Forced vaccinations, quarantine camps, health care interrogations and mandatory “decontaminations”

The United States of America is devolving into medical fascism and Massachusetts is leading the way with the passage of a new bill, the “Pandemic Response Bill” 2028, reportedly just passed by the MA state Senate and now awaiting approval in the House. This bill suspends virtually all Constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens and forces anyone “suspected” of being infected to submit to interrogations, “decontaminations” and vaccines.

It’s also sets fines up to $1,000 per day for anyone who refuses to submit to quarantines, vaccinations, decontamination efforts or to follow any other verbal order by virtually any state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel. Here’s some of the language contained in the bill:
(Violation of 4th Amendment: Illegal search and seizure)
During either type of declared emergency, a local public health authority… may exercise authority… to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises; to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be
decontaminated any building or facility; to destroy any material; to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;
(Violation of 14th Amendment; illegal arrest without a warrant)
…an officer authorized to serve criminal process may arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order given to effectuate the purposes of this subsection and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. [Gunpoint]
(Government price controls)
The attorney general, in consultation with the office of consumer affairs and business regulation, and upon the declaration by the governor that a supply emergency exists, shall take appropriate action to ensure that no person shall sell a product or service that is at a price that unreasonably exceeds the price charged before the emergency.
“Involuntary Transportation” (also known as kidnapping)
Law enforcement authorities, upon order of the commissioner or his agent or at the request of a local public health authority pursuant to such order, shall assist emergency medical technicians or other appropriate medical personnel in the involuntary transportation of such person to the tuberculosis treatment center.
$1,000 / day in fines
Any person who knowingly violates an order, as to which noncompliance poses a serious danger to public health as determined by the commissioner or the local public health authority, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars per day that the violation continues, or both.
Forced vaccinations
Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority: (1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease…
Forced quarantine for those who refuse (illegal imprisonment without charge)
An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction.
Arrest for refusal to be “decontaminated”
If an individual is unable or unwilling to submit to decontamination or procedures necessary for diagnosis, the decontamination or diagnosis procedures may proceed only pursuant to an order of the superior court… During the time necessary to obtain such court order, such individual may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal to submit to decontamination or diagnosis procedures poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health.
Interrogation
When the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction reasonably believes that a person may have been exposed to a disease or condition that poses a threat to the public health, in addition to their authority under section 96 of chapter 111, the commissioner or the local public health authority may detain the person for as long as may be reasonably necessary for the commissioner or the local public health authority, to convey information to the person regarding the disease or condition and to obtain contact information… If a person detained under subsection (1) refuses to provide the information requested, the person may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health…

