German Scientist Exposes Chemtrails As Military Operations

A TV news report from Germany available at YouTube (see video at left) confirmed that the German Military is manipulating the climate in Germany. As a result scientists have filed a lawsuit against the government for climate manipulation.
The video concludes, "We can state with a 97% certainty that we have on our hands chemical trails (chemtrails) comprised by fine dust containing polymers and metals, used to disrupt radar signals."
The purpose of chemtrails, which are well documented over the United State and other parts of the world, according to researchers, is to manipulate the weather. Karsten Brandt, German meteorologist states, "The Federal Army is Manipulating the Meteorological maps."
The disruption of radar signals is the main purpose theorizes Mr. Brandt in the interview. "I was surprised that this artificial cloud was so wide-spread. The radar images are stunning considering the needed tons of dispersed elements – although, the federal army claims that only small amounts of material were propagated. The military heads claim that the substances used are not harmful."
Johannes Remmel, German Green party representative states, "The government must provide explanations to the unsuspecting population." While radar is tracking suspicious aircraft, the Germany Military then uses counterfeit satellite imagery to hide their operations.
In Germany, weather manipulation is prohibited, and I would likewise believe that it is prohibited in the U.S. as well.
Since Chemtrails are so widespread, I would rule out the idea that this is just military performing operations to disrupt radar signals as part of some sort of drill.

The forefront of these operations in the United States appears to be the US Navy, as detailed in "Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism & Toxic Warfare," by Dr. Len Horowitz. Many government watchdogs claim global depopulation, the targeted reduction of the world’s population by two-thirds, is secretly the reason behind chemtrail spraying.
An alternative theory to explain Chemtrails, would be that a new weapon related to controlling the weather is being deployed. By creating droughts and thus famines, large populations could be easily controlled or eliminated. Other countries could be easily controlled and brought to their knees by a global power if the weather could be controlled or altered.
For a while I was confused between chemtrails, and contrails. Contrails are the exhaust of an air craft, it leaves a trail in the sky and the trail rapidly dissipates. With chemtrails, they initially look identical to contrails, but rather than the trail dissipating, the trail expands and then starts to look like a cloud. Over the Silicon Valley where I live, I daily witness these chemtrails starting and stopping from airplanes. In other words, the plane has control over the chemicals it is releasing. Also, I have noticed on some days the area is filled with a gray hazy muck, and the mountains almost disappear. This is highly unusual especially when just one day before, the mountains were totally clear.
Part of the undercurrents, at least in the United States, is the concept being marketing through radio, television and schools, that the earth is overpopulated. The idea of overpopulation, as the cause of our problems, was something that I had believed in for a time.
I believed in that idea until I realized the abundance of nature. Just seeing the amount of food produced by one healthy tree, and the millions of acres of unused land in central California, helped me understand Nature’s abundance.
The creator did not put humans on earth to suffer, to starve and to die. The creator of life gave us vast resources from which to be healthy. Humans are grossly misusing earth’s delicate resources, and thus we have created an experience of lack and deprivation. The lack we experience is not natural, but a reflection of our disconnection from the source of life.
Every action, thought, and feeling has a cause and an effect. Evil never will win, it cannot. But we all need to work together to bring more awareness to the dreaded reality – that our government seems bent on making this planet a military war zone.
I have faith that evil won’t win this time.

I watched a chemtrail hanging over the coast as I was driving down from the high hills in Alabama.
This was about 4hrs time that I watched it. The onlyway I can describe what it looked like is orange rock candy on a stick.
The drive started out I saw one, then there were two in an X shape, then they started the checker board effect. What started as a clear sunny day turned to high cloud cover by nightfall.

This is so true here in Canada too. I recently moved from Vancouver BC to Central Alberta sould of a large Canadian Air/Army Base that also trains American & British Soldiers . Even Prince Harry trained here. Since i moved here I notice chemtrails almost daily. I has been warm this week with the snow melting but today we have clouds & snow . Yesterday I sa a large jet (looked like a passenger jet) leave a contrail which was thin and disappated quickly but a small jet the flew over moments before left a chemtrail that quickly became a large cloud-like trail that got bigger and bigger. I still have the worst flu I have ever had and in Vancouver I rarely if ever got colds or flu’s. I also notice some small hail some mornings that looks very unusual. In fact it is so white it looks almost like plastic instead of the icey appearance of regular hail. It does melt but it really has an artificial look to it when it first appears. I have never seen it fall as it seems to happen in the middle of the night so that the ground will be covered with it when you first go out in the morning. I do not know what they are up to but most people in this rural area seem oblivious too it. No too many weeks ago our new Premier went to Washington for a closed door session with Dickhead Cheney. Needless to say whatever they discussed behind those closed doors was ever revealed. I wish people here would wake the F— Up!!!!

Hi guy´s i am from Germany, i see those chemtrails very very often, and I clearly can tell the difference between normal contrails and chemtrails, when i see some off them in the making or one which just has appeared, i note the position and take a look every 15 to 30 minutes, and they dont dissappear like normal con´s do, they spread and turn the pretty blue sky into a milky, dusty something.
The criminal Elite must be stopped, but the grande finale they leading us up to, will soon whipe the chessboard.

Living in Southern CA, typically we have SMOG. So we are just plain used to smelling everybodys crap, name it we are locked into a prison and 95% of the idiots here don’t even know it and most don’t care. This is and was started by industries carried over by the GOVT ops. Now in the morning like this morning we had fairly CLEAR skies, then right at 0800 to 1000 hrs THEY start spraying us with their evil chemicals over us. It is so cool when I show someone who has no clue, it simple. The conversation goes like this. “This is what a normal jet stream looks like, now a few hours pass and LOOK, there is what a chem trail looks like, then it lingers and disapates and settles on what ever it settles on or inhaled. Most of these chemicles are reffered to as “dessecated erythrocytes” or dried red blood cells. They harness pathogens and diseases of any kind and really all you have to do is breath it in or eat it or NAME IT how you will catch something. Also a side note about HAARP, watch how the weather will change and how it supports in certian areas, I bet there is NOTHING going on over in the Texas Corridor Highway construction. This stuff unfortunitly is old news but what we need to pay attention to is also why the GOVT has well over 30,000 to 60,000 gouillitines???? Well I think you can figure that out without me telling you the answer.

thursday march 13 2008 north central florida crystal clear day. with afternoon approaching more and more x’s appaer in sky. by that evening gloomy clouds fill sky. next day 3/14 rain from approaching cold front restricted to area with x’s on the day before. (north central florida) check radar for florida rain is resticted to north central fl. wtf. i have no idea what this means. but we need to find out. like rite the f now. alex you and the boys need to get on this realy fast. this is scarry ultra sketchy. let me put it this way. there is a 0% percent chance of these x’s in the sky being a positive thing. and a 50% chance its the biggest problem of them all! please get on it. what happening up theyre affects all of us without exception. we have the right to know whats going on.

