House Bill Aims to Strip “Rightwing Extremists” of Second Amendment Right

A sinister bill working its way through the House may eventually serve as a companion piece to the Department of Homeland Security’s “Rightwing Extremist” report that labels veterans and advocates of the Second Amendment as dangerous terrorists — H.R. 2159, The Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009, sponsored by Rep. Peter King of New York.

On April 29, with little fanfare or corporate media coverage, H.R. 2159 was introduced and referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary. The bill would “increase public safety by permitting the Attorney General to deny the transfer of a firearm or the issuance of firearms or explosives licenses to a known or suspected dangerous terrorist.” The entire bill can be read on the Govtrack website.
A similar bill was introduced in the Senate in 2007 but did not make it out of committee.
As noted above, the DHS has compiled a long list of folks the government considers terrorists. The bill, if enacted, would allow the attorney general, a documented gun-grabber, to deny millions of Americans due process. “[Rep. King] would deny citizens their civil liberties based on no due process,” Larry Pratt, executive director of Gun Owners of America, tells WorldNetDaily.

On May 1, 2009, Infowars reported on the existence of another DHS document, the “Domestic Extremism Lexicon.” It adds more suspected terrorists to the government’s list, including people working in the alternative media, anarchists, pro-life activists, skinheads, lone terrorists, members of the militia movement, “decentralized” terrorists, and others.
The DHS reports were distributed to “federal, state, local, and tribal counterterrorism and law enforcement officials so they may effectively deter, prevent, preempt, or respond to terrorist attacks against the United States.”
Earlier this week, a man was stopped in Louisiana and detained by police for the crime of displaying a “Don’t tread one me” bumper sticker on his car. A background check was conducted to determine whether he was a member of an “extremist” group, according to The American Vision website. “Don’t tread on me” was originally displayed on a flag designed by general and statesman Christopher Gadsden during the Revolutionary War. It is depicted as a terrorist symbol in the DHS “Rightwing Extremist” report.

During Holder’s shoo-in confirmation hearings earlier this year, Stephen Halbrook, Second Amendment attorney, detailed Holder’s vehement opposition to the right to bear arms. Holder’s role in the Waco massacre and Ruby Ridge were expected to be brought up during the hearings but were not.
Shortly after 9/11, Holder penned a Washington Post op-ed entitled “Keeping Guns Away From Terrorists.” In the article, the future Attorney General argues that a new law should give “the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms a record of every firearm sale.” He also states that prospective gun buyers should be checked against the secret “watch lists” compiled by various government entities. In order to make his point, Holder makes the ludicrous hypothesis that Osama bin Laden would be able to purchase an unregistered firearm at a gun show in America.
The government now possesses the appropriate “watch lists” and has designated specific categories of Americans as domestic terrorists. If H.R. 2159 becomes law the Obama administration and the Justice Department will go after opponents to their far-reaching plan to disarm the nation and deliver it defenseless into the clutches of bankers and corporatists determined to reduce a once proud constitutional republic to the status of a fuedalist backwater.

Love the video.. my favorite part? “Colateral Damage” I get that the road ahead is long and steep, but the mountain grew while we were all asleep! (poet and didn’t know it?!!) I can’t bring myself to condone violence when all the other tools available to us are still on the table, and have not been exhausted and/or used effectively–we all know where that leads. The Iraq war is a constant reminder. If we don’t fully execute other avenues, meaning violence would be the final solution, in the end, we will ALL have dirty hands.

