FEMA sources confirm coming martial law

WMR has learned from knowledgeable Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) sources that the Bush administration is putting the final touches on a plan that would see martial law declared in the United States with various scenarios anticipated as triggers. The triggers include a continuing economic collapse with massive social unrest, bank closures resulting in violence against financial institutions, and another fraudulent presidential election that would result in rioting in major cities and campuses around the country.

In addition, Army Corps of Engineer sources report that the assignment of the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team (BCT) to the Northern Command’s U.S. Army North is to augment FEMA and federal law enforcement in the imposition of traffic controls, crowd control, curfews, enhanced border and port security, and neighborhood patrols in the event a national emergency being declared. The BCT was assigned to duties in Iraq before being assigned to the Northern Command.
On April 3, 2008, WMR reported on a highly-classified document regarding the martial law scenario: WMR has learned from knowledgeable sources within the US financial community that an alarming confidential and limited distribution document is circulating among senior members of Congress and their senior staff members that is warning of a bleak future for the United States if it does not quickly get its financial house in order. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is among those who have reportedly read the document. The document is being called the "C & R" document because it reportedly states that if the United States defaults on loans and debt underwriting from China, Japan, and Russia, all of which are propping up the United States government financially, and the United States unilaterally cancels the debts, America can expect a war that will have disastrous results for the United States and the world. "Conflict" is the "C word" in the document. The other scenario is that the federal government will be forced to drastically raise taxes in order to pay off debts to foreign countries to the point that the American people will react with a popular revolution against the government. "Revolution" is the document’s "R word.

Pretty sketchy in the details department. Could it happen? Possibly.
Maybe they’re going to give the election to McCain by using the Diebold voting machines. The media will report a story that leaves no doubt the Obama won the popular vote (doesn’t matter if he did or didn’t) and that votes were changed purposely. The blacks will react violently, causing a chain reaction that will lead to a declaration of Martial law.
So far all we have are rumors, no solid evidence that any of these things may happen. But how much evidence do we really need? In the current atmosphere…a secret government coming out into the open, soldiers from Iraq set to patrol American streets and a thousand other bad omens, it doesn’t take much to get people worried about their future and the future of the country.
Revolution is a real possibility and the people in control are taking real precautions in order to contain the damage as best they can. Internal strife is more realistic than Russia or China trying all out invasion…unless those on the inside want it to happen. Supposedly there are already foreign troops inside the U.S., trained, armed, and ready to be deployed.

Well we have seen this coming, many knew about it, but many also looked the other way. They got fat and lazy got comfortable and went for the big ride.
The funny thing is that they are not really trying to hide this stuff, hell it is almost out i the open. The Illumanati sees no reason to hide it because they know they have the troops, the camps built, and the soldiers to fight the war against the common person.
They have been planning this for years, but here we all sat, knowing full well what was going on.
For those just waking up, I am glad you are afraid, and I want you to be afraid, because when the shit comes down you will either run or hide. If you run, well you may grow some balls and come back and fight, and join the patriots who are willing to get the job done.

The US Treasury could pay off the debt by printing non-interest bearing ‘greenbacks’ a la Lincoln. Since the greenbacks created would retire the outstanding treasury bonds, this operation would be non-inflationary.

Once again, what’s the validity of this rumour? We all heard about BoA notice about bank closure, it was receiving sings “Bank Closed”, etc, etc…
Show me proof! Show me proof also that the meeting that congress had behind closed doors in the spring had to do with the collapse of the finances and the gov’t.
So far, the only proof has been hearsay. Not one congressman talked about it (oh right, because it’s secret), and there were no leaks?
If Alex can get moles to get into Bilderberg meeting, I cannot accept that the secret congress session did not have any leaks.
Think about this, though. FEMA is designed to tackle disorder. Of course they are going to broaden the definition of what disorder is as stuff starts to happen. Just to all the levelheaded guys and gals on this site, just because they make a provision for it does not mean it will happen. Your car insurance has a section on vandalism. Does this mean that your insurance company is planning on vandalism of your car? Is that a sure event?
I learn a lot from this site and from Alex’s radio show, that’s why I’m still here and I’m still coming back. But I don’t approve of pushing and dumping various scenarios as “done deals” when they are but a possibility to prepare for or to guard against.
Here’s another thing with which I do not agree completely. Alex is now saying that congress was threatened with martial law if they didn’t pass the bill. Yet, when Alex had a congressman phone in, the congressman said that it wasn’t actually a threat as such (vote yes or else we will invoke martial law), it was more like discussing the possibility of what could happen should the vote fail, and should the stock market crash – then it could invoke chaos and martial law could be necessary). Well, Alex didn’t say a whole lot back to that, in fact he didn’t really acknowledge this. A few minutes later he was repeating that “THE CONGRESS WAS THREATENED WITH MARTIAL LAAAAAW!!!!” and this gets repeated on and on every show. Something that I keep seeing, and which I do not like, is that this news source is not exactly balanced. Basically, it just thrives on sensationalism. And it twists things.
Bottom line – i’m not criticising this site in its entirety, or Alex. I like it, I’m here, but these are the things I wish were refined and addressed. Unfortunately, these tactics do not work with many people, and it is a turn off for quite a number of people.

