Government Scientists Propose “Geo-Engineering” Earth’s Upper Atmosphere

Research tied to increasing reports of chemtrails over past 10 years?

Government scientists have been experimenting with the feasibility of bombarding the Earth’s upper atmosphere with microscopic glass particles to dampen the effects of “global warming,” despite warnings that the process could damage the ozone layer. Are admissions of government research into altering the earth’s atmosphere tied to increasing reports of chemtrail spraying over the past 10 years?
According to documents obtained by Cybercast News Service under the Freedom of Information Act, “Scientists at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C., are conducting limited tests and developing computer models of what might happen if a huge amount of particulate matter is shot into the stratosphere.”
“The particles, consisting of a very fine and special form of glass – “porous-walled glass microspheres” – would be able to absorb a certain amount of carbon dioxide, and would reflect sunlight away from the Earth,” states the article.
The project, which began last year and ends on April 30, is closely tied to an idea by Nobel Prize winner Paul Crutzen, who “proposed sending aircraft 747s to dump huge quantities of sulfur particles into the far-reaches of the stratosphere to cool down the atmosphere.”

Tom Wigley, a scientist with the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colo., told Cybercast News Service that research into injecting aerosols into the upper atmosphere, referred to as “geo-engineering,” has been ongoing.
“Geo-engineering is the intentional large-scale intervention into the environment to counteract anthropogenic (our human-caused) climate change,” Wigley said.
Fred Singer, president of the Science Environmental Policy Project and a skeptic of man-made global warming theories, said unwanted side-effects could occur if the proposals were tested on a large scale.
“If you do this on a continuous basis, you would depress the ozone layer and cause all kinds of other problems that people would rather avoid,” Singer told Cybercast News Service .
Patrick Michaels, a research professor of environmental sciences at the University of Virginia, said that the “geo-engineering” proposals stem from research by, “Soviet scientists in the 1970s, who were trying to change the climate over Northern Russia and reverse the flow of certain rivers.”
Reports of chemtrails, jet plumes emitted from planes that hang in the air for hours and do not dissipate, have increased over the last 10 years. Many have speculated that they are part of a government program to alter climate, inoculate humans against certain pathogens, or even to toxify humans as part of a population reduction agenda.
Earlier this year, KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature.

The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a “hallmark of chemtrails.” KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or “more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.” The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality confirmed that the high levels of Barium were “very unusual,” but commented that “proving the source was a whole other matter” in its discussion with KSLA.
KSLA also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body. Ryan commented that “short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood pressure problems.” The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance, would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails.
KSLA also put aerosolized-chemical testing in its historical context, citing a voluminous number of unclassified tests exposed in 1977 Senate hearings. The tests included experimenting with biochemical compounds on the public. KSLA reports that “239 populated areas were contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969.”

I live in the Ocala Nat. Forest in central FL an area that until 04 was a no fly zone now every morning you can see these chim trails.Also I live about 300 yards from a large lake since 05 we don,t hear the crikets at night anymore or the rain frogs that were around all the time also the birds seem to have thinned out?I don,t know what they are spraying but these thing last for hours at a time ?

I live in New Zealand, and every 1-2 weeks I see what I believe is a chemtrail. The trails go from horizon to horizon but they never last longer than one hour. Is this normal? I thought they lasted longer. I only seem to see them one at a time. Regular contrails perhaps?

You know…..this is a no-brainer; you can’t find better ways to spend money ? Let’s see, if you spray glass particulates it insulates the earth as well as reflect the infrared energy. Besides, how many square miles can they cover ? It won’t be a nit on a nit’s ass ! I have been sick and disabled for over 2 years ever since my area was chem-sprayed daily for an 8 month period beginning at the end of 2005. I have all kinds of health problems and seen about a dozen doctors. I have all the symptoms of Morgellons except for the lesions.

They’re more into retroactive birth control, I think. Ours was one of the cities where chemical, biological, and radioactive agents were tested in th 1950’s and 1960’s. Cancer rates are high, autism is 3-4 times higher here, as is MS and other diseases. And now we get to inhale ground glass–who needs to do coke to screw up their sinuses?

Why not use a real Chemtrail aircraft in your article instead of showing a firefighting aircraft? The plane in your picture is a 747 modified to drop fire retardant, foam or water on wildland fires.
The plane is however owned by Evergreen International which has historic ties with the CIA in Vietnam, Central America and other places around the world.
I worked for the US government for 34 years as a wildland firefighter because I love this country, wanted to do something to help people and it was a great job full of adventure.
I know most people don’t know the difference or can as Alex says “find the US on a map” but I would think that you could do better than this. Don’t paint all air drops with the same brush I personally knew air tanker pilots who gave their lives in the service of this nation.

Started seeing Chemmies in 2000. Only noticed them because I am an Aviation Nut (pun intended) and have loved anything that flies, or even briefly leaves the ground, since before I could walk.
It is so incredibly reassuring that other people are seeing this. A CONtrail is water vapor that quickly evaporates (30 sec to 2 minutes, and 2 minutes would be EXCEPTIONALLY long). I’ve seen chems persist for HOURS.
The evidence, as they say, is incontrovertible. It’s almost not worth discussing here, except we need to know it in order to speak about it to the uninformed.
Dispersal systems is also a dead discussion, i.e. “Well if they’re doing it, why aren’t there spraying systems on the airplanes?”
There are. They are called engines. When you pull your car up to the pump, ever wonder how there could be LEAD in gasoline? Wouldn’t it get stuck in the pistons?
Nope. It’s too small. Now think of a turbine engine. No pistons, no valves, just air combustion. You could put damn near any metallic element into that fuel that you wanted, it would still work fine.
Now think about who supplies ALL of the jet fuel FOR THE ENTIRE WORLD.
Less than a handful of Oil Companies, who, by the way, have made record profits while economies fail.
Do I know who? Nope (well, sort of). Do I know why? Not really, but judging from the track record, it’s probably not for the Good of Mankind. Do I know how? You bet.

scientists are more than capable of creating cures, the problem is that, the scientists are employed by money hungry satanists who have no intrest in cures as there is no money in it, once a disease is cured thats it, no more money coming in, but if they can keep the disease around but produce drugs that will hold it temporarily at bay, then they have a continueus flow of money comming in, there have been numerous counts of scientists being close to developing cures only to be ordered to ceas their activities, and work in a different direction by the owners of the company, plus they are silenced by confidentiality contracts that forbid them divulging company information. its all sick!, the people in power are sick in the head.