I hear you, I’ve watched the Election Fraud video also. But here’s the problem–the idea that terrorists can’t be reasoned with, is hitting both sides of the isle. When WE are sold to the rest of the population as the terrorists, our neighbors will turn us in under the same guise–we can’t be reasoned with. I would prefer my neighbor come to me personally, without a gun, to determine if if I can be reasoned with or not for themselves, before they either shoot me or turn me in.
WACO was a disaster because those people were alone–they had no outside helpers or advocates beyond those holding guns–aimed at thier families. Many of us bought the story that the Dravidians were “unreasonable” cultisits, and didn’t raise an eyebrow over these types of events until after 9/11–we know better now.
Education is the key here–it won’t matter how many guns you have if those who oppose you have more, or more people on thier side. BTW, I’m not opposed to guns by any means, it’s the greatest insurance policy we have. Still, they do in fact KILL people, and should be used as a last resort. My concern lies in how many people on the net are advocating violence as THE ONLY solution–this WILL be the *ammunition* they need to deny our 2nd amendment rights… and we’re handing it to them on silver platter.

True! When I came across the Oath keepers website, I sent them an e-mail reiterating this probabiity–if thier movement doesn’t go global, it won’t matter much. We have Doctors Without Borders, we need Liberty Without Borders. We all know through independant media that citizens all around the world are being abused by thier own governments, in some cases worse. Box news likes to cram down our throats that *people* around the world hate us. They primarily hate our government, not to mention thier own. The majority of the people on this planet are scratching thier heads at the bizarre behavior of thier governments… we’re not alone in this. If Oath Keepers had chapters around the world, it wouldn’t matter much who they sent–even Hitler had an army, but they all had to show up and follow orders to give him his (thier) power.

I don’t condone violence as a last resort either. But, we should all get as prepared for any eventuality NOW. The government could make any number of moves that leave us no time, no recourse or no choice. Don’t be lulled into thinking that because they aren’t knocking down doors right this moment that they can’t start at any time. Martial law, though not truly legal, could be implemented under color of law with those that aren’t correctly informed or are blind supporters of the Obama administration so quickly our peaceful options would evaporate. Remember, if we allow them to successfully remove firearms in civilian hands, our “Liberty teeth”, we become impotent background noise and sheep in a slaughter truck. As for educating the rest, well, we can still work on it. And yet the government is making an attempt to make that difficult or impossible by restricting other rights, such as free speech. Don’t give up yet, no. But, be prepared to go to war at a moments notice. Good luck to us all.

I am a Prez Barry voter and backer as are most of my friends, and while most of us support gun regulations like background searches etc the idea of preventing citizens from owning and using firearms is not popular over here. Likewise pulling a guy over for having some wing nutty stickers on his car is not going to fly with most liberals who hate anything that steps on free speech in any way.
I really think that Obama can read an opinion poll and is smart enough to know which side of his toast has butter on it. If there is some attempt to grab up firearms there is more help for you on the left than you think and it would be a mistake not to reach for it. Don’t believe everything your leaders tell you. we Don’t.

Why sign a petition? They aren’t listening. I’m not a fear-monger, but why give them the advantage of knowing who disagrees with their agenda? They don’t need this vital information fed to them.
I say stop paying taxes. If everyone boycotts taxes they can’t put the entire nation in prison. Hit them in the wallet where it hurts the most because money is their god. We can surely do a better job of spending tax dollars than they can. They have proved their incompetence. Feed the poor ourselves instead of making welfare slaves out of them, then require a change in the behavior that put them on the welfare rolls in the first place. That’s what Jesus would do! Stop buying and using drugs and booze and get a life! Life is wonderful, and it should be lived without our senses dulled. We need all our faculties intact in these dangerous times.