Forced entry into any home or building…
There’s a lot more in this bill, including language that allows Mass. police to enter any home or building without a search warrant, to destroy any object or building they suspect may pose a threat to public safety, to order the closing and / or decontamination of any facility using highly toxic chemical decontamination agents, and to arrest, detain and interrogate anyone who gets in their way.
Meanwhile, all state law enforcement and medical personnel are granted complete immunity from prosecution for their part in violating your Constitutional rights. So if they violate your right to due process, or they accidentally destroy your home, or they kill your family dog because they suspect it might be infected, you have absolutely zero recourse.
Under this bill, Massachusetts becomes a medical police state. There is no debating it. It’s all written, clear as day, in this law: The citizens of Massachusetts will have no rights, period. The Constitution is ancient history. You are now the property of the State.
Kiss your freedoms goodbye
Massachusetts, it seems, has never met a vaccine it didn’t like. This is the same state that rounded up the parents of schoolchildren who hadn’t been vaccinated, then corralled them into a courtroom (with attack dogs standing guard outside) and forced vaccine injections onto all the schoolchildren under the threat of jail time for parents who resisted.
Remember, readers, that this is all taking place in the “land of the free,” a nation that former President George Bush claimed was so envied around the world that terrorists attacked America because they “hate freedom” and wanted to destroy our way of life. But terrorists need no help attacking freedom as long as Massachusetts is in the vaccine game, because this latest form of “gunpoint medicine” destroys freedom for everyday Americans in a way that terrorists could have never hoped to accomplish with all the bombs in the world.
Massachusetts, it seems, has done what terrorists could not: It has turned “free” Americans into medical slave subjects who no longer have any freedom to decide the details of their own medical care. All options have been stripped from them but one: The Big Pharma option. That’s the one that involves using untested, unproven and potentially dangerous vaccines that could paralyze you or even kill you. All to defend you against a virus that’s so weak, almost anyone with decent levels of vitamin D and basic nutrition can resist the virus without incident.
But Massachusetts, as you’ll see below, is just the beginning. It turns out that the whole nation could soon find itself under a similar forced vaccination policy…
Isolation camps, forced vaccinations and more
In 2006, former President George Bush signed into law the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP). It gives power to the Secretary of the U.S. government’s Health and Human Services department (HHS) to declare any infectious disease a “national emergency” and therefore require mandatory vaccination of the entire population. Because of the existence of this PREP Act, the entire population of the USA is now but one pen stroke away from being subjected to mandatory swine flu vaccinations at gunpoint.
Those who resist such vaccines will be arrested and taken away for “isolation” in domestic prison camps. They can’t just leave vaccine refusers free to live among the population, of course, because that would send the message that anyone can refuse the vaccines without consequence. So they’ll arrest those who refuse the vaccine, labeling them “a threat to national security” (enemies of the state) and imprison them without trial, without charges and without any legal representation whatsoever.
Meanwhile, all those who take part in enforcing these crimes against the American people will be granted complete immunity. From the HHS website: “[the Secretary may] issue a declaration… that provides immunity from tort liability (except for willful misconduct) for claims of loss caused, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from administration or use of (vaccine or other pharmaceutical) countermeasures to diseases, threats and conditions determined by the Secretary to constitute a present, or credible risk of a future public health emergency…”
There are other laws already on the books that strip Americans of virtually all Constitutional rights in a “pandemic emergency” scenario. One such act is The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act (S. 3678), which probably merits another article altogether.
Have no illusions: At the stroke of a pen, the Constitutional rights of all Americans will be immediately suspended. Mandatory vaccinations and “decontaminations” will kick in and the mass arrest of resisters will begin. There will be no court, no trial, no jury and no due process. Your actions will be dictated to you by a law enforcement officer or a health care worker who has been granted complete immunity, so if you just happen to get kicked around a bit (or shot), there’s really nothing you can do about it.
Some might argue these are necessary actions to save a nation from a deadly pandemic. And yet they forget that the pandemic has been intentionally allowed to worsen by censoring information about vitamin D and natural remedies that could stop it. Somebody at the top, in other words, wants this pandemic to get really bad, perhaps because it allows them to invoke precisely the draconian response I’ve outlined in this article. Seizing power in a Democracy cannot be accomplished by simply declaring war on the rights of the People. Rather, a situation must be engineered where the People are so desperate that they beg to be controlled. Releasing a pandemic into the wild is the perfect way to accomplish precisely that.
Timing
None of these laws will be invoked before the vaccines are ready in large numbers, of course. Part of the purpose in all this is to prop up Big Pharma profits with massive vaccination efforts, so until the vaccines are actually available, don’t expect to see any declarations of a public emergency.
It might take until October or November before the vaccines are readily available in sufficient quantity to inject just half the U.S. population. But once that milestone is reached, a declaration of a pandemic emergency is imminent. Trust me on this point: They won’t let all those hundreds of millions of vaccines sit around unused; they’ll make sure they get injected into the People as soon as possible, because that’s the only way to justify making more.
So the sequence of events we’re likely to see here are:
#1) Waiting on vaccine manufacturing to procure at least 150 million doses in the U.S. Probable timeframe = October.
#2) Hyping up a few local swine flu breakouts in schools in order to justify step #3. Probable timeframe = November / December.
#3) Declaring a full-blown national emergency and announcing mandatory vaccinations for everyone (to use up the vaccines that are now available). Probable timeframe = January / February / March.
#4) If the disease continues to spread, this is when you’ll see forced entry into homes and buildings, forced “decontamination” sprayings, widespread arrests and forced quarantine of resisters, Martial Law and a complete crackdown on freedoms (especially in the inner cities). This will likely continue through the winter until Spring arrives, bringing the sunshine that will suppress the virus around the May 2010 timeframe.
All this is written in black ink. It’s already part of the pandemic response plan. Body bags, FEMA camps and much more.
Two years ago, this was all the domain of conspiracy theory “wingnuts.” Now it’s State law. Now it’s being openly discussed in security conferences and health care meetings. What will we do when the hospital beds are full? How will we accomplish the “involuntary transportation” of those who are infected? Are there enough zip-tie handcuffs to go around? How do we disarm and arrest citizens who refuse to be vaccinated? How do we prevent National Guard troops from becoming infected themselves?
These are the questions circulating now at high levels, all across the world. And the answers are always the same: Abandon freedoms. Strip the People of any rights. Dictate from the top down and arrest anyone who gets in your way.
Welcome to the Land of the Free. I hope you are prepared for what looks to be coming, because this isn’t America anymore, folks. This is Amerika, and the Constitutional rights you thought you had are about to be written right off the books.

