between the public and U. S. Armed Forces to desensitize military and law enforcement personnel and encourage them to accept what was once considered unacceptable. “We’re all part of the national defense mechanism in some way,” Ballard said. “The impact on the city will be very minimal. . . . They just have to trust us that we’re doing the right thing for the city and the nation.”
The ultimate mission of the Marine Corps is to protect and defend The Constitution, not to practice waging war against America.

It’s become quite clear by now that our government is achieving martial law by stealth – one city at a time. When will this “drill” end – or will it? As we’ve seen from decades of past experience, once a military base is created, it is forever. We still have bases in Japan and Germany, for example. The same will apply to these “drills,” I fear. They will establish a series of them in key cities (probably the ones in which they expect the most resistance, or in which there is a strategic advantage of some kind) and then simply maintain them, with both the troops and the civilian populations being lead to believe it’s “just a drill.” This is the same stealth tactic used to create the NAFTA Superhighway and the NAU. They just do it and call it something else. Martial law won’t be “declared,” it will simply be done, a city at a time, in the guise of “urban warfare drills.”

Hey. So I got a question for all of you reading this:
I see a lot of comments about “Wake Up” and “We can’t let this happen to us”. So I am gonna call you out. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? Not “What will you do” or “What have you thought about doing” or “What should we do.” I am only interested in things that you have honestly DONE ALREADY.
I think this will shed a little light on how serious we are about fighting this. It will also show others what actions they can take. I am not innocent. In fact I feel a little helpless. I have been trying to educate myself on everything I can about the coming turmoil, but I don’t really know what the right ACTIONS are. I, like many, have only recently awoke. I have tried to inform others. I have stopped drinking fluoridated water. I have started making preparations to be self-reliant.
I hear people say things like “Call your congressman”. It just feels like I am fighting a battle with a plastic sword. So I ask again: WHAT HAVE YOU ACTUALLY DONE? At minimum, I think it will be inspirational for others to see what others are doing. If those “In the know” are not taking action, what hope do we really have?

