Firestorm Brewing Between U.S. States and Federal Government

Could this be an ominous shadow drawing on the end of the United States of America? For years the Federal Government has presumed to be the all-powerful force governing our country, but it just could be that the Federal Government only exists at the pleasure of the state governments and the citizens thereof. States declaring sovereignty sounds like an act of secession and revolution. However the federal government can apparently be dissolved and another one formed anew at the discretion of the states. The existing Federal government may not leave willingly like so many European governments that are replaced routinely and it may engage a military effort with our own soldiers or the likes of a Black Water illegal military invasion to retain total control over us.

United States Federal Government laws are often in violation of the Tenth Amendment, which is perturbing, these events. This is predicated on an earlier provision of the Articles of Confederation, which states that, “Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation [now Federation] expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.”
A growing number of states are declaring their sovereignty afforded under the U S Constitution’s Tenth Amendment however the conventional news media are not telling you about what is happening. The State of Washington on Wednesday – 11 February 2009 and most recently, New Hampshire [2009], Montana [2009], Hawaii [2009], Michigan [2009], Missouri [2009], Arizona [2008], Oklahoma [2008], Georgia [1996], and California [1994] all of which have introduced bills and resolutions declaring and reaffirming their sovereignty. Some other states have done this in the past but then let the issue go. Additionally, the states of Colorado, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Alaska, Kansas, Alabama, Nevada, Maine, and Illinois are considering similar measures. More well may follow, such as Wyoming and Mississippi.

We are obligated to recognize that the sell-out to China by Clinton today, linked to their buying the debt Obama and the contemptuous treasonous congress are bribing states with, is the Prima facie causus belli to completely dissolve what is obviously Not Our Government. Yes, this author has it right, ‘they are not likely to give up their “spoils of war”- the conquered-by-subversion America, with all its riches, …the USA just got PUT INTO RECEIVERSHIP to the Chinese! Human Rights WILL NOT stop us? Then why was America opposed all these generations, to Chinese Communist Slavery? Time for revolt, time for action, for while all you in the political theater audience were looking for a dramatic “attack”, the well of freedom was poisoned, and the soft attack succeeded. YOU LOSE, for the simple fact of your unwillingness to use your second amendment, a typical military/mafia tact, conduct such that nothing less than deadly force will stop it, then they can rely on your unwillingness, cowardice. it all sounds great I live in WA st, but I have a feel many of these states will do nothing, just like when a person runs for office like Obama all lies what will make any of this happen for real and not just nice words on paper to cover local states poloticians backs, The first state that suceeds I am moving, If that state means buisness. The created being is never greater than the creator……. the Federal Gov’t is nothing more than a paper tiger, problem is too many still think it’s a real one. It only makes problems bigger to justify itself until the scam is finally exposed due too it’s ridiculousness. I hope the federal fiat money is a sentence in hell. Those who actually OWN them (the Rockerfeller’s, the Chase’s , the Morgan’s the Rothschild’s etc. etc.) get a year in hell for every dollar they own. They may own the world but when they die they really would have hell to pay. They enslaved Humanity with their greed. When you think about it the Federal Government really has no resources, the states have the people, and the people make the money, that the states send to corrupt politicians. The states have the oil, gas and coal. So why do we do we support the tyranny by continuing to give the enemy the resources that they need to enslave us. The states need to have their citizens to swear and oath to them. Why not if Obama requires the military to swear an oath to him?
When the Federal Government considers its citizens the enemy, then we have an obligation not to provide the enemy with aid and comfort.

