Government Announces Flu Pandemic PSA Propaganda Contest

Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services and Bilderberg member in good standing, has announced yet another waste of taxpayer money. On the USGOVHHS YouTube channel, Sebelius “invites our talented and creative citizens to create and share your PSA about flu prevention and good health.” The videos, according to a blog post on the White House website, “can be funny, cute, dramatic, but most of all, they should help make a positive impact. HHS is organizing an expert panel to evaluate submissions and will present the best PSAs to the public so everyone can vote on their favorite submission. The winning PSA will receive $2,500 in cash and will appear on national television.”
Over at Flu.gov — an appropriately named website — we are told the videos should help “us protect our families and communities” and provide a “message of preventing or dealing with the flu.” In order to get PSA contestants in the proper mindset, the Flu.gov site has all kinds of materials, including a scary “Pandemic Influenza Storybook” covering the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic. Additional resources include a guide for influenza preparedness, response, and recovery, hotlines, community strategy plans, “workplace questions,” checklists, and other goodies provided at taxpayer expense.
A sister site, PandemicFlu.gov, provides information on the HHS Pandemic Influenza Plan, “a blueprint for pandemic influenza preparation and response” that offers “guidance to national, state, and local policy makers and health departments” and “specifies needs and opportunities to build robust preparedness for and response to pandemic influenza.”
HHS admits these plans are based on plans formulated in 2005. During a press conference on October 4, 2005, Bush said the military would be involved in any response to a flu pandemic. “One option is the use of a military that’s able to plan and move. So that’s why I put it on the table. I think it’s an important debate for Congress to have,” said the then decider in response to a question.
A month earlier, in September of 2005, Bush shifted U.S. policy on avian flu and pandemic influenza, placing the country under international guidelines not specifically determined by domestic agencies, according to journalist Jerome R. Corsi. The policy shift was formalized Sept. 14, 2005, when Bush announced a new International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza to a High-Level Plenary Meeting of the U.N. General Assembly, in New York.
A propaganda campaign naturally accompanied these “high-level plenary” meetings. “Against all scientific prudence and normal public health procedure, the world population is being whipped up into a fear frenzy by irresponsible public health officials from the US Administration to WHO to the United States Centers for Disease Control,” F. William Engdahl wrote at the time. “They all warn about the imminent danger that a malicious viral strain might spread from infected birds, primarily in Vietnam and other Asian centers, to contaminate the entire human species in pandemic proportions. Often the flu pandemic of 1918 which is said to have killed 18 million worldwide, is cited as an example of what ‘might’ lie in store for us.”
“The pandemic is being presented to public opinion as an issue of National Security, with a view to triggering the militarization of civilian institutions in blatant violation of the Posse Comitatus Act,” Michel Chossudovsky wrote after Bush’s comments.