What I’m aware of is that elections have been rigged. Scandals like dead people voting, people registering 23 different times and voting under aliases (I actually heard a guy in my voting line bragging about it). People are in power that we didn’t want in those positions, and they got there by fraud. So why would we assume that they would listen to anything we say? Anyone with legitimate political experience rose up through their ranks knowing exactly what their supporters wanted from the get-go. Otherwise they never would have been elected dog-catcher. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. There seems to be a notion among the elected body that once they are in office, they are invincible, immortal, untouchable, and they become part of that special group that thinks they are better than the average Joe.
Corrupt politicians have been placed by well-funded special interest groups, and once they are seated, they are as hard to remove as ticks on a hound dog. Again, they do not listen to those whose opinion they consider beneath their notice. I will not feed them my vital personal information by signing a petition. If they want my info, they’ll have to dig for it. The last time I voted, I voted to throw the bums out who were spending my tax dollars like water on things which went against my moral conscience. If we still have the vote in 2012, I will vote, but I don’t think it will do any good. There are very few good politicians left in DC.
Your argument is very well put, and it would work in a system that still functioned as it was designed at the outset, without corruption. But it doesn’t. We now have in place a congress, president and senate (and very soon the supreme court) that is totally bent on the NWO, the destruction of individual rights, and imposing their will on the public.

I got off the prescription drugs and will no longer drink their alcohol. I will eat organic and exercise daily. When they come for me, they will meet their match. In the last year, over a million firearms a month have been purchased. Twenty times that many were already bought. The kid in Oakland took out 4, the kid in Pittsburgh killed 3. This goes too far. I mean yeah, if a criminal record of murder or something, you shouldn’t be able to have guns, but even the 1968 gun control act doesn’t state that. It states that if you have had a prison term of so many years and some other things you can’t have guns. But it is possible to put people in jail for years for petty things, or by mistake or by a framing, especially if there isn’t good due process. This is not good.

They are doing their best to make criminals out of ordinary everyday citizens. Why do you think this “drug war” struggles on? It will last forever because you cannot defeat human nature. And remember, the 1968 gun laws were based (some say word for word) on Hitler’s gun control act. Now we’ve even surpassed Hitler with our gun control zeal! It used to be that when you served your time that was it, have a good day, collect your guns at the front gate and sin no more.
Now you are not allowed to defend yourself or your family because of some petty mistake you may have made ten or twenty years ago when you were a dumb teenager. As you said, hardcore criminals (you know, the ones cops avoid like the plague) will get their hands on guns no matter what laws are put in place. And the laws our criminal government are trying to pass are aimed at the people, not criminals. They have already unconstitutionally taken away the right to travel outside the country (and inside if you want to go by plane) by putting over one million Americans on the no fly list, without a trial.
Are we supposed to swim to Europe or Asia if we feel like taking a vacation? For a President who has made many recent statements on how he is not going to pursue gun control legislation, he sure has a funny way of showing it, i.e., since making that statement we’ve been deluged with bill after bill after bill solely aimed at taking away our un-infringed? right to bear arms. Amazing how people of low character can lie in public, know they are lying, then their lies are exposed, and go on to deny they ever lied!

Keep contacting your local elected officials and the media snoutlets about these Orwellian DHS reports on RW Extremism, and the overt connection to this newest anti-2nd Amendment legislation. Conservative media will make a bigger issue of both topics if we focus our collective rage at this for a few more weeks. The Right Wingers are looking for a win against Obaaaama…and if we can influence them to force Napolitano into disclosing who wrote and authorized the DHS Extremism memos…we may actually get some accountability for this garbage, and it could stop all this gun-ban nonsense, tout de suite. Anyone with a mind of their own, who sees the government for what it is, anyone who stands for the Constitution and Bill of Rights, anyone who owns a gun, basically, anyone who truely loves this country, and won’t stand to see it flushed-down the crapper by those who want to consider themselves as “elite”.

