Homeland Security and U.S. Army Plan Invasion of States

The Pentagon and Department of Homeland Security recently hosted a teleconference for law enforcement agencies and associations such as the National Association of Chiefs of Police to discuss the Obama Administration’s interest in using the military during “emergencies.”
Fortunately, NewsWithViews.com had exclusive access to the discussion and the explanations by Homeland Security and Defense Departments officials.
Officials announced during the teleconference that the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator W. Craig Fugate met with the Commander, US Northern Command, General Gene Renuart, to discuss “pre-disaster planning, response and recovery in support of the federal response to the 2009 hurricane season as well as wild fires, floods and other potential disasters.”
The meeting reinforced the important relationship between the two organizations and focused on the operational role of US Northern Command and what resources and skills they bring to any major Federal effort related to all-hazards preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation. It was also an opportunity to meet operational leaders who would fill key positions in those support efforts.
“NORTHCOM plays a vital role in disaster response in support of state and local officials,” Fugate said. “I am impressed by their commitment to teamwork and interoperability. They are leaning forward and are solutions-oriented partners among the nation’s emergency response team.”
“We are committed to teaming with and supporting our civilian partners,” added Renuart. “If our federal partners, state and local officials are successful in responding to contingency operations, then ultimately we are successful. We look forward to our continued collaboration and cooperation.”
However, many law enforcement executives and organizations went on the record saying they did not appreciate the prospect of federal troops usurping the authority of local and state law enforcement agencies or the role of the National Guard unit currently under the control of governors.
“My initial reaction is: why are we allowing federal troops to basically invade the sovereignty of individual states when each state has its own law enforcement agencies and each state possesses an armed and trained National Guard and, in the case of some states such as New York, a trained militia?” according to New York police officer Edna Aquino.
“We have not used armed federal troops in New York since the Civil War when Union troops and Navy battleships attacked dissenters who opposed conscription by the Union Army,” she added.

“Both organizations also understand that the most effective plans to save lives and protect property begins with preparedness. This meeting was an important stepping stone to ensure mutual preparedness and effective planning in support of state and local officials,” said one official.
Homeland Security Department officials offered these two rationales for their joint ventures with the Department of Defense:
“Emergency preparedness is everyone’s responsibility. Everyone should have a personal response plan for a disaster, everyone should know who their first responders are at the local and state level, and everyone should be prepared to be self-sufficient for at least the first 72 hours.
“FEMA’s mission is to support our citizens and first responders to ensure that as a nation we work together to build, sustain, and improve our capability to prepare for, protect against, respond to, recover from, and mitigate all hazards.”
Political strategist Mike Baker is disturbed over this latest “emergency plan” designed to allow federal troops to operate freely within US borders.
“This is a constitutionally unsound development for our nation. While President Barack Obama and his ilk worry about how America’s military is perceived by other nations and are concerned with how we treat enemies, they seem to be willing to use extreme measures against their own citizens.
Will we witness another Branch Davidian massacre in the name of ‘emergency response’ or other rationale? It’s not a positive development for this nation,” said Baker.
Northcom was established about a year after the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and is responsible for an area of operations that includes the United States, Canada and Mexico. It serves as a “one-stop-shopping” point for military support in case of an attack on American soil. However, according to officials speaking during the teleconference, the Obama Administration is expanding that role to include natural disasters or emergencies that were once the domain of state and local authorities.
Over the years, according to Baker, the federal government has expanded its role and even included other nations in operational plans within the US. For example NORAD is a joint US-Canadian command established 51 years ago to defend against nuclear-armed Soviet aircraft entering North American airspace. Decades later, the command’s mission has expanded to include early detection of threats via air, space, land and sea.
The sheer number of participants speaks to NORAD’s level of preparation and coordination to operate within US borders. Teaming up to deal with emergencies are American and Canadian NORAD agents, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Transportation Security Administration, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, NAV Canada, the White House, U.S. Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
“This is not something we should be celebrating. This is something we as Americans should fear,” states another NYPD officer.
“If states do not have the capability to respond on their own to a hurricane or earthquake, then perhaps they should increase their capabilities or change their leadership,” said Det. Benny Cardoza.
“Using Hurricane Katrina as an excuse to increase federal authority in the affairs of individual states is a sorry excuse and one that should be shunned by citizens and local cops,” states the decorated cop.

Because I have seen a couple of these camps myself, Tyler. And those coffins can be used for other things like safe handling of corpses, all the way to a medical grade incinerator.