I am in the military, serving in the aforementioned 3rd infantry division and as an officer i would like to inform you that i am worried. There is a good reason why the army do not police the people. That is because the army is employed by the people to fight the people’s (countries) enemies. As soon as the army is policing the people then the people are it enemies.

He READS to you whats going on from declassified documents and most importantly Mr. Jones has highly credible guests who’s opinions count much more than Alex’s on his show on a regular basis. Sure Alex gives his opinion and personal views of what is happening, but it’s his freaking radio show. #47… Get some knee pads before you go any further in your worship of Alex. There’s a fine line between giving one’s opinion, and formulating news articles to paint a given picture to your readers. First, this article is cut and paste crap. Second, this article is based on someone’s alleged sources, which I cannot verify for myself. Therefore, it’s junk information. Think about it! Could you imagine what would happen, if our military formed their conclusions based on another persons alleged sources? Or perhaps, if you were thrown in prison, because someone had unverifiable sources alleging you murdered someone? Yeah, journalist should have more pride in their work. If your going to present something as factual, then you also provide verifiable sources. Otherwise, it boils down to rumor. We are in the middle of a dangerous time in American history. The last thing we need is to make poor judgments based on a rumor. As for Alex’s alleged sources… Alot of the information he presents can in fact be verified. However, some of what he presents is nearly impossible to verify. He may want you to believe it based on his past track record, but be a bit wiser. If Alex truly wants people to believe him, he can simply make all these alleged declassified documents available for download on infowars.com. While some of the information can be found easilly online, not everything is so easy to track down. Running off and telling someone to go find the information themselves, isn’t helping to spread “truth”. That’s just an easy way to end the discussion. And, many of his flock just repeat the very same line. You think you are “enlightened”? Nothing could be further from the truth. As David Icke likes to say, a bunch of repeaters. And another thing.. Don’t go assuming you know me based on a small comment. If you honestly believe Alex is giving you a truthful picture, you really have a lot to learn.

I remember the rodney king riots in los angeles, i stayed close to an university campus close to south cenral los angeles and when the torches went up, the los angeles police dept. just stood there watching due to the high volume of people packing heat inside their cars and flashing uzis and ak47’s to the cops. 2 or 3 days later the national guard came in by the truck loads and restored the peace within 24 hours. That was then and the reality is that the mood and thoughts of people has dramatically changed since this bastard bush took office. As soon as he came in he and the people that squeeze his nuts they set up the stage of what we are facing today. Interesting how the news shift daily and that just causes confusion and anger and yeah for sure the government knows that this has reached its peak with the anger the american people are feeling at this point. They are getting prepared and its just obvious and i’ll tell you why. I have lived in my community all my life and every community has a storage place where the city either stores material or even a city yard where construction equipment is stored. Well to my surprise i just found out that the national guard has been storing trucks and other heavy equipment in that yard and now it has a higher fence and 24 hour security. National guard troops are visible at times but they’re there. You should do a liitle research in your community and find out where your nearest depot is and even where your local national guard post is located. I can live with martial law for a couple of days but i’ll know everyone will want answers and people’s fingers will start getting itchy, and it just takes one bullet for the shit to go down. I am even seeing black and sometimes olive green helicopters patrolling the area where i never noticed it before. Start investigating all this crap, talk to your neighbors and share comments and most of all think of getting some high powered machinery because a 9mm or a 38 will do you no good. We are being raped economically, morally, and the sad thing is that we can put 2 and 2 together and figure it out. Its not hidden anymore, the internet or the news will tell you all that either we go to war with another country or our country goes to war with us to depopulize the nation and the world due to the high debt this country now has and it cannot afford to keep you, feed you, and support your pension of healthcare.