Sad sarcasm. How can it be that the “elected” officials are so blind that they don’t know how their constituents feel or what they want from their representatives? How much “talk” is it going to take? How could they go to DC without some idea what the people wanted when they voted?
There seems to be some kind of fog-brain epidemic hanging over DC. Almost as if those who sit in congress have been taken over by mind control. We write letters, make phone calls, and we’re patted on the head and told to go back into our corners like good little children. “There is nothing going on. Go about your insignificant little lives and trust us to take care of you” (while they’re preparing the mass graves). I myself only found out about chemtrails 3 weeks ago (amazing, isn’t it?). How could I have lived all these years and failed to see that something was amiss? Now I’m trying to wake up friends, neighbors and family, and they are oblivious at best or think I’m delusional at worst.
These people in power are so arrogant, the CFR elite. They think they are god. I don’t believe they will listen to anyone because they are controlled and empowered by Lucifer himself. Even in the face of death, assassination, they won’t back down. And if anyone succeeds in taking them down, there will be more to take their place. I’m not fatalist, simply realist. Talking accomplishes nothing. These thugs don’t understand anything that isn’t on their slimy level.

Case and point- I believe in the constitution, own weapons, christian, yet have so called liberal views on some things, Democratic views on some things, Republican views on yet other things which means what? I am human, and I was raised a so called Democrat because it was expected of me, why? because I am African American.
At one time this was ideal because of the Civil rights issue and a few other issues but these which are extremly important to me are not what defines me as a person nor does one or a few important issues on the so called Right define you.
All of us want the same rights as defined in our constitution which also is not just a right of US citizens, it is the God given rights of man (meaning man and woman) and guess what? we don’t agree on everything.
Keep in mind, extreme anything is exactly that, and cannot be maintained by any one without boardering insanity or leading to chaos, because no human is to be extreme anything,
so don’t embrace that label either because you feel strongly about the right to free speach and the right to bear arms or anything,
as you can see, the “Extreme” title imposed is now being used against you/us,
to get others who may not agree or don’t think they should agree with a view deemed “extreme”
from a so called party that they do not belong, to get on board with them in order to defeat the so called “Bad Guys” and when that is done, the others will be controlled or sacrificed as “The Bad Guys”.
Because of this divide and conquer tactic which has been used for centuries because it works, along with other brain washing methods and pushing propaganda,
African American males in this country are still looked at by many with fear and or pure distain
for no reason that would not apply to any one else.
All African Americans are not taken by Obama because he is so called, some what Black, some are.

When you think about it, it really is up to us in America. Unfortunately, most of the nations of the world have surrendered their arms, which makes it difficult to fight back. I am sure many of them regret that now. They are counting on us. We should remember that. Most Americans are worthless zombies, but there is enough of us with guts to get the job done. If we fold, then the entire world is totally screwed. Scumbags like Holder, Bernanke, Pelosi, Lieberman, et al. days are numbered. There is no way any of them are walking away from this. I started stocking up on ammo back in September when it became obvious we were going to have to deal with Hitlery or B.O. I warned all my friends and family at the same time to do the same. At this point anyone trying to get much inthe way of ammo is so far behind the power curve you are probably screwed. Not only that, supply (very little available) and demand (like dope smokers with the munchies after that last brownie) has driven the price up otrageously. GOOD LUCK FINDING WHAT AMMO YOU NEED. I quit buying weapons, because i saw the need for more beans and bandaids, and further hardening my bunker. Besides, when the SHTF you can always ambush the NWO foriegn troops and take their weapons, food, and ammo. Keep your eyes open and your powder dry…..Good Luck

It seems we are being subjegated to learn history for ourselves. If this is truly the case then we must do 1 of two things. Flee, or fight while we have the chance. I know not of the outcome from these treasonous acts but the implications will be greater should the Patriots and freedom fighters fail. It is our inactions which will be the greatest failure. When future history is taught, if it is a free future, they will look back on these times, and wonder where all the good people were. Were they cowering in their homes? The ENTIRE country takes to the streets–not just a few thousand. That said, as a person who does not own a gun, (and clearly does not know how to use one either as a result!), I’m grateful to these young Vets for offering to protect me and my family, even if it’s only becasue they refuse to follow orders that are not legal under the constitution! People forget that Hitler had an army… he did not kill 6 million jews all by himself. If his millitary personell all refused to obey his orders, he would have had NO power, long before a weapon was even fired.