One such exercise, code-named Exercise Ardent Sentry 06, rehearsed cooperation between Department of Defense and local, state and federal agencies, as well as the Canadian government. One scenario envisioned a plague in Mexico crossing over the border into the United States (earlier this year, the so-called Swine flu did just that, although it was anything but a plague, never mind the corporate media doing its best to portray it as such).
In addition to involving the military in any response to a government declared pandemic, Bush’s 2005 plan called for the State Department to work with the WHO and U.N. A Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America summit plan featured a prominent role for the U.N. system influenza coordinator as a central international director in the case of a North American avian flu or pandemic influenza outbreak, according to Corsi’s research.
On June 11, WHO Director Dr. Margaret Chan declared a pandemic alert level phase 6. “The report that WHO may declare an official Pandemic global alert any time is all the more bizarre given the fact that the global wave of cases reported to date to WHO from around the world reportedly have been so mild as to be indistinguishable from the symptoms of ordinary flu,” F. William Engdahl wrote a few days before the official declaration.
Prior to the WHO declaration, the Department of Homeland Security issued a swine flu memo to health care providers. “The Department of Justice has established legal federal authorities pertaining to the implementation of a quarantine and enforcement. Under approval from HHS, the Surgeon General has the authority to issue quarantines,” the memo stated. Federal quarantine authority is limited to diseases listed in presidential executive orders. President Bush added “novel” forms of influenza with the potential to create pandemics in Executive Order 13375. Anyone violating a quarantine order can be punished by a $250,000 fine and a one-year prison term, CBS News reported.
The Department of Homeland Security’s National Response Plan, issued in December, 2004, eliminates the distinction between a civilian and a national security emergency situation and further erodes Posse Comitatus.
Sebelius and the HHS, WHO, the United Nations, big pharma, and our globalist rulers are gearing up for some sort of flu outbreak, probably this autumn, and plan to implement martial law as a response. It is a classic case of problem, reaction, solution.
In April, investigative journalist Wayne Madsen documented how the “new strain of swine flu in Mexico and some parts of the United States is the result of the introduction of a human-engineered pathogen that could result in a widespread global pandemic, with potentially catastrophic consequences for domestic and international travel and commerce.” As it turns out, H1N1 in its current form is not particularly virulent, but some scientists fear it will mutate into a killer strain — and it will strike at precisely the time forecast by the government.
Sebelius’ call for a PSA “about flu prevention and good health” is nothing if not a sick joke. It is a slick way to get the plebs involved in their own enslavement. In the fall, when a promised deadly flu strain is unleashed, the reaction will be martial law and militarily-imposed lock-downs of large areas of the country. The taxpayer funded PSA propaganda campaign will help ensure that millions of people are sufficiently brainwashed into believing tyranny is the only logical response to a flu strain documented to be a biological weapon created by the government, drug companies, and the military.

They wouldn’t want my video. It would entice the people to make a choice of what they want injected into their vessel. At this point, people are under the impression that they don’t have a choice and that works more to their advantage and towards their agendas.
Use common sense when making a choice to vaccinate or not. Not one vaccine created thus far has cured anything. Not one! This makes their R&D flawed and inaccurate. Choose to engage in preventative health-care with personal options and choices. Period. Choose to be governed by YOU!

Hey, Bud (Declan), I’ve only been aware of all this govt BS for a few months, and I take offense to being called stupid. I “woke up” through being informed about chemtrails. Like most other people, I reacted with shock and disbelief, then reality set in and I’m now doing what I believe I’m called to do. It was hard to find out that everything I believed about the US was a lie because I’m a true patriot, not a NWO shill. Most people have a hard time believing the govt actually wants to kill us – and most of us have done nothing to deserve their hatred, except draw breath. I know that time is short, but how would you feel with the shoe on the other foot?

BTW, I did not vote for Obitler. I’ve had many battles over the last 10 years, just surviving. How was I supposed to know about the depth of corruption, although I had a general idea that politicians were corrupt and felt like I was voting for the lesser of 2 evils. Lets make a movie about how to protect our families from the fake flu pandemic and submit it for the contest and if they don’t like it them submit it to youtube and have our own contest. we can creat a money pot for the winner with Alex Jones. send him the money for the contest fund and then get a way for every one to vote for the best one or ones. Make a video of something I have not watched it is going to be difficult, my mother had an aunt who died in 1918 of influenza, but she does not remember how, and I went to the town where that happens and nobody remember the flu. I must look for pictures of those years to win.

About making our own video PSAs about the flu shots (and posting them here and on You Tube) … it’s a great idea, and if some of the mock PSAs could be funny/satiric, all the better because people like funny things. And adding music.

I read in the Kansas City Star that Kathleen Sebelius had approved a law on Friday that gives immunity from lawsuits for vaccine makers and officials concerning the Swine Flu.