Honestly, the best way to expose the situation with the FEMA camps and the massive stashes of coffins is to GO THERE YOURSELF AND VIDEO TAPE IT. Or simply just investigate it yourself.
I remember AJ said on a show at some point that he was going to eventually have to do this, but unfortunately, HE NEVER ENDED UP DOING IT HIMSELF.

I’m not sure what to tell you then dude. It’s not hard to try and research the locations of some of these places. Then just go there with a camera, AND VIDEO TAPE IT. This is not illegal, unless you go on their private property. Just like Jones does in Endgame during the Bilderberg conference, if security or whomever comes and tells you to get off the private property, then do some calmly and casually.
You can always film from a distance. If massive amounts of this type of footage gets on the mainstream media then more of the slaves will start asking questions. I personally think that it could EASILY be overblown, and one of the things I noticed, like I already said… IS THAT AJ SPECIFICALLY SAID HE WAS POSSIBLY GOING TO GO TO SOME OF THE FEMA CAMPS ON SITE to prove it, which to the best of my knowledge, he never did. It’s also good to try and get information from FEMA themselves.
It is not illegal or a criminal act to ask one of the FEMA representatives about this type of stuff. But remember to be polite to the dummies over the phone. Because if you call them up or email them, I can pretty much GUARANTEE you that you will NOT be talking to one of the kingpin banking criminals themselves who AJ says is setting this type of stuff up.
You would basically be talking to a person who is most likely FAR LESS INFORMED THAN YOURSELF, despite the fact that they are the one working for the company.

I agree with Admiral, if anyone doesn’t know what the upside down flag means…

This statement is a PERFECT FIT for American troops enforcing anything on US soil. It’s always been one of the highest laws…just because some dick “changed the rules” doesn’t make it right and we ALL are now in “dire Distress.” Once the foot is in the door, you will never get it out.
Posse Comitatus = The Act prohibits members of the federal uniformed services (today the Army, Air Force, and State National Guard forces when such are called into federal service) from exercising nominally state law enforcement, police, or peace officer powers that maintain “law and order” on non-federal property (states and their counties and municipal divisions) within the United States.

I AM REPLYING DIRECTLY TO ADMIRAL OF THE NAVY
First of all, Navy, I want to point out that you seem to be a former military person — and your screen name makes it pretty clear.
With that said, I want to explain something that Alex has personally said from time to time on a number of different radio shows. He basically said that the job of the MILITARY is to BREAK SHIT and HURT PEOPLE. You can sugar coat the purpose of the military if you’re interested in doing that, but what he says is pretty close to the truth, and that’s why I agree with him when he says it is dangerous to militarize the police.
But anyway, if that’s basically what the military does, and this person “Admiral of the Navy” is former military, that should at least give us just a SMALL taste of what he means when he starts talking about “escapping tyranny” by lawfully “shooting it out”. The old timer is basically telling you that he is pissed off with our current situation and he is ready to break some shit and he might want to hurt some folks.
But of course, the old timer is a jackass. And just like how sometimes an old boxer doesn’t understand(because of his pride) that he shouldn’t be fighting anymore because he will get completely annhilated, THERE HAS TO BE SOMEBODY ELSE(outside of his brain) TO LET HIM KNOW THAT IT’S NOT GOING TO WORK.
And the above scenario is pretty close to the same thing. But regardless of the fact that old fighters or veterans just keep wanting to get back into the action, the rest of the people need to understand that some of the veterans are just REALLY itching to find something to break or someone to hurt. The current situation is really just an EXCUSE for them to unleash their violent and more primitive side. However, unfortunately, the primitive side isn’t going to win you anything but a trip into prison.

While their are soldiers that always yearn to be in action, most vets that have seen the horrors of combat, hope they must never experience it again.
Yes are many vets pissed that are government labels them potential threats to their tyrannical regime, you betcha.
But is that any different than all the other groups that have been labeled the same way.
I am a veteran, I took an oath, that oath has no expiration date, and when the time comes I will do what I must. I do not yearn to hurt and break things as you put it.
But I also don’t want to be a slave, I don’t want a flu shot, I don’t want a global currency, I don’t want a North American Union, I don’t want a New World Order! all I want is freedom, and the constitution to be followed. And if I have to stand by my fellow americans and fight with force than I shall.
Please don’t try to stereotype all vets as people just looking to hurt and break things.

i have dealt with this stuff for 6 years. i now live in another country. the NWO is here in this country ordering me to be vaccinated and they put sodium fluoride in our government sold salt.
i have gone thru a lot of changes and done a lot of work on this stuff.
presently, we all know we will not be vaccinated. so, if it comes down to it we will blow away the agents sent to grab us for vaccination. this we know. it is the last thing. it is too late i believe to pretend a lot here on these forums. whatever education has been done is done. almost every one of us is non-violent, but we have been educated about the situation. so we do what we can in the best way we can. i am just reinforcing that when i am forced to be taken for a vaccination or to a camp, i will consider it my duty to take out those arresting me as a last patriotic duty.
for god and those who died in good faith and good works for us and our families.
peace and let us do our duty, continue to do so, as best we can and with god as our witness.