You should probably go out right now and by a firearm. Don’t count on anyone (especially a military filled with soldiers killing innocent people in the name of OUR country) to defend you or your loved ones. It’s your duty to do that yourself. Like you, I’m glad there are some in the military and on the police forces that will not shoot or steal the guns of American citizens.
However, these “oath keepers” continue to dodge very important questions concerning the gun laws now in effect which currently violate the second amendment of our Constitution. They are strangely silent concerning their oath to the Constitution and the people when comes to disobeying these illegal and totalitarian gun control laws, something that should give us all pause before we back them up tooth and nail.

I believe in the power of prayer. But I believe that good people have stood by and done nothing while the actions of perverts have stunk in God’s nostrils. The blood of 50 million murdered babies has been crying out from the garbage dump. I’m amazed that He has held back judgement on this nation as long as He has. We deserved it long ago. Im all for the constitution and everything but would it be possible to limit the amount of guns in a home? all im sayin is that guns should be used for simple protection and/or hunting not stockpiling. If we just limit the amount (not completly get rid of) the amount of guns in a household i think there would be a lot less gun related violence. Does anyone else think this?

Guns don’t kill people. People kill people. One gun kills just as well as 10. Stockpiling is only useful in the scenario of supplying your compatriots.
A criminal is less likely to mess with you or your property if he knows you’ll probably blow him away first and ask questions later. So I don’t agree that less guns means less violence. Same thing as M.A.D. Let’s all get howitzers because that’s what we’ll need when the government comes to get our guns.

Go into nearly any city in America and you will find gangs. Gang members generally will be carrying guns. Yet there is never mention of this in these reports and secret list of terrorists. Why? Why is there not an onslaught of pressure to take the illegal guns (unregistered guns) from the real criminals. This is my concern, and proves this is simply an assault on the informed public for the purpose of seizing control of anyone against this administration. Why would you have to do this if it were not.

I saw this interview on television, and Emanual was also speaking about having all citizens (from age 18 to 37 I think it was) engage in 3 months of “service” to the country (in Israel, all citizens are required to serve in the military at some point). But there’s something odd about this–very odd. If we now have our vets listed as possible terrorists, what would become of ALL citizens who participate in something like this? Is it really just that vets are being targeted because they have been trained in combat, or because those returning from Iraq have seen things going on there that our media won’t report? It’s well known that the majority of conversations being listened to (under authority of the Patriot Act), are those of military personnel calling home.
While you and I were paying $4 for a gallon of gas, military personnel were writing/calling home to tell thier families that tanker after tanker, FILLED WITH OIL, were leaving the installations they were guarding *with thier lives*, but nobody knew where it all went. The Iraqi’s didn’t get it, and neither did we–at least not as far as the public is concerned.

The problem I just discovered is in our VERY OWN Constitution! Article VI states that any international treaty that is ratified (by Senate) becomes the “supreme law of the land” which trumps any local, state, or federal law or right. The Founders really screwed up with that article!
The reason is this: Senator Lugar is reintroducing a treaty never passed during the Clinton years called CIFTA, which would allow any foreign individual or entity complete access to all U.S. gun ownership and licensing records!

