H.R. 645 and The FEMA Concentration Camps

Throughout the 20th Century, mankind’s governments have sought to gain control over their populations with food, water, bio-warfare, guns, tanks, militarized death squads, militarized police, propaganda, mis-information, entertainment, and the good old original lie. The United States and the West are no different than the “third world” banana republics and dictators; its just the methods the western democracies use have been refined through trial and error. The lies become bigger and the controlled corporate media outlets push the big lie so people end up believing anything the mainstream news endorses. Point of fact – alternative news media or sources are not generally believed by the public until the story breaks on a major news outlet. Enter the FEMA Camps.

Well, in order to understand the subject, we must define a few terms. What indeed is a “camp” ? People have popularized conceptions of Dachau or Ashuwitz, gas chambers, ovens and guard towers with jackbooted thugs patrolling and killing indiscriminantly. Is that really what a FEMA camp is or would be like?
Dictionary.com defines the word camp as a place where an army or other group of persons or an individual is lodged in a tent or tents or other temporary shelter. Dictionary.com goes on to define the word concentration as a state of concentrated. To be precise, the same Website defined the term concentrated as cluster or gather together closely. From these definitions, I will deduce that a concentration camp is defined as a camp where facilities permanent or temporary, provide the means of clustering or gathering together closely persons or soldiers.
Now that we have gone through the terms of subject matter and expanded our minds, lets look briefly at some past concentration camps in American history. First that comes to mind is the popular POW camp Andersonville during the War Between the States which was commanded by Confederate forces for the internment or concentration of Federal troops. The Federal or Union side of the conflict had its many concentration camps as well. Second is the many Native American Indian reservations set up by the Federal Government after the War Between the States as a means of controlling the nomadic Indians of the Midwestern and Southwestern regions of the United States. The “reservation” as it is still called was a piece of land reserved for the Indians by the Federal government while the US government endorsed the expansion of its citizens upon traditional Indian lands. Tensions boiled over as Federal troops would consistently come onto the reservations or concentration lands and interfere with the rituals and traditions of the Native Americans. Sometimes this conflict would lead to an all out war between the Indian tribes being concentrated on the reservations. Third, during World War 2, the United States government, fearing a threat from within from its Asian communities, collected, processed and interned or concentrated AMERICAN CITIZENS of Japanese descent in camps for the duration of the War. Can one truly argue that these events did not take place?

Enter H.R. 645. The National Emergency Centers Establishment Act was submitted by Democrat Alcee L Hastings of Florida. The bill calls for Homeland Security to use KBR, a subdivision of Haliburton, to create no fewer than six national facilities for the concentration of civilian internees on military installations.
Enter Field Manual 3-19-40 Military Police Internment / Resettlement Field Operations. This field manual is the basis of operations for the handling of all forms people in all situations. From the definitions section of Chapter 1, we can be labeled a CIVILIAN INTERNEE which as the manual defines is:
“CIVILIAN INTERNEE 1-7. A CI is a person who is interned during armed conflict or occupation if he is considered a security risk or if he needs protection because he committed an offense (insurgent, criminal) against the detaining power. A CI is protected according to the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War (GC), 12 August 1949.”
The above definition is very broad. It fails to identify the “detaining power” (Can you say UN Forces deployed to US in the advent of Civil Unrest?) It also states that the “civilian internee” needs “protection” because he committed an “offense” - who makes these laws of what an “offense” is? A military commander? An international treaty organization such as the UN or NATO? A Global World Government? Below is an example of a mid-level internment camp for the field of operations of the United States military.
CORPS HOLDING AREAS 3-55. A CHA (Figure 3-4) can hold more captives for longer periods of times than a central CP. Depending on the availability of MP units to establish I/R facilities, corps MP units must be prepared to hold captives at the CHA more than 72 hours. If the CHA keeps captives more than 72 hours, MP must plan and coordinate for the increased logistics and personnel required to operate a long-term facility. The decision to hold captives longer is based on METT-TC and the availability of forces. Captives remain in the CHA until they are evacuated to an I/R facility or until hostilities end.