I went on holidays to USA after 15 years after last time, and I see the change, the infrastructure is falling to pieces compared to Austalia and New Zealand,
USA is now being controlled, we went to a dam and before entering to go down a tunnel
we and would you believe it school children were herded to a pickup and had to put our bags in the back and we were told to get on the bus and we then went down the tunnel and entered the colorada river.
s--- this does not happen in Australia we at lest have freedom to travel anywhere.

Not sure if they will put an RFID CHIP in the Swine Flu Vaccine, but there does exist a MEDICAL NANOBODY PATENT for a “medical nanobody that can enter a mammal’s body” and which “allows communication with a station external to said mammal’s body.” It has Application # 11/809,877 and has Publication # US 2008/0107739 A1. This guy from natural health website has a lot of free downloads on health info. Good solid info, especially about Vit. D. Freedomlover- saw your post about it. Taking supplements isn’t going to give you enough. UV rays from the sun is the best and only real way. and don’t wear sunscreen, and you can’t get it through glass, example, through car windows. So everyone get some good old fashion sunshine. It is free and sunscreen companies want to scare you.

If you take the shot then you ARE immune (that is their supposed logic). The most common means of death in the existing death camps is going to be dismemberment of live persons. I don’t know whats up with the state of Mass, but they better join in with the other 32 states that have a real interesting bill that they have already signed. This bill calls for the abolishment and desolve of the current federal Government and the establishment of a new federal government. AND, YES, the states have this POWER. A couple of more more states are on the move to get this bill passed as well. The Feds don’t even reallize that their very exsistance is soon to be ended. All they have to do is Bust a Move that even resembles martial law. So all is not lost. Tom, what we have in this country is angry people who are fed up. We are not happy with the hope and change thing, even alot who voted for it. We don’t take kindly to being mindlessly ordered about ‘for our own good’ and we do not like the people in gov’t who have decided to come out of the closet and show their real selves. Many people are shocked at what they are seeing but alot knew it and saw it years ago. They see a gov’t ready to use any ‘generated crisis’ to take over the entire system, a pres and congress willing to bankrupt all of us in order to give healthcare to illegals for votes and seetheart deals to insurance and drug companies. We see them amassing a large civilian force and the Pres calling for a civilian secrity force and then states making laws that allow them to override the constitution. When you put it all together, you have what looks like a duck, walks like a duck and talks like a duck. You tell me…think we have a duck?

Yes,the so called “death camps” in Germany were actually work camps.
AGFarben had the camp occupants working as slaves so I assume that they didn’t want to kill their workforce.
Also,the Red Cross surveyed the camps in 1945 and came to the conclusion that approximately 200,000 died from typhus and starvation.
The real holocaust was in the Soviet Union and killed roughly 50-60 million Christians-so don’t look for a Steven “Spielberg” movie about that holocaust due to his relatives inventing communism(Marx&Engels).

first, i’m prior military, but fully against our government…and against any type of forced-immunization campaign.
however, i had an interesting thought. if i were the global elite, and was dealing with one of the last independent countries left standing in my way of total domination…and if i had a man-made deadly virus at my disposal…i would create the very “buzz” of mistrust that we’re feeling right now. i would, myself, put out the information of how high-risk the immunization was, to devide the people into “sheeple”, and “problems”. the sheeple will take the vaccine without question, while the rebel types will avoid it at all cost. then all the elite would have to do is release said deadly virus through the public water supplies, food, etc…and the only people who would die would be the “trouble makers” and free-thinkers. the blind, tax-paying sheeple would be spared…feeling saved and reconfirmed in their belief that the government has their interests in mind. a true “two-birds-one-stone” scenario.