Just check out the map of red and blue States and counties, being careful not to equate them to Dems or Reps who are one in the same. Fly over country will win, hands down. If Mr. Holder, Congress, the President, etc. try to pass and enforce this unconstitutional law on the people, then every U.S. citizen who has their rights violated by such actions has a Title 42 Section 1983 lawsuit against Mr. Holder and anyone else who tries to pass and/or enforce such unconstitutional legislation. After all, they all had to take the oath to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC as part of their job. That includes Sheriffs, police officers, BATFers, FBIers, etc. Of course, you could just charge them with conspiracy to commit “treason” against the Constitution and this Republic, put them on trial, and when they are found guilty of treason against the people and their Constitution, have them make the ultimate sacrifice for their betrayal. You say this is too extreme? Why? Aren’t you getting tired of having these idiots/traitors and their lapdogs violating your rights on a daily basis as if they have the authority to do so? If you say no, why not? Come on people. One minor mistake might be overlooked by most people, but they are attacking our rights from every angle. I’m there too, Stewart. I’m a former Capt, USMC, Vietnam combat command, 9 1/2 years in the Corps and later 8 1/2 years in law enforcement. Not too long ago I became obsessed with the idea that I had to initiate an outreach to all the cops and military about this very basic issue, abiding by the Oath.. and you have done the work of getting it started. I was just telling all these gung-ho pseudo-Rambos they’re going to need bigger and heavier ordnance than those little AR15 and AK47 clones they buy. Those “assault rifles” won’t ding the paint on a Bradley, but that Fifty Cal will bring smoke and fire on their ass 2 miles away.

Good weapons to own:
Mosin Nagant 91/30. 7.62×54r. Bolt action. 1943 Izhevsk Factory.
Have seen 762×54r go though many things and keep flying using steel core ammo. Will go straight through kevlar with steel shock plate (possibly ceramic) and keep going out back. Go though both ends of a car and keep going. Check it out on youtube. The most accurate shot in your family should wield this weap, they must also be as brutal as the gun (hard bolt action due to cocking as the bolt is turned, not as it is pulled back like other bolt designs, like ((I believe)) the lee enfield or mauser98(((hammer cocked on pull back bolt easy to open)))).
If you want semi-auto in 762×54r, go with the svt40. Lighter than a nagant believe it or not (made from pine like type of wood.)

On a large scale in the event of a total meltdown of order, Dr.C, you are correct. This country would disintegrate into civil war very quickly, and the military and police would divide along their own political lines and join in the fray. What I’m talking of is more a Waco-type engagement, which is what we will certainly see more of way before we get to all-out revolt. There won’t be time for that particular family / church / group to wait for a mutiny of local police or military to save them.
More Medal of Honor certificates and after action reports mention Browning belt fed guns than any other weapon in large scale battles. In many instances, a single well-positioned Browning .50 and a dedicated committed gunner turned the tide of entire battles. Audie Murphy won his Congressional MOH with a Browning .50 he manned impromtu atop a burning US tank to drive back a German battalion single handed. This is only one of many examples. I think taking on a Nazi mechanized infantry battalion is endorsement enough for any weapon.
Had one of these guns been positioned in the high tower at Waco with a competent gunner, there would not have been an assault by 10 tanks and helicopter air support. That gunner would have commanded a 2 mile radius in all directions, and with the correct ammo from a high angle, would have given even the Bradleys a very bad day. Had it been mobile, mounted on a fast 4WD or even a light armored vehicle, it would have rampaged through the attackers with surprising deadly effectiveness, as these people in the units which are called upon to pull these attacks on Americans are trained to fight “seige” engagements where the citizens hole up in their house or structure and fight defensively, usually to bad results. The cowards in the FBI, ATF, SWAT, and special military domestic units are NOT prepared for opponents who immediately go on the offensive..they are trained to shoot fish in a barrel, with no real possibility of a counter-attack.
Imagine their surprise when an armed vehicle, or several armed vehicles, break through into their staging and rear areas with heavy mounted weapons shredding everything. They simply aren’t prepared for that. They’re prepared for the poor slaves to be cowering in their burning house begging for mercy, that’s what they’re trained to encounter.
Better stop fixating on these little “assault weapons”, because those don’t win major battles. All the assault weapons in the world didn’t help the Branch Davidians one bit. A big .50 belt fed or two would have changed that bit of history significantly. Mounted on fast vehicles, they would have run the attackers ragged and possibly caused a withdrawal.
Go get a .50 while you still can.