Enter the REX 84 Program: A plan for the continuity of Government in which dissidents would be rounded up and processed during the event of civil unrest in the United States. Fox New’s beloved Oliver North was involved in the planning of this operation. Representative of Oregon Democrat Peter DeFazio of the 4th District had this to say about the REX 84 Program during September of 2008 when the Stock Market crashed.
Ladies and Gentlemen, there is a plan that is in place to be executed by the Federals to lock down the cities and towns across our land and to begin gun confiscation. There is a plan to deal with mass quarantining of the population and its subsequent internment and suspension of the Constitutional rights of Citizens. Now that you know, you can plan with this in mind when a “national emergency” is declared and some group of unscrupulous people seek to gain total control over the population or portions of political dissidents – you now know what power the Federals will not hesitate to utilize for their insidious ends.
I will end my presentation with a quote from a speech that everyone knows. The “give me liberty” speech by Patrick Henry. What is not well known is is down to earth way of looking at the colonists situation:

Is there a chance that they use “martial law” as the “terror warning” tool they used before? Is this just a control method for the “awake people”? Ever since I woke up I’ve been hearing that they will call martial law, before I was awake I would always hear about the terror level. Are they not just the same thing for the two different groups? We all know that they control the terror attacks and the threat level, likewise they are in total control of the threat of martial law and of the provocateurs that would stir things up so they call martial law.

I will not waste time arguing with you Fema Guard, I will simply make a statement.

OK, I am at my city council meeting in a crowd of the usual corporate slugs and I address the issue of mandatory vaccinations, false flag events, FEMA camps and the like. Apart from raising the issues, nothing will come of it. I agree the citizens’ only venue for effective political action is their state and local governments, but that all depends on where you live.
I live in Minneapolis, maybe you live somewhere with people and representatives who are at least open to thinking about these problems. Most places are not yet ready.
You are right, though, in saying there is too much fear. We all have to keep cool and SMART.

FEMA Guard, I agree with you in that people need to get involved in their government. But that is not the end all solution. The system is controlled and corrupt in general. Those that don’t tow the line are usually shut out or demonized by the media, even down to the local level. Some good representatives of the people do get through, but it doesn’t seem too common anymore. I’m not saying that we should give up participating in government, but I am saying that it shouldn’t be our only focus.
Discussion of FEMA camps and martial law is valid. It is good to be prepared for things that may come, is it not? Read the laws being proposed and those passed in the US. Read the terrorist identification policies some states are creating. Those are duties of anyone participating in their government, are they not?
Looking at the bigger picture, these laws make the definition of a terrorist more vague than before. The policy documents basically tell law enforcement that people expressing dissenting views in a peaceful manner are terrorist suspects. By the newer laws, anyone who is a suspected terrorist can have most their rights taken from them. A right we’ve had for over 200 years (the First Amendment) is getting to be illegal in the case you disagree with government. When the government says 2+2=5, do you tow the new line? Or do you become a suspected terrorist by protesting that 2+2=4?
The more people exercise their rights, the harder it’s going to be for the government and main stream media to demonize us and our rights. That takes a more informed population.
Attacking people who may spend more than 4 hours at their computers is meaningless. Discussion of various topics here onlne, in person, and on the radio all help to get people informed. If I wake up or inform so much as one person through an online post or in person conversation, it’s a step closer to an informed society. The means through which the ideas are expressed doesn’t matter. Each of us does our part in our own ways.

It’s not ignoring. It’s comparing one to the other. Alex Jones and most of his contributors make a lot more hits than misses. That still doesn’t mean I take whatever he says to be true. I research topics he brings up. If it’s a hit, it’s a hit. If it’s a miss, it’s a miss. If the misses outweigh the hits, then I’ll switch to something better. That said I get topics off other sources that have more hits than misses, not just AJ’s material.