One thing the article doesnt mention is that it is also claimed that these chemtrails are to help block some of the UV rays coming from the sun. I dont believe that, but that is a claim I have read.
I ve witnessed these chemtrails in mid spray and have captured pictures of them spraying above my apartments. Ive seen them literally do an upward J pattern that NO plane does as part of a normal flight path.
I have seen them shut the trail off then turn it on again in a different spot.
My opinion is that they know there is NO SUCH THING as global warming. So spraying this brew of chemicals is going to help speed up that process to actually create a problem with the atmosphere.

HEY EVERYONE: I sent Alex an email about these things last year and was wondering when they were going to be covered on this site. I’ve been studying these things for a while now and TNTSKI is pretty much right on with what he/she said. What may surprise most people is that these things aren’t even coming out the back of the engines-they are coming out of spray nozzles under the body of plane either on the wing tips or directly under the body.What’s even scarier is that people have videoed crafts,that are not planes, spraying Chemtrails also. They appear to be two glowing cubes with OBVIOUSLY no wings attached with what appears to be a gap between the two cubes, flying as fast as a plane. The only thing I can imagine it uses for propulsion is anti-gravity. Weather manipulation may be a possibility with the recent weather in the Germany’s region(125mph winds and snow involved) killing over a dozen people but my branch of research has lead me to discover something more sinister. Tests have been done in labs and have found all kinds of diseases and/or toxins etc., in them. If anybody knows what nanotechnology is, here you go at some of it’s finest. Some of the material in these Chemtrails have shown to be “nanorobots” which can penetrate the skin to deliver whatever toxins may be in those particular chemtrails. As tntski said, they spread out into clouds(cirrus-type) and some may look like a washboard or fish skin texture.They settle to the ground,water, plants or may even be inhaled sometimes. On land they may appear in the form of a “spiderweb” look. Samples that have been found have been tested to have high levels of barium(which weakens the immune system)-well above the EPA’s limits. They are found to also be made up of polymer fibers used as binding agents along with dessicated red blood cells and peppered with pathogens.One sample tested had 7 different viruses, 2 cancers, 2 sedatives and other pathogens too long to list. This is serious stuff folks.There has also been a link between the Morgellons disease and these chemtrails. The fibers in both under a 60X magnification look almost identical.Baby mogellons disease has been found in raindrops.It looks like the stems from a rose plant with thorns everywhere which grabs onto whatever it lands on. I live in Ohio half way between Pittsburg Pa and columbus, Oh. for the past year I have been seeing these chemtrails but only found out what they were about 5 months ago. they are here all the time. Any clear day I can see them. Two days ago i saw 10 trails most of them parallel to each other with about 4 crossing them. This is some f-ed up s---.

I live in a area south of NASA and Ellington Field, lots of chemtrails, mainly in the summer. One day that stands out in my mind, there was and “X” in the sky, it drifted some and then another and another. In the course of 3-4 hours the same thing was repeated in the sky three times. I don’t think they are doing weather control here, we are 26 miles from the Gulf and get plenty of rain.

All well and good, another report that Chemtrails are being sprayed worldwide now, WOW, it’s only been going on in our faces since the late 1990’s, no one comes forward, no proof, just a bunch of speculation and wild conspiracy theories that the debunkers thrive on, making anyone who speaks out about the spraying look like a bunch of crazy tinfoil spouting kooks.
The media is being controlled and not allowed to report on this criminal spraying activity, air traffic controllers have been threatened and told to keep their mouths shut if they know what’s good for them, same with commercial pilots, these spraying operations run deep and as black as black gets, that’s for sure.
What we need is a major whistleblower to come forward, someone who has documented proof of this spraying, the how and why of it all, until that happens we are just going to get more of the same old, same old rehashed “There spraying us with chemtrails”, we already know that, we need real conformation, not more speculation and debunking on the subject.

I live in the midwest and on tuesday march 11 2008 I woke up to a bright and beautiful blue sky at 8:00am But then by 8:15am I noticed they started spraying Chemtrails in the skies.well needless to say but by 3:00 pm there were about 15-20 in the sky at that time and i think i remember my friend saying he counted 18 of them. Then i realized nobodies even concered about them or what they might be? so my friends and I started protesting about them to let the people know about them, and how the government are infact using them today against us and how they(chemtrails) are indeed harmful to us and the environment well to cut a long story short we have been at it for about 4 days now and we have indeed opened alot of eyes in seeing what is going on but the thing is what i find odd is how many people already know about chemtrails and they themself aren’t even doing anything about it. Sorry Mr.Brandt, but I’m not buying your “disruption of radar signals” theory. I happen to know for a FACT that military radars come equipped with a feature known as MTI (Moving Target Indicator). This is the circuitry in a radar receiver which eliminates all slow moving objects (clouds for example) from the radar picture. This allows radar to detect moving targets even through the heaviest cloud cover.