Our people expect their President and the Congress to find essential agreement on issues of great moment, the wise resolution of which will better shape the future of the Nation.
My own relations with the Congress, which began on a remote and tenuous basis when, long ago, a member of the Senate appointed me to West Point, have since ranged to the intimate during the war and immediate post-war period, and, finally, to the mutually interdependent during these past eight years.
In this final relationship, the Congress and the Administration have, on most vital issues, cooperated well, to serve the national good rather than mere partisanship, and so have assured that the business of the Nation should go forward. So, my official relationship with the Congress ends in a feeling, on my part, of gratitude that we have been able to do so much together.
II.
We now stand ten years past the midpoint of a century that has witnessed four major wars among great nations. Three of these involved our own country. Despite these holocausts America is today the strongest, the most influential and most productive nation in the world. Understandably proud of this pre-eminence, we yet realize that America’s leadership and prestige depend, not merely upon our unmatched material progress, riches and military strength, but on how we use our power in the interests of world peace and human betterment.
III.
Throughout America’s adventure in free government, our basic purposes have been to keep the peace; to foster progress in human achievement, and to enhance liberty, dignity and integrity among people and among nations. To strive for less would be unworthy of a free and religious people. Any failure traceable to arrogance, or our lack of comprehension or readiness to sacrifice would inflict upon us grievous hurt both at home and abroad.
Progress toward these noble goals is persistently threatened by the conflict now engulfing the world. It commands our whole attention, absorbs our very beings. We face a hostile ideology — global in scope, atheistic in character, ruthless in purpose, and insidious in method. Unhappily the danger is poses promises to be of indefinite duration. To meet it successfully, there is called for, not so much the emotional and transitory sacrifices of crisis, but rather those which enable us to carry forward steadily, surely, and without complaint the burdens of a prolonged and complex struggle — with liberty the stake. Only thus shall we remain, despite every provocation, on our charted course toward permanent peace and human betterment.
Crises there will continue to be. In meeting them, whether foreign or domestic, great or small, there is a recurring temptation to feel that some spectacular and costly action could become the miraculous solution to all current difficulties. A huge increase in newer elements of our defense; development of unrealistic programs to cure every ill in agriculture; a dramatic expansion in basic and applied research — these and many other possibilities, each possibly promising in itself, may be suggested as the only way to the road we wish to travel.
But each proposal must be weighed in the light of a broader consideration: the need to maintain balance in and among national programs — balance between the private and the public economy, balance between cost and hoped for advantage — balance between the clearly necessary and the comfortably desirable; balance between our essential requirements as a nation and the duties imposed by the nation upon the individual; balance between actions of the moment and the national welfare of the future. Good judgment seeks balance and progress; lack of it eventually finds imbalance and frustration.
The record of many decades stands as proof that our people and their government have, in the main, understood these truths and have responded to them well, in the face of stress and threat. But threats, new in kind or degree, constantly arise. I mention two only.
IV.
A vital element in keeping the peace is our military establishment. Our arms must be mighty, ready for instant action, so that no potential aggressor may be tempted to risk his own destruction.
Our military organization today bears little relation to that known by any of my predecessors in peacetime, or indeed by the fighting men of World War II or Korea.
Until the latest of our world conflicts, the United States had no armaments industry. American makers of plowshares could, with time and as required, make swords as well. But now we can no longer risk emergency improvisation of national defense; we have been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions. Added to this, three and a half million men and women are directly engaged in the defense establishment. We annually spend on military security more than the net income of all United States corporations.
This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience. The total influence — economic, political, even spiritual — is felt in every city, every State house, every office of the Federal government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail to comprehend its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood are all involved; so is the very structure of our society.
In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the militaryindustrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.
We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.
Akin to, and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial-military posture, has been the technological revolution during recent decades.
In this revolution, research has become central; it also becomes more formalized, complex, and costly. A steadily increasing share is conducted for, by, or at the direction of, the Federal government.
Today, the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop, has been overshadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields. In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers.
The prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present
* and is gravely to be regarded.
Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientifictechnological elite.
It is the task of statesmanship to mold, to balance, and to integrate these and other forces, new and old, within the principles of our democratic system — ever aiming toward the supreme goals of our free society.
V.
Another factor in maintaining balance involves the element of time. As we peer into society’s future, we — you and I, and our government — must avoid the impulse to live only for today, plundering, for our own ease and convenience, the precious resources of tomorrow. We cannot mortgage the material assets of our grandchildren without risking the loss also of their political and spiritual heritage. We want democracy to survive for all generations to come, not to become the insolvent phantom of tomorrow.
VI.
Down the long lane of the history yet to be written America knows that this world of ours, ever growing smaller, must avoid becoming a community of dreadful fear and hate, and be instead, a proud confederation of mutual trust and respect.
Such a confederation must be one of equals. The weakest must come to the conference table with the same confidence as do we, protected as we are by our moral, economic, and military strength. That table, though scarred by many past frustrations, cannot be abandoned for the certain agony of the battlefield.
Disarmament, with mutual honor and confidence, is a continuing imperative. Together we must learn how to compose differences, not with arms, but with intellect and decent purpose. Because this need is so sharp and apparent I confess that I lay down my official responsibilities in this field with a definite sense of disappointment. As one who has witnessed the horror and the lingering sadness of war — as one who knows that another war could utterly destroy this civilization which has been so slowly and painfully built over thousands of years — I wish I could say tonight that a lasting peace is in sight.
Happily, I can say that war has been avoided. Steady progress toward our ultimate goal has been made. But, so much remains to be done. As a private citizen, I shall never cease to do what little I can to help the world advance along that road.
VII.
So — in this my last good night to you as your President — I thank you for the many opportunities you have given me for public service in war and peace. I trust that in that service you find some things worthy; as for the rest of it, I know you will find ways to improve performance in the future.
You and I — my fellow citizens — need to be strong in our faith that all nations, under God, will reach the goal of peace with justice. May we be ever unswerving in devotion to principle, confident but humble with power, diligent in pursuit of the Nation’s great goals.
To all the peoples of the world, I once more give expression to America’s prayerful and continuing aspiration:
We pray that peoples of all faiths, all races, all nations, may have their great human needs satisfied; that those now denied opportunity shall come to enjoy it to the full; that all who yearn for freedom may experience its spiritual blessings; that those who have freedom will understand, also, its heavy responsibilities; that all who are insensitive to the needs of others will learn charity; that the scourges of poverty, disease and ignorance will be made to disappear from the earth, and that, in the goodness of time, all peoples will come to live together in a peace guaranteed by the binding force of mutual respect and love.

I still can recall the interview of a United States Marine on the program 60 Minutes, over the late 2005 Haditha town Massacre. A staff Sergeant was charged with the murders of most of the 24 men, women and children (as young as two). He made it clear to the amazed interviewer , given the chance to do it again, he would still have carried out his mission in the same manner.
No matter which country a soldier lives in and whether the rulers are good or bad, he or she will do whatever it takes to protect the leaders of the land.
The camps are ready once again that were once used to round up the American Asian population during WWII, with some new ones in the works.
And when the soldiers come for those who they now know will be a problem, people will decide right then and there to either go quietly or else. We are heaed for troubled times.
The US government has left more than enough clues that they allowed 911 to take place. They are running out of time and everything they led up to, which was hitting Iran, they won’t let some petty thing like the truth stand in their way.
They will now allow the markets to crash so they can round up the weakest and most vulnerable, put the children into various institutions ( the polygamist kids was a test run) and finish off where your Presidents GrandFather had helped begin.
And what the soldiers cannot do out of mercy for fellow American’s, the private contractors or recruited soldiers from elsewhere will gladly put a bullet into a disgruntled American head.
Many modern day prophets have forseen this happening in the near future. The camps, chemicals and drugs to make soldiers killing machines without any morals by the manipulation of the DNA. And mostly the horrors of the one world government. And even if mankind can defeat the 3rd Anti-christ, nature will rebel against all life. The signs are all around us. They are getting ready.