Show us the national map of all these camps. You can’t can you? Their locations please from Google map and national road maps. Include all rail lines and highways to be used to get millions to these camps in a peaceful manner. Show us the trucks and rail cars…don’t just talk. This FEMA concentration camp set up is a cheap threat. Just like Hollow-Wood. Spend millions on a threat by building camps to house a people that it is not possible to round up. There is enough evidence to show that the concentration camps are rea and spread out throughout America. People have even filmed such things and made videos available. Adverts offering jobs in these camps have also been publishedl. Do your own research online instead of expecting others to do it for your lazy ass! While I was in the USMC I built half a dozen of these camps in foreign nations. In Palawan in the Philippines we built one of these for Vietnamese “refugees”. Since the government of the P. I. doesn’t want these people in their country, they were put in camps. They are probably still there, decades later.
You do not want to see “life” in a refugee camp, much less a prison camp. There is no difference between refugee camps and prison camps when it comes right down to it.
In every camp, a criminal organization takes form. Leading it is the biggest King Rat, a Godfather, if you will. He controls everything. Whether you eat chow at the chow hall, whether you get your hygiene supplies, your water, where you sleep and who you have sex with. Total control. And he is always allowed to rule the camp by the authorities in charge. He is their little special friend, because he plays by their rules.
Women with weak husbands, children with weak fathers- they fare the worse in these places. Teenage girls are prostituted by the King Rat. If there are homosexuals in the populace, teenage boys will be working out of King Rat’s brothel too. If your husband gets into debt with King Rat, and he will, King Rat will turn you out for someone’s three square meals. That is how it is done in UN run “refugee camps”, and you will find out, it is how it will be done in FEMA camps.
King Rat controls everyone. And King Rat will pick on you if the guards tell him to. Get used to the idea of being a total slave, every orifice of your body, every “guaranteed right” to a dry bed and three meals a day and soap and the basic necessities. These rights are not going to be yours, they are the property of the criminal in power, to take away or to allow as he decides.
You think the Government’s taxation is bad. Your taxation in a camp will be total. You will be nothing but an abused and debased carcass. King Rats call the women and children in such camps “wet fkmeat”.
When the supplies get tossed off the UN trucks at these camps, people fight to get a “sack, individual issue, toiletries, etc.”, and they fight over a bag of rotten corn or flour. When they get the sack and run to their tent, they come around a corner and one of King Rat’s men will grab the bag.
I saw this same exact situation in several different countries. The P.I., Somalia, Thailand and Indonesia. The camps are always the same. Always the same. Always the same. It is the way of the U.N., and the USA is the King of the UN, everywhere, everytime. Wake up now. It really is time to wake up people.

What happened in New Orleans in the Foot Ball stadium? People were trapped in there and at the mercy of the criminals, the people were disarmed by the government forces so they could not defend themselves. If you think that FEMA will go to the trouble to build these camps and not use them, you may as well bury your head back in the sand. From what i have seen there are 2 types of camps . holding areas and death camps. The death camps look to be designed on the same principle as the Nazi death camps like Belson and Auschwitz. You have the railway line that runs along side of the camp that will transport people there from the holding areas, inside of the camp you have 3 big furnace incinerators built into the end of a large building, the only difference that i can see is that there is no accommodation areas, that makes me think that people will be processed very quickly, so don’t dother to take a large suitcase and don’t expect a final meal. EVO, IF you have a family, wife children granchildren parents brothers sisters, and the thought of them being thrown into an incinerator (alive maybe ) hurts you, then get your f---ING head out of the sand.!!!!

Even though I have advanced medical training, you cannot put enough value on a good doctor, especially if he is a surgeon. You talk like you hold it against someone who invested an incredible amount of time and money to get to the level of expertise that demands that amount of pay. I have a very difficult time believing you.
I worked in the belly of the beast, and a lot of people I thought were good people ended up becoming psychopathic operators with Blackwater. People who have access to great technology will defect to the rebels side. Look at all the great military commanders that went to the South during the Civil War. One nuclear sub commander or even officer can take over the ship, act independantly and hold the world hostage. That’s all it takes. If the US were engulfed in a civil war we would suddenly have access to illegal firearms, anti-tank weapons, and anti-aircraft weapons. Look at Yugoslavia, the middle east, South America. Well, you have to think about the fact that they want the world population under 500,000,000 according to the Georgia Guidestones. As far as gas/oil and tobacco, those will be done away with eventually. We’ve had the technology to use Hydrogen Powered Engines for quite some time and the Anti-Smoking campaign has been going on for sometime as well. And as far as the rest of consumerism goes, it will boom again. Think about it, people will be able to afford more, more jobs will be readily available. It’s designed to be their Utopia. They (meaning the elites which I would also guess to be in the top 5% of the end population) would set up a type of hierarchy where we (anyone who continues to have to do service type jobs) would work as their slaves.
In other words, same system as right now… just less people.