I am a Military Veteran of 31 years. I have seen combat first hand in several countries. Believe me when I tell you that a soldier does not love or even like combat. A soldier prepares for combat for one simple reason, when all the bombs and rocket are gone, the ground soldier or grunt is all that will stand in the way of the enemy.
I also took an OATH to support and defend the CONSTITUTION, This Country and it’s people against all enemies both foreign and domestic. I also swore that if the need arises I would pick-up a weapon and use it to accomplish this purpose. No The Military is not all about blowing shit up or killing, we also did humanitarian work. The major news media’s are quick to show all the violence but, they rarely show when the military is helping civilians here and in other countries.
Believe me when I tell you that if the need arises to take up arms in defense of this Country, it’s people, Liberty and FREEDOM, then “HELL YES” I will take up arms and be one of the first to fire. I do not crave battle, I do not crave war, I do not crave violence. What I do crave is FREEDOM and LIBERTY, JUSTICE and for our Congress, Senate and President to abide by the Documents our Founding Fathers drafted and signed into law that established this Country.

I just watched a Grave being dug in our Cemetery.People keep saying “Coffin Liner”. These are listed as able to hold MULTIPLE BODIES. I’ve never seen anyone STACK bodies in a Formal Grave.These things are Hercules (the Name) model of whatever product they are and I hope they have a hell of a seal. In the type of EMERGENCY they would be needed for there would be no time to embalm the corpses and when they decomposed it would be more like incubating the virus with enough tissue to make it a Reoccuring problem.And Burning these? Black heavey gauge plastic?You want to talk about bad for the environment?When the body decomposes without embalming it creates Gas and that gas trapped under pressure would create a Viral Bomb of sorts.Even a Burial Volt wouldn’t contain it. Look at what happens to dead things? When they die they BLOAT like crazy.And why BLACK? I know two vets in my town, both were in Nom, one hates the sound of fire works. The other is PTSD especially in sleeping. Neither are violent, though, did what they had to do and now living with it. So Godspeed to them.
Alex is right in saying the military’s job is to blow shit up, and kill shit, but that does not mean the vets returning will continue to do that. Some will (especially if drugged,) most go homeless or live middle to low class lives, with only some health care.

I’m not sure who you’re talking to, but regardless it doesn’t really matter. I don’t work for this website so I can’t say for sure whether or not some of the users comments are censored. But I can PERSONALLY say that I have posted several things on these boards that, for one reason or another, didn’t show up. Or it showed up in the wrong section.
On a side note, however, I will say that AJ has SPECIFICALLY talked about possibly having an additional moniter do some things with the comments section on this board. He also said that he might think about taking the comments down all together.
Regardless though… I basically DISMANTLED peoples arguments in other threads, and for some reason some of the stuff I posted didn’t show up. So if the site isn’t censored, it is disorganized.

A volcano in Eastern Siberia erupted this week with ash and rock going up over 7000 meters into the atmosphere. This will cause restrictions in air traffic over Alaska and Asia.

I cannot believe what I have been reading. Time and time again, I have been completely flabbergasted and utterly bemused by the senseless statements being made.
I am part of the “We the people”, yet, if my defense rests solely upon the actions of “rugged individualists”, then I have by definition no defense. No battle in history has been won by “rugged individualists”, ever. They have been consistently smashed by groups whom act as a single unit. Well, first of all, I want to point out the fact that you are trying to make the current situation in the world today a RELIGIOUS, or more specifically, A CHRISTIAN ISSUE. But the truth of the matter is that you are a jackass.
Second of all, I want to explain some very simple concepts to you. The first concept is that…
1) YOU DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHO WROTE THE BIBLE, OR FOR WHAT REASON. The information you have gotten about the bible you have personally received SECOND HAND FROM SOMEONE ELSE, AT BEST. At worst, you are receiving your information about the bible through an incredibly complex filtering system, which is the result of the information being passed on from one hand to the next, and so forth.
But lets get a little bit more detailed and go point by point. First of all you are saying the original text of the bible is 1500 years old. This may be completely true, however, you personally have no way of proving this yourself. Essentially what you are doing is letting someone else simply TELL you that this is the case, without actually investigating and doing the sciece yourself.
Second of all, I want to emphasize here that 1,500 years is a VERY long time. You yourself, HAVE NOT conclusively PROVEN that the original text of the bible from the Greek and Hebrew was in fact written by many different authors over the span of 1,500 years. Again, I am going to underscore the fact that you are simply REPEATING WHAT SOMEBODY ELSE IS TELLING YOU ABOUT THE BIBLE.

