The above is a link to FEMA.GOV website page that details the upcoming nationwide training exercise in July 2009. This is directly cut and pasted the full text below from the site.

This is very alarming. This IS NOT an exercise for FEMA to practice disaster relief. This page states very clearly that this exercise will “focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery”.

AND THEY ARE BRINGING FOREIGN TROOPS INTO OUR TOWNS AND CITIES TO TRAIN TO POLICE US. As stated in FEMA website, “This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom in NLE 09.”

Imagine, armed Mexican troops protecting us from ”terrorism” in the United States! Don’t you feel safer already? ¿Dónde están sus documentos?

Rumors of foreign troops on our soil have been circulated for a long time. BUT this is not a rumor. It is a blatant fact as stated by FEMA on their government website. THIS IS AN INVASION.

During Katrina the federal government went in and disarmed everyone, even law abiding citizens. Recently, Tennessee passed into law a bill that states that Tennessee residents undoubtedly have the right to keep and possess their firearms during martial rule. Why did they feel the need to do this? And what does it mean when our government is running martial law drills on a nationwide scale?

Undercover FBI agent Larry Grathwohl told us of people whom he described in this way:

“They felt that this counter-revolution could best be guarded against by creating and establishing re-education centers in the Southwest, where we would take all of the people who needed to be re-educated into the new way of thinking and teach them how things were going to be. I asked, well what is going to happen to those people that we can’t re-educate that are die-hard capitalists? The reply was that they would have to be eliminated. When I pursued this further they estimated that they would have to eliminate 25 million people in these re-education centers. When I say eliminate, I mean kill … 25 million people.

I want you to imagine sitting in a room with 25 people, most of which have graduate degrees from Columbia and other well-known educational centers, and hear them figuring out the logistics for the elimination of 25 million people. And they were dead serious.”

It was “Blackwater” (or “X” or whatever now), but there were also National Guard as well as Marine Corps troops. Blackwater I’m sure had no trepidations, as they are just mercs, but the US troops probably were thinking what would they do if it wer ein their own home town.

That comment ostensibly made by Kissinger regarding “confiscations by September” was bogus and put out by Sorcha Faal.

There are a lot of reasons to doubt the credibility of Sorcha Faal.
For instance:

The above article makes mention of approximately 25,000,000 US individuals will be exterminated if they cannot be re-educated? This is an outrageous charge! If such fore planning has been established should we not be demanding names and numbers of said planners.

I’m not saying this isn’t in the NWO plan, but this article is fraught with serious charges, yet offers not one single piece of evidence to back up the claims.

If you recall,those 65 year old films showed vapor trails behind those bombers.
Were those “chemtrails” as well.
As an aircraft mechanic I am actually laughing while I type this.
Even as a child in the sixties,I remember seeing these vapor trails behind every high altitude aircraft.
If the government wanted us dead,they’ll use some flu!,it’s much more effective,it doesn’t require secret apparatus installed on aircraft that mechanics would quickly find and it would be impossible for us to prove they did it.

Dave, you’re a complete idiot if you think vapor trails hang in the sky for hours on end. I’m 56 years old, pal, and I grew up watching early jet aircraft, as well as the entire history of jet-propelled aircraft sine the early fifties. I know a vapor trail when I see one. I also know chemtrails when i see them, and I have witnessed them personally since January 2008 when I saw a very well-defined grid pattern above Oklahoma City that you could have played tic-tac-toe on, and watched as five planes, plainly visible, continued adding to it. No FAA cleared flight plan would have allowed for such activity and I had NEVER seen anything like this in my life to that point.