I too have wondered this very thing. If 80% of the world’s population is exterminated who will do the labor that is needed to maintain an industrial base around the world? Who also will make up the consumer class that is required to maintain this need for manufacturing, etc. of goods world wide. For these I have only vague ideas but no concrete answers. Two scenarios seem plausible as the only real options for those that control the levers of commerce of the world. One is to make sure a numerical base is maintained to achieve exactly what you allude to; that we keep a consumer based world with manufacturing and industry. What that number is that’s needed to attain that I don’t know. Hundreds of millions at least. Second is that the powers that be (the small number of controllers of finance and industry worldwide) see the upwelling of resentment of the people around the world against their control and see the end of their establishment is very near. In order to keep “what is theirs” they have to impose a severe crack down on liberty, etc. worldwide or it doesn’t work at all for them. To this end a mass culling of the population will serve the need. They already have enough money as money becomes obsolete in this scenario. What is needed in this plan is fewer numbers of resistors who can be forced into labor (i.e., no payroll, health ins., etc. needed) to maintain the manufacture of goods, etc. Caviar will still be farmed, private planes will be built, gold-plated toilet seats will still be produced…all at gunpoint by slave labor essentially. Lavish compounds for vacations manicured, whole swaths of land owned outright, entire mines of minerals, etc., etc. Far flung? Perhaps. But these are the two that seem to make the most sense for those in control to MAINTAIN that control for the future. It is up to each of us to upset that plan in whatever small way we can. We don’t have to move the boulder individually, we just have to push against it as a whole.

Not too much is known about the communist takeover in Russia. You might try the book by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. One thing they do is hammer on the idea that there was something wrong with the abductees. “Don’t worry, it’s just Them, and nothing will happen to You if you behave”.
Another thing they do is to restrict any news of the camps. Complete media blackout. That way, the citizens can say later that they didn’t know it was happening.

Thanks, that one has been on my list since I started listening to Alex. But Alex says all the time the only part from the book one really needs to know.
To attack them when they come from you early on, from the beginning, don’t wait, once you are in the camps you would give anything to have that chance again to beat them with a hammer at least before they take you away.
But here is why I think reading of that book is mostly a waste of time…
That time period is over. They can’t keep secrets today like they could back then. With hand held walkie talkies you can buy for $20, and police band scanners for $50, we have twitter and pirate radio, real radio, the net, etc to use as tools to fight them and spread the word.
It won’t be the same, not to mention we, unlike the Russian peasants, are ARMED to the teeth. They might be able to take a few singles away, but once word gets out, it won’t be safe for mailmen to deliver letters or gas men to check meters.
People will start killing anything that looks like a government thug on sight.
This is why I implore the police to get on the right side of this. Do you want to be the cop who steps up to the front door of a house for a misdemeanor warrant for unpaid traffic tickets after the citizenry knows they are taking people away to death camps?

