“Has President Obama, the Constitutional Lawyer, Committed Open Treason?”

When the president of the United States, Barack H. Obama accepted rotating status as chairman of the United Nations Security Council, he committed high treason… not only a direct violation of article 1 section 9 clause 8 of the Constitution for the United States of America, which states emphatically:
“No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States; and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall without consent of Congress accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”

But this act by the President also has violated the 13th article of amendment that was duly ratified by March of 1819, but with secrecy and by active subterfuge, it was replaced by Lincoln’s 14th amendment right after the Civil War. This duly ratified original 13th amendment states the following:

“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”

Article 1 section 9 describes what shall not be allowed, but, it puts forth no punishment for such actions on the part of an elected government official… the original 13th amendment however, which was proposed in 1810… and some would say was a large part of the reason for the War of 1812, not only states that an elected government official cannot accept this kind of gratuity or office, but also states, if so done, the official would lose all possibility of office present and future, as well as citizenship, and if the circumstances are grave enough could be tried for treason and ultimately hung.

In either case I do not recall there having been a bill, resolution, or memorial, put forth by Congress, granting this president its permission for accepting the position of chairman of the Security Council of the United Nations… Without this permission and open discussion about it, prior to the granting of the permission… President Barack H. Obama is in violation of article 1 section 9 clause 8 of the Constitution for the United States of America… at the very least.

The creation of the United Nations at the Presidio in San Francisco in 1945, was done by treaty power. It is not part of the United States in any way other than by treaty in the form of an international “Peace” treaty. The Constitution states that treaties are considered part of Constitutional law when they are enacted by an act of Congress and signed by the president.

They are not etched in stone however, and as with all treaties, as was addressed in 1803 by the Supreme Court in the landmark Marbury vs Madison, which states that a law, (by law I mean act of Congress, and no treaty can become law without an Act of Congress), cannot void the Constitution. The Constitution however can void any law including treaties, if that law is repugnant to the Constitution.

When Obama took the position of Chairman of the UN Security Council… he violated Article 1 Section 9 Clause 8 by accepting leadership in an organization that is clearly at odds with the Constitution for the United States of America.

The instant the United Nations starts amending the Constitution by treaty power is the day that the United Nations should be carved off of the East Coast and floated out past the continental shelf and sunk in 2 miles of water, for good.

HA! The news here in the Netherlands is talking about our Dutch President (that silly idiot Balkenende) becoming the president of Europe… eventhough he is still priminister of our country…
Exactly the same deal. It seems like treason is the new trend.
First the Banks start robbing the people -> Trend.
Then Police start to make people feel insecure instead of safer -> Trend.
And last but not at all least politicians commit open treason -> Trend.

JT Coyote, the author of this article, was successful in getting a 10th Ammendment resolution passed in out state, Colorado. Alex’s new DVD “Fall of the Republic” is a great way to show people why we need to regain and keep our sovereignty.

Yeah, we got the 10th Amendment Resolution passed in Colorado and 15 other states through both houses of the Legislature. And introduced into the legislatures of 47 states total, by the time the federal, elitist, globalist, bank paid, cannon fodder… blew up the Alfred P. Murrah building in Oklahoma City. After that, keeping the people focused on the idea that the Constitution was a righteous thing became very difficult because the mainstream media was spewing the crap spread by that new world order mouthpiece William Jefferson Clinton, that militias and patriot groups were terrorists…

Well Congrats to JTC, I am suprised that he knows the diff in the two Constitutions that exist, The original (organic) Constitution FOR the United States and the second (forgery) Constitution OF the United States. One little word changed everything.

The question still remains whether he is Constitutionally eligible for the Presidency. Millions believe not and rightfully so because the man refuses to irrefutably self disclose by placing his identity under lock and key. Why? Sure, he printed a book about himself, but, evidently, the meat of the matter remains a mystery. Hey, if he’s not a legal President, then would it not be the case that he is a legal UN security council chairman?

I do say oldboy(GuyinFlorida) I do believe you’ve got it right!