The best thing to do is to leave, except where do you go?
We don’t have a country anymore right, because the globalist have determined that the U.S. will fight all the foreign battles, and that the Chinese will do all mass production, all the other countries will serve some other purpose allowing all of us to be one giant body serving some unwelcome global purpose.
We know through years of obsevation that only Americans are forbidden to migrate to foreign countries, and if you could or did it would only be a temporary privilege.
City councils being little or big are generally lame for mentally challenged peoples, and the directed concerns from most people find little or no attention saying you could perceive any law made by these individual’ would be worth living with anyway.
You could turn to Native American groups who have absolutely access to self government with of course a much better unmentally challenged life, and saying they excepted, which they may not, how long do you think you will be comfortable there. Obviously there are going to be complainers white or Indian about something causing problems.
Native American governments can not be legally sued by anybody or prosecuted by anybody saying you don’t like them it’s not like you got room for complain.
We have to use our mind’s.
If you die fighting then you fall into a greater list of the dead.
If you live you fall into the category of the slaves looking for freedom.
But at least you are alive.
There is a better solution.
You just have to be patient and find alternative happiness in the mean time.

Your dinner table is full of the more misfortunate in life.
But most believe this is healthy.
If there is no God, and we just happen to be from the material of stars, many have killed their own blood by the millions daily without thoughtful concern.
If there is a God, It is biblically written that God only made allowances for one to destroy life to eat not that he commanded person’s to do such a thing. “Not one sparrow falleth to the ground without your father there” Is one quote “Minister to all creatures great and small” “When you have done it to the least of all these you have done it unto me” All from Christ.
Other unreferenced Bible verses. “He that killeth an animal is the same as he that killeth a man”
“I am the Lord your God, You shall not anymore shed the blood of animal’s for the daily sacrifice in all the land of Israel, for the Lord your God hateth the shedding of the blood of animal’s. This shall be the new daily sacrifice. That mercy abound, and the knowledge of God be spread”
There are probably many more like “They were consumed in their sins while the meat was still hanging out of their mouths” but point is, have you ever considered things smaller than yourself or only how much protein your brain gets, because like the bible says “The Lord will show himself unto the people as they have showed themselves unto others”

I does my heart good to see other Americans who have not bowed down to the new self-proclaimed messiah of the masses. This man will ruin this country and he will do it in short order. I can’t help but wonder if it’s stupidity or revenge. I am a veteran, nine and a half years service and this is not the country that I took and oath to defend. I do not recognize this country any longer. I hope and pray that more and more like minded individuals will rally and take back what our fore-fathers laid out in our constitution so many years ago. Greetings fellow citizens of your respective states….. today I witnessed the unthinkable.
American combat troops US Army, conducting I91 South stops on major highways.
When I asked, what was this for the officer replied” we are looking for drugs and illegal weapons possibly bombs.
I have never before seen such a thing, usually this is conducted with the state police and the ATF.
But here was United States Army in full combat gear and tactical weapons and bullet proof vest, waving their M-16s….. it looked just like something I was watching on TV over in Iraq.
I live in the state of Vermont…. and ironically I was on my way to a gun show.
Have any of you witnessed such a thing before in your respective states??
I think the writings on the wall and everybody can see where we are headed…. that’s not be fooled like our great-grandfathers have been.
Stop bickering and disagreeing on the relevant facts, don’t let religious views or political views specially erase or creed stand in our way to achieve the main objective.
We need to unite together as one… contact your local militia and join!!! If you do not have one then form one!!!! Once you form one, immediately make contact with other local militias…

I think that when the big militias go to make a move on these illegal search and seizure road blocks all the smaller ones will take heed and stand ready if not in the same area or transport back up to the affected area. I am part of the solution, not a passive bystander.

One begins to wonder what this April the 15th Tax Day is going to look like here in the good ole USA. If any of us try to go it alone, and not file and pay, the IRS will swoop down on you.
However, if Millions and Millions of American’s all across the land do not file this April 15,
What are they gonna do then, Millions and Millions of Americans are way to many to lock Everyone up !!! The justice system is all crooked and bent out of shape, and has been for as long as anyone of us can remember.