Im sorry for those of you who think this is still america owned by the people let me clarify. This isnt america anymore. What you USED to defend and beleive in has changed. What you are defending NOW are the interest of multi-national corporations who have no interest in sovereignty and boundaries.
A border divides people. It divides ideals. Thus more reasons to hate and want to kill other people. Think about it. Wars are fought over religion and borders and resources. Take out religion and borders and there is no more reason to fight for resources. Unite the world under one flag one belief system, and you will have achieved world peace.
And you want to die? For an Imaginary Line? The soldiers who have fought and given their lives for this country did more to push forward the new order than any. Because they fought for the interest of the leaders. And thier interests are for the establishment of a World Order.
Therefore, the soldiers who fight and die for this country are creating this New Order you all seem to hate so much.
To die for “America” means youre dying for an illusion. An illusion put in place for the simple reason that people have to be tricked into accepting control because of thier obligations to god and country have skewed thier reasoning. first off, religion is not the primary reason for war and conflict. If you research the topic you’ll find that you have made an erroneous conclusion based on opinion instead of fact. Secondly, borders were created to keep the bad people out and the good people in. Wouldn’t you create an “imaginary line” of demarcation in order to know where freedom ends and the enemy who is hell bent on killing you begins? People needed to know where it was safe to travel and where it was not safe to travel to.
Atheist nations have killed as many people as “religious” nations have. The truth is that there are good people and bad people in this world. The bad people lie and use religion to further their evil goals. The Catholic church killed more people than any other organization or nation on earth, supposedly over 500,000,000 people killed under their evil despotic control. The Catholic church decided to deceive people in the name of Jesus Christ but that doesn’t mean Jesus Christ or His true followers are evil or bad.
If I decided to kill in the name of atheism or any other specific belief system would that make the belief system evil? No, not necessarily.
I think you were originally trying to show or explain to people that some of things they have put their heart into are actually part of this New World Order. If that is the case then we are in agreement. But you should be clear about it and make the proper distinctions so you can be easily understood.
Religion is an illusion, but what is your definition of religion?
Jesus Christ on the other hand said nothing positive about religion. He didn’t represent religion and those who truly follow Him want nothing to do with the wicked religious systems of this world. After all, religion is nothing more than a set of ritualistic beliefs created by man in order to control the ignorant masses of the world. Truth however, which is Jesus Christ, and everything that came from Him, is life and not religion. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no man will be able to come before the Father unless they first except Jesus Christ.
Common sense dictates that there can only be one path to God, not many.
Borders divide land masses, property, etc. They are not intrinsically bad. A one world government would NOT create world peace! That is an illusion! People will fight each other regardless if they are from country A, country B, or from the same country. It is the nature of sin and a fallen world. It will only get worse as time rolls along, not better. It is our duty to try and make things better and we shouldn’t give up because we know the outcome already. We do good for God’s sake because He commands us to do good. The world will know peace only when the Prince of Peace returns…Jesus Christ.
A lot of you may despise my words but they really aren’t mine, they are simply the truth.

Question Authority, Trust no one in an official position. Question the info you read in major newspapers and the information you hear on major networks. The complexity of lies is so huge that most journalist believe that what they report is the truth. People are too naiive and gullible.
The writing is clearly written on the wall. Big changes are coming. Get used to it. They will be painful and ugly. There will be nothing you can do about it. It is a very sad future for what was once the greatest nation in the World (or was that all an illusion and propaganda too?) The corporate giants and the greedy rich sold out America. They sold your ass from right under you! And they let you screw yourself further by allowing you credit cards so you could charge all kinds of junk you do not need from Walmart and all the other superstores who pay their employees salaries which are no commensurate with the American economy or cost of living index. Now you have all this useless stuff and no food on the table. No fuel for your car. But what the hell, just flash the plastic nd everyhting is good right? Wake up America The greedy corporate republicans did this by pulling the rug out on American jobs and outsourced them to foriegn countries for cheap labor. Then guess what, no one has the earning potential they used to when they signed that mortgagae agreement. I was 24 years in I.T.. I no longer can find a job that pays what I was able to make in the 90’s with all my skillsets. If I hadn’t divorced in 2002 I would have been a forclosure victim too! No wonder why there is a huge forclosure epedemic and our economy is collapsing. Greeedy Corporate Republicans sold out America! Embrace Martial Law. Here is why : THE SH*T HAS HIT THE FAN ! Do you smell it – you will. You do not have to be bothered by this though because any smells are only necessary to warn.
