FEMA sources confirm coming martial law

WMR has learned from knowledgeable Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) sources that the Bush administration is putting the final touches on a plan that would see martial law declared in the United States with various scenarios anticipated as triggers. The triggers include a continuing economic collapse with massive social unrest, bank closures resulting in violence against financial institutions, and another fraudulent presidential election that would result in rioting in major cities and campuses around the country.
In addition, Army Corps of Engineer sources report that the assignment of the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team (BCT) to the Northern Command’s U.S. Army North is to augment FEMA and federal law enforcement in the imposition of traffic controls, crowd control, curfews, enhanced border and port security, and neighborhood patrols in the event a national emergency being declared. The BCT was assigned to duties in Iraq before being assigned to the Northern Command.
On April 3, 2008, WMR reported on a highly-classified document regarding the martial law scenario: WMR has learned from knowledgeable sources within the US financial community that an alarming confidential and limited distribution document is circulating among senior members of Congress and their senior staff members that is warning of a bleak future for the United States if it does not quickly get its financial house in order. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is among those who have reportedly read the document.
The document is being called the “C & R” document because it reportedly states that if the United States defaults on loans and debt underwriting from China, Japan, and Russia, all of which are propping up the United States government financially, and the United States unilaterally cancels the debts, America can expect a war that will have disastrous results for the United States and the world. “Conflict” is the “C word” in the document. The other scenario is that the federal government will be forced to drastically raise taxes in order to pay off debts to foreign countries to the point that the American people will react with a popular revolution against the government. “Revolution” is the document’s “R word.

Of course the American people never had a voice as they were against NAFTA, and GATT, but that dosen’t matter just like the unpopular BAIL OUT BILL! this to happen with the major holidays coming upon us–Halloween, Thanksgiving,Christmas. They will probably want every dollar they can get from us. It could happen, never doubt that, but if it does not happen before the end of this year, you can bet your last quarter that it will all break loose after the start of 2009. I am taking every measure possible right now–keeping cash on hand, stocking food, water, and keeping a low profile. I will also be investing in a certain amout of junk silver coins. Although gold will probably be the most valuable, I’m not discounting silver, and on my income I can afford silver a lot easier than gold. And I’m not forgetting to stock medicines, espically herbal ones.

Martial law in the US? I don’t think it will play out the way people envision it. The US is WAY too big to enforce anything of that magnitude, and its military spread too thin. Tanks on every street corner? Nope. This isn’t Russia.
But, I could see it being true for a few major cities, esp. ones that are of strategic importance (political/financial centers and major transportation hubs like DC, NY, Boston, Chicago, etc). Also, military roadblocks/checkpoints on major highways near those cities. Don’t forget that the national highway system was originally designed for the military’s use. They CAN restrict transportation, that’s the thing to remember. (9/11 grounding of aircraft being a prime example.) Also availability of fuel, the military can seize it all in a national emergency.
When the govt starts confiscating gold, then its time to sweat.

In summary.. we have the “illusion of respresentation without representation”…

This absolutly scares the shit out of me. If this is true, GOD help us all. I don’t know what will happen, or if it will happen, but if it does, lets get prepared. Store food, save money, protect your family. Protect your gun rights, if you own one. God help us if they start to take away the guns or any type of firearm. I am not a gun enthusiest or anything, but i own a rifle and a shotgun, and I wouldlike to keep them if I decide to go hunting or if someone decides to break into my home, protect my wife and son. So lets all prepare for the worst, BUT hope for the best.

Any American or Canadian city can easily have martial law imposed on it. The easiest way to do it is stop/hinder the food supply distribution network and most modern North American cities can easily have their food stocks disprupted if need be (ie. In the case of an uprising against the debit-credit hoodlums).
Even up here in Canada I believe there are not only NATO agents in cognito but also other incognito agents from many other countries who are willing to follow any orders from the GLOBAL ELITES who want to impose some kind of all out GLOBAL POLITICO-ECONOMIC regime on us peasants.