I have been very ill for just over 2 years now. I became ill 6 weeks into heavy spraying in So Cal that began in Oct. 2005. I have never been sick in my life for more than a couple weeks. Now I have just about all the symptoms of Morgellons Disease. Ringing ears, heart palpatations, bowel problems, teeth and gum decay, strange twitching under the skin that began in my lungs and travelled to all parts of my body, the list of symptoms is long. I have absolutely no doubt that it was caused by chemtrails. Take a look at my Flickr account at the chemspraying that took place over my house that got me ill. Google “Raycontin” to see the photos yourself. I cannot work and cannot function without heavy medication. I’ve seen almost a dozen doctors. Chemtrails can be nuturalized with orgone emitters. Google Chembusters. Basicly its a series of copper and quartz electro-magnetic antennas that attract, balence, and project electro-magnetic energy in the frequency range commonly refered to as orgone. BE warned if you build one they will come looking for it. A properly built one can disrupt Chemtrails and the HAARP system in general for about a 90 mile radius. If they are within 200yds of a cell phone tower they will disrupt martial law transmitters too.

I live in the northeast section of the Bronx. I work in Manhattan. Every morning 5 days a week I take the 2 train to work. While I wait on the platform at sun up I watch for chem-trails.
they operate through the night and into the morning. 3 to 4 days a week i can count 6 to 12 chem-trails and 4 to 6 in progress. that’s only what i can see during one hour of my commute.

In Canada, federal authorities dismisses findings of extreme doses of uranium isotopes in subjects in Southern Ontario. These isotopes are not those found in use in nuclear reactors in the area. Where they come from remains unanswered.
What other insanity are the”authorities” spraying on us? The other question should be, “Do they know that they are immune to this assault?”

Recently in Tulsa, OK. in the US. We had major chemtrails covering the whole town — a few days afterwards — everyone became terrible sick from a virus never seen before by men, the government claimed. The World Health Organization (W.H.O the ones that created the Aids virus to wipe out mankind in Africa) are also working on the virus that can specifically attack certain DNA strains in racial groups. I and many others, believe that our so-called government, allowed our town to be experimented on with this same virus.

It has been my observation that you can look for the trails when there is a high pressure system in place….Almost never fails,and the irony there is that one of the tell tale signs of a high pressure system is a distinct lack of clouds.So if your area is under a high pressure influence and you are seeing clouds they are most likely chemtrails.Just look up peeps!!!!!

Cant say the same about canada lol, I live in toronto, and some days they make our sky look like a checkers bored. Id say still to this date, over 70% of people think that “Jets” make that trail. However, they dont know you gotta be like 40 000 feet in the air, and that chem trail will vanish in seconds, not linger for hours.

Linda, you can take samples using clean dishes, one scientist advocated and uses filters to collect samples, one man in south Ark. collected some chemtrail samples and a news org in Loisiana had it tested and it was aired, unfortunately, I forgot the news agencie, it was something like wlox, I forget, the trails here in Mississippi are flagrante dilecto, usually they travel in loops, sometimes we could even watch several dark tankers make pass after pass leaving descending trails, then at the same alititude, the same type and color of craft would fly by and leave no trail as though it had emptied its tanks, coincidentally. they are fixen to build a plant to build hundreds of tankers over in Alabama.
I suspect these are autonomous flights, I can’t believe their would be som many for so long without one or more pilots blowing the whistle and providing physical evidence, if there are any that can be identified, they need to be exposed and made to understand the error of their ways.

well i live in Iowa and a couple weeks ago i counted 30 chemtrails in the skay at one time. Some were huge. crisscrossing all over. It was a cloudy day so i dont think they thought we would see them but there was a break in the clouds and boom 30 chemtrails up there. I always see at least 4 of them in the sky on a normal day. They are not always there everyday though. My guess is since there is not a large population here they spray us heavily to get the crops. We produce a LOT of the corn that goes into your cereal and a LOT of corn that feeds animals. It happens so much when i was younger i was just used to them and thought some were clouds and some were from airplanes. I see military aircraft come through here every couple months or so. I was referring to the creation myths of all the other religions of the world, and I was being a little sarcastic. The author of the original essay was writing about (I think) the God of the Bible, but he didn’t quite have the courage to come right out and say so. His writing reminded me of politicians who pay lip service to religion by speaking of a “higher power” or “Providence” or “The Man upstairs”, yet never say for certain which God they are speaking about. Sometimes their euphemisms are quite funny, but also sad because it means the men speaking them don’t really believe in the God they talk about. The author also wrote about having faith that “evil won’t win this time”, which I think is a silly misuse of the concept of religious faith. From what I know of it, faith is a gift from the God of the Bible, or the God of Israel if you really want to get specific. And the gift of faith is specifically pointed toward Jesus Christ. Having faith that evil won’t win is really kind of useless.

A team of scientists and engineers at the Commerce Department’s National
Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) that is investigating the
collapse of New York City’s World Trade Center 7 (WTC 7) building expects
to release its draft report for public comment by the end of the year. WTC
7 was a 47-story office building adjacent to the WTC towers (WTC 1 and 2)
that collapsed following the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. WTC 7
collapsed later that afternoon.
NIST’s investigation of WTC 7 includes an extremely complex analysis that
incorporates detailed information about the building’s structure and
construction, as well as data about fires, damage sustained from falling
WTC 1 debris and other technical factors to determine its probable
collapse sequence.
“We are proceeding as quickly as possible while rigorously testing and
evaluating a wide range of scenarios to reach the most definitive
conclusion possible,” said Shyam Sunder, WTC lead investigator for NIST.
“The WTC 7 investigation is in some respects just as challenging, if not
more so, than the study of the towers. However, the current study does
benefit greatly from the significant technological advances achieved and
lessons learned from our work on the towers.”
The NIST investigation team initially worked simultaneously on both the
WTC towers and WTC 7 collapses. In June 2004, the team shifted to
full-time study of the towers to develop needed simulation methods and
other research tools and to expedite completion of the WTC towers report.
Work resumed on the WTC 7 study in October 2005.
The current NIST working collapse hypothesis for WTC 7 is described in the
June 2004 Progress Report on the Federal Building and Fire Safety
Investigation of the World Trade Center Disaster (Volume 1, page 17, as
well as Appendix L), as follows:
An initial local failure occurred at the lower floors (below floor 13)
of the building due to fire and/or debris induced structural damage of a
critical column (the initiating event) which supported a large span
floor bay with an area of about 2,000 square feet;
Vertical progression of the initial local failure occurred up to the
east penthouse, as the large floor bays were unable to redistribute the
loads, bringing down the interior structure below the east penthouse;
and
Horizontal progression of the failure across the lower floors (in the
region of floors 5 and 7, that were much thicker than the rest of the
floors), triggered by damage due to the vertical failure, resulting in a
disproportionate collapse of the entire structure.
This hypothesis may be supported or modified, or new hypotheses may be
developed, through the course of the continuing investigation. NIST also
is considering whether hypothetical blast events could have played a role
in initiating the collapse. While NIST has found no evidence of a blast or
controlled demolition event, NIST would like to determine the magnitude of
hypothetical blast scenarios that could have led to the structural failure
of one or more critical elements.
Updated information with the specific date for the public release of the
NIST team’s draft report will be posted on the WTC investigation Web site,