I am going to get sidetracked for a second and repeat something that I was told is in the ORIGINAL bible, which was also confirmed from a friend of mine who used to go to a private ALL CHRISTIAN school. I would like to give you a fair opportunity for you to PROVE to me that there are DIRECT messages in the bible that talks about things like the, quote: “verichip, national ID, greenhouse gases, United Nations, and the CFR”. Regarding your snake comment: the bible has gotten watered down here and there in minor ways in translation to be sure. But the original intent has not been lost. Just like an old film from a camera. The bible mentions dinosaurs at least twice that i know of. Once in the book of daniel, and another in psalms. Look up Kent Hovind, he has hours and hours of lectures on dinosaurs, science, and the bible. youtube it.
The bible is too complete and cohesive and unified to be written strictly from the mind of human(s). Not to mention the phrophecy thing. You know, where EVERYTHING it predicts comes true. I, personally, think that a bipedal reptilian humanoid creature with legs and arms being changed into an animal(a snake) is a little bit more than a “minor” mistranslation.
However, that is just my personal opinion, but lets shift gears into the next issue. You say that there have been things “watered down” just a tiny little bit here and there, but then you go on to say that “the big picture” or the “original intent” has not been lost at all…
I want to point out, that it is an UNCONTESTED absolute guaranteeed FACT, that this is nothing more than your personal OPINION about the text. In order to get the correct perspective on this issue, you would LITERALLY have to compare the ORIGINAL books of the bible DIRECTLY to the new versions of the bible that you find in your local bookstore, or local super grocery store.

To provide a little bit more perspective… Let me give you a scenario that is entirely FICTIONAL.
Say a man named Jackass and his wife named Ape-head go to the park to enjoy a nice evening. Jackass and Apehead are sitting down on the park bench just after the sun goes down. They are enjoying a nice romantic ape evening when they suddenly see a rabit rush up to them and demand their money. They basically just laugh it off and continue with what they were doing.
Now lets replace the rabit in the story with a full grown human man. The issue here is not how goofy the story is. The issue is that the switch from the rabbit to the human being is NOT a minor change of details in the story, IT IS A MAJOR change.

I am going to continue along the same lines for a second talking about sciences. I want to emphasize something incredibly important here. And what I want to emphasize is the fact that, while Christians sometimes try to use science to validate their particular belief system, THE SCIENCES ALSO SOMETIMES DO THE OPPOSITE. There are MASSIVE amounts of SCIENTIFIC examples that have proven the legitamacy of Christianity to be QUESTIONABLE, AT BEST. And I am only going to talk about one here.
And that example is the real life existence of dinosaurs. We can get into arguments about how god never said anything in Genesis about billions and billions of other planets, galaxies, stars, and solar systems… But we won’t go there, we will concentrate on the existence of dinosaurs. Mr. Disinformation guy, where in the world does it say anything about dinosaurs existing in the bible? Do you remember where it says that? Oh, that’s right… IT DOESN’T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT!!! The Earth is really moving these days. There have been moderate quakes in Yellowstone, Northern California, Seattle and Central America.
This morning there was a 6.4 in Crete, Greece. All of these areas will be experiencing even stronger seismic activities in the near future as the tectonic plates in those regions readjust to powerful stress and volcanic movements.
A volcano in Eastern Siberia erupted this week with ash and rock going up over 7000 meters into the atmosphere. This will cause restrictions in air traffic over Alaska and Asia.

Directly continuing from my above piece of fine piece of work about the general nature of conspiracy theories and other key issues… Lets get into why that really smart person called my ideas “tin foil” in the first place.
He’s calling them “tin foil” because I brought up the subject of UFO’s. It’s not a surprise that the Alex Jones crowd will patronize people that talk about UFO’s or ET’s because AJ seems to condition his listeners to do so.
How does he do this? Well maybe he doesn’t know he does it, but I would say he does. And the way he does it is with very subtle suggestion, almost like targetting somebodies sub-conscious… When he has people like David I. come onto his program, first of all he censors him. And that is one of the first suspicious I personally noticed about AJ… I was wondering WHY Jones let David talk about all of his material up to a certain point, and then he would just STOP, and wouldn’t go any deeper.
David is an excellent example… But that’s actually kind of a side issue, really. And an excellent way AJ conditions his listeners to patronize or laugh at stuff like this is when somebody will refer to it DIRECTLY (Instead of LITERALLY being censored like David I.). Usually when somebody brings up UFO or ET related content, AJ will sometimes make a little remark, “Oh you mean the reptoids are all going to get us”… Or “Little green men?”. And basically this is the same technique that the mainstream media does to all of the content inside of the conspiracy theory “box” that I talked about just above this post(in detail). Jones is essentially taking a MASSIVELY wide range of different issues and making and attempt at passing it off as something comical — like a joke. Or your silly if you talk about that stuff. However, the joke is REALLY on the people that don’t get into this issue, and I’ll explain why… NEXT!!

