“On behalf of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC), we write to ask that you immediately terminate all Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) under the 287(g) program and cease to establish such agreements,” reads the letter to President Obama.
“These agreements are the subject of serious concern as local law enforcement agencies have used the new powers to target communities of color, including a disproportionate number of Latinos, for arrest,” says the letter. “The 287(g) program, which was significantly expanded throughout the Bush Administration, relinquishes the power to enforce federal immigration laws to local law enforcement and corrections agencies. … The misuse of the 287(g) program by its current participants has rendered it ineffective and dangerous to community safety.”

My wife is from Mexico here as a permanent resident and she doesn’t understand why so many ILLEGAL immigrants are pretty much given free passage.
We jumped through many hoops and payed INS a boatload of $ (befor it was Dept. of (Homeland Secuity) to make her legal.

They also want the NAU with a passion, and the only real way to do it is to bring more people in from Mexico, thus blurring the lines between nations. I live in Northern Mexico myself, though to some it is known as Southern California. If it makes anybody feel better, the natives are pretty nice, but I gotta say that music has got to go.

Illegals have no rights NONE if you kill an illegal in a car crash you should not be charge because they shouldn’t have been here in the first place
Example if a drunk driver is stopped at a red light and some sober person crashes into them,,, no matter that the sober person should have been at fault, the law is that the drunk driver is automatically at fault,,, so in my opinion the same should work for the illegal, you are here illegally so your whole being is illegal and if you die at the hands of anything or any crime is commited on an illegal, it is 100 percent the ILLEGALS FAULT

They have 15 people living in one house, so they can cut the labor cost. Look at the babies born on New years all hispanic and born at the county hospital. We have banks that give loans for cars and houses to people without legal ID but we can’t get a loan. Thank you LULAC! It doesn’t end there that’s just the begining. Our grocery stores advertising in spanish all advertising is bilingual. On top of it all they tell you they will take us over, it’s their plan. They will out produce us! As the time goes on , people of america have everyday less and less freedom due to politics conducted by federal power. Also , as a consequence of the economic crisis , more and more of them have lost their job and home. But the crisis is not finished , and in near future the consequences could be catastrophic. Keep in mind that any change can not come from the federal government , but only the people , the only source of any future chagement. If a majority of them think a change is possible , so it can be. A way to preserve freedom , ideals , welfare of people is federalism must come to an end. People will have to make a choise , federalism versus freedom , ideals , welfare… . The first could lead to the establishment of a martial law. A state as texas is ready to cross the line , it could be an example for the others. People could put under pressure every state government in the aim to declare secession , the american constitution allow such a decision. Such an aim can’t be aimed without any precaution , as it is evident the federal power is not ready to yield or abdicate. Probably , this one will use force to submit people , but constitution give garantees on firearms. people can put up a fight against the oppressive federal power if a political issue according to the will of people can not be lead. People have to make his will respect , otherwise it will be an opressed people. Saying that federalism must come to an end mean it must be break down , it appears to be the only way to preserve people. America can be easily imagined without federalism and preserved.