As for your claim about B17’s leaving vapor trails, Dave, you completely discredited yourself. the B17 “Flying Fortress” was a PROPELLER DRIVEN plane

Prop planes also generate vapor trails at enough altitude-unless those films of B29’s and B17’s were altered back in the 40’s.(produced by any exhaust-turboshaft or reciprocating engines)

To DAVE: If you work on jet engines, and you purport to know so much about them, then why is it you didn’t know the B17 wasn’t a jet engine aircraft? Only jet aircraft create vapor trails, otherwise known as contrails. These trails consist mainly of ice crystals and are formed only at high altitudes where the air temperature is low enough that kerosene vapor freezes. Jet fuel is mainly comprised of kerosene.

Another thing, it isn’t commercial aircraft that are being used in government’s deliberate spraying program, which they’ve admitted they are doing. How can you stupidly insist this is all some paranoid fantasy when it’s been personally witnessed by millions of people all over the world for years and has even been admitted to by the government? You people need to realize violence will not help any situation at all. I know there are crazy people out there, we all know this, we hear it in the news daily. They do violence on a regular basis, that is why we call them crazy, because they are. It doesn’t get anyone anywhere at all, ever. It will not help any situation, we have a Constitution of our highest laws that we have do use and do it peacefully and legally with the courts or voting out the politicians that don’t go by it. That is just the way it is, the legal option is the right route. I hope no one ever gets hurt in this entire situation. People will be people and get scared. Just petition your city and state representatives to make them call it off in your area. If we don’t want it, we shouldn’t have it really. Complain. I think these excercises are for them to get prepared to take action after their next false flag terrorist event, or the H1N1 Swine Flu coming back (back out in a more virulent strain from government laboratories). It could also be some bio-terror event. They have left our borders wide open to Hamas, Al Queda, and others. We all saw that Al Queda monkey on the video talking about a suitcase of anthrax. They want to be prepared to go in and do even more then they did when Katrina hit in New Orleans. I am not worried where I live. If I hear troops coming around, I will be down in the canyon and return after they are gone. They don’t have enough troops to hang out in every remote location. I don’t own any weapons and I know there are a lot of people that want some kind of shoot out, but I think at this time it would be premature. Would you have shot at our National Guard in New Orleans? You would have gone down hard..and in stupidity.

It will seem like a real emergency when, and if, FEMA actually does a real situation scenario. Don’t jump the gun and get yourself killed at the first sign of them responding to even a Pandemic situation, or false flag terror event.

I do think you guys are a bit ahead of the curve. It’s a good thing that you are aware of suspicious activity, but let’s wait until a real thing nasty situation happens before going berzerk ! lol

Well, folks, I’m in Fema Region VI, myself, so I don’t take this lightly at all. My thoughts are that this is either one of several things:

1. The beginning of a martial law take-over, focusing on the region where they have determined they will have the most resistance first.

2. A drill/exercise, as FEMA claims, to test the waters for a full blown nationwide martial law take-over and to acclimate the public to the next phase of conditioning: i.e., having armed foreign troops blatantly on U.S. soil, violating U.S. citizens’ rights.

3. A drill/exercise designed to see if they can get us to revolt, in which case, they will go from drill mode to the real thing immediately.

Wouldn’t it be coincidence if there just happened to be a terrorist attack while they just happened to be running a UN drill? It would be surprising if they send the ground forces in without softening up the enemy first with a domestic equivalent to air strikes; i.e. flu pandemic or some tactical nukes. All the US troops stuck over seas, our military would have to conduct an invasion of its own country with air and navel cover. Without transport and air cover ‘they’ could leave our military overseas to rot and die, they would be unable to return home and defend the territory formerly known as the United States. Two points specifically responding to earlier posts. You are correct in pointing out the need to be ready…….. for a variety of things. Historically, our ancestors were much more self reliant than what we have become today. Food was smoked/salted, canned, etc and stored. Wells normally provided a constant source of water. I DO believe bad things are coming in the years, months , or days ahead. As such, once needs to educate him/herself and prepare accordingly.

