A bill before the Legislature that would make changes to the state’s September 11 Memorial faces a tough sale when it comes to Governor Napolitano.
The governor says it’s going to take a lot of convincing to get her to believe that the Legislature can do a better job than a gubernatorial commission considering changes to the memorial in the face of criticism.
