There should be an immediate investigation into the whereabouts of our Treasury Secretary, Tim Geithner. His schedule is unclear for the next few days and it is the opinion of this citizen that he is at this moment in Greece attending the Bilderberg Group Conference.

This is a direct violation of the Logan Act. The Logan Act (18 U.S.C.A. § 953 [1948]) is a single federal statute making it a crime for a citizen to confer with foreign governments against the interests of the United States. Specifically, it prohibits citizens from negotiating with other nations on behalf of the United States without authorization.
