Gordon Brown calls for new world order

Mr Brown will call on fellow world leaders to use the current worldwide economic downturn as an opportunity to thoroughly reform international financial institutions and create a new “truly global society” with Britain, the US and Europe providing leadership.

His call comes ahead of an emergency summit of world leaders and finance ministers from 20 major countries, the G20, in Washington next weekend.
Mr Brown will say that the Washington meeting must establish a consensus on a new Bretton Woods-style framework for the international financial system, featuring a reformed International Monetary Fund which will act as a global early-warning system for financial problems.
The original Bretton Woods agreements, signed in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire in 1944, established post-war international monetary protocols governing trade, banking and other financial relations among nations, including fixed exchange rates and the IMF.
Mr Brown’s plan for strengthening the global economy 60 years later involves recapitalisation of banks to permit the resumption of normal lending to households and businesses, better international co-ordination of fiscal and monetary policy and a new IMF fund to help struggling economies and stop financial problems spreading between nations.

Um….. Call me ignorant, but why is this “new world order” such a big deal to everyone?
I mean, why is the thought of a single world currency (or even a single world government) so terrible?
I’m not saying that it is or that it isn’t, I just don’t get why everyone is so bothered about it. Every article I’ve read or youtube video (usually posted by nutcases) I’ve viewed seem to use scaremongering tactics without actually explaining the negative implications of a “NWO”.
Perhaps you guys have a valid point, but unfortunately childish, drama-queen scaremongering conspiracy theorists appear to be the loudest voices on the subject and prevent the more intelligent people get their message across.
Could anyone enlighten me?

I agree mostly with what you say it all starts when the seperation of tribal roots and our connection to the land came about after the Brittons/Celts/Picts. But Americans have had their society rigged by legal terms ever since the orchastrated rebellion of the war of independance.
In America they don’t even have the “right to roam” i.e fair usage of private land unlike we do here in the UK we still have some freedoms that they dont. A liberty is not freedom it is a temporary leave of absence granted by a higher power.
The problem has always been the masons/brotherhoods that have existed all throughout history and the common mans unwillingness to accept their existence and legislate against their influence over the state. I.E seperation of church, state, and secret society.

#7, If you don’t believe in God, or the Bible, you should at least fear for the loss of your civil rights. A new world order will enslave mankind and split the human race into two classes, the rich and controlling elite and the lowly working class that provides all the manual labor for those on top. But back to the Bible, if you read Ezekiel and Revelations, the events we are now seeing was foretold by prophets over 2000 years ago. They couldn’t have possibly known what our world today would look like. Therefore, the only explanation is as the prophecies are being fulfilled to the letter, you have to ask yourself, What if there is a God? What if Jesus Christ was the son of God and he died on the cross for my sins so that I could be forgiven and life eternal with God in Heaven? If there is any possibility at all this is true, and you’ve been wrong, unless you give your heart to God and repent, your soul will be lost forever. Do you really want to take that chance for yourself, for your family or friends? If you had the chance to save someone from a serious accident or catastrophe and did nothing how would you feel? We are in the end times now. Find a local full Gospel Church, get a Bible, the NIV or the King James version, read Ezekiel and revelations. There is not much time left. Oh and by the way, I can appreciate the fact that none of us want a new world order or a one world currency, but this is prophecy, you can’t stop it, it will happen. The only answer is to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord & savior and put all your trust in him.

Sceptical: The bible says the world will be 1 world govt 1 word religion 1 world currency at the end of days. That’s why I’m against it because it’s the govt of the AntiChrist.

The problem is the people who would control the world government and monetary fund are people who are devoid of compassion/morality and any of the other qualities that are essential in leadership. A true leader walks with the people not against them. These people have the tendency apon discovering a new technology that would help mankind to keep it for them selves of supress t for the sake of financial gain no matter the cost to mankind at large.
True some of the people that post online have gone that “extra step” but there are a lot of reliable people such as David Icke, Michael Tsarion and Jordan Maxwell etc who have done their home work. Som people just want to edit the world and refuse to see anything negative because of the internal implications that it would have within themselves or have just been indoctrinated to think that they are doing the right thing.

OK, I clearly upset aalot of people with comment earlier.
I wasn’t saying it’s nothing to worry about, I was just saying that the people bringing this information to light, in general, do a very bad job of explaining why it’s such a bad thing and because of this I don’t really understand the implications of a NWO. What I am asking for is suggested reading / viewing to educate me.
Consider this though – if all the major world leaders and people in other positions of power are already “in” on this then what difference is a single currency / government actually going to make to the world we already live in? If some big plan to enslave and rob everyone has been in place for hundreds of years, what exactly are they waiting for? Are all of the armed forces / police / media just going to play ball when they do suddenly decide it’s time?
Infact, the more I think about it the less concerned I become because I have yet to see clear and consise information on the bigger picture and it’s implications.

