Let me try to correct your FUBARE’D post. First of all its a “Well regulated Milita” Not a well armed Militia. Next, its the 2nd admendment ( know your own damned constituition will ya?!) not the 4th admendment. The 4th admendment deals with unlawful search and seizure, not a “well armed militia”. However, the 2nd admendment does protect the first admendment ( your right to free speech, even if its misquotes, and inaccurate statements.)

TO all who don’t believe the the homeland secruity meno is not real, WAKE-UP! its real …there are veterans who are locked up by the FBI right now! Mr Jones , please email me…And I will tell you all about it!!! To the American people they are taking our hero’s who keep us safe and locking them up, These are the best of the best sitting in a jail right now, who we need to protect us from the evil people who want to kill us..( navy seals, marines, army rangers Delta force) who need our help!!! yeah, if you want to play constitutional. the whole gun ownership thing comes from “a well armed militia” in the fourth amendment.
so militia is the MOST legal constituional right. people should only be allowed to own guns if they ar in a MILITIA!
at this point this is pretty good idea.