While serving in the military, I witnessed/particpated in a number of different excersise types. One was called a MARE (Major Accident Response Excersise). I saw a few of these held prior to airshows. These would highlight weaknesses and breakdowns within the system while trying to coordinate among government and civilian agencies responding to mass casualties. Identifying and overcoming these breakdowns allowed a better flow in the event of an accident. The same
case could be made of the excersise identified in this story. I’m not saying that this will not be used in the future as a method to curtail our freedoms. I’m just saying there is no evidence
this is the case at this time as the title suggests. Always be skeptical of the printed word while
noting there may be something to it. Just don’t jump off the deep end without checking to see if there are broken bottles at the bottom.

I have been warning of the potential of this NLE since I became aware of it. Pay attention. The border areas are secured already. The June 1st order prevents travel “without your papers”. To them the center of the nation is not secure. Look at a map the places where the exercise is allegedly taking place is the center of the country and the southern boarder. This is a tactic to be able to split and lock down the country from the gulf to the northern boarder. I doubt that this is a drill.

Folks- I live near a local Air Force Base, and I have been seeing a lot of transport activity into the base lately. They’re bringing in these big assed C-5 cargo carriers like its cool, and lately they have been running drill after drill after drill (you can hear them on their loud speakers). I hope Im just getting worked up for nothing, but given all the big cargo carriers they’re bringing into the AFB and the local Army base getting a bolster of troop strength, I gotta wonder- in light of this article. I sure hope its all routine but then again… Oppinions anyone?

I also live near an air base. At the lower end, where the runways are. There has been ALOT of activity here too. Cargo flying in, and fighter jets taking off. 5 years ago, there wasn’t that much activity. Once in awhile you’d see the fighters take off, 2, maybe 3 a day. Now they are like clockwork. Up to 12 times a day. I don’t think i would have noticed so much, had our house not be sitting directly under the flight path. (they are so loud!!) The low rumble of the cargo planes makes them noticable too. I don’t know what’s up over there, but it doesn’t look good no matter how you look at it.

There is also a cell tower between our house and the base. The tower services the cell phone company we are currently using. We lose signal several times a day also. When I called our provider, they said there should no loss of signal, as we are so close to the tower, but that several customers have called to ask the same question. Still they have no answer.

What’s going on? I don’t know, but I don’t think I want to be around this area when they are ready to let everyone know.

The U.S. government should have information available to her people about just what weapons and ammo each household should maintain and even have government distribution centers to grant weapons to heads of households that fall in a class that can’t afford to stock a basic home armory. I simply cannot afford as many weapons and ammo as I feel necessary but will be aquiring more as my finances permithowever I think that my next purchases will be gas masks for myself and wife and then some type of flak jackets. You can’t see,aim,shoot,or even think if you are being affected by a CS gas. You will be helpless if you have no defense against CS.
I do not fear an attack in the near future just as I do not anticipate a severe injury today yet I do have a first-aid kit,just in case. That is the way I view the potential of the facist government making its move. Not so much as are they but when are they going to do it.
On a little different subject. The people in power know that they are going to need willing workers to do the everyday tasks that always have to be done. Licensed electritions,plumbers, mechanics, machinists,nurses, are not going to be willing to apply their skills for a ration of beans and rice . Because the planners of the future know this,that is why they are making absolutly no effort to get the Mexican border and illegal immigration under control. Many that enter this country illegally are pretty high-skilled individual and will do skilled work for a roof over their heads and a ration of beans and rice.and a truck to drive to the job site. In the future the border situation will change but it will be closed to any slave that tries to leave not closed to incomming slaves.
Who do you think builds and repairs fence,clears brush,and keeps the house clean at the Bush ranch in Crawford Tx.? I would bet a hundred dollars that most of the workers on his place are illegal wet-backs. They will do anything for 40 bucks a day plus meals and shelter. To them that is utopia.

Actually, if you read the actual wording of the law, it leaves the confiscation of your guns and ammo entirely up to the discretion of the “officers” confronting you. If they feel “threatened” by your being armed, they can “legally” take your guns away. The same sort of law has been recently passed in Alabama, too.