But you left out Al Gore and he’s a grasshopper too and because there are now so many of them, I think they may actually represnt the Locust plague prophesied in the bible.

This could actually be a legitimate interpretation of prophesey from the bible, if one considers the dems and politicians that more than ever propose a Locust swarm mentality and policy. I mean they all act so much like giant green bugs that they are beginning to look like big talking bugs from the grasshopper family which would include the Locust.

Everytime they stand at the podium and talk, it reminds me of the old B&W cartoon about the grasshopper and the ants. I can just hear them all going, ahum, ahum, ahot, as they nod to one another as the legislation passes to eat us all out of house and home.

Obama HAS committed treason against the constitution when he seated the UN security council. According to the constitution, no head of state is allowed to do this. Why didn’t any of the republican senators not have him arrested on the spot? They missed out on a perfect opportunity to have him tried for treason?

Right. It doesn’t seem like time yet. Wait to shoot until you see the whites of their eyes. We need to keep buying up good guns and ammo, and we need to keep training the boys. It is not just an armed citizenry that is required, it is an armed citizenry willing to die fighting for freedom. If we get that, I think we can eventually prevail. We have far more armed people than they got troops. American troops will get sick of shooting Americans. They could bring in foreign troops, but that will stir up Americans to fight and would likely backfire on them. It would also stir up many American troops to side with the People. They can bring in heavy firepower, but that will make the People angrier, and the American troops.

The last attempt was when Gen. McArthur was returning from Korea, which is why Truman fired him before he could place him under arrest. As General of the Army it was in his power to do so. That is why there will never be another 5 star general. The charge was treason. Truman was forwarding battle plans to the Russians before our commanding generals had them because Korea was a UN police action. Also the bridges across the yalu river were ordered to remain intact because half of the bridges spans were on the Chinese side of the border and the traitors in DC didn’t want to pay China for damage to their bridges. And then the Chinese came across fanned out like army ants by the millions. The ramparts made of corpses of dead Chinese were twelve feet high and they still came over the top and chased the retreating Americans all day across three ridgelines. Actually it does not quote the 14th amendment. The original 13th amendment was proposed in 1810, and was ratified by 1819 by the requisite number of states and predates the 14th by 50 years.

This original 13th amendment was replaced surreptitiously in 1865 by Lincoln’s 14th amendment… This amendment which we now call the 13th amendment freed all people from being owned by another man, you must remember that not only blacks were held in slavery.

The present 14th amendment, was ratified July 9, 1868, but shows up in many of the lawbooks of that time throughout the states as the 15th amendment, since the original 13th amendment was still on the books. What the present 14th amendment did was codify and enslave all persons within the states to citizenship of the United States… Lincoln’s 14th amendment freed all people who were enslaved to others, while the globalists 14th amendment enslaved everyone in the country to the United States… usurping the 9th and 10th amendment right and power of the of the people and several States, I might add…

I am a Sovereign citizen of the Republic and State of Colorado… only by the Constitution, pre “civil war and globalist take over,” am I a member of the United States…

I pretty much agree. It’s just that we can’t predict the future with certainty, at least the details. Regardless of our desires, if they move to steal our guns, then that is the bell tolling for us. If they move on a number of us, then those of us they move against must fight, and I think in that case other patriots must not hide their heads in the sand and act like the bell isn’t tolling for them. I don’t see the ideal situation occurring. The ideal would be if a large number of patriots move to the country, have lots of sons, home school and train the boys in the militias. We’ve got a little of that, but not near as much as we’d ought to have.

I whole heartedly agree that there are not enough people awake presently to sound the warning, that this tyranny is being committed by an unconstitutional and separate foreign government, as distinct from our constitutional government.

As to when they will wake up…? I would say that this economic crisis and its affects is doing more to awaken people than most would expect. The only problem is once they are awake and see the urgency, how will they be moved… toward the constitutional method of reclamation, or to the craziness of the hotheads who want to go bomb federal buildings and things like that.