PSALM 89
THE JOYFUL SOUND.
“Blessed are the people who have heard the joyful sound”.
All Israel knew the joyful sound referred to in this psalm. It was the
Trumpet of Jubilee. That blast was the sound of freedom. Happy were the
people that knew that joyful sound. In the New Testament, it is recorded that
at the beginning of our Lord’s ministry He entered the synagogue and read the
scriptures which told of His coming to proclaim the acceptable year of the
Lord. The acceptable year was the year of Jubilee. God gave Israel twelve
commands about the year of Jubilee.
1. They had to count 7 sabbaths of years = 49 years.
2. At the end of the harvest season of the 49th year the trumpet was to
sound throughout the land.
3. They should set apart the 70th year and proclaim liberty throughout the
land.
4. It shall be a year of Jubilee to you – Jubilate for a year.
5. Every man was to return to his own possessions. This was the very heart
of Jubilee. Whoever had to surrender their home and possessions in the
previous years NOW took possession again in the year of Jubilee.
6. Every man was to return to his own family. Glorious family reunions
took place all over the land.
7. They were forbidden to sow in the year of Jubilee, but were to reap
that which grew of itself, and eat the grapes of undressed vineyards. They
had to let the ground do what it would.
8. The year of Jubilee was to be a holy year. It is always better to obey
God’s commands even though it may seem at tines that nature can go wrong.
9. They were to eat of the increase of the field. If they left the land
alone on the fiftieth year, God would give them an increase. The land would
renew itself.
10. When buying or selling anything. they had to take into account the
number of years to jubilee. This damped down men’s speculations – the very
element which continues to ruin the human economy.
11. They were forbidden to oppress one another.
12. They had to fear the Lord in all their dealings with each other.
In all the earth, the joyful sound was only heard in Israel. As soon as they
heard the trumpet sound they knew that they were delivered from all their
debts, and the Happy Year was coming. If because of circumstances they were
sold into slavery, they were free at the trumpet sound. If they were in
prison, they were released. It was called the Acceptable Year of the Lord.
That sound is not now heard in Israel. BUT Christ came to proclaim liberty
and Joy – the Acceptable Year of the Lord.
To hear a sound is not always to recognise the sound. Self righteous
people NEVER know the joyful sound. To them the Gospel is always for sinners.
As a minister for over half a century I have discovered that there are many
church goers who want to hear an address, BUT not a Gospel Address. The
Gospel is for us all. There is a glorious hymn, sung less and less these
days, it begins, “We have heard the Joyful sound Jesus Saves.”
Our acceptable year was the year we were born again. In fact
the very essence of The Jubilee Year was starting life all over again.

Violations of The Year of Jubilee
Violation of the Sabbatical Year’s land rest is such a serious transgression that it is specifically listed as one of the sins that resulted in the Israelites being conquered and removed from the land:
Leviticus 26:28-35, “…I [God] … will chastise you [Israelites] seven times for your sins. …I will scatter you among the heathen … and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste. Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths. As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it. ”
Leviticus 26:43, “The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.”
Between the Exodus and the Babylonian captivity, the land sabbath was disregarded seventy times by the house of Judah. Hence, those Israelites were sentenced to seventy years in Babylonian captivity, to give the land rest and restore the land:
2 Chronicles 36:16-21, “…the wrath of God arose against his people [because of the house of Judah's disobedience], till there was no remedy. Therefore he brought upon them [Nebuchadnezzar] the king of the Chaldees … he gave them all into his hand…. And them that had escaped from the sword carried he away to Babylon; where they [the remnant of the house of Judah] were servants to him and his sons … until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years.”
This means that more than half the time, this law was not observed. If American farmers would trust God enough to rest the land in the seventh year as He commanded, God promises a bumper crop on the sixth year, enough to provide for the seventh, eighth and ninth years (Leviticus 25:18-22).
The volunteer crop of the seventh year is to be given to the poor and needy and what remains is to be left for the animals:
Exodus 23:10-11, “…six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in the fruits thereof: But the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie still; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beasts of the field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and with thy oliveyard.”
In order for there to be a volunteer crop in the seventh year, farmers must also stop breaking God’s anti-hybridization laws:
Leviticus 19:19, “Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed.”
Deuteronomy 22:9, “Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.”
Only non-hybrid, open-pollinated seed will produce volunteer crops large enough to feed the needy as well as the animals during the seventh, eighth and ninth years. Such seed will also restore nutritional value to our foods and health to our nation.
The year of release is specifically for the poor in the land. It does not apply to financial penalties incurred by criminals as the result of judgment for crime. It also does not apply to loans to foreigners (Deuteronomy 15:2-3). The same exception is made for usury (Deuteronomy 23:19-20).