I’m surprised about how many people on the streets are talking about the vaccine. Even the bus driver today announced to passengers that although he is being pressured by his union he will not take the shot because he had one 3 years ago and was sick as a dog afterwards. The sad thing is the fact that so much money has been poured into advertising/fearmongering worldwide, let alone the amount of money being made by the criminals who made the vaccine. The Federal Government is expanding its free seasonal flu vaccine program to pregnant women and Aborigines.
Health Minister Nicola Roxon says the program for older Australians is being extended on medical advice to another two million people .. as swine flu continues to spread.
She’s told the Nine Network respiratory diseases associated with swine flu can have complications for pregnant women .. particularly in the last trimester.
To date 31 Australians with swine flu have died and 194 remain in hospital .. more than a third of them in intensive care.
Meanwhile, Ms Roxon said the respiratory diseases associated with swine flu could have complications for pregnant women, particularly in the last trimester when there was significant pressure on their lungs.
However, she did not recommend pregnant women wear masks, instead she urged them to practise good hygiene, stay clear of those who are sick and seek early help if they develop flu symptoms.
Ms Roxon said Tamiflu was generally effective and safe for pregnant women, but there was “isolated evidence” the swine flu was becoming resistant to the drug overseas.
“I do agree with doctors that we have to be careful not to over prescribe this medication. It’s why we’re urging people, the vast majority who have mild symptoms, not to take Tamiflu unless they are in a vulnerable category and unless their doctor recommends that it’s necessary.”
To date, 31 Australians with swine flu have died. Ms Roxon said 194 people remained in hospital with the disease, more than a third of whom were in intensive care.
She said she expected the outbreak to persist for months to come but believed the worst was almost over.

I for one will never take a vaccine, of any type made from the current drug manufacturers, not only are the virus strains used dangerous, but there will be mercury as a preservative in all of them just like the regular flu shot which still contains mercury. If you want to kill off your immune system, get alzeheimers for your brain damages from the mercury -go ahead and get the shot. You would be risking your life for a flu bug that could very well be handled by Vitamin C, Vitamin D, some natural supplements and a whole lot of washing your own hands.
Keep your kids away from kids with the flu, and you will be fine. This administration of Barack Obama has become misguided and quite frankly he has offered no change in the FDA or the NIH which is still controlled by drug shills for the drug companies. They are covering their asses with indemnity with laws that are slated towards helping drug company profits -while making people sick to death. My mother in law is a practicing physician and she says there is ABSOLUTELY NO “H1N1 FLU” THREAT, but the vaccine is probably very DEADLY. She is refusing to administer ANY type vaccines for ANY REASON because she has determined the risks FAR outweigh any possible benefits. She is not a “quack”, she was the first physician in the world to perform a half kidney transplant – she removed an adult kidney and trimmed it to fit inside a child’s abdomen and, after many years, the kidney is still functioning flawlessly. THE VACCINE COMPANIES ARE MURDERERS and THIEVES.

I started making it and it is pretty impresive stuff, and it’s super easy to make. just one of the many things i noticed was that my gumline (slightly receded) had pretty much grown back into place from swishing it around in my mouth before swallowing it. I had been unaware of this until I noticed it in the mirror one day. I had mild to moderate acne that I’ve noticed is drastically reduced.
You know what’s healthy and what’s not anyway, we all need to focus on it to show that when they do start vaccinating people who really gets sick and who doesn’t.

A person that refuses to be vaccinated can not infect a person that has been vaccinated if the vaccine is effective so there is no valid reason to make the flu shots mandatory.
The fake vaccine contains MF-59 (Squalene, potentially deadly) and Thiomersal (49% Mercury which causes brain damage and damage to the central nervous system).
They think: Since there is no good reason to make the illegal vaccine shots mandatory you must and will kill the group of army people or police that will be at our door to inject their lethal vaccine.

Just thought you guys would like to know this. I work in Thailand, one of my students works as a pharmacist dealing with the tamiflu vaccine. They have given over 200 people this injection. However what has happened is that the virus mutated. So they were sent the virus itself to work with. TAMIFLU doesn’t work it does nothing, but make the virus stronger.