Well guys, time to do something. Anyone with a video camera and a fast inet connection needs to be filming and exposing. Start your own sites using “DRUPAL” and get a domain name (Even I have!). Or do a blog.
Another thing is informing people in real life. Get a copy of Endgame in high quality (Either buy it or get the online thingy) and burn copies and hand them out on the street (Alex Jones says he doesn’t care if you pirate his stuff. But be sure to buy at least 1 legit copy to show your support).
Also, print stuff out (Black and white brochures about various issues – but keep them realistic. RFID, 9/11 and the war on iraq are good common knowledge issues). Don’t have a printer? Then go to your local library!
Anyone else here plan on doing any activism? I sure as hell do. Lets stop assing around on forums – lets get out there and make a difference. If anyone else is as pissed off, motivated and as unstoppable as I am, then go to my site and we can talk about plans.

Once again we see something that our government is doing and we are powerless to do anything about it. It is this type of secrecy in government that allows these exact type of secret agendas to exist and develop into what the New World Order desires to accomplish. I just want to say i dont think that photo with the plane spraying is actually chemicals, it looks to be a water dropping fire suppression plane, i think i can see forest fire smoke. I am not knocking tis story it is true our government and private businesses are spraying us with many harmful, deadly, and sadistic chemicals to the dumbed down general population. I am a amateur chemtrail photo buff, and have been trying to wake up as many people as possible, one friend actually did a school project on chemtrails.

With all the many photos of chemtrails and planes creating them, you’d think Infowars could at least use one of them, instead of a “smoke jumper” plane used to extinguish forest fires.
But, getting to the topic, either these “scientists” referred to are clueless to the fact that “global warming” is a hoax, or they know every well it is and are part of an effort to “create” something that resembles global warming effects. All this concentration on manipulating the world’s atmosphere and weather should be a huge tip-off to everyone on the planet that they are trying to create the “problem” that they will then offer their “solution” to. Once they have succeeded in creating catastrophic weather conditions around the world (actually, they’ve probably already done this, including in the Gulf of Mexico in 2005), all they have to do to effect the solution is create a global government that will then simply stop screwing up the atmosphere and allow the earth to fix the problem naturally. But, first, they have to establish their global government, as that’s the whole reason for all this “global warming” nonsense, in the first place. The scary part is that, in pursuing this agenda, they may cause some irreversible damage – not only to the world’s climate, but to the world’s population, as well. But then, that wouldn’t bother them at all, since the next agenda is wiping out most of humanity.

chemtrails…………thet sprayed today 4/13/2008 started at appox 0800 hours over the phoenix arizona area continued until a cloud had formed albeit thin to attempt to block the sun….”they ” spray here at a minimum of three times a week …….some say “contrails” but i have never seen a contrail go from horizon to horizon…….also marana arizona is one of the bases for these modified jets …………tough to really say …..but i have noticed increased respritory emergency room and walk in clinics when the spraying occurs……also a significant increase in the amount of static electricity in the air at ground level after the “spray stream” has spread…….

I remember about a couple years back ago living in Maryland. I saw a news report on children and elderly getting weird respiratory problems. They had yellowish whitish colored dusts and some researchers actually did a sample testing on them and it was said that those compounds were in the air and caused the weak, like children and elderly to get affected by these compounds in the air.
Plus, living next to Fort Detrick wasn’t too fun… we can smell the burning of tested animals in the air on a regular basis. Gee.. I wonder why people get sick with all these unknown things.. especially when the government is researching on biochemical weaponry. It is also said that the anthrax attacks back in 2001 after 9/11 was from the same research facility, investigators have traced that particular strain of anthrax to have a specific genetic encoding tracing it back to where… *drum roll* the CDC … government research facility.

For 10 years I have been telling people about chem/aerosol trails and have been either told “I’ve gone round the bend” or that there’s “nothing unusual” about them.
After awhile I either delete these people from my address book or from my consciousness … or both.

I’ve already put two near my bird feeders and there’s always birds and squirrels around. They love the energy. Plus, I have one near my bed and sleep soundly and wake up refreshed every morning. I’m planning to make more and spread them around the city.

The Chemtrails over Kansas and Missouri are like grid patterns. They don’t even try to disguise
them! It’s like tic-tac-toe, three in a row or BIG X’s marking the spot! I have written my congresspeople and they deny it. Either they are clueless or they are liars or they believe what the US AirForce says. They say it is just contrails and they react different at different altitudes!

So, I see tons of these trails over Las Vegas. It looks like they take Saturdays off, but I’ve even seen a few on weekends. However, the number of trails is inconsistent. We saw them fill the sky one day. Thank God for the wind.
But what can I do? How do I use the Freedom of Information Act to find out what the h**l they are spraying on my children? I’m a believer.

Gambling………with LIFE…! This saddens me that all are fussing over the facts…the fact is all you have to do is look up..! We have to try and live in this world together and life does not belong to just a few. This trend shouldn’t be happening in the first place…the only one’s this profits are the chemical co.’s and the plane owners…but not Life.
