Fox News: Martial Law If It’s a Pandemic?

A segment on Fox News’ Fox and Friends this morning explored the issue of whether a swine flu pandemic could result in a declaration of martial law in America and a suspension of constitutional rights.
“If it becomes a pandemic, you could lose some simple rights – like going to the movies,” said host Steve Doocy, before introducing legal analyst Peter J. Johnson, Jr.
“People in our government need to start thinking about how, if this actually becomes a pandemic, how it’s going to affect our daily life and our rights,” said Johnson, before asking if people who try to escape quarantines or refuse mandatory vaccinations would face jail time.
Johnson added that Americans were willing to give up rights in order to “stay alive” but that an orderly discussion of how that would happen needs to take place.
Closing schools, closing the border, forcibly quarantining Americans and eliminating the right to freely assemble, including preventing people from going to shopping malls, were all mentioned as possibilities.
“What about legislatures? What about the U.S. Congress? What about courts of law? What about not impaneling juries because we don’t want to have public assemblies?” asked Johnson.
“Plus the possibility of martial law, but that’s a whole other conversation,” added Doocy, with Johnson responding, “not going there”.

so mass grave in arizona, millions of coffins stacked out in the midwest, incineration trucks due for delivery in one months time, FEMA camps for sorting, infected, clear and another cage for those who don’t take the poisonous vaccine – governments attacking their own people with terrorism and economic dissolve, and to top it off the entire world is run by a few shadows who worship satan and are able to shape shift at will into a reptile-like form! who have perhaps been in control via many human forms for thousands of years!- this would make a great movie!

People are the most retarded species on earth. The H5N1 Flu(Common Flu) killed 36,000 people in the U.S. last year, where’s the buzz and whistles for that? People are only freaking out because the WHO and CDC are making them freak out. Did we forget about the West Nile, SARS, Bird Flu? Did those ever kill people on the Masses in the U.S.? NO! The American People are handing over their rights on a silver platter because for some reason they never heard of a simple medicine called Tamiflu that has been known to relieve symptoms of this new strain.

This is all hypothetical anyway and IF the spread of this disease was serious and deadly enough to implement the above from the government…………obviously it would only be temporary!
If those that are too offended by, for instance not being able to go to a movie or whatever…HA! HA! that’s funny
I happen to enjoy being away from people in the comfort of my own home anyway…so for me, I would be fine not going out if necessary….who would want to be around all the infected anyway if it really came to be a serious threat like some zombie movie~ ?????
BOTTOM LINE: WHO CARES ABOUT THIS STUPID REPORT ANYWAY!? It’s just another news article/report because it is their job to air interesting stories to get viewers right?

Why do the comments keep going down on this article? It looks like all of yesterdays comments have been lost, there were hundreds. Other articles on infowars are also having problems saying “comments closed”. I’ve never seen that before.