Articles like this are incredibly important in getting people’s head on straight with regard to the fact that we have been taken over by a foreign power, a power that we have the ability to remove without having to resort to arms, if enough will just read and understand the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Should we have to resort to arms it should never be in the form of an attack, it should always be in defense of the Constitution. They MUST bring the fight to us!

The founders created the Constitution in the aftermath of an incredible tyranny. As a result they imbued it with every manner and form of law and provision to prevent tyranny from happening again… once people are awakened we must make sure that the righteous processes are available to them, so they see that they don’t feel they must to go marching in the streets with firearms. Information that will show them that anyone who suggests that they do go violent, is most likely a globalist infiltrator and provocateur.

Also after the Boston massacre, the founders realized they had no recourse under the king’s tyranny to resolve the situation… In our case, we do have recourse, It’s called the Constitution and Bill of Rights!

Whether the UN is/is not a foreign state depends upon your point of view. “Foreign state” is an undefined term in the Constitution, and the Supreme Court has never ruled on it what it means for the purpose the “Nobility Clause.” As such, there is no legally binding definition of the term. Thus, even if the Supreme Court ruled today that the UN is foreign state, Obama would still not be legally or criminally liable because that definition was not in place at the time Obama took the position. It has to be treason at the time the action occurs, not after the fact.

It appears that you have created your own definition of what a Foreign State is. However, your definition, no matter how much conviction you have in it, does not have the authority to create common law interpreting the consitution.

First of all, the UN is neither “foreign” nor a “state.” There is no question that the UN is composed of “foriegn states.” But what you fail to acknolwedge is that the United States is also part of that group. How can you be a MEMBER of a group but yet claim the group as FORIEGN. It seems to me that you are using the words “international” and “foreign” as interchangable synonyms.

Secondly, it’s an ORGANIZATION not a state. If the framer of the consitution wanted, they could have easily wrote “…prince, king, foreign state, or international organization.” But they didn’t write this. You can’t go around torturing and re-writing the constitution to serve your purposes just because it serves your interest of hating obama. I don’t particularly like Obama either, but the ENDS never justify the MEANS.

You are wrong on 1 issue, Objective Guy, the fact is, it is misleading and trendy for American Citizens to believe that the Constitution is somehow subject to the wide range and up and down, infinitely vast array of ‘interpretations of the Constitution’. It is what it is, and it says JUST what it means.

It was set up that way on purpose. We the American People are not beholden to a Constitution that is interpretable based on the current administration’s appointments or the current stream of thought. It was set up based on the experience with tyranny that was the same then as now. Tyranny would interpret, bend, twist, and alter everything from the Constitution, the law, legislation, and the new favorite ‘policy’, to support the desired agenda of those with the most power, influence, and money. Anyone can pay any so-called expert to testify on their behalf, in support of their agenda.

The Constitution is not subject to the interpretation of those who care to debate the issue. Was it written in code, that only a few can interpret? NO SIR! It was written for the people, and those who remember it exists, we KNOW what it means.

Obama is unconstitutional on several fronts and we must restore the Constitution. No interpretation necessary, only brave patriots to point out which Constitutional provisions/protections have been violated, when, where, who have to take responsibility for them and what legal remedy exists for each one. Texas Identity Crisis, I encourage you to take a basic level government class. The purpose of the Supreme Court is to interpret the Constitution. The Supreme Court releases OPINIONS about consitutional language, and those opinions are binding upon you whether you like it or not. For you to suggest that the provisions of the constitution are not to be construed defies common sense and logic. Do you think your Miranda rights were granted to you by the Framers? Nowhere in the constitution does it say you have “the right to remain silent and to an attorney when you are being interrogated by the police.” The Supreme Court interpreted the 5th and 6th amendments to require them.

What you fail to understand is that your point of view is not the widely accepted norm. You seem to think that an international organization, such as the UN, is a “foreign state” despite the facts that the UN has no original sovereignty over any citizens or real property nor does the UN have its own currency. If you’re going to call the UN a “foriegn state” then you might as well call the Olympics one also.

