It said most parents would be exempted but those who babysit for more than two hours at a time, or more than 14 days per year, should be registered.
The “reward” could be money or free baby-sitting in return, it said.
It comes after Ofsted told two police women to end an arrangement to care for each other’s children.
According to the Mail on Sunday, Ofsted told two detective constables, Leanne Shepherd, from Milton Keynes, and Lucy Jarrett, from Buckingham, to end their arrangement.

bull s…i come from uk, and everybody is bieng treated as a future pedephile, just saw a advert for fostering children on back of a bus,as they now cannot find people to take on this work, also if people are forced to put their children into nursury,they are forced to eat food they do not want,ie could be full of crap, also nursuries are expensive,and most abuse takes place in the nursuries, women have been looking after eachothers children for thousands of years, mothers ,most of them,are intelligent enough, to make their own decisions, this is like home schooling, which they do not like, if parents are obviously terrible parents fair enough..
as for dogs ect, its nothing to do with it.

amen. im in the us and there is now starting more of a campaign (social psychological operation) against homeschooling. i recently got married and i want to have a homebirth and homeschool my babies and my sister in law thinks im gonna ruin my kids life by having them at home and that women should be sterilized after 1 or 2 kids. its nuts here people beg to have their freedom taken away and they want yours taken away too. good luck in the uk and hopefully the us can stand up and stop going along with this crap!

Interestingly you have a point. If you now need a licence to do something then those without a licence are nolonger allowed to do the thing.
You can then give the person holding the licence additional powers that normal people never had. When the licenced people start demanding additional powers to do their job badly then they will be granted them.
In the UK parking attendants became Civil Enforcement Officers and they dress much like police. They have agreed to help the police in their duties in return the police have agreed to attend any emmergancy calls from them promptly.
Hang on a minute, don’t I as an ordinary citizen get that service from the police?
Traffic Wardens now rank above me in the eyes of the police?
So following on, any person with a government issued licence is above me in the eyes of the police. They are also now an extenssion of the police.
Doctors have to report bullet wounds to the police. They now have to report knife wounds, even if a child cut themselves with their pocket knife.

I just read that Holdren book to make sure that it wasn’t being over hyped. its not. it calls for licenses not just to be a babysitter but to have children at all! I gave a presentation on it in one of my classes and woke up a few of the sheeple a little but some thought i was being “one-sided” others kinda woke up but still would never do anything to stop it. its really like people are in some kind of daydream fogheadedness where they cant understand the gravity of the reality we are in.. god help us

Don’t eat Warburtons or any main brands, full of Soya Flour, very good for male breast enlargement.

yes! very good advice. im at a university in the us and i would say about 75 or more % of the men are total women. they have no real manliness left. they are weak, skinny, docile, and submit to women. its sad. there is obviously effort chemically and socially to emasculate men and masculinize women. good advice with the supplements and weightlifting. also testosterone cycles would be good but only if you understand how to use it properly. u can go to doctors for hormone replacement because a lot of men are low on test.

400g(half loaf) is no more than 75p no matter where you go. 800g(full loaf) is anything from 100p when on a deal to no more than 145p when regularly priced. yes, a half loaf per gram may cost more..but its the same with milk/other foods, the bigger the amount purchased the cheaper it is.
dont try and hype something that just about everyone else knows is rubbish…apart from making you look idiotic, it also questions your credibility.

Im in England for a year, and I laugh at the DUMB rules and mindset of the Brits. Cops Dont have guns, they even shortened their batons to about 8 inches, which seems almost useless. They worship Obama which is expected I guess, and they know NOTHING about politics, which many of them have told me straight up that most Brits dont care of politics and it shows. That is why the UK is a weak nation. The only thing on their side is that they are a nuclear country, England that is. They even banned people from owning air rifles, I mean COME ON! If this is an issue of proffessional conduct then that thats an issue for the Police Authority resposbile for their staff. I totally agree with the State intervening in this case. I also have no sympathy regarding the parents. For decades the State has infiltrated and divided the FAMILY unit. It all went crazy when there were 1 or two pedofile cases in the UK and the media blew them up so big that now everyone believes all adults are out to get kids. Absolutely stupid sensationalism by the media has turned the UK into a country where all adults are suspected guilty of kiddy-fiddling before being proven guilty, and adults can’t even help a kid in fear that they get branded a pedofile. The additional legislation is just an extention or reaction to this I am quite sure. Now teachers and anyone working with kids have to be tested.
I’m not condoning pedofilia, and yes there are some sick sick people out there, but only a very very few and I doubt this is unproportional to other countries.
As well the people are so stupid in the UK. I know I live here. It’s pretty much true, they watch far too much TV (all kinds of useless shit like Pop-Idol and that dancing program where celebrities learn a dance and perform, not to mention the mainstream media) and they believe everything that the TV tells them. It’s very like the US in fact.
Yes we are a nation of drunkards and trust me English people don’t know anything about anything, it’s all mindless babble which can be entertaining but you can’t have a serious conversation with anyone. Ok maybe some more wealthy types but even then it’s skewed. Funnily enough some liberal more upper-class types have some idea of what is happening in the world, but the rich more upper-class conservatives generally are following the status quo (mainsteam media lies) either willingly for their own gain, or unwillingly which makes them incredibly naive and ignorant.

No one is obligated to register ANYTHING. The word they use is “MUST” which tricks everyone into believing they have to. Black’s Law dictionary however says that the word “MUST” is synonymous with the word “MAY” meaning you have a choice! Once you “register” anything, you abandon ownership of it to the State and give them authority over you. Don’t be deceived.
