Forced Vaccination and Quarantine Laws in Canada

| Ontario has ordered more than enough vaccine to inoculate the entire population. | |
After the mainstream media ran numerous stories on mass vaccination plans in Canada and the US there has been a large outcry from health care workers as well as the general public. Although the media never came out and plainly said that the ‘H1N1 Vaccine is mandatory for everyone’, they did allude to it. A story was published in the National Post that plainly stated “Under Canada’s official pandemic plan, the entire population would ultimately be immunized against the H1N1 swine flu.”. This is basically equivalent to saying that the H1N1 vaccine is compulsory for all Canadians. But after the public expressed disdain for this, the government started to back pedal. Chief Public Health Officer Dr. David Butler-Jones started making statements like ,“ Immunization will not be mandatory and not all Canadians are expected to want it.” More news articles were later published making it seem like only enough vaccine is being ordered for the 75% of the population that are expected to want it. But then the results of the vaccine ‘trials’ ‘demonstrated’ that only one dose will be needed as opposed to two. This implies that Ontario has ordered more than enough vaccine to inoculate the entire population. So in light of all of the mixed messages, what’s the real story on forced vaccination in Canada? In 1996 Ontario passed the Health Care Consent Act, which allows treatment such as vaccination to be administered without consent of the individual in the case of a loosely defined “Emergency”. In Quebec the Public Health Act clearly states: “Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, while the public health emergency is in effect, the Government or the Minister, if he or she has been so empowered, may, without delay and without further formality, to protect the health of the population, (1) order compulsory vaccination of the entire population or any part of it against smallpox or any other contagious disease seriously threatening the health of the population and, if necessary, prepare a list of persons or groups who require priority vaccination. ” Clearly it is not unforeseeable that mandatory vaccination could be a reality in Canada during this pandemic.

the vaxine is comming out today in australia and me and my girlfriend found out shes pregnant last week so we went to the doctor for a chat and i asked about this vaxine and i cant remember what he was going to say but i asked him if he was going to take it,and he said im a doctor ive got to take it he said it with a strange smile but he didnt look happy then he came around and said hes going to wait and i said something about a giunea pig and he said hes going to wait to see what happens to others and for my girlfriend to NOT have it but to wait,i was expecting him to jam it down my girlfriends throat but it seems hes not keen on it at all and it sounds like hes been told to take it but hes not and he can get away with it because he can say he jabbed himself.but he was firm for my girlfriend to NOT have it nor did he say for me to have it and this is the day before the grand roll out,his words where wait to see what happens on others before taking it yourselves as this is what he is going to do.im so happy he said that to my girlfriend as we live in melbourne australia and both of us have had this flu it made my girlfriend sick for a few days but had very very little effect on me have good day folks.

This is James in Ontario. Figured I chime in on this bit of news as I have to admit the paper here has a glut of articles that seem to teeter between panic and reason. Overall the climate surrounding the flu right now is non existant. I rarely here people speaking about it and those reporting that they’ve had it say its relative to a regular flu if not less so. As for mandatory vaccines? I truly hope not but as of right now, I’m unaware of any stepped up activity by law enforcement or the military towards that end. All the best from your neighbour to the North.

James, pretty much what I’m seeing here in Sudbury. Have you read the Federal Quarantine Act? It’s up on sudburychange.org under the forums->Documents or you can find it up on the gc.ca websites. My sister is a kinesiologist in Toronto and her employer is trying to force her to take the shot. I suggested she take legal action against her employer in the event she is forced out of her job.

My wife is an RN in Orangeville she is not taking the shot ,she never has and doesn`t plan on it an employer can not force you to take the shot . Any attempt at dismissing some one for refusing to take the shot when there is no medical need to will be sued big time . How is it going to be a lawful dismissal if everyone else takes the shot and you don`t . Under the vaccination program every one else would be safe so you would be the only one who could get sick. This is nothing just wait till the olympics in Vancouver the world gathers and thats when they release the super bug they are creating and everyone leaves to go home and end up getting sick . Just watch the media will; be calling the H1N1 a mutated virus and that we will all need another shot within a week of the olympics ending.

Everyone in my office in Toronto is opposed to the flu shot. I’m working on the childhood vaccination part as they still feel that it is mandatory and safe for babies.

At a children and family fun day at a local horsefarm sponsored by the hospital here in lewes de there was a table of young,fit people dressed in guard uniform grey camos.On the flyer of the event i did not see any mention of the guard sponsering the event or anything.They were at a picnic table eating,all wearing some sort of red shirts under there comos.there was about a dozen of them.Anyone else seen anything like this?

i mentioned that exact same scenario a few weeks ago, and i guess nobody could wrap their mind around it enough to comment. imagine if you were a tyrannical government with two main goals: 1) depopulation, and 2) full compliance of the populace that’s left. the best idea would be to create a bioweapon, and a vaccine for that weapon. then, promote the vaccine under another name, while simultaneusly putting out propaganda AGAINST your own vaccine. this would clearly separate your loyal following from the “troublemakers”. then you release the bioweapon, and the only people left alive are the ones who submitted…and you can say “see…we saved your lives…love us”.

Well Has anyone else seen the construction on Highway One at the First st exit. It looks like that could be a checkpoint dividing vancouver from the lowermailnland,. I think during the olympics either a flu pandemic blamed on the athletes from other countries or a terror strike will occur and that will turn into a military checkpoint. Guelph, Ontario Here, haven’t heard or seen much about the swine flu or the shots so far… but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen in the future.

Personally, I’m not taking the shot, no matter what, nor are my children, and any mother f’er who tries to force it on me or my kids is going to be in for a rude awakening, this is where I draw the line.

hello all, from “the city above toronto” I don’t see the hype yet….but that doesn’t mean it will not come. It has come up at my work with other co workers and I’ve said I will not take the shot, no matter what happens b/c of that choice. It should be a choice!

No. In the Great White North people have a long tradition of putting their collective feet down. They are very quiet about their refusal, but very firm in their resolve. They’ll not tolerate ordered mass vaccination I assure you. And the gumment don’t have enough jail or camp space to hold ‘em all.

Interesting. Now what if they wanted to get rid of known dissenters as a prelude to what they really want to do. They certainly don’t want a healthy armed militia out there causing problems. There is a lot of push back right now from our kind on this issue. What if the vaccine is indeed effective, and only the sheep take it and survive? All dissent is gone all at once, and only easily led sheep remain, who think that they were smart by getting the vaccine. It will be easier for the world to take a 30% loss in population at once than it would if 70% went in the first round. You did not think they would reduce the population all at once did you? This will be just another round of elimination which began in Armenia, continued in Bosnia, Rwanda, all of Africa(AIDS), and don’t forget the 40-50 million eliminated during WW2. How many Iraqi’s have died since 1990? You didn’t think elimination would just include vaccines and disease did you? War kills many more and they can make money at the same time. It was outright hatred that created the Atomic bomb. Who worked on it and made it happen? Who was the rube who gave the order to drop it? Who has been dictating US foreign policy for the last century? Who owns big Pharmaceuticals? Who profits from the misery of others? Who thinks the others are just cattle, undeserving of even the most basic of human rights? Fight this power. Take your political power and make it count. Protest, elect, criticize, enlighten, blog……just do something. We are all deserving of the right to life liberty and property, and this right cannot and will not be abrogated in the face of this threat. No to any vaccine. How did we survive this long without it?