If anyone has any doubts, come to Florida around the Tampa area. I was amazed at the clear blue skies when I first moved down her over 3 years ago. Now you are lucky to see 1 clear blue sky in a month. Even stranger…no one seems to notice this. They just past these trails and the haze created from them as clouds. What is wrong with peolple? The government absolutely , 100% , do doubt about it , sprays the land with chemicals …. and has been doing so , since as far back as the sixties .
It used to be common knowledge , and an often reported event .
I would like to share my experiences with chemical sprays . It happened in the late sixties , and I was a pre-teen living on Long Island .
I never knew the cause of it , but for two consecutive summers , Nassau in Long Island , was literally invaded by a plague of locusts . I’m talking about huge swarms , to which you younger posters would be hard pressed to imagine .
It would cancel softball games , as well as any other outside events . I could not ride my bicycle , without eating them …. just to give you an idea of the saturation . My parents would literally have to stop the car every 5 miles to wipe the windshield off from the plastered locusts .
There was also an over abundance of two other types of bugs . One being cecedas … you couldn’t even hear yourself think walking down the street in the summer .
The other one , is actually one of my fondest memories . Monarch butterflies . Everywhere you looked . You would walk thru a field , and have dozens of butterflies hanging off of you for the entire time .
Well …. the government began a widespread program of spraying on Long Island in response to the locust situation , that was well publicised , and pretty much every bumpkin in town knew about it .
The end result , was no more locusts …. no more cecedas , and their dead bodies just everywhere on the ground you looked ….. and sadly , no more butterflies and their cocoons hanging off every tree branch . They also managed to bring a disease into birch trees I believe it was , which every city had been using for decoration , and I remember that there was some program to re-vitalize them . The disease was tirning them white .
There is also something else I remember from my youth , that I no longer see .
Crystal clear deep , deep blue sky , with absolutely NO CLOUDS . It’s hard to imagine the blue I’m talking about if you’ve never seen it . Those conditions don’t exist here in NY anymore .

I have personally witnessed a UFO, and it was NOT man made. Some people theorize that UFO’s are created by the government, as part of a hidden high tech agenda. I disagree. Ominous accounts of repeated and various craft have been reported for centuries, and I do not subscribe to the theory that we went from horses and wagon wheels to our present state of technology on our own, without outside influences.

Light travels at 186,000 miles per second. However, scientists theorize that there are as many as 12 possible dimensions, and methods of travel have been hypothesized.
A little while ago, most people would laugh and call you a fool, for suggesting a man could fly. Now it’s a commercial industry. To keep repeating the same patterns of stupidity and pre judgement would at this point be redundant.

Congratulations to the German scientists! The more people that speak out about chemtrails the better! Since most people in the US seem to pay more attention to experts and entertainment people, more of those people who know the truth need to speak out.
I only became aware of chemtrails about 2 months ago through an internet newsletter. Yet looking back at old photos, I can see that my family has been exposed to them for years here in Las Vegas. Since becoming aware, I have watched the sky every day from morning to night. In the last 42 days, there have been only 12 days when the sky was clear or mostly clear. It can be very funny, if it was not so sad, to watch your local TV weathermen dodging the issue of these clouds that keep coming up out of nowhere. Sometimes the “sky snakes” (spray planes) even appear in their TV view of the sky. I don’t know how they can sleep at night, as I’m sure at least some of them must be aware that they are colluding in bringing harm to their neighbors. I wish that they would all unite all over the country and refuse to continue in this ruse.

