Government Biological Weapons Legislator: Anthrax Inside Job Cover Up Continuing

Says criminal elements of the government “can and will” use bio-weapons to scare and terrorize Americans when it is politically convenient

A former government biological weapons legislator appeared on the nationally syndicated Alex Jones show yesterday to discuss his detailed knowledge of the cover up of the 2001 anthrax attacks, which he is adamant were perpetrated by criminal elements of the US government in an attempt to foment a police state by killing off opposition to hardline post 9/11 legislation.
Dr Franics A. Boyle literally helped write the law with regards to terrorism, as he was responsible for drafting the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 that was passed unanimously by both Houses of Congress and signed into law by President Bush Snr.
Professor Boyle teaches international law at the University of Illinois, Champaign. He holds a Doctor of Law Magna Cum Laude as well as a Ph.D. in Political Science, both from Harvard University. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Amnesty International (1988-1992), and represented Bosnia- Herzegovina at the World Court.
In light of the latest developments with the FBI Anthrax investigation, the professor joined Alex Jones on air to re-cap the story that made waves in late 2006.
In October 2001 when the anthrax attacks took place and it was revealed that the spores were super weapons grade anthrax at one trillion spores per gram created with special electro-static treatment, Dr Boyle says it became obvious to him that there was nowhere it could have come from other than a government lab.
Dr Boyle proceeded to call a very high level official in the FBI who deals with terrorism and counter-terrorism, Spike Bowman, whom he had met at a terrorism conference at the University of Michigan Law School. Dr Boyle went through all the names, the contractors and the labs for Anthrax work with the FBI’s Bowman.
Bowman then informed Dr Boyle that the FBI was working with bio-lab Fort Detrick on the matter, to which he responded that Fort Detrick could really be the main problem.
“I told Mr Bowman in October of 2001 that the only people that had the capability to do this would be those individuals working at either United States Government labs, or private contractors and things of this nature, and it obviously seemed to me that this was U.S. government related.” the University of Illinois Professor told listeners.
It was documented at the time that the anthrax strain used was military grade. This was later widely reported in 2002 in publications such as the New Scientist.
“At that point I assumed good faith on the part of the FBI in this investigation because it had killed several people, it had shut down the United States Congress, which I think was probably the greatest political crime ever inflicted on our Republic in its history. But then I read that the FBI had authorized the destruction of the U.S. government’s Ames strain collection.” Boyle continued.
The destruction of the anthrax culture collection at Ames, IA., from which the Ft. Detrick lab got its pathogens for U.S. biowarfare programs, was blatant destruction of evidence as it meant that there was no way of finding out which strain was sent to who to develop the larger breed of anthrax used in the attacks. The trail of genetic evidence would have led directly back to a secret but officially-sponsored US government biowarfare program that was illegal and criminal.
“I knew a cover up was underway because legitimate scientific researchers could have taken that collection and used it to genetically re-construct precisely where and when and how the weapon came from. This was clearly a federal crime in its own right.” Boyle stated.

The Professor explained that the motive behind the
attacks was clear:
"I believe the first anthrax attack was designed
to ram through the PATRIOT ACT because Senators Daschle and Leahy
were holding it up and once the anthrax occurred it rammed right
through, indeed, on the renewal of the USA PATRIOT ACT, Senator
Feingold was holding it up and all of sudden out of nowhere some
white powdered substance appeared at one of the Senate office
buildings, and all of a sudden the renewal of the PATRIOT ACT
went through."
The evidence becomes more compelling when you take
into consideration the fact that the White House
was on anthrax fighting antibiotics weeks prior to the attacks.
The professor stressed that a criminal cover up
took place and that it is ongoing:
"They are still doing it today, if you read
the investigation, the press conference they heard the other day,
it does not add up, if you read the article in today’s New York
Times it does not add up, it appears that the FBI set the investigation
up by scientists in such a way that no one knew exactly what they
were doing, they could not communicate with anyone else and only
communicated with and took samples from the FBI."
"There is today in existence a stock pile of
super weapons grade anthrax that is under the control of the original
perpetrators of the anthrax attacks of October 2001 and that stock
pile can and will be used again when their masters decide it would
be politically convenient to scare and terrorize the American
people."
"They could launch another attack on us, including
Congress, the Judiciary, the media." The professor warned.
"I think what we need to do now is insist upon a full scale
Congressional investigation, not some type of presidential commission
cover up along the lines of the 9/11 report." Professor Boyle
concluded.
Dr Boyle also covered the new evidence suggesting
that Dr Ivins, the man the FBI named as the leading suspect in
their investigation two weeks ago, has been used as a patsy in
the cover up.
"Ivins is only the latest dead microbiologist."
Boyle stated, "You also have to tie into this the large numbers
of dead microbiologists that have appeared since around the summer
before these events, when the New York Times revealed the existence
of the covert anthrax weapons programs run by the CIA, and that
too is in the public record." Boyle stressed.