Thats a good point Bob. I worked for the Government. I was in Special Forces for 10 years. And you are correct, most do not think about such things as you have addressed. And they should. It is far easier than most Government employees give credit, to do the very things in which you have stated.
However, I can tell you this much, there are many people within the Government who are common, everyday people, and are good people. I think when all of this does go down, many of you are going to be surprised. A wild card is in the deck. And that wild card is the many people within Government that are there for one reason, and one reason only. The keep watch, and to prevent such things from occurring.
That is one reason I myself stayed in SF for so long, specifically HML/ A – 269, Det. B.
At the end of my carrier, I began to see some very disturbing things taking place within the Pentagon, as well as all Chains of Command. So, I stayed on. You would be surprised Sir, how many people in Government, are there for that very reason. Look at Ron Paul for instance. He is a small Minority. He has not waviered all these years, despite the lack of progress in regards to his ideals and aims(until now of course), and Im sure more than once he has been threatened, as I have for being vocal. So why does the man continue doing what he is doing, and not just go into Medicine full time?
Its because we all have taken an Oath, and we know that if we leave our posts, then someone else whom does not hold these Principles will take our places. There are even a few Generals still left who are there for one reason and one reason only. To prevent; or try to prevent, what is coming by not issuing orders. If a lower level Soldier denies orders, that is not much in the grand scheme of things, however is a 3 star General does not follow orders, then many men below him will not follow orders as well. Taking more steam out of the overall plan of the controllers.
You have to remember something Sir. That everything is very complex today within the Government. These are very complex issues that are ALL double sided in its complexity. Making sense of things from within the inside is not as easy as you all make it out to be. In fact, we are used to dealing with double scenarios and double agents.
That is one things that is very frusterating about the Freedom Movement, you all think its so black and white, when in fact it is very far from that. Its very hard to convey this truth to someone who has never been or seen the entire mechanism for themselves.
But we try, and do what we can, never leaving our posts. And then there is the ‘fog of war’. This is not just the physical fog of war, but there is a mental and psychological component to it as well out of theater. I would say that the worst of it is out of theater, and in peace time.
As far as law enforcement is concerned? Well, to some extent the same implies, but to much extent it does not. That is an all together different context. Every branch, department, etc, is different is nature.
In a nut shell, this is one HUGE cloak and dagger. But know this, within Government agencies, agencies that all should be concerned about there are starting to appear many anomalies that are finally being picked up on. In code charts, operating protocols, etc. I dont need to go into detail, but everything is so compartmentalized that it is very very difficult to ascertain the broad spectrum picture. But it is taking place, within ALL levels, and chains of command, and operations.
But the best thing that we can do at this moment is hold our post, and lay low. Blowing our cover is the last thing that will be beneficial to our Country at this time. Remember, “cautious as serpents.”
Im telling you, there are many surprises in the future, very soon, and not for the worst, if everything can just hold its course for the time being, and we are not smoked out. The real war that is going on ‘right now’ is not against you, but against the people in the system who will stand up for right, because if they can remove people who are still loyal to this Country from within the system, then they can have full reign with their evil intents unabridged.
So have faith, and patience. I know this is hard, trust me. Its very difficult. Just hang it there a little bit more, strange things are about to occur, strange indeed…….

I am aware of this information, thank you though. Many people I know are aware of it. The problem is authenticating it. I dont doubt their existence, only the source of what is being projected for us to know. I have had some experiences in my life, both in everyday life, and on the ‘job’. However, the source in this context is still unknown. Many think Blue beam was a counter. However, WE DO HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY to project blue beam, no doubt in my mind.
I have not read carefully the information on your site, just replying to the topic. But I will look it over in detail when I have more time. And once I have done that I will pass on pertinent information to others I know, if it is timely.
Personally I think its a distraction, but on the same token, there are some very interesting phenomenon taking place within the subject.
One thing to consider is why do they let this information surface in the first place? There is other information just as interesting that has never seen the light of day, that I know is a FACT. But as with this topic, these facts still make you wonder where the information and source is coming from to begin with. And these arent even the ‘high res images’. lol. You should see the high res images that come off the sats that are ‘outward looking’.
And by the way, Mars has vegetation on the surface. Of course, Government imaging programs make photo shop look like DOS. So are they authentic or not?

I like your attitude and plan for the most part. However, they’ve got plenty of ways to try and get their mission accomplished.

However, it became one because people with their 2nd amendment protected guns were in there KILLING each other! The entire city was under water, I’m willing to bet most of them would have went home and the government wouldn’t have opposed if there was a home to go to. Do you all not remember the conditions down there? There were dead bodies floating in the streets….FLOATING IN THE STREETS! And had been there for some time decaying and releasing deadly gasses and chemicals (not to mention the underwater city and all its deadly surprises), it would have been immoral to just let people go. I am sick of this crap! I am a British citizen and we are going through a similar distruction of our nation as you in the USA. Our Government sold us out in 1972 to the european union (this is an act of treason inwhich all members of Parliment are guilty of, and is the only crime punishable by death). In the past 12 years since “New Labour” came in to power, 3500 new offences have been put in place to keep us in there control. I’m sure that this information is being posted to make people “aware” I am one of the many who is not aware of the things that are happening right beneath my nose. However, I was given this website so I could explore and become educated. I feel more confused now than when i started reading. I found myself going back and forth from website to website and to the dictionary and I still am not clear on exactly everything. Too many political words and political slang made it very difficult to fully grasp the information. Not everyone speaks political jargone and if your trying to educate people than you must keep that in mind.