That may have been an option IF vaccines really worked but as I said in another thread there is no scientific evidence that vaccines work or produce immunity. Rather what they do is replace acute illness w/ chronic illness. They can show as many charts as they want of how polio decreased after the vaccine was introduced but the reality is that sanitation improved. And Jonas Salk, who created the vacc, ended up admitting the vacc caused the disease. I wondered about them releasing the virus into the water supply but if the elite want the environment all to themselves it won’t do them much good to contaminate all the waterways as I’m sure all of them have vacation homes on the water.

The reason they are pushing this is because THEY ARE GOING TO FORCE PEOPLE TO BE INOCCULATED, period. Here’s a scenario, they decide to go door to door to check to see if people have been vaccinated. If they miss somebody they put a notice on the door to have them call and if no call they will be back and still no call they will go into the house to make a “welfare check”. Lets say they find me in there not answering the door or even calling claiming that I’ve already got vaccinated. They ask for my “documentation” from the vaccination and I say I lost it. They ask to see my arm to look for the scar and to do other test to take blood to see if I was vaccinated I say no. Then they say that I’m being held in quarantine and fined 1,000 dollars a day until I’m vaccinated because I’m a health risk to others. Then they say I won’t be quarantined in my house but at a special facility.
This is where the brute force vaccination will take place from the eyes of the public. Once in the facility they will either allow for a week to go by or a couple of weeks to see if people will take it to go home. If not then they will start to round up people one by one or by group telling them under federal such and such you are being forced to be vaccinated because of danger to the public. Once your vaccinated your let out that same day not to be able to tell the other people that you where force vaccinated.
Thats how it will go, first they try to scare you into getting vaccinated (threat of a pandemic etc. etc.). Then they intimidate you into getting vaccinated (fined, imprisoned against your will, menanced, cowed). And if that doesn’t work then they force you to get vaccinated under the color of law and out of sight. Welcome to the Police state everybody.

Where I live we were told that all the cities here in the ” good OLD ” USA have a reverse 911 plan… in case of an emergency, you will receive an automated phone call letting you know where the meeting place will be, you will then be transported from there, to a ” safe “place… this info was given out at a Rotary club meeting, to my room mate who didn’t ask where one would be transported, or by what means. It should take them a while to figure out who did not go, and then probably the house to house searches would begin ( conjecture on my part ) . Even with over 1,500 Border patrol and all other law enforcement personel in the area of approx 45,000, this isn’t going to be an easy or swift process. The area is rual, houses are at least a half acre apart, on the other hand , I suspect that most of the people here are going to be good sheeple, as this seems to be the area of “lets take everything we can get from the government ” , so forces may be dispatched farther up the road , where unrest is more likely to take place. Either way, you can rest assured that I do have a plan, A,B. and C, no shot for me !

I live in The South West, sometimes I have joked that it really is ” North Mexico ” as English is the second language here. !0 miles north of the Mexican Border . Quiet little town that has very little violence, car theft and domestic violence not counted . My neighbors keep to themselves , there children don’t cause any problems,, they are law abiding citizens that do what there government asks . For the most part it is a little bit of paradise that most of the US shuns as they assume that it is a ” Border Town ” and full of violence ( wrong assumption ) I blend in , as I can pass for Hispanic even though I don’t speak the language and don’t belong to there ethnic origins. That’s why I don’t think that they will concentrate there military here, but further up the road where they are probably going to meet more resistance .

I really don’t think that the government wants a civil war on their hands,it would be self defeating and that is exactly what these actions will bring about in any state that tries it.
What I see is them “seriously encouraging” a shot(most of the sheep will comply),then they can claim that it’s a huge pandemic and that everything must be shut down(this is when they’ll pull the plug on the overvalued dollar and have a savage reduction in its value).
Millions on SS and pensions will see their purchasing power halved or more which now makes the reason for the military in the cities obvious.
For any government to carry out the acts as they are written in these laws would be a serious challenge to a government that has already disarmed their population(Britain,much of Europe,Australia),but it would be essentially impossible to accomplish in a nation of 80 million gun owners.
If that day arrives,there will be the smell of gunpowder in the air for years.