If the framers wanted to, they could have easily wrote the Nobility Clause to say “…Prince, King, foreign state, or international organization.” But they didn’t write that. You can’t re-write the constitution just because you hate Obama. If you want the UN to be a “foriegn state” you have two options: (1) amend the consitution to include organizations or (2) initiate a case that goes before the Supreme Court and have them determine that organizations are indeed “foriegn states.” Until this happens, Obama has done nothing wrong.

Perhaps what you see as an organization, I see as a United Nation or World Government which not only affects policy in the U.S.A., but also creates policy which will have a devastating effect on our economy as well as around the world. Supreme Court Justices simply look at laws in question to see if they meet Constitutional standards, nothing more. The clause only applies when an office or title is conferred by a “prince, king, or foreign state”

The term “foriegn state” is undefined in the Constitution. Also, there are no Supreme Court opinions interpreting the term for the purpose of that particular clause. As such, there is no legally binding authority of what is or is not a foreign state.

Now, you may have determined your very own definition of what a “foreign state.” But unfortunately, your interpretation of undefined constitutional terms has about as much authority over all Americans as a definition my 5 year old nephew could crap out after eating a bowl of alphabet soup.

The bottom line: You can’t hold someone legally and criminally liable based solely upon a word that has no legally binding defintion. And again, just because you think you know what a foreign state is doe not, in fact, make it binding on all americans.

You apparently think that EVERYONE understands it that the UN is a “foriegn state.” I highly disagree and would argue that most reasonable and rational people would think the opposite. The UN has no citizens. It has no land that is has original sovereignty over. It has no currency. How can I take a vacation to the UN? Can I claim that UN is my nationality? No, i can’t. I’m not suggesting that the definition of a “foreign state” requires currency, real estate, and citizens. But could you not see how a reasonable person would require at least some of these characteristics before granting “foreign state” status.

Think about it … the Olympics is composed of countries. It has a charter and positions such as “chairman.” Is the Olympics a “foriegn state”? No, it’s an international organization.

An organization is not the same thing as a state. If the Framers of the constitution wanted, they could have easily prevented this situation by saying “…Prince, king, foriegn state OR ORGANIZATION.” But like all people with an agenda, the author of this article (a “birther”) hates Obama and therefore wants to torture the constitution so that it appears Obama committed treason.

Also, is the UN “foriegn”? If the United States is a member of it, then how can it really be foriegn? IIt defies logic to suggest that you can on one hand be part of a group, but on the other hand claim that group as “foriegn.” The UN, is in my opinion, and international organization composed of the UN and other foriegn states. The UN itself is neither a “state” nor is it “foriegn”

Recently I listened to an Israeli radio interview where the hostess introduced the rabbi being interviewed as “one of the smartest people in the world.”
The topic under discussion was the illuminati. According to my understanding of his contribution, he admitted that masonry in general and the illuminati in particular were primarily started and are led by various sects of talmudic jews. The genesis of the sect which controls masonry known as the illuminati was given birth in response to a theory dreamed up by some apostate rabbi in the distant past that the mesioch will only visit earth when it has become completely good, or when it has become completely bad. They reason that since humanity is incapable of perfect goodness, that their object is to force the return of the messiah by steering humanity towards perfect evil.
I personally believe their logic is flawed in that people I’ve known as well as many animals have the divine spark of good and no amount of manipulation will extinguish it. Their obvious strategy is to, through eugenics, abortion, wars and various other means, reduce the population of generally good people until those remaining will all be in agreement with their diabolical philosophy. Meanwhile, these monsters demand nearly universal suffering in their doomed quest based on the demented ramblings of an obviously demon-possessed satanist dressed in rabbi’s clothing.
So far as I can surmise, the sure defeat of the psychopaths can only be achieved through the undefeatable-honoring of the divine nature of our spirit, and more importantly, the hand of the living god and its effect on the affairs of men (who he loves.)

