Homeland Security to Train Cops to Combat Roadside Bombs

“The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is holding a workshop in Fayetteville to teach local law enforcement agencies how to handle roadside bombs,” reports the Associated Press.
No, not in Iraq. But here, in America.
The department’s Office of Bombing Prevention will host Tuesday’s workshop. Police, sheriff’s deputies and other law enforcement agents will learn how to identify the bombs and how to protect against them.
Roadside bombs are the leading killer of troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Although no roadside bomb attacks have been reported in the U.S., experts say they could be a future threat.

Okay, it is getting ridiculous out here. Apparently, endless and bogus terror threats issued since September 11, 2001, are not enough. Now cops are to be filled with absurd ideas about terrorists planting IEDs alongside our highways and streets. But then we are told in all seriousness blond hair and blue eye al-Qaeda terrorists are a reality here in America and it is only a matter of time before they strike in the name of Osama bin Laden and his demented cave dwelling terrorists. Such things are sincerely cartoonish and no doubt most Americans do not take it seriously, no matter the talking heads on Faux News cranking up the hype on an almost daily basis.
In a way, we have already had a prominently hyped roadside bomb attack, in a fashion. It happened in Times Square when a crude bomb went off in the middle of the night at a military recruiting center. Geraldo told the nation it was the work of “anarchists” who are “more like those ‘9/11 was an inside job’ kind of guys.”
Maybe Homeland Security knows something we don’t. Maybe they are preparing the cops for the inevitability of an Iraqi styled “insurgency” here in America. After all, the Pentagon is paying Lockheed Martin $1.3 million to develop an “Integrated Crises Early Warning System” to detect “rebellions, insurgencies, ethnic/religious violence, civil war, and major economic crises,” according to Wired. And then there is a “secret report, suppressed by US defense chiefs and obtained by The Observer,” warning that “disruption and conflict will be endemic features of life” in the near future and “once again, warfare would define human life.”
So I guess the Department and the Pentagon are ahead of the curve. Or, more likely, they are attempting to rile up the cops and further brainwash them to believe the American people are the enemy. The absurd prospect of IEDs planted by blond hair and blue eye terrorists helps along this polarization agenda.

Let me tell you, IEDs are a terrifying piece of equipment. The Iraqis wouldn’t use em here… beyond that, they’d be relatively useless, one or two cars goes down and the freeway falls over and people stop driving cause they’re scared.

It is obvious to the perpetrators of large scale false flag ops like 9/11 that they can’t get away with that size of an operation again, so I am sure they will perform many smaller scale “terror” attacks. Frankly, I think that will be the way that they will justify locking down the population, more effectively than one big false flag event. 9/11 gave them justification to attack Afghanistan and Iraq. Now they need to lock down the people.

It is those whose criminal intent who carries the guilt of their actions whether its a petty thug who may rob their victims on the street, bank robber, mur as derer or rapist who are the most paranoid. The same goes for those in government and corporations. Knowing damn well they’re ripping us off of our treasure and freedoms and what they are doing is wrong. So like a common street criminal these folks are very paranoid of getting caught which thus makes them more desperate and more dangerous. Which at the very least causes them to go into a defensive mode against anyone who tries to stop them or bring them to justice. This is the reason for them ramping up this authoritarian
machine. They know with their guilt that as they are screwing more and more people. worse and worse. People will eventually rise up and revolt. So as a an act of contiguency They start to fortified their walls, armored their personal vehicles, add more electronic surveillance and more security personnel. And of course a gradual crackdown on the American citizenry to stave off any kind of potential revolt.

As to roadside bombs..what a joke. One guy walking down any street in America with a sled hammer and an incendiary can break open gas lines going into any and all structures and cause fires and explosions. This was the technique in the LA Riots of 92.

I guess the NWO feels bad about using nukes to get a justification for war with Iran. Now they can use the IED”s in America to blame them on Iran. Curious, is Homeland Security searching corporate Lear Jets, private yachts, sailboats, motor homes and private airplanes owned by individuals and corporations? Are these Americans required to walk through radar detectors to enter their vehicles if they are taking anyone other than their immediate families? Are they allowed to carry perfume and toothpaste aboard their Yachts? Are they regularly searched for bombs and drugs?

The assumption these guys keep making is that the military and local police forces are easily going to be “brainwashed” into becoming head bashing thugs, and I just don’t think that will happen. Of course there are always going to be a tiny minority of sadists among any group, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to be all of them. “Brainwashing” is for the most part an invention of the movie industry. There are no real-life Manchurian candidates, or sleeper agents. So the idea that you can take normal, decent people and condition them into Nazi storm troopers is unrealistic. At some point these guys are going to say “no, I won’t do that”. If you don’t agree with that assesment, then ask yourself: Would I let myself turn into a monster just because someone told me it would be a good thing? If you think your personality is strong enough to resist the Neocon conditioning, then why do you think others aren’t?

In my opinion the average joe/jane is easily manipulated.
When I was a kid in grade 4. My teacher tricked my class with a math problem that was unanswerable. Myself and one other student came to the same conclusion and refused to give an answer to the question. 2 out of 30 kids were willing to stick to there truthful conclusion rather than give in and answer the teachers question. My teacher was proud that I was willing to stand up for what i knew was the truth.
I miss that teacher.

#35, What do you think would have been the outcome if your 4th grade teacher had posed a different kind of problem for your class to solve. Instead of giving you a math question, what if she had given each student a hammer and told them that they would get an ice cream cone if they hit the student next to them on the head? 4th graders are usually about 8 or 9 years old, and still I’ll bet most of your class would have run home rather than do what was asked. People know what evil is when they see it, even kids that young. That’s why brainwashing is mostly fiction. Manipulation may be possible to some extent, but turning good people into evil ones? I kind of doubt it.