They will never come out and say that it was an inside job, not even if their lives depended on it. But it’s enough to know that there is a growing number of people who know the truth, we just need to keep educating & waking up the rest of the slaves.

The anthrax scare was just one on 1000’s of crimes committed by this criminal political regime. Let’s examine what started the whole thing:
The FBI, by order of the White House, had complete authority over the NTSB. The NTSB is the agency that examines plane crashes. They’re the people that collect the pieces and put them together to get an idea of what happened. They’re the people that examine the wreckage and try to get an idea if there were other circumstances that may have caused a crash…in some cases that would mean testing for explosives for example. By order of the WH and the FBI, the NTSB was NEVER allowed to examine, collect, analyze, inspect, review, verify, make statements, or give ANY opinion of scientific review of anything that happened on 911. They were ordered by the FBI to focus solely on transcripts, communications, interviews with airline employees, and radar information. Basically nothing that could be tested or verified. (Guess what happened with the information the NTSB collected….it was gathered together….and then destroyed. In some cases….right in front of the airline employees)
The reason that the NTSB has never been allowed on scene or to inspect ANY wreckage from 911 at ANY of the 4 locations…….was because nothing was ever found. Let me repeat…..to this day….not one single piece of verifiable evidence of ANY plane has ever been found at any of the 4 locations on the morning of 911. NOT ONE. The NTSB never relies on “eyewitnesses” to prove a crash. They have never relied on video to prove a crash. (Witnesses and video may help confirm the data from wreckage…but it is never used solely to prove a crash.) The only evidence used is the wreckage itself. To this day…..NO WRECKAGE FROM ANY OF THE 4 “PLANES” HAS EVER BEEN VERIFIED FROM ANY OF THE 4 LOCATIONS. How would NIST be able to explain this? Thermal expansion of the plane to make them all disappear after impact?
NIST would probably say…”well what about that engine and wheel found at an intersection right after the crash at WTC’s 1 and 2″? (Amazingly this is the same intersection where the Naudet brothers filmed the collapses of WTC’s 1 and 2…..and they never filmed the wreckage?!!!) Great….even though the photos themselves PROVE that it did not come from the same plane that was reported to have crashed…can anyone verify the items? NO….not one person has been allowed to even look at the photographed parts in person to verify them. It would be easy considering it would have an easily identifiable part number to immediately prove it came from one of the listed planes. What about the “fuselage” that was found on top of a nearby building weeks later? Great….even though the photo shows it could not have come from the type of plane that was suggested crashed….can anyone please look at it to verify it? NO….not one person outside of the WH or FBI has ever seen this piece. What about the same kind of engine that was reported at the Pentagon? NO…not one single verification has been allowed….and it never matched anyhow to the kind of plane that crashed into the Pentagon. What about Shanksville….the WH passed an executive order that says you will do prison time if you even so much as question local residents!!!!!!…..let alone look at any of the 95% of the plane that the WH claims was already collected. In other words they have 95% of the plane and it has NEVER been verified by ANYONE outside the WH or FBI.
If you are willing to disagree with the findings of this criminal regime regarding the WTC7 building…..based only on evidence…..what makes you think they are being honest about the “planes’ on 911? These criminals will lie to no ends. They will fabricate, murder, slaughter, lie, cheat, steal, destroy, bribe, intimidate, retaliate and corrupt every aspect of a life….worldwide.
There were NO PLANES on 911. The media lied. All of them. When you hear complaints about the MSM not being more open or understanding…..please keep in mind that they have ALL been complicit in EVERY regard of 911, Katrina, build up to war, and millions of other stories never told, fabricated or deleted. The media companies themselves are OWNED by companies that have made 100’s of Billions of dollars because of and directly from 911 and the false “war on terror”. GE, Westinghouse, Fox, Murdoch…..the list is endless.
Why has insurance yet to pay the airlines for the planes lost on 911? Insurance for airplanes are based solely on wreckage. No wreckage, no pay. To this date they have identified or verified not ONE PIECE of wreckage from ANY of the 4 locations on 911. Maybe this WTC 7 report is a good thing….because maybe…just maybe…..it will allow you to question WHY nothing has ever been verified regarding the reason the whole thing started….which were the planes. I was astonished that someone with
credentials like Dr. Franics A. Boyle
was clearly saying things that are
just as strong as anything that
I have ever heard Alex say.