Under America’s current form of government, if you are either unable to make your usurious loan payment or pay your taxes, your “friendly” banker or “Big Brother” confiscates your property. Under God’s law system such theft would never occur because God owns all of the land:
Leviticus 25:23, “The land shall not be sold [or confiscated] for ever: for the land is mine [God's]….”
Therein is found the reason why the land is not to be taxed. The power to tax something proves ownership. Land does not rightfully belong to any government but rather to God and to whom God or His government apportions it.
Most farmers and landowners are under the mistaken notion that the government steals their land when the sheriff and his deputies show up and physically removes them from their homesteads. However, the land was initially stolen from them when the government fraudulently legislated to tax their land, and the people unwittingly, or under duress, allowed the government to get away with it. Current “owners” are only temporary tenants to be extricated at the whim of the government. The response to our legislators should have been the same as Naboth’s when King Ahab wanted to confiscate his vineyard:
1 Kings 21:3, “…Naboth said to Ahab, God forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.”
God neither abdicated His ownership nor His eminent domain. Consequently, such governments are thieves and are stealing from God. God never intended governments to be landowners. Under the Mosaic Covenant, the Levites were the government administrators and as such they were not permitted to own land, except for homes within their cities and the attached land or suburbs:

Our creator never intended for the private sector to ”privately own” land either ! Just like the atmosphere and the sun whic together make life and the work we do possible,the creator intended for land to be shared as a commons,not a commodity ! It has been said that to own land is to own life ! Indeed life is not possible without accsess to land.The so called right of private property,is not a right from God. The right to accses or use land in a sustainable manner however,is a right from God that we the people as well as our government have simply disregarded. If you are renting land to people who need land ,then you are commiting a grave offence against nature and the creator of nature.Absolutely no one has a right to profit from the common needs of humanity ! God never intended for anyone to own any aspect of creation espeacially when doing so would cause others to loose the right of accsess.
The institution of private property has allowed the NWO to accumulate vast amounts of wealth and power,power over the people.Yet so many of us refuse to accept the fact that it is only through commonly shared natural wealth,that we humans can excercise fully our natural God given rights. It has been said that without property it is impossible to exercise ones natural rights.This argument then ceartainly can not be used to justify the institution of private property as it is practiced in western scocieties.In our culture,unless you inherit land you do not have a right to property,since it is impossible to excercise ones natural rights without property,if you believe in the commercialization of land,ie ”private property rights”then in effect you really do not believe in rights at all but only privalidges of wealth. If you have to pay in order to excercise your natural rights then of course then you are being deprived of your rights ! The right of Accsess to property then,not ownership and the commodification of property is the key to facilitating freedom.

We have a Congress that has blatantly lied to us about the real reasons for the attacks on 9-11, or that they were perpetrated by a rogue element within the U.S. Military Intelligence Complex.
An economy that is run by the Illuminati’s own private central bank – the Federal Reserve System, which through its fractional lending and counterfeiting of money has destroyed the value of U.S. currency though the hidden tax known as inflation.
There are myriad reasons for the States to want to break away from the U.S. Federal Government, all of them based on the fact that this country was created as a constitutional republic, and has under the Congress become an oligarchy which protects the criminal elite, while working to enslave the American middle class – Proletariat.
We are already having a revolution here in the United States — it is an information revolution being promulgated by way of the Internet.