i recently attended Fort Ligonier Days, a small town community festival in Pennsylvania, about 40 miles east of Pittsburgh.
the towns main streets were closed to vehicular traffic to accomidate the crowds of law abiding (and more than likely highly patriotic) families, friends, street vendors and reinactors enjoying a beautiful, fall afternoon in southwestern Pennsylvania.
all went well. no major bombs exploded, no violent protests. econimic woes and threats of global financial collapse were the last things occupying the minds of every day AMERICANS…………
to my surprise, however, every major intersection in a small town was patrolled by the US Army.
at about four or five different intersection, on average of five Military Police patrolled pedestiran traffic. they openly wore M.P armbands, hand guns and night sticks, and were very strict (and loud)in controlling pedestrian traffic while motor vehicles navigated through small detours through a tiny Pennsylvania town.
i have the highest respect for anyone wearing a miliary uniform. my brother is in the US marines and served in iraq twice. im not some leftiest hack who fear someone with a gun either. but, i thought we as citizens HIRED a POLICE FORCE to DIRECT TRAFFIC, not the US ARMY!!!!!!!
the only Military Police i would like to see at a small town, AMERICAN festival is when they are marching with honor in the parade, not patroling the streets.

please let me clarify this for some out there. there are two armys in america. america army(developed with the constitution) and the divisional army (developed during the world war conflicts) when martial law is emposed it is done by americas army and they hold constitutional law. the divisional army is an illegal institution by how they set it up in the first place. it was set up for the sole purpose of allowing the southern states to be represented with troops in these great conflicts. you gotta remember that ww1 was still so close in memory to the civil war that the divisional was set up to give these guys from the south an army to fight with. they werent trusted fully by union(americas army) because of there british simpathies during the civil war. keep your friends close your enemies closer. why do you think homeland security didnt work these guys in the divisional werent givin security clearence because they arent true americans and they cant be trusted

Imposing martial law may be easier than most people think. These people are not stupid. Their skill is in the way they use Problem-Reaction-Solution. To get a wildly unpopular part of their agenda accepted it will take a mighty big problem and a lot of media brainwashing, but it could be done to the extent that most people will beg for their martial law solution. When the great Cincinnati flood happened in 1937, the city was placed under Marshall Law. My parents, who lived there at the time, told me about having to be in by dark or risk being shot on site. Now keep in mind the city was flooded like New Orleans was after Katrina, so it was a crisis.
With that in mind, I think Marshall Law today would have to be more than a financial upheaval no matter how severe. I think back to the riots in 1968 – now those were scary times and where it could be heard “Burn baby burn”. So riots caused by financial upheaval could trigger it, as in Los Angeles, Washington and Detroit I believe were under the law during those times.
A bank holiday which would include no ATMs, checks or credit cards and even the inability for most stores to be unable to give change – that would trigger riots.
The one wild card is a pandemic. That’s a scary one to even think about, but would be the most expeditious in actually voluntarily keeping people indoors.
I feel like I’m a fear monger, but I personally know someone who had intel connections who packed up all his things in May 2008 and he and his wife are now living somewhere in the mid-west; Kansas or Iowa. He left with 2 years supply of food, water and weapons and told me that something big would be coming down and to get prepared.
Right now, the American people are uncertain, fearful and also oblivous to everything. All I can say, is that we sure have crappy leadership. I don’t admire anyone in “higher office” and draw
no comfort from anything they say. Why? Because they too take their marching order from a
shadowy power of those who really control things.

This is the exact scenario I have been screaming for the past 3 months.
If the world comes to collect, or the US strikes Iran, and you see militaries from the 4 quarters of the earth start to surround the ‘camp of the saints about’ (US/North America) – fear not, and look up. We’ll be on for the fireworks display of a lifetime.

US attacks Iran and/or defaults on it’s debt –> Iran(?), China, Russia, Japan, Venezuela (?) and company surround the “camp of the saints about”/Christian central/USA/North America –> God puts an end to all of it.
All the grasshoppers in the militaries and global elitist groups will be dealt an inescapable death blow. All warmongers and evils are going down. Ole Luci isn’t going to get his way. All that hard work and patience he and his grasshoppers and moles have planned and schemed over the centuries will come to naught. You have it wrong. Maybe you underestimate how many of the military will come to the side of reason which is the public. I think the illuminati understand this and that is why they will plan to have martial law when most of our military is overseas, and cannot come to the aid of the US citizens (their families and friends). I for one have faith in our soldiers that they would never participate in a fascist agenda for our society.
Write to a soldier now and tell him your fears and ask him to remember to follow his intuition and do the right thing that his heart tells him.

#34 – I take offense to your comment. I am Southern by birth, American by choice. There are many here who feel as I do. And to rain on your parade just a bit…I’m not saying that all of our choices in The War Between The States were correct; but the basic principle of that war was standing up for ourselves and our rights. We have one thing in our favor that most in our great land do not. We have never forgotten what it was live in a state of war; we have never forgotten how it feels to be conquered, to be hungry, homeless and destitute. We have passed those memories on.
Despite what you think, we ARE freedom loving Americans in the Southland and we have every true Patriot’s back. Guaranteed.