Primary school children should be eligible for the DNA database if they exhibit behaviour indicating they may become criminals in later life, according to Britain’s most senior police forensics expert.
Gary Pugh, director of forensic sciences at Scotland Yard and the new DNA spokesman for the Association of Chief Police Officers (Acpo), said a debate was needed on how far Britain should go in identifying potential offenders, given that some experts believe it is possible to identify future offending traits in children as young as five.
‘If we have a primary means of identifying people before they offend, then in the long-term the benefits of targeting younger people are extremely large,’ said Pugh. ‘You could argue the younger the better. Criminologists say some people will grow out of crime; others won’t. We have to find who are possibly going to be the biggest threat to society.’
Pugh admitted that the deeply controversial suggestion raised issues of parental consent, potential stigmatisation and the role of teachers in identifying future offenders, but said society needed an open, mature discussion on how best to tackle crime before it took place. There are currently 4.5 million genetic samples on the UK database – the largest in Europe – but police believe more are required to reduce crime further. ‘The number of unsolved crimes says we are not sampling enough of the right people,’ Pugh told The Observer. However, he said the notion of universal sampling – everyone being forced to give their genetic samples to the database – is currently prohibited by cost and logistics.
Civil liberty groups condemned his comments last night by likening them to an excerpt from a ’science fiction novel’. One teaching union warned that it was a step towards a ‘police state’.
Pugh’s call for the government to consider options such as placing primary school children who have not been arrested on the database is supported by elements of criminological theory. A well-established pattern of offending involves relatively trivial offences escalating to more serious crimes. Senior Scotland Yard criminologists are understood to be confident that techniques are able to identify future offenders.
A recent report from the think-tank Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) called for children to be targeted between the ages of five and 12 with cognitive behavioural therapy, parenting programmes and intensive support. Prevention should start young, it said, because prolific offenders typically began offending between the ages of 10 and 13. Julia Margo, author of the report, entitled ‘Make me a Criminal’, said: ‘You can carry out a risk factor analysis where you look at the characteristics of an individual child aged five to seven and identify risk factors that make it more likely that they would become an offender.’ However, she said that placing young children on a database risked stigmatising them by identifying them in a ‘negative’ way.
Shami Chakrabarti, director of the civil rights group Liberty, denounced any plan to target youngsters. ‘Whichever bright spark at Acpo thought this one up should go back to the business of policing or the pastime of science fiction novels,’ she said. ‘The British public is highly respectful of the police and open even to eccentric debate, but playing politics with our innocent kids is a step too far.’
Chris Davis, of the National Primary Headteachers’ Association, said most teachers and parents would find the suggestion an ‘anathema’ and potentially very dangerous. ‘It could be seen as a step towards a police state,’ he said. ‘It is condemning them at a very young age to something they have not yet done. They may have the potential to do something, but we all have the potential to do things. To label children at that stage and put them on a register is going too far.’
Davis admitted that most teachers could identify children who ‘had the potential to have a more challenging adult life’, but said it was the job of teachers to support them.
Pugh, though, believes that measures to identify criminals early would save the economy huge sums – violent crime alone costs the UK £13bn a year – and significantly reduce the number of offences committed. However, he said the British public needed to move away from regarding anyone on the DNA database as a criminal and accepted it was an emotional issue.
‘Fingerprints, somehow, are far less contentious,’ he said. ‘We have children giving their fingerprints when they are borrowing books from a library.’
Last week it emerged that the number of 10 to 18-year-olds placed on the DNA database after being arrested will have reached around 1.5 million this time next year. Since 2004 police have had the power to take DNA samples from anyone over the age of 10 who is arrested, regardless of whether they are later charged, convicted, or found to be innocent.
Concern over the issue of civil liberties will be further amplified by news yesterday that commuters using Oyster smart cards could have their movements around cities secretly monitored under new counter-terrorism powers being sought by the security services.

I wish this subject would be investigated by someone with critical thinking skills, instead of yet another gullible fool. There might be something to chemtrails, but we’ll never know with grade school “analysis” like this article.

I am not offended by your statement Van, I have been studying this problem for 5 years and this area on the coast, like most others is plagued by chemtrails, I could go on about them specifically in the context of the weather modification aspects or the population attrition reduction program called the “exotic weapons” program, but there is another element that deals with the morgellans infections, it is not a one issue dilemma, you criticizing me is analogous to a high school teacher criticizing a university professor, you don’t have the base of knowledge to criticize the depths of knowledge I have accumulated on this topic.

First of all, this is taken from “RTL Television” (which is germany’s “FOX”)…
And there’s obviously some misunderstanding. The scientists didn’t expose weather experiments. The guy interviewed in the report states that he found strange clouds on his meteorological maps. Those where appearing when the german military had drills with chemicals which are supposed to interfere with enemy radar. That’s exactly what it did (obviously interfering with meteorological instruments, too).
The rest is just some legal issue. The scientist filed a law suit against the republic of germany for manipulating meteorological maps.
I don’t want to argue with the conclusions… but it’s simply not what the report indicates. If anything, this is a “cover-up” not an “exposion”…

It’s amazing how off subject so many people here are. I sent Alex an email about these things last year and was wondering when they were going to be covered on this site. I’ve been studying these things for a while now and TNTSKI is pretty much right on with what he/she said. What may surprise most people is that these things aren’t even coming out the back of the engines-they are coming out of spray nozzles under the body of plane either on the wing tips or directly under the body.What’s even scarier is that people have videoed crafts,that are not planes, spraying Chemtrails also. They appear to be two glowing cubes with OBVIOUSLY no wings attached with what appears to be a gap between the two cubes, flying as fast as a plane. The only thing I can imagine it uses for propulsion is anti-gravity. Weather manipulation may be a possibility with the recent weather in the Germany’s region(125mph winds and snow involved) killing over a dozen people but my branch of research has lead me to discover something more sinister. Tests have been done in labs and have found all kinds of diseases and/or toxins etc., in them. If anybody knows what nanotechnology is, here you go at some of it’s finest. Some of the material in these Chemtrails have shown to be “nanorobots” which can penetrate the skin to deliver whatever toxins may be in those particular chemtrails. As tntski said, they spread out into clouds(cirrus-type) and some may look like a washboard or fish skin texture.They settle to the ground,water, plants or may even be inhaled sometimes. On land they may appear in the form of a “spiderweb” look. Samples that have been found have been tested to have high levels of barium(which weakens the immune system)-well above the EPA’s limits. They are found to also be made up of polymer fibers used as binding agents along with dessicated red blood cells and peppered with pathogens.One sample tested had 7 different viruses, 2 cancers, 2 sedatives and other pathogens too long to list. This is serious stuff folks.There has also been a link between the Morgellons disease and these chemtrails. The fibers in both under a 60X magnification look almost identical.Baby mogellons disease has been found in raindrops.It looks like the stems from a rose plant with thorns everywhere which grabs onto whatever it lands on. I am from scotland and i see these chemtrails regularly. on 3 different occasions me and my 2 children had gone out after the spraying ( sometimes the spraying is done at night because i can smell it in the air when i go out in the morning) and instantly we all felt sick and my youngest was physically sick. I 1st saw this being done around 5 yrs ago when people were amazed at the shape of a saltire in the sky and they were all scatching there heads. someone then said it was a sign that scotland was heading for independance and all i felt was embarrasment that my fellow scots were being so stupid, thats a bit like saying oh there is this huge fire ball that rises up in the sky every morning. around 2 months ago i saw a news article on the web regarding a huge container that had washed up onto the shore of a beach on the island of benbechula which is near inverness. again a lot of head scratching went on as to were it had come from, now this container was 35mtrs in length and 20mtrs diameter approx. there was nothing on the container as regards a company name just a 6 digit number. around 30 mins later the news article was gone and never saw it again. I googled the serial number and it came back with PUBCHEM! anyone interested should have a read and look at all the other related sites. as a result of this spraying my daughters were ill and the illness was deemed to be tonsilitis and this lasted a month. However the problem that the chemtrails are causing is that the dense chemical is bringing down bacteria from the stratisphere that are distant cousins from the bacteria that is in the air at the moment. the body recognises the type of bacteria but not the shape of it and does not know what to do with it, so rather than kill it the body stores it in areas of the body that is like putting it in a corner out of the way. This is causing us to have a condition called lime disease and we all have it now due to the chem trails. The barium that is being pumped out of the planes is causing a reaction to the GM products that they hide in foodstuffs and having an adverse reaction to our bodies causing illness and only the strong will survive it, so it is aimed at mostly the aged. however the nanotech is the problem for our children as this is the longterm control of the human species. one thing we all have to take on board is that the human body in a positive balanced and healthy state is the one thing no bacteria or man made synthetic disease can survive in. we have to be more concious of how amazing the human body is, and it has a power that can not be conquered no matter what, THAT POWER IS LOVE and the wrongdoers will never win.