I’ve had some questions about a lot of the stuff circulating the “conspiracy” websites. So I’ll ask here, since you guys seemed to be the most informed in it all.. The just of what I’ve read from moderate “we’re f---ed” comments to radical “next holocaust” comments.. is this..

First questions: Where are you getting this fact from..
Second question: if you believe that, whyyy would they want to? Wont the NWO want plumbers, people in the filipines making their shoes for 1/500000 the price? Wont they want people to continue to make the s--- they want (cars, houses, roads, run stores, fancy restaurants, 5 star hotels, planes, run airports, build new devices, fancy clothes, make movies, music, art, ALL the s--- money buys.. etc..) wouldn’t they kind of be forfeiting the rich life to a degree be just getting ride of 90% of the people who do all that? But if you wan’t physical proof just look at the georgia guidestones, they have been calculating this for along time. We are reaching critical mass here, and the planners have commented and mused aloud about this now for ages… even the NY times has reported to some extent the plans of these people.
2.) We are till going to have Chefs, and Restraunts, Stores, and Employees… just LESS. Which is exactly what they want. They can do this now. They have the infrastructure they have the capability and technology we have robots, farming equipment, 1 man can do the job of a thousand with the push of a button.
3.) They had to wait for the above mentioned infrastructure, technology… they wanted to bleed the world dry of it’s talent and know how… they had to build the roads, the U.N., the Goverment in which they need to implement all of this.
3.5) I would guess 20-30% will live.
4.) It’s going to knock out the population a generation down the line. We will die from chronic illness due to the vaccine, but also from poor living conditions, food and water will be wrought with germ and due to the vaccine auto-immune deficiencies will kick in and people are going to start withering away.
5.) Mark my word, as soon as the Obama healthcare overhaul gets the green light, we are going to see this unfold. They need to make sure that they control the healthcare which will take care of us when the effects from bad food, and vaccination kick in. Probably September, im guessing they are going to rush this once School starts for kids. That’ why we are seeing such an increase number in articles on this stuff this week as opposed to last.
6.) Honestly I doubt most people will fight. Most people will be confused by the media… we will be led to believe that this is all coincidence and probably be distracted with war and news scares until the real chaos unfolds years down the road.

Most of you probably don’t realize it… but this vaccine will NOT cause instant death. This is going to break us down over time. The Massachusetts bill (not yet passed) does NOT mandate vaccination; it gives the State the authority to promulgate and enforce health regulations and to penalize non-compliance. That technical distinction is significant, and will remain so until the bill actually passes and the State actually mandates vaccination. If it reaches that point, then yes, medical martial law will indeed have been implemented in Massachusetts.
Massachusetts citizens are lobbying the House on a daily basis in an effort to defeat the bill. My humble prayer is that they are successful.

I’m encouraged to see the number of comments per article on the rise, even if a third of them are by idiots, a third by cointelpros, and a third by people actually able to form a cogent thought.
Eventually, the latter third will be able to mentor and facilitate expanded cognitive ability in the first third, and the middle third will eventually be fully exposed as paid shills and dismissed with prejudice.

When I taught a self defense course I got asked all kinds of “what if” scenarios one being “what if they have a gun?” The answer I gave is the same for the situation above.
If they want your stuff “money, jewelry” give it to them. If they want you to get in a car or take your somewhere, (or in this case give you a shot) your situation is not going to get better than it is at that very moment. It’s hard to say for sure. The media has been caught lying so much its almost impossible to know for sure. One thing is certain though, vaccines have been at the forefront of causing major disease outbreaks around the world, in zones that have not been infected. Use a search engine and do some research on this and you will see what I mean. Based on that info I’d say that if a community didn’t have any cases of swine flu before the vaccine, they most certainly will have it after taking the vaccine. This whole thing stinks in my opinion and those who are trying to infect us need to be lined up against a wall and shot!

* Worldwide implementation of unlabeled GMOs into crops, animals, fish and trees.
* Elevated levels of residue from pesticides and insecticides that are toxic to humans and animals.
Some examples of potential permissible safe levels of nutrients under Codex include [2]:
* Niacin – upper limits of 34 mcg daily (effective daily doses include 2000 to 3000 mcgs).
* Vitamin C – upper limits of 65 to 225 mcg daily (effective daily doses include 6000 to 10000 mcgs).