You are apparently much more versed in Biblical study than I am so I will not pretend to try and argue based on a Biblical level….
I suppose my disagreement with you comes from a fundamental difference in belief where for me personally…I believe that there are positive teachings in all religions…from Christianity to Judaism to Buddhism to anything you want for that matter….why Christianity??? Just because many people say it is so….just because it is written in a book….this does not necessarily make it true…
I think that religion and scripture have a place in our lives….but I do not believe the Bible is the word of God….at best…it is man’s interpretation of the word of God….how can there be more than 1 version of the bible if it is the word of God???? (King James version….etc….)
I do not wish to disrespect your beliefs, but I do not believe in a lake of fire awaiting me in the afterlife if I have sinned…..I don’t care who said it or who wrote it…..that just sounds ridiculous….

All humans have the ability to understand the existence of “good and evil” or “right and wrong”….through something I refer to as our ability to empathize….
If you punch someone….it causes them pain…….if you have been punched…..you understand how this pain FEELS…..your body is telling you that to punch someone is to cause them pain……because we humans have the ability to empathize….we understand that punching someone is “wrong” because it makes them hurt…….I believe it is simple little biological clues like this where God is speaking through you….saying “do not be violent to others as this will only cause them pain”

What purpose will the concentration camps serve? Our government is far to addicted to the fleecing of the public to do that. After all, a detainee is not a taxable asset but rather an politically unpopular liability.
What is more likely is that they’ll try to pull something with the flu vaccine. These people are ruthless but they are not that inept. No, its more like the flu shot will “accidentally” not work. Not Work = Infects You Instead. They’ll use this to simultaneously pass health care, confiscate the guns and do whatever the hell else they want like raising taxes and making gun ownership illegal. All the while a certain percentage of the US population dies. You know, that portion that would have cost them a lot to take care of with the new health care rationing / policies they are planning.
I for one will take my chances with vitamin C and Collodial Silver. If they make the flu vaccine mandatory you know something is up. I plan to stall them off for as long as possible while my family and I vanish. We’ll re-appear after its all blown over and the new constitutional government gets put in place.
But! BEWARE! The flu shot will have a delayed effect, an “incubation period” so to speak. People will not start getting sick for months. Then, it will start in.
This all has to be done before the 2010 election. The 2010 election is a disaster for the elites’ power structure. The people are awake and they have to plunge the knife into the heart before we get up and stomp their butts.
They may get it done. They may not.
Protest. Vote. Talk to your neighbors. Cluster together with like minded people.
None of this is set in stone. If enough word gets out that we’re ready for it, they’ll abort and try again at a later date. Don’t get that hopeless feeling. We still have our guns and we still have our gardens.
Woe to those who live in the city. I pray that you have family outside of the city, a well stocked fallout shelter and plenty of ammo or a helicopter and a destination when TSHTF.

Today was a strange day. Did anyone else feel it? I went out today to get a few things we needed for the house. As I drove down the streets, there was a strange calm in the air, even though the wind was blowing, almost eerie. Once at the store it seemed people were in a small and secluded world of their own, totally detached from anything or anyone around them. Even the cashier seemed to be moving more slowly than usual. Upon leaving the store, there was a strange feeling in the air, like the feeling you get right before something happens. You knew it was coming, but you didn’t know for sure what “IT” was. Nothing has happened in our area, but I still can’t help but feel that it’s in the air, that something is about to happen, I just don’t know what. Has anyone else been feeling this lately?
Please don’t be smart asses, it isn’t like the urgency that comes from reading some of these articles. It’s more strange and wierd than that. If you’re feeling it, you know what I’m talking about. I don’t drink or do drugs of any kind, so I know it’s not that. Please let me know that I’m not alone.