Since Kennedy, there has been an Official plan to declare Martial Law in America. JFK signed off on many “executive Orders” numbered 11995 to 12005. So, Martial Law is inevitable for the NWO to transfer the power to this world regime that wishes to control the world.
When this happens, I believe the Military, to include the foreign troops, will be tasked to go door to door to remove weapons from each household in a very short period of time. It is during this time that many will be killed and many more taken to the camps to either be killed or to be “retrained”
as marketable subjects for this NWO.
If you are on the “Lists”, You have few choices, either fight, hide, or be taken to be eliminated as a threat to this NWO. Bush said it ALL when he said “You are either with us, or, You are with the terrorists”, there is NO grey area, PERIOD!
If you choose to fight, you must not hesitate or pull any punches, they WILL kill you! There are foreign troops to do these deeds for NATO and they are already here, so be ready.
Do not fire first, unless it is a small group that can easily be taken out, then, use their equipment for future endeavors.
Remember the law of attrition. The more small bands of foreign outfits you take out, the greater the psychological effect you will have on them.
They have thermal imaging at night that can penetrate 12 feet of solid concrete. You NEED thermal blankets for this!
Trick them into shooting each other, set up false ambushes on corners and make them waste their resources on nothing!
Play their game when questioned, as if you are one of them. Use your resources well.
Have a well trained dog to warn you of their presence, they have superior hearing and senses are not deluded and can save your life in a bind.
Do not smoke or have fires at night, they can smell it from very far away.
Rely on your intuition, if it doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t!

My only concern is that when the very Government you give all of your money to fails to have any morals, how can we have any moral duty to pay a tax in which there is NO LAW!In the absence of morals, duty becomes null & void.

The Military is NOT stronger than the American people! This is what they want you to think! The number of civilvians totaly blows away the number of military numbers in the USA. We could fight back and totaly win. Also consider the fact that a number of US troops will be smarter than most and they WILL NOT fire upon civilians. That is why foreign troops will be brought it to do the dirty work.

To Sovereign Citizen (83): Now this is good. I read Sun Tzu, I actually have a copy (a few thousand miles away from me) but it’s amazing, ha d good laugh. I encourage all to read this book, it’ll open up your minds. Just remember that the book is not only more than just about war, the whole war thing is an analogy for understanding the manner in which to tackle any challenge, which can be regarded as an ennemy or a foe in the analogy.
Also to Incriminally Sane (72): you are so VERY right (within boundaries of course); the people are financing their oppression. This is both funny and sad. On the other hand, the reason I stated that you’re right within boundaries is because it’s not tax that is the problem, the theory behind is really great; theoretically it’s suposed to be a general fund for the people, for their benefit. i knew it. i was warning people about this my whole life and they scoffed at me. it’s happening and it is almost here… with the fucking FEMA deathcamps built up all over north america, we have to take a stand while we still can. We don’t have much a voice left when bullshit like the patriot act has stripped us of the constitution… but we at least have a chance to take a stand together… it is too bad that a lot of people are still blind to what is going on… they are staring death right in the face and they don’t know it yet. We have fight left in us though… and we can spread awareness… a revolution of knowlege and information can help put an end to our suffering and death warrants the elite has put on us.

I hate to be negative, but most Americans, even those who vote for Obama as a prayer for change,
have no idea of how far our leaders have led us away from being a democratic society. Flag waving
and supporting “our troops” have taken the place of political awareness. The younger generation
reads little besides blogs and “my space” and the older people are content reading whatever the
main stream media serves up. Things will have to get a lot worse before “we” have the will to do
anything, and by then we will probably not have the tools to fight a totalitarian state. If the election
is not hijacked again and Obama wins, it will be a sign of hope for the end of America’s culture wars,
but it will mean business as usual for the bellicose activities of empire and globalism.

The insane meat grinder is in full effect. The only thing to do is to start a national strike now. Martial Law would be the biggest mistake they could make and would not go as they expect. If somebody like Alex doesn’t get a strike organized — peaceful but effective — then what the heck is the point of all the activism. Just writing letters and yelling on megaphones is OVER. Anything short of we, the people, organizing and threatening a strike is our own folly and we will get what we seem to deserve and ask for.