I agree with you that there was no plane wreckage, because the plane that were used were not American Airlines or United planes. We were just made to believe that they were. They were probably government controlled planes, made to resemble commercial airlines. And false manifest were created to say that these passengers were lost, even though access to such manifest is now hard to obtain. Most witness on the radio and on T.V. in the area of the WTC said they saw a plane crash into the WTC, but it was unlike any clearly marked commercial plane or other plane they have seen before. People have reported seeing the plane registration numbers on other planes still flying today. No wrecked was identified in shawshank, PA. And the wreckage that did come up was dispersed over a good mile or so, indicating a mid-air explosion.

Rembrandt, Watch “September Clues” online to get and idea of what kinds of people were being “interviewed” on the morning of 911. Anytime Fox News came upon someone who said there was no plane and that there were explosions instead….the reporter bascically called him a liar, said it WAS DEFINATELY a plane, that there were no explosions, and immediately moved on. One interesting thing to note besides the fact that ALL the “eyewitnesses” on the phones on 911 were news and TV executives. They are now the ones being accused of having been complicit and colluded with the Bush administration to committ these crimes on 911. Something strange was that they always interviewed people with the “Able Danger” badges around their necks. This was all captured on film. On the morning of 911 thousands of military, FBI, and government agents were everywhere at ground zero preparing for a “terrorist drill” that may involve an airliner??!!!!!! And these were 99.99% of the people interviewed by “media” on the morning of 911. its all on film. (My favorite is to watch all 11 parts of September Clues though he has a new 2 part version as well.) Lots of films are now coming out since the criminals of the Bush family will hopefully be out of office soon. Do you know what Dick Cheney was doing 1 hour before the planes struck the WTC’s in NYC on the morning of 911? Find out for yourself.
Even if it were a different kind of plane…there would still be wreckage. Not one piece has been verified or tested in any way. As far as verifying the manifest list….the FBI by order of the White House has made it illegal to verify. Anyone from the airlines who talks is committing a felony. They have threatened everyone at the airlines. You say and the wreckage that did come up, even though none was in Shanksville, showed it was a mid-air collision? So you are saying there WAS debris and wreckage? Not one piece has ever been verified at any of the 4 locations. YOu can tell me you have wreckage from a trillion planes….if no one is ever allowed to verify it….then what’s the difference in having zero?

Begin by hanging them, or just shooting them but to not do anything is a clear indication that we are impotent. Incapable of doing anything and the elite know this already because they act so arrogant and so evil with regard to acting as if no one can touch them. Well, if history has taught us anything is that anyone can be gotten to. Anyone can be eliminated no matter how rich or how connected.