I blew through it earlier with no problem. It is a site that I have used well before even finding infowars.com going on 2 months now. The only site that gets attacked on a regular basis is drudgereport.com. I guess they get it because they are the number one go to site on the web. The left HATES drudge.com because they put out only facts. They are very conservative and don’t bulls--- around. They are by far the biggest threat to real time politics and often break news that one would not find for a day or two.
Bottom line, hope you have a “REAL” anti-virus such as Norton. If you have a “freebie”, well you get what you pay for.

The time to fight is not when the enemy is at your door, organized and prepared to do battle with you.
The time to fight is before they get to your door, your neighborhood, and town. To hit them while they are un-prepared and not ready to engage, breaking their spirt, creating an un-controlable situation they they created, but are unable to stop nor win.
We need to form up, train up, have look-outs, have commo, supplies, and a plan as well as a secondary plan, and our goals need to be defined for all to see and all to provide assistance to.
We need to get organized like a military unit, seeing that is what we we be up against as well as the local law enforcement, they will be less likely to want to deal with an organized unit that is trained, supplied, armed, and are capable of a first strike option with a offensive as well as a defensive manuverable unit, that is ready to support other area’s as needed, not just their own front door.
The point will be made, stay the course.

FEDS GRANT EMINENT DOMAIN AS COLLATERAL TO CHINA FOR U.S. DEBTS!
Beijing, China — The United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People’s Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China’s continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!
On February 11, Bloomberg Business News reported that China was seeking “guarantees” for its US Government debt (Story Here), and it now appears they got it. Well placed senior sources at the US Embassy in Beijing CONFIRM the formal written agreement was delivered by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during her recent trip to China.
This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take — inside the USA — land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities – to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.
Put simply, the feds have actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to “take” all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.
This is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA. An outrage worthy of violent overthrow.
Eminent Domain is the power of government to TAKE private property for public use without the consent of the property owner. Under our Constitution, the government can only “take” when providing “just compensation” for what they’ve taken.
Who decides what constitutes “just compensation?” The government!
in past “takings” homeowners who felt the government was not paying them enough for property have filed lawsuits. In absolutely every such case, the value placed upon the property by the government was upheld by the courts.
Our federal government has now granted to China, this power to “take” our homes and businesses in the event the US Gov’t defaults on its debts.
Let’s play this out as a worst case scenario. . . . . .
The US Gov’t goes belly-up and China comes in and says, “they owed us $700 Billion in Treasury Notes and another $2 Trillion in actual cash money which is now worthless. We are taking the entire state of Hawaii and the entire state of California in lieu of this bad debt. ”
With the stroke of a Chinese chop stick, Hawaii and California — all the land and buildings in those states — are now owned by China.
The “taking” would be a “valid public use” because it was “taken” in payment of the public debt!!!!
China could then turn around and declare the value of all that land to be worth. . . . . I dunno, ten cents on a dollar?
If you own a $200,000 house in either state, you get a Chinese check for $20,000.
Needless to say, the property owners would go ballistic and demand “just compensation” for what was taken. Who gets to decide what is “just?” China!
Don’t think you got a fair price for what they took? No problem, sue China. You’ll lose.
People who live in those states and own their land outright, might be able to negotiate with China to “rent” back what used to be their own property, as long as they continue to pay all their taxes (to China) ; but the land and buildings would belong to China!
This is what our own Government has just done to us and it is the single most vile act of betrayal in the history of human existence.
State Governments Knew This Was Coming
In early February nine U.S. States began the process of re-asserting their Sovereignty pursuant to the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the US Constitution; declaring null and void any actions by Congress that violated the Constitution.
At the time, I wrote about those state efforts (Here) and wondered why so many states were taking-up such an arcane issue in such a seemingly urgent fashion. I guess now, we know why.
The states were obviously privy to what the feds were planning to do with granting Eminent Domain to China. The states took action to make certain the feds couldn’t give away cities or the states themselves!
This situation is going to get VERY ugly, VERY fast as one sovereign power (the feds) tries to literally give away the land of other sovereign powers, (the states). This is the type of thing that starts Civil War.
Our present federal government makes the treachery and betrayal of Benedict Arnold look like child’s play.