Now I want to talk about my ideas that “Stardog” earlier called “tin foil”. First of all I want to point out that he is has probably been monitoring what I said in other topics, because I haven’t talked about ET’s in this topic — it was another thread. So he’s clearly keeping tabs on me from thread to thread, which is fine.
Second of all I need to point out that the ideas I spoke about in other topics were predominantly NOT necessarily my ideas. I was referring to some things that OTHER researchers say. Trust me, I have plenty of my own ideas that I can rant on for hours about. But the deal here, Starpecker, is that my “tin foil” ideas your talking about weren’t even mind.
But regardless of whose ideas they were, the important thing to point out here is that the topic you are mostly referring to as “tin foil” is the subject of UFO’s, Aliens, and things related to this area. Do you even know what the term UFO stands for, jackass? It stands for UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECT!!! Therefore if there is a strange object in the sky that you see, that you can’t identify, YOU can classify it yourself as a UFO and report it. It’s really that simple. It doesn’t have to do with tin foil, or even necessarily reptoids from beyond earth.
But taking things just a bit further, I want to emphasize here, that if you are a person THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW FAR THE CURRENT LEVEL OF SCIENCE IS, you will most likely notice that the line between some MAIN STREAM SCIENCE and David I.’s(and many other people like him) work is beginning to become increasinly smaller and smaller.
Look, though… I don’t want to get sidetracked. The point is that if you don’t think there are other lifeforms other than humans, why not step away from your computer for a second and walk outside. What are those squirrils doing there? The lizards? The deer you shot during the season? The fish you catch? The steak you eat?
Those are all NON-FUCKING-HUMAN living creatures. Now that we can hopefully understand that, why don’t we take a trip back to MAINSTREAM ASTRONOMY for a quick second. I will close this out with two quick points… The first point is that mainstream science is now admitting that there are MILLIONS of POTENTIALLY habitable planets just in our galaxy alone. And that there are also BILLIONS of fucking galaxies!!! Let me say it again, for all the jackasses out there. BILLIONS OF FUCKING GALAXIES!!!

I don’t think it will be the interference that takes a majority of us to the camps. It will most likely be the bickering back and forth between the patriots that causes it. And big brother knows this, and is counting on it. If we can’t get along then we have no resistance to the nwo. For the love of freedom stop being mean to each other.

Ok,so they “invade the states”…so what?
That doesn’t mean that they will be kicking in doors of the homes of citizens,it doesn’t mean that they will foolishly try to confiscate weapons,it doesn’t mean that we’re to be dragged off to FEMA camps either,nor does it mean that they will be used to forcefully vaccinate the populace.
I won’t worry about anything until these above scenarios actually take place.

More people died as a result of swine flu vaccinations, than those who originally contracted the disease. There are hundreds of thousands of FEMA coffins located throughout the country. What is the militia? The term “militia” consists of two parts: the organized militia and the unorganized militia. According to the organic Maine Constitution and backed by the United States Code, the organized militia is the standing military force in the state (the “State Guard”) while the unorganized militia (which is commonly called the militia) consists of all other males between the ages of 17 and 45 (or 65 if they have prior military service). The militia was established for the purpose of defending the state (a sovereign nation) and the United States of America (a union of nations) from all enemies “foreign and domestic” based upon principles of community self defense established hundreds of years before the nation was formed. However, while the organized militia was tasked with the defenses of the states, our forefathers, having just fought their own government, did not place their entire trust in the government or a standing army to protect them but reserved the right and the means to protect themselves – thus the unorganized militia. The militia was and is a defensive body set up so that its members can take care of normal peace by internal lawless elements, or government usurpation of the rights and power of the people guaranteed by the Constitution, there is a group of people that owe their allegiance to no one except God and their fellow Americans who desire to remain free.
The mission and purpose of the militia have not changed. What has changed is the status of the organized militia. The “State Guard” with the duty and obligation of protecting the state is now under federal jurisdiction (the “National Guard”) thereby obligating it only to the federal government making the unorganized militia the only constitutional force available for the defense of the state.