Everyone: eyectheeze2 I believe you’re hitting it right on the head too. This kind of sinister manipulation of practically the whole worlds’ health needs to be publicized. I guess when half the population is sick with some sort of “unknown” illness, the media will have to keep it quiet like they do with the economy situation. I have read reports of active-duty mechanics of planes like the DC-10 etc., and they have stated how certain parts of the plane have been redesigned to accommodate areas for holding spray equipment and specific kinds of “tanks”. Even the plane mechanics are concerned as to what their commanders are doing let alone what we wonder. That shows how secret things can be, even when you are somewhat a part of it. I know a man personally who worked for the govt, for a certain division as to which I would rather not say for concerns of being traced or “them” triangulating who this man is. But anyway, he is an older gentleman, and is one of my customers and one day we were outside and I happened to notice they were spraying pretty heavily that day and I happened to say something to him about what I knew about these chemtrails. After a few comments, he told me that I “knew too much”. Note: the whole time we were outside, all by ourselves, he acted as though were being listened to. He then told me that he was part of an experiment back in the sixties that flew over PA and sprayed “radiation” to simulate what a nuclear bomb would do to the population and that it was still a secret to this day. If anyone has any validation to this, please feel free to post. I feel the two are related and by now I’m sure they have these things to a science. I have seen a report on the web that is now declassified that states the Army admitted spraying back in the 70’s a virus(es) to determine how something airborne dispurses over a population. Weather manipulation, I’m sure is possible given the strange storms all over the world, but people need to wake up and see that the world is the Elite’s petri dish. I’m in the US and what I think people need to do is find a way to post, everyday, their location and what they are seeing overhead at the time so we could determine where these things are going or in what parts they are spraying at what time. You see, I’m not so sure that just because the chemtrails may be directly overhead that they are spraying you-they may be spraying somewhere next to you. The nanos or viruses or whatever microscopic organisms they have at the time may be directed at another state or hemisphere etc. They want the population wiped 80% as Alex says it, and what better way to do it then to make most, whose immune systems are weak, ill and die? Something I have just started to research is this stuff called “miracle mineral supplement” or “MMS”. This stuff has been proven to kill malaria, aids, hiv, hep a,b & c, tb, some cancers,herpes and many other viruses. I think you can either buy it or get the ingredients and make it yourself. People need to download the Book 1 and just read it. The second part you have to pay for but is only like 10 bucks which tells you what to get to make it. I’ll be doing so this week. It cures malaria in just a couple of hours. More than 75,000 with diseases were tested in Africa and found to be easily controlled. In a separate test in Malawi 60% of the AIDS patients were well in 3 days with 98% well in a month.With malaria, it’s almost 100% effective. It’s supposed to be good for colds, flu, warts and cold sores. The man who started this was confronted by a woman over the Medical Dept or such in one particular country when he was experimenting on people and so successively, she said that he had to stop practicing this or would be locked up. Come to find out, she was leveraged by a drug company that said they would not ship them medicine to that location if he were to continue. That shows much power drug companies have in America. I have no benefit of telling you this- I just want people to wake up and see that we are just serfs or sheep that believe everything we see on the tube. Not me though- I’m changing America one person at a time. Remember, we need a way to plot the chemtrails since the weather won’t do it.

DIGITAL STEPPING IN THE AURORA BOREALIS

I will try to put this in layman’s terms . . . . . . .
Most everyone has heard that silicon is a semiconductor. A semiconductor only permits current flow when the conditions are correct.
In a typical silicon semiconductor, it’s current flow characteristics are determined by the addition of doping agents – these are mixed with the silicon and become part of it’s molecular matrix during the manufacturing process. The two most common doping agents are arsenic and boron.
Doping agents cause the silicon to have an excess number of electrons in the P doped regions, and a deficiency of electrons in the N doped regions. A small electronic charge applied between the N and P regions will cause a cascade effect of a much greater magnitude if a power supply voltage is applied to one side of the piece of silicon, and a load is applied on the other side. That is what makes a transistor, the heart of a basic amplifier.
How HAARP works, and the real reason why there are “chem trails”
Most people do not realize this, but common air – the air we all breathe, is also a semiconductor, and it can be made to behave just like a piece of silicon if the right doping agents are added to it.
If you wish to modify the electrical characteristics of the atmosphere, you need to use an aircraft to disperse the doping agents at a high altitude. If you then take a pair of huge transmitters, such as haarp, and transmit a frequency to a specific region which is timed to phase cancel against the opposing transmitter the frequencies they transmit will vanish and leave a standing DC bias voltage in the atmosphere at the selected region.
This voltage is the electrical equivalent of the electronic charge applied between the N and P regions of a silicon transistor. The chem trails are the doping agent, and the ionosphereis the power supply.
What then happens is a current flow is triggered from the ionosphere, to the earth below. Because the ionosphere has virtually endless power to give, it is possible to take a transmitter pair with a radiated power of only a couple of billion watts, and use it to trigger a cascade of trillions of watts. That is enough to heat the atmosphere, and trigger climate change. It is very important to make sure you do not exceed certain limits, or “clip” the atmosphere, or you will cause a lightning bolt of a sort not ever witnessed. But if kept below certain thresholds, a great amount of atmospheric heating can be caused and no one on the ground would ever notice a thing.
SO, what’s my point
My point is this:
Global warming is a scam. In order to come up with convincing storms and weather patterns which will be needed to support the scam, machines like HAARP, in concert with a chem-trail doped atmosphere will be used.
Global warming is not about saving the planet, it is about ending civilization as we know it.
Anyone who is curious about this should watch Endgame, and view the latest Carnegie report on what we need to do to “stop” “climate change”.
I have personally watched the sky during extremely odd weather at night, and through holes in the clouds which occurred between violent downpours saw an aurora borealis stepping up and down in discrete steps as if being digitally switched between various magnitudes. I have spent plenty of time observing real auroras, and believe me, this one had a synthetic origin.
I knew when I saw this, in concert with clouds that appeared to be formed along grid lines in symmetrical patterns that the weather in that particular case was indeed man made.