I am more than a little intrigued by comments from anon too, but not from what he has seen or says but from what I saw on Sunday, September 30th sitting on a rail siding in northern Indiana. My wife and were traveling eastbound on the south side of a busy rail section due north of Fort Wayne, near the village of Garrett. It was waiting for passage of another train which was eastbound. What we observed was an incredibly huge shipment of armored personnel carriers. My wife estimated well over a hundred tracked vehicles. Anybody reading this who is with the rail system or willing to circulate in the railroad dispatch or scheduler circles who can determine where the shipment was destined for would be a great help.

we have a local international airport in my town in Florida… a few months ago while driving by the runways, i noticed a large number of military Humvees, probably about 20-30…..maybe more, just sitting in a lot right off one of the runways. didnt think much of it at the time because we also have an air force base nearby as well. however, over the last few months, i started to wonder why there would be a veritable stock pile of military vehicles at a public, civilian international airport…

Hey guys, I’ve been feeling rather more ill than usual, perhaps it’s merely a series of colds, stress from worrying about the foreseeable revolution, or perhaps allergies since I’ve been sneezing uncontrollably lately, whatever, but when placed into perspective of this crisis, playing Lucifer’s Lobbyist or Devil’s Advocate for just a moment, if I were in power, in charge, and wanted to remain so, there are certain steps that I would take to ensure my survival and stronghold. One would be to etch away at my enemies’ health through toxic foods flooding the market (melanin…blame China?? or the NWO?), increased toxicity of the water supply, either through additional chemicals, or decreased chemicals, leading to parasites and amoebas and little squiggly swimming things, and I would utilize the chemtrail “conspiracy theory” for the plausible deniability factor and just go to town dousing the population. The sick cannot fight well, the infirm are not good soldiers, dying people cannot fight a rebellion or start a revolution. Just putting it out there, I’m probably just getting to that paranoid point, but if all of this is even remotely true, that there is a clearly defined war going on against us, then these steps I’ve listed are not only plausible, but only the tip of the iceberg. Oh, and I would mess with radio frequencies which correspond either to the optic nerve’s resonant tone, or other aspect of human physiology to confuse and bemuddle and wear down the freedom fighters. You know, I once wrote a short story where an alien race were masters of utilizing electromagnetic waves, they could project holograms anywhere, they could influence moods of observers, they viewed all the world as a canvas on which to paint using these methods, they were obsessed with art, they generally lived in a state of hedonism and mass entertainment, like a constant carnival. When things turned awry they said, “If you entertain the prospect of war, then war shall be our entertainment. Your annihilation shall be our finest masterpiece.” They soon found that they could cause the most amazing pain (active denial system) through the electromagnetic frequencies. They even managed to project in the air images, scenes that so enveloped and influenced the observers/enemy that they were pulled into its reality, then, the images and scenes changed to portray despair and horrors, much like how a painting or a song can make you cry, but taken to an unimaginable extreme of such, the effects of which made the observers of them to fall to such depths of despair that they turned their weapons on themselves and committed mass suicide. Someone please help me out here, I have a quick question to pose to anyone who has kept up with this site for longer than I have, which is only the last week or two. Has the chatter on here always been so incendiary? Have people been talking so adamantly about revolt and revolution as they have in the last couple weeks? Please put this site into some sort of perspective, because I hear nothing else like the talk on here coming from any other source. Are gathered here simply angry individuals, or have otherwise calm and peaceful people been incited to fiery levels because of the recent turn of events? I assume there exist some people who have been watching this site for several years and might help put into perspective the level of anger, fear, “lock and load” mentality that I have seen recently. If it is always like this, I will exit from these forums since it is just angry nothings spouted off steadily with never a culmination, I may have just happened across a site ever-full of rage. If it has recently become so red-hot irate, then we are seriously seeing a change in people’s perspectives and the talk of revolt and revolution and call to arms, call to action should thus be taken very, very seriously. And to #191, I know alot of people are laughing at you when they read your statement, but when we all seriously consider doing things like this, we know it’s not a question anymore. I’ve thought this through so many times and all I can say is if you catch word of something happening big-time and you live in a city, get moving 2 hours in advance so you can hole yourself up with relatives, friends, acquaintances in the suburbs or the woods.

We must be careful to not lose ourselves to the chaos being installed in our nation, and see it for what it is. An insinuation that is carefully being orchestrated. Be careful not to let the system get you going the wrong way. Write your government and make your voice heard in as many ways you can and expose wrong doing by even calling it out before the international community. Do not let the legislative and judiciary branches of our government go unaccountable.
Not everybody wants to see America destroyed. There are working people in other parts of the World who do not want to be effected by the irresponsible actions of a few people in America and abroad who control the monetary system.
I am not a pro United Nations person myself, but I do see that it can be a tool to put America’s so called “Elite” in check and make them think about what they do. Don’t be afraid to write the United Nations General Assembly and tell your concerns if you feel as I feel our nation is not representing the right moral or ethical values in its foreign policy. Stock up on food and buy flammables, etc. Store it hide it, etc. You will find weapons to be the most vital to your defense in times when it is a matter of life and death. Im a Dutch national that trained at ESI (http://www.esi-lifeforce.com/) last year.
Out of my class of 36 people most have been to Iraq and alot allready had contracts with Dynacore/blackwater. Just wanted to add that from my point of view most of these guys are brainwashed and bible toting fanatics.
I have no actual experience with your millitary but i think the group was pretty representative.
And i must say, given the need/order they WILL fire on american people as far as I could judge them.The time that these people have ideals and would defend the constitution and their own people is long gone. Most just want to get their guns off ( with some exeptions).

