Former Kissinger Policy Planner, CFR Member Calls For New Global Monetary Authority

A Council on Foreign Relations member and former policy planner under prominent Bilderberger Henry Kissinger has penned a piece in the Financial Times of London calling for a “new global monetary authority” that would have the power to monitor all national financial authorities and all large global financial companies.
“Even if the US’s massive financial rescue operation succeeds, it should be followed by something even more far-reaching – the establishment of a Global Monetary Authority to oversee markets that have become borderless.” writes Jeffrey Garten, also a former managing director of Lehman Brothers.
Garten, now a professor of business at Yale, served on the policy planning staff of Kissinger during his time as Secretary of State. He also served on the White House Council on International Economic Policy under the Nixon administration and went on to become the Undersecretary of Commerce for International Trade under Bill Clinton.
Citing “globalization”, A “clash of philosophies” and the “vacuum at the centre” of the current global institutional apparatus, Garten describes his vision for a new monolithic world authority to oversee all financial activity around the globe.
Here are some of the highlights (emphasis added):
A GMA (global monetary authority) would be a reinsurer or discounter for certain obligations held by central banks. It would scrutinise the regulatory activities of national authorities with more teeth than the IMF has and oversee the implementation of a limited number of global regulations. It would monitor global risks and establish an effective early warning system with more clout to sound alarms than the BIS has.
It would act as “bankruptcy court” for financial reorganisations of global companies above a certain size. The biggest global financial companies would have to register with the GMA and be subject to its monitoring, or be blacklisted. That includes commercial companies and banks, but also sovereign wealth funds, gigantic hedge funds and private equity firms.
The GMA’s board would have to include central bankers not just from the US, UK, the eurozone and Japan, but also China, Saudi Arabia and Brazil. It would be financed by mandatory contributions from every capable country and from insurance-type premiums from global financial companies – publicly listed, government owned, and privately held alike.
In a conclusion that smacks of problem, reaction, solution Garten adds “In terms of US and international politics, a Global Monetary Authority is probably an idea whose time has not yet come. That may change as today’s crisis evolves.”
What he describes is nothing less than a global financial dictatorship, operating across borders and forcing nations and corporations to register and adhere to strict monitoring and obey the same regulations. The implementation of such a system would represent total interventionism and the absolute final nail in the coffin of the free market.
Garten’s call for a GMA echoes a piece published in the FT back in June by Timothy Geithner, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Fresh from attending the Bilderberg conference in Chantilly, Virginia, Geithner called for a globalized banking system with “appropriate requirements for capital and liquidity”.

You really cant trust anyone that teaches at Yale, Harvard, Princeton or Cambridge (to name a few). I’m sorry that this discredits the few people actually doing real work there, but those institutions have always been a breeding ground for the global elites propaganda machines. If you follow the trail of responsibility you will find this is where the majority of this worlds economic/political bad ideas have come from over the past 200 years or so.

A year ago I had a $60K a yaer income and was driving 100 miles roundtrip leaving at 5 Am and getting home at 6 PM type job and payingtaxes out the ass in the state of GA.. I was putting every penny on my house payment and legit bills.. rarely anything splurged..I wanted to be as close to out of debt as possible..and did so.. paid a mortgage off of $50 K in 5 years, bought a farm tractor free and clear with enough to work my little plot of land… Now I owe nothing and depend on no one..plus raise a 14 year old daughter… I am not panicking.. I am pretty much self contained without being a “survival freak bunker dweller type”…I saw this coming…What gets me as people still go about day to day business as if it will all be over tomorrow…
Yet I anticipate things to get worse before they get better.. Not doom and gloom..Just being realistic…
I know a GVT official has no concept of reality at the common person level and hope they fall hard when they do…

Banks are using ‘Chapter 11 Bankruptcy’ Law to close down their Banks and people who has a Bank Account with them will not be able to take any money from the Bank to buy food. Here’s the thing, for people talking about end time prophecies. Is it possible that the same “family” that was reigning 2000 years ago, at the time of Jesus’ crucifixion, are running things today, following the same script(ures).
Back during the times of Jesus, they had the word and the word talked about the coming of Christ, how he would be crucified, when he would be crucified, and why he would be crucified but what they didn’t have was the undertones of the word. If “they” had only “KNOWN” what they were doing, perhaps they wouldn’t have crucified Him, but they didn’t know and they did. Basically the devil, satan, the enemy, or whatever it is that you call the power of darkness played right into the hands of God, kinda like today.
Now, maybe the elitists are trying to make the apocalypse happen and maybe they are trying to make bible prophecies come true, but God is still on the throne.
Here’s something that will make you go hmmmmm….to all the nay sayers of the word of God….How is it that 2000 years ago they knew about the technology we have today, regarding the mark of the beast?
Yes, the bible was written by man but it was INSPIRED by God. Even if man tried to distort the word to deceive people, do you really think God would let them totally rip His word apart? Don’t you think that God would place a severe case of writers’ block as they “tried” to distort His word.

And for those of you that think you can just pick up the bible and read it with understanding, think again! The scriptures have to be revealed to you…not everything in there is in black and white….revelation must happen in order for you to UNDERSTAND the Scriptures. God is not going to allow just anyone to “get it”….it MUST BE REVEALED, and only God can reveal it. Without revelation, it’s just another book with good stories…with revelation, there’s a whole new dimension of POWER!
Jesus said the truth will set you free. So, why are most people in bondage….simple…LIES! If you want to be set free and you want revelation of God and His word, you must repent and accept the Way, the Truth, and the Life, otherwise, continue dying in your spiritual death.

I believe that the demonic attacks of the last days will be so powerful, and that the strong delusion that the scripture talks about will be so intense that even the very elect will be decieved without divine intervention. You can see alot of that delusion right here on Infowars, lots of people posting their venom of the Jews and Christians. They don’t know that the spirit working in them is the same that is at the top of the NWO. We are in the last days, no doubt!