What Chemtrails Really Are

We are dealing with Star Wars. It involves the combination of chemtrails for creating an atmosphere that will support electromagnetic waves, ground-based, electromagnetic field oscillators called gyrotrons, and ionospheric heaters. Particulates make directed energy weapons work better. It has to do with “steady state” and particle density for plasma beam propagation.
They spray barium powders and let it photo-ionize from the ultraviolet light of the sun. Then, they make an aluminum-plasma generated by “zapping” the metal cations that are in the spray with either electromagnetics from HAARP, the gyrotron system on the ground [Ground Wave Emergency Network], or space-based lasers. The barium makes the aluminum-plasma more particulate dense. This means they can make a denser plasma than they normally could from just ionizing the atmosphere or the air.
More density [more particles] means that these particles which are colliding into each other will become more charged because there are more of them present to collide. What are they ultimately trying to do up there — is create charged-particle, plasma beam weapons.
Chemtrails are the medium – GWEN pulse radars, the various HAARPs, and space-based lasers are the method, or more simply:

Spray and Zap.
This system appears to be in Russia, Canada, the United States, and all of Europe. Exotic weapons can be mobile, stationary, land-based, aerial, or satellite.
It is an offensive and defensive system against EM attacks and missiles. It uses ionospheric particle shells as defense mechanisms [like a bug-zapper shell]* against missiles and EM attacks. That means they spray and then pump up the spray with electromagnetics. When these shells are created using the oscillating, electromagnetic, gyrotron stations, it “excludes” and displaces the background magnetic field. These shells can be layered one above another in a canopy fashion for extra protection from missiles. The chemtrail sprays have various elements in them like carbon which can used to absorb microwaves. Some of these sprays have metal flakes in them that make aerial craft invisible to radar. Spoofer sprays. Sprays like these can be used to create colorful, magnetized plasmas to cloak fighter jets.
There are satellite weapons involved. Activists are using meters and are getting readings of microwaves, x-rays, and some other kind of emission that they are not sure of, maybe a low-intensity laser.
They are also photographing gas plasma generation due to the heating of chemtrails by electromagnetics. The technical names for vertical and horizontal plasma columns are columnar focal lenses and horizontal drift plasma antennas. Various size of gas plasma orbs are associated with this technology. These orbs can be used as transmitters and receivers because they have great, refractory and optical properties. They also are capable of transmitting digital or analog sound. Barium, in fact, is very refractive — more refractive than glass.
What does that mean? Someone or someones are very involved in unconstitutional, domestic spying and the entrained plasma orbs carried on electromagnetic beams can be used for mind control programming. The satellites can be programmed to track and monitor various frequencies on different parts of your body. These electromagnetic beams carrying the gas plasma orbs stick due magnetic polarity and frequency mapping and tracking to people’s eyes, ears, temples, and private parts. A beam with entrained orbs carries pictures in each orb just like the different frames in a movie. It is a particle beam that is also a frequency weapon.
The satellites download holographic mind control movies, pictures, sounds, and sensations to people through this technology. The Air Force has stated in “Air Force 2025″ that their goal is to develop virtual and augmented reality mind control. Depending on the how the computer is programmed or depending on the mood or intent of the person interfacing with the technology, you can be probed, bothered, gaslighted, frightened, manipulated, electronically raped, or tortured. It scans your brain frequencies and deciphers your thoughts. The satellites track you by mapping your bioenergetic signature [body biometrics] and constantly scanning an area to find you.
We are the lab rats for this technology and something is very wrong in the military or intelligence branches somewhere. Because developmental projects in government and military are often so compartmentalized, I suppose someone could be using and developing this technology secretly and without authorization. Then again, behavioral and mind control programs were an authorized policy under MKULTRA. Our country has a history of experimenting on its citizens. We are talking about satellite charged-particle frequency weapons attacking a person 24 hours a day. Psychotronic weapons are considered weapons of mass destruction by the U.N.
“HAARPs” can create earthquakes and can also x-ray the earth to find underground military bases, gold, or oil reserves. These ionospheric heaters can also operate as an over-the-horizon or under-the-ocean communications system. This system can control the weather or create disasters. Taken together with the aurora keyhole through-your-roof satellite surveillance system, Echelon electronic computer/phone sweeps, plasma-cloaked DOD Drug War helicopters and stealths, implants, and cameras on the street, it constitutes one, big global and space control grid.
These weapons involve beams. Two beams overlapped will couple into a particle-ion beam that will bounce off of a remote target and send a holographic image back to the satellite for remote spying operations. When you cross two strong beams, you can supposedly* create scalar energies. These energies can be used as untraceable weapons for nuclear size explosions or for defense. These crossed-energies can be used to cause a person’s physical electrical system to fail or with a lower frequency, administer a kind of remote electro-shock. Visualize touching a positive and negative electric cable to each other on top of your head. Scalar energies can be utilized in hand-held military guns and on tanks. They can dud-out electronics or cause large, electrical blackouts. Scalar energies are practically impossible to shield against. You need lead, ceramics, and a deep underground facility to not be affected by these weapons. Or, you need to be up and above the field of battle.
People who are working on these issues hear tones and hums. If you hear persistent tones and static; have body vibrations, burning sensations, “bangs” to the head, neurological damage, or immune system damage; are hearing electronic voices or hearing the sound of a plasma; suffering from pains deep in your organs or constant headaches; or experiencing other anomalous activity then you may be being targeted by directed energy, mind control weapons. These weapons could be on helicopters, jets, stealth fighters, or on satellites. I know that many of the major players have big investments in pharmaceutical companies, GM seeds [seeds that can grow in an electromagnetic soup], weapons and directed energy development contracts, oil contracts, genetic research, and mind control research. Some of these people have had a familial history of financial and policy support for population control, eugenics, Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Lenin, Marx, Pinochet, Hussein, and various other dictators. Some of the major players were the masterminds of the death squads in Central and South America. They stand to make a big profit on our death and disease. Just take a look at Rumsfield and Tamiflu.
I assume that they know the dangers of this system and that they take care to stay in their shielded, air-filtered offices, homes, bases, and cars. I assume they take chelating substances to remove the barium and aluminum from their bodies and minds. If not, then they really do not understand the far-ranging implications of this destructive system. Congress may not understand just what a terrible weapons system and control grid they are funding.
As I understand it, Tesla towers attached to deep-earth, free-energy taps are to be created over the 10-12 magnetic poles and the GWEN system phased-out. Has this already been done? This should allow total control of the earth through giant, Tesla death ray-guns. This natural, electromagnetic earth was not meant to be an un-natural dynamo to power man’s weapons or his utility companies.
Over-unity systems [Tesla devices]* are as of yet, another unexplored and probably not understood man-made energy. We should be very suspect of free energy. As we can see, the forms of man-made energy that have been created and used in the past have not been good for this planet. Maybe it is time to reconsider the options available to us through the development of crops for fuel, wind, solar, and water power. We need world-wide, different, more holistic, renewable, energy programs.
Is there any good news? Yes. There has been tons of particulate dumping through the spray operations for 8 years over the Americas, Europe, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and from what I can find out, over Russia. And, what goes around blows around, right? So, these substances are probably actually global. It sure makes a ton of sense to spray poisonous elements in 24 NATO countries and let the substances be carried around the earth on the jet streams to poison yourself, your enemies, and all neutral and non-combatent countries. Talk about making more enemies.
The water, air, and soil of all of these countries is so saturated with metal cations that these weapons freaks should be able to zap and mind f–k each other quite well now and as often as they wish. Once they have clobbered each other with light-saber beams for a few years and razed and scorched sections of the earth, they may start to realize that this foreign policy will lead to a defective human race and a rotten economy.

