“When medical insurance coverage is ordered through employment, the National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) is sent to the employer or union to enforce the requirement to enroll the employee’s dependents in a healthcare plan,” the literature states on page 7.
The booklet spells out the bureaucratic steps required if an employer does not want to be fined and possibly imprisoned for not participating in the scam by the government and insurance corporations to take over one-sixth of the economy.
In now standard color of law fashion, bureaucrats in Illinois are acting like Obamacare is a done deal and employers have to respond accordingly.

I hate to say it but it looks like the Infowars guys missed something on this one. This pamphlet is all about instructions for employers regarding witholdings in regard to child support. The national medical support notice is a notice to employers that their employee is required to provide insurance as part of a child support agreement.
There isn’t a thing in this that has to do with Obamacare.
I’m right here with you guys 99% of the time, but this one deserves a retraction.

I work for a succesful small buisiness. My employer offers FREE healthcare benefits, FREE, and I refuse it. This is silly I know, but I practice what I preach, I know the healthcare industry is full of s---, so I would not go to them to get healthy. I have my own views on healthcare, and while not the healthiest 30 something, I at least have a better idea of how to improve my health then a doc would. These are my BELIEFS, not recommendations.
I do believe in the profesionals for two things: Surgery (if life saving). and Antibiotics (when infected and losing the battle). I will get the surgery out of pocket, of course I won’t pay for it later, why the hell would I? Ok, maybe $5 a month or whatever. Antibiotics? $50 off-the-street visit and a $25 prescription, so that is covered.
The idea I might be forced against my BELIEFS to get healthcare is infuriating. I might be a minority of one with my particular view, but it does effect me spiritually, so I have a stronger then most stance against this.

I hope you all have success in retaining what rights the founding fathers fought and died for. I am old and not willing to risk the lives and welfare of my family, so we are leaving the United States of Amerika. It reminds me of how the city officials did the same thing here in Portland, OR when they had everyone vote on extending the LightRail project from the Gateway district out to the airport. Everyone voted it down but when they installed the I-205 freeway back in the early 80’s they already created the path for the LightRail. They ignored the voters and put it in anyway.

Its purpose is to ensure that children receive health care coverage, when it’s available and required as part of a child support order, and to simplify the work required of employers and Health Plan Administrators (HPA’s) by providing standardized forms nationwide by all child support agencies, for health care coverage.