I have been reading the Alex Jones material for years, and Wayne Madsen, too. If you’ve been following what they’ve been saying over, say, the last five years in particular, you have been expecting this to happen. I’ve also been reading David Icke’s stuff for years, at least six, and I’ve read most of his books, and he’s been predicting this, too. This is real! This is happening! The Bushists WANT a revolution. They’re counting on it! It’s the perfect pretext for martial law, the (permanent) suspension of the Constitution, and rounding up dissidents and “liberals” (anyone who is opposed to the Bush regime and who has spoken, or written to anyone about it), who will then be transported to FEMA camps, and then either executed, starved to death, or succumb to disease. There will probably be no presidential “election” this year, or for the foreseeable future. Bush and Cheney are only following orders. They don’t CARE if millions of Americans are armed and are prepared to use their weapons against American troops, if need be. The idea is to create chaos and disorder such as this country has never seen before (”Ordo ab Chao:” “order out of chaos,” the Freemasonic motto), and, probably, civil war. The plan is to destroy the United States, kill most of its people in civil war, reduce the few survivors to starvation and abject poverty; if necessary, bring in NATO troops to “mop up” the few pockets of resistance that are left after the chaos, and to take over the administration and staffing of the camps. It will probably be NATO troops that carry out the executions in the camps. Then, this ruined country will be divided into at least two parts, probably Eastern and Western, the dividing line being Denver and its huge Illuminati airport. Denver will probably be the capitol of the western country and Atlanta (Atlantis), also with a huge Illuminati airport, the capitol of the eastern country.
I think Obama has been lined up as a focal point for the “insurgency” that Bush’s handlers want to develop. When his probable victory in the election is stolen by Bush’s declaration of martial law and the suspension of elections, the Illuminati count on a huge tide of rage to sweep the country, and Obama will be the focal point of the insurgency’s “hope.” The “insurgency” may then spirit him to some secret location, where he may continue to offer “hope” to the resistance, thus keeping the conflict, and the chaos and destruction, going for as long as is needed to destroy the country to the proper degree. By using one of their agents as the focal point of the “insurgency,” the Illuminati will control control it, and preclude the success of those who intend to foster REAL change, and REAL hope. This is exactly what the Illuminati have done in every conflict, in every country, throughout all history: control all sides in every conflict. That way, they can engineer the result they want.
This, I believe, is the plan. How much will actually develop this way is anybody’s guess. The Illuminati, however, probably know exactly how it will turn out. They have technology that is far in advance of what we know about, including the ability to see through time. My only hope is that God will intervene and prevent the worst of this from happening.

A point in history to boost the hope of the American People:
In November 1995, Ian Smith’s Rhodesian Government – with a full democratically supported vote, declared a Unilateral Declaration of Independance from British Government and rule.
During 1996 the pompous baffoon, prime minister Harold Wilson threatened the Smith government that he would send British troops into Rhodesia “to quell and crush the rebellion.”
However, the British Army in turn declared that there would be a mutiny against any directives to invade Rhodesia to fight or bear arms against their sons and cousins or any relatives living in that country. Virtually the whole of the British public supported this move against Wilson’s threats and his intentions came to naught.
Unfortunately for the Rhodesians, the one-worlders instigated plan B that led to Cubans being installed in Angola, training and arming mercenaries to fight a ten year long insurgency guerilla war.
After the fall of the legitimate Rodesian regime, then came the turn of South Africa. Eventually there were 35,000 Cuban troops in Angola, primarily to protect the oil magnates’ interests there, and South Africa was instructed by the American based world dictators to withdraw from Angola.
This after the S.A. forces had routed the insurgents as far as Lobito in Angola.
The main point of this letter is to give hope to you that your relatives in the U.S. forces will also REFUSE to commit any armed attacks on YOU, and if possible SUPPORT the PUBLIC against the use of FOREIGN troops being used to subdue the population!

I am very concerened that some of this is true but it is hard to believe. Why would our government want to control us. They are there for us and they need us to be of importance. Whith out the vote these people are useless. So if they wanted to bring everyone home how would they defend the war with china japan and russia and keep us locked up at the same time. It all makes no sense. there are all these “documents” but none of them are posted there are no links to governement sites that list these. And as far as the FEMA CAMP thing there is a base near me called camp perry. It is a gunmen training range and citizens and soldiers go there reqularly.

Should this really surprise anyone? We do not – nor have we ever – lived in a democracy. We do not elect the president, the president is “selected” by the shadow government.