iodine and/or something healthy to offset all these microwaves, chemtrails, aerial night spraying

I want a movement against chemtrails called BLUE PEACE . If for no other reason than they destroy fulfilment of our basic need: a pretty day. Hey EVERYBODY try getting black lights and going out into the yard or wherever after a days spraying. Test have shown that the material gives a certain “glow” under UV light. They look like small bundles of fishing line all twisted together when put under microscope or magnifying glass.Even red and blue fibers mixed in with the nylon(white) ones have been found.Boy that’s Patriotic, huh?
Use some packing tape and hold in the air outside to see if one can trap the material. We need to try to get this stuff sampled. I think the more we get to the lab, the more attention it will attract. With all the pathogens, viruses, fungi, etc., we should find something pretty easily. I just found out about the black light so I’m going to get a couple tomorrow for a 4ft florescent light and use a couple of drop cords. GO PEOPLE GO!

As a great place to start research go back to 9-11-01 for the 3 or 4 day following there was NO air traffic over Amerika. The weather was affected by this…more extreem highs and lows than normal. It’s been several years since I did the research, so I can’t recall the #’s…PLEASE look into this as confirmation on this topic of chemtrails.

There are a number of different types of chem trails, I have also heard of the fibers. But the fibers dissipate over a short time period, so if you manage to capture them you will arrive at your destination empty handed, with nothing to test.
For whatever purpose they serve I have no knowledge, I am only certain of the type that clouds the sky, which is something entirely different.
I have also concluded that the fibers may not necessarily have a non-natural origin, many spiders shoot random strands while attempting to establish a web and if they miss they cut the strand loose and shoot another one. It’s possible that it is all the strands are, and that the dissipation story is a myth.
SO, I am sticking to my statement, which uses a simple electronic reason for the chem trails to be placed, read post 103 for details

You can only use the TUBE type blacklights and not the ‘bulb’ style. Different frequencies. Puttin a black cloth outside for a bit will show more of these polymer filaments. Be sure to look at it BEFORE and after it’s exposed outside. If you’re having trouble breathing, a good sized HEPA air filter using the larger type filters. (looking like large round car air filters) in your bedroom at night with the door closed will remove your exposure to this CRAP for at least 8-10 hours per day! I highly recomend this.

I’ve had this horrible affliction over 2 1/2 years. I got it when I was traveling back and forth from Minneapolis, MN to Newark, NJ. Every night, I get welts on the top of my head. It feels like something is trying to cut through my scalp. I have been to several doctors. Right now, I am taking salt pills, drinking lots of water, and pouring fingernail polish remover on the lesions to stop the itching. No antibiotics have helped, no viral stuff has helped. I can’t think either, it’s like my attention span is gone. Pray for me.

Yes chemtrails worry me as well each time I see them, even if they are contrails. The small clouds of contrails could contain chemicals of an effect we have no idea about at this point…..
Nature is abundant, but I still do feel the birth rate with an economy this bad may not nessicarily be a good thing.
Where are all these children going to work in this economy?

I believe chemtrails have dual purpose. 1-to manipulate satellite readings and cover their tracks. 2- WHEN they set off all the bombs , I’m sure these chemicals will help conduct or act as conduit for the destructive forces being unleashed. Fire will engulf this globe. Like a lightbulb filled with gases.