As an addendum, I just re-watched Starship Troopers, and yes it was hokey, but I must give some creedence to what the protagonists’ citizenship teacher told his students about military action, which was that no meaningful accomplishment has occured without military action. This principle demands our consideration in light of the circumstances in which we find ourselves: to wit an un asked-for war against our republic. Of course I hope it never comes to this.
Armed confrontation may not be an acceptable option due to the lopsided nature of the balance of control of our conventional defense establishment.
However, as fleas, with a concentrated infestation of the enemy’s shorts but without a chain of command, we can be effective against his most tender parts, but only if we make our efforts evident at the time of our own choosing and in a manner which can be devised with an eye to escapability and plausable deniability. By its actions, the new world order bunch has declared war on our republic and it is our civic duty to not abet it in its perfidy.
Our defense against its claimed thousand points of light must be the death by a thousand cuts.
Free humanity’s vital watchword must be individual action. Don’t let another decide who, where, why, what or when you may discover the greatest value your contribution may be. Under this paradigm, to be sure, some will fail, but the NWO will discover that many of us are not as brain-damaged as they would have hoped, and they will have no defense against free Americans.

I might point out that Congress did ratify our membership in the UN, which would permit an American citizen to hold that office, since treaties hold weight of law.

So, legally, no, it’s not treason. In fact, it’s less so then say, Bill Clinton lying about getting sexual favors, or George Bush ordering the violation of the Geneva Conventions without Congress passing a law annulling our signatory status. And before anyone says ‘national interest’ or ’state of emergency’ Abe Lincoln tried that and had the Supreme Court tell him he didn’t have that authority under the Constitution, so logically, neither would any other president, since that part hasn’t changed.

Let’s stop all the arguing. He is NOT a natural born citizen of the USA. This is only part of the argument from the pending court case:

Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama’s American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama’s citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Further, others question his citizenship by virtue of his attendance in Indonesian schools during his childhood and question on what passport did he travel to Pakistan three decades ago.

Adding fuel to the fire is Obama’s persistent refusal to release documents that could provide answers and the appointment – at a cost confirmed to be at least $1.7 million – of myriad lawyers to defend against all requests for his documentation. While his supporters cite an online version of a “Certification of Live Birth” from Hawaii as his birth verification, critics point out such documents actually were issued for children not born in the state.

When the president of the United States, Barack H. Obama accepted rotating status as chairman of the United Nations Security Council, he committed high treason… not only a direct violation of article 1 section 9 clause 8 of the Constitution for the United States of America, which states emphatically:
“No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States; and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall without consent of Congress accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”

But this act by the President also has violated the 13th article of amendment that was duly ratified by March of 1819, but with secrecy and by active subterfuge, it was replaced by Lincoln’s 14th amendment right after the Civil War. This duly ratified original 13th amendment states the following:

“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”

Article 1 section 9 describes what shall not be allowed, but, it puts forth no punishment for such actions on the part of an elected government official… the original 13th amendment however, which was proposed in 1810… and some would say was a large part of the reason for the War of 1812, not only states that an elected government official cannot accept this kind of gratuity or office, but also states, if so done, the official would lose all possibility of office present and future, as well as citizenship, and if the circumstances are grave enough could be tried for treason and ultimately hung.

In either case I do not recall there having been a bill, resolution, or memorial, put forth by Congress, granting this president its permission for accepting the position of chairman of the Security Council of the United Nations… Without this permission and open discussion about it, prior to the granting of the permission… President Barack H. Obama is in violation of article 1 section 9 clause 8 of the Constitution for the United States of America… at the very least.

The creation of the United Nations at the Presidio in San Francisco in 1945, was done by treaty power. It is not part of the United States in any way other than by treaty in the form of an international “Peace” treaty. The Constitution states that treaties are considered part of Constitutional law when they are enacted by an act of Congress and signed by the president.

They are not etched in stone however, and as with all treaties, as was addressed in 1803 by the Supreme Court in the landmark Marbury vs Madison, which states that a law, (by law I mean act of Congress, and no treaty can become law without an Act of Congress), cannot void the Constitution. The Constitution however can void any law including treaties, if that law is repugnant to the Constitution.

When Obama took the position of Chairman of the UN Security Council… he violated Article 1 Section 9 Clause 8 by accepting leadership in an organization that is clearly at odds with the Constitution for the United States of America.
