Holder keeps repeating himself and making reference to the cases in his “written testimony”, which he obviously has not read!
He says he “does not know” about the 5 states without HC laws versus the 45 with, which is most likely disingenuous, but at least ignorant and unprepared.
He is parroting a rhetoric, not debating an issue. He is incpable of answering quenstions posed because there is no answer. He gives away that the true (singular) purpose of this bill (”under the new provisions”) is to protect homosexuals.
He also keeps atempting to utilize (poorly) his neuro-linguistic device, “HISTORIC CRIMES”, in complete contradiction to the state of things… Soldiers are FREQUENTLY, HISTORICALLY targetted. White males are frequently, HISTORICALLY targetted.
Meanwhile, he is attempting to avoid altogether the primary underlying catch against such a bill, and that is… What authority does congress have, either jurisdictionally, or interms of it’s subject matter, OR in terms of it’s effect on DUE PROCESS?!
This is a pathetic attempt however, I think we can all see what will happen: 45 states having already done it, in the interest of that ALL IMPORTANT “UNIFORMITY”, they will go ahead and pass it. Nevermind the constitutional issues. Nevermind the jursidictional problems. Nevermind the certain fascism to result.

Actually most of the crime committed against whites is black on white crime and the statistic for white on black crime is actually low. Even most of the crime committed against blacks is by other blacks.
Again the real issue is they are criminalizing the supposed thought process the action is already illegal and tacking another 5 yrs. on to a sentence will deter no one. They are already prone to risk taking, violence and criminal behavior they don’t expect to get caught.

I thought that it was quite ironic that this Rev. Pike character was talking about how unfair it is not to offer equal protections for all people in terms of this hate bill. Yet further in the interview he revealed that he’s concerned that Christians may no longer be able to discriminate against gay people in the arena of employment. You see, he wants to reserve the right to discriminate against others himself but he doesn’t like it when it happens to him. Jones talked about having two different sets of rights for differing citizens. Well what about Christians urging mandates against gay marriage? How’s that you creating an elite class where only certain groups have certain rights? It’s no different from when blacks couldn’t get married. Christians even want to be able to deny prescriptions in pharmacies if THEY deem them immoral. I guess they’re playing the role of god these days? And talk about suppressing freedom of speech. Well a simple Google search “the truth about MLK” has brought up a wealth of information that could take a long time to sift through and many years of research to verify. The best way would be to release the taped conversations made by the FBI even though I am opposed to illegal wiretapping. It seems Jesse Helms attempted this in 1983 because he was against the idea of a MLK holiday(the only holiday that celebrates a single man-the same can be said about Christmas and Easter but those have nothing to do with Jesus if you ask me-an argument for another day). Helms was denied access to those files and tapes. Why? It would seem MLK’s fans would want to know more about this “great” man and those files and tapes would reinforce his saintly status, or would they? I’m now convinced that a large scale, shameful deception has taken place. Every year millions of public school children are forced to write essays and papers that pour praise on this man and they don’t really know him. Much of the story surrounding MLK is a myth continued by people who never challenge conventional wisdom out of fear, ignorance, or because they have an agenda of their own. It’s like an alternative ending to The Wizard of Oz in which Dorothy never looks behind the curtain. Some of the accusations:
Plagiarizing his dissertation at Boston University
Plagiarizing his “I have a dream” speech
An affinity for white prostitutes paid for with donations

1) more people live in urban areas(80%) than rural areas(20%). when was the last time someone said, “hey let’s move to a big city so we can be closer to nature”? never.
2) stupid laws like these hate bills are being passed to oppress our natural emotions. i am not saying that hate is good. however, it is necessary and useful at times.
3) currently,less than 2% of americans are full-time farmers. when the USA started in 1781, 80% of the population were full-time agrarian(gardeners or farmers). that number has slowly been going down since then. about 25% of americans were full-time farmers until the rural communities were bankrupted in the 1980’s(google: 80’s farm crisis).
