Fox News anchor Sean Hannity slammed CNN Tuesday for continually broadcasting election programming that is obscenely biased toward Hillary Clinton.
“I literally watched this show on CNN over the weekend, and you got this little pipsqueak named Brian Stelter, and he allowed this arrogant professor from the Kennedy School of Journalism to talk about Trump being a demagogue and demagogues like Trump become dictators,” Hannity said during a phone appearance on “Fox & Friends.”
“That’s the type of coverage that CNN offers in this presidential race as they literally kiss Hillary Clinton’s ass and Obama’s ass every day.” Hannity declared.
Hannity claimed that there is a “double standard in everything” the leftist corporate media does as regards campaign coverage.
“Mike Pence said to me the other night that they’re playing two-on-one,” Hannity said. “The media is so in the tank, so on board for Hillary, they’re so abusively biased.”
While Hannity literally uses the word ‘literally’ a little too literally, he literally has a point.
The latest example of CNN brazenly covering for Hillary Clinton came Monday as Green Party presidential nominee Dr. Jill Stein was continually interrupted and shouted down by CNN host Carol Costello.
Stein was attempting to talk about Hillary’s “extremely reckless” private email server, as well as “favors bestowed” to Clinton Foundation donors, and corrupt deals with Saudi financiers, yet she was consistently interrupted.
In the most brazen shut down during the ‘interview’, Costello cut Stein off while she was talking about Clinton, and attempted to change the subject to criticism of Donald Trump.
Last week, CNN’s New Day host Chris Cuomo declared “we [CNN] could not help her [Hillary] any more than we have… she’s got just a free ride so far with the media.”
As the following now viral video highlights, CNN has constantly shilled for Hillary over the past few months:
The network has sought to shut down any questions regarding Hillary’s health, labeling them ‘conspiratorial’.
Former Trump advisor Roger Stone, who made damaging claims in his recent book, revealed earlier this year that CNN banned him from their programming on the direct orders of Clinton herself.
However, CNN did not slap a ban on GOP consultant Rick Wilson after he suggested that Ann Coulter was a prostitute and that Donald Trump paid her for “anal”. Wilson also remarked that the GOP establishment would have to “put a bullet in Donald Trump” to stop his momentum.
Trump himself has stated that the media, and CNN in particular, is attempting to rig the election. Trump’s latest shot came last night in an email sent to supporters.
“I’ve always known that the media was out to get Republicans,” Trump wrote. “But this campaign has opened my eyes to how truly biased and dishonest they are.
“We cannot let the media get away with it, We MUST fight back.” the email stated.
The email contained a link to a survey titled “Mainstream Media Accountability Survey.” which asked for yes/no/no opinion answers to questions and statements including “Do you trust CNN to fairly report on our campaign?