Has anyone else noticed how mr. Brown is looking more and more tired each time he appears on tv? If i didn’t know better (which i honestly don’t ), i’d say he’s being seriously deprived of sleep. I remember him before he won the PM match, he was in a far better shape than he is now. But now, he gives the impression of just another worn out (for a lack of better word) nwo trumpet. Perhaps it wouldn’t be a bad idea for him to give up the politics and go on some looong holidays. It might stop him from expressing such nonsensical ideas, give him some more easy-going view on life.
Better NO world order than new world order. At any time this is true- all the world needs is LOCAL order. Sovereignty, as it is now. Enriched with respect for every person and the environment we live in, and are part of. No individual sticking their nose in the business of another individual, no country sticking it’s nose in the business of another country. All you have to make true is this, and the world would be put in order. Consider this basic truth, mr. Brown. It’s not all about politics and daily scheming. True understanding and true enlightenment does not equal socio-financial domination. Put down this game of monopoly you’re playing, you’ve violated the rules and don’t know the stakes. You’ve lost the oversight. You’re starting to act like the game is real, it’s not. It’s just a game. It’s just a figment of your imagination. Do you really think that there is chaos which must be turned to order? Well how did this messy everything manage to get through millennia of time to this point where you now want to introduce order to it? To me the conceit, that as soon as you immerse yourself in some issue, you instantly lose the understanding of it, because you start to deal with more and more irrelevant aspects that all arise as a result of your interference- this comprehension seems natural. Is there no politician or rich socialite to express this? Doesn’t it seem obvious to you? You of all should know that. You claim to establish foundations and societies with the intent to raise your understanding of things surrounding you, but all you manage to do is create more confusion with your interference. What if the world doesn’t need your governance, or any governance at all? What if the only problem we all face, is the deception which the so called (supposedly intellectually) ”illumined” people have started to believe- namely that they are called upon to LEAD? What nonsense is that? In this context, Plato in some of his works could be defined as a misguided philosopher, one of those that are under the spell of the bright lights of true understanding which they pursue. THE understanding which can never be their own, because they choose to perceive only one of it’s many possible branches. What person can be called a great thinker, if all he or she manages to think of is another plot to become greater than the other? Their neighbour, their next? Politican, philosopher or whoever else. If a person is honest, that person will never think of the kind of politics that is going on today. No, i truly believe that one of the most important notions anyone needs to sit down and ponder on to understand, is the vastness of their own spirit. The inside world that isn’t so much torn between the black and the white, the left and right. Perhaps even the good and bad, because it’s balanced, not egocentric, not megalomaniacal. The world which from the creation on just IS. Fair and just in it’s incompleteness. Not wanting to rule over anything. Just to be, to be noticed, and expand.
This is the primary thing anyone wanting enlightenment should study. Stop interfering if you want to understand. Don’t you know that observation alone can completely change what you are observing? As if that wasn’t enough, the people of power want to change, not just observe. Don’t do either. Just wait. Don’t worry about you being called on to change the world. You, me, any of us were simply called on to live. If you follow it through with some faith to the logical end, you will forget what was occupying you before you truly started to understand. You will forget about always getting even, you will forget about the bad days, mccarthyism, oil, dollars. It’s irrelevant. Just there to take the attention off of importance itself. I call that specific part of human nature spirit, and imo it is part of something far greater. Do you agree that it might take many lifetimes before you manage to understand just this one inner reality? Consider this comprehension and transfer it to the person that you meet next. Then consider how many of us there are on the planet. People, animals, plants. Life itself in myriad upon myriad of forms. And you want to bring order to all of THAT?
One question i’d like to ask- is it lacking order? Or is the order you talk about just one form of escape you use to run away from reality? A reality where sometimes you feel so overwhealmingly and plainly wrong, with no way to give meaning to that wrongness- so all you do is what everyone else in agony does. Think of an illusion and use it to distract yourself. Shun that which you don’t need to shun. For a moment, or a lifetime, makes no big difference. Alcoholics got their brews… There are many indications of a connection. They don’t say ”drunk with power” for nothing.
A long post again, it’s no obligatory reading, but if something is worth saying it can take a lot of words. Those that understand will need no words though.