It is refreshing to read a post from someone that actually know’s what they are talking about. I agree with you wholeheartedly, a good .50 cal will stop a Bradley or bring down a chopper 1.5 miles away, or further. The only problem is, not many can front the $3,000 for a good .50, or $4 a round to feed the damn thing!
A good alternative would be a Dragunov 7.62×54r. With the proper ammo, they will glide through 1/8″ plate steel. Body armor does not stand a chance. I can’t see anybody getting within 500 yards of a motivated man (including choppers) with a Dragunov!

Good news, the ammo is $2.50 if you load your own. Bad news, the gun can’t be had for under
$6000, but a Barrett rifle is $8500 now, so I’m still going with my AA gun. I know where and how to get everything needed, and buy in bulk. You can get a pro built .50 from a builder for $6500.
The Dragunov is excellent, but a real Russian model would be exceptionally rare here. The ones you see for sale in the US are Romanian PSL models, and the optics are the weak point. It’s a magnificent rifle even in a rough Romy copy, and with 26 inches of barrel firing those huge steel core 7.62 slugs they indeed play hell with most mobile armor gear. If you get the PSL, throw the scope away and get a Leopould.
Good thing about old Browning .50’s, they are dirt simple. Buy the thing one part at a time and build it yourself.

Buy the M99 Barrett bolt action. It’ll shoot in a 10 inch circle at 1000 yds (1 MOA). The M107 / M82a is a semiauto and nowhere near as precise. You’ll miss half the time. If you need semiauto continuous fire, you need the belt fed AA gun..it’s cheaper than the Barrett!

Anyone who even suggest gun laws has committed TREASON PERIOD!!!!!! Americans are giving up their rights through ignorance and apathy through gun laws that are replacing American’s natural & God-given rights to keep & bear arms. The U.S. Supreme Court declared the pre-existing nature of natural rights in Hidges vs. U.S. in 1942 when it ruled, “The right to the enjoyment of life and liberty and the right to acquire and possess property are fundamental rights of the citizen of the several states and are not dependent upon the Constitution of the United States or the federal government for their existence.” U.S. vs. Minker, the Supreme Court said, ” Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many citizens, because of respect for the law, are cunningly coerced into waving their rights, due to ignorance.”

This second report from DHS has included nearly every person who is not somekind of mind numb drone of the religion of Liberalism. If you’re not one of them the government includes the words “extremism”, or “extremists” to be able to group people who don’t like, to whatever degree, what the government is doing either now, or has done in the past, or will do in the future. This means everyone who is White mostly, or maybe a few Mexican, notice the report didn’t have many groups like MS-13 or the Mexican Mafia, and didn’t include groups like the Black Panthers or some other Black racist group. What’s the matter, the government doesn’t know any of these groups? What’s the matter the government only hates White people who sit together during lunch time and talk about things like White people talk about things? So the next time you go to lunch make sure you only sit with people who aren’t like you or think about things like you do or talk about things like you do. Then if you do that the government will concider you “normal” and the kind of person who would be above suspision of committing of an act of violence. Yeah, right. It’s people like Obama thought who get a pass when he associates with known Communists and Marxists and virilent anti-government radicals like Bill Ayers and his ilk. I think everyone who is presently running the government need to investigated for all the crimes they’ve committed before Obama appointed them to office, like Janet Napolotano and Eric Holder. Wasn’t Holder sitting on the board of directers of a corporation that according to this report be considered a radical anti-gun group that incorporated acts of violence towards gun manufactures? Isn’t putting unreasonable pressure on gun makers and those who sell guns and those who buy guns, to the point where those individuals have to take unreasonable measures to protect themselves? I’d say so. So this report isn’t a lexicon on people who really are a threat to our country. It’s a report on the left, and how they fear people who aren’t just exactly like them in every way. I don’t see how any of this is even possible because the definitions include “normal” people who don’t think that paying the taxes we pay is Constitutional. But just my saying that puts me into one of the catagories of anti-tax people who believe in a Constitutional form of taxation. Isn’t that stupid? Learn to reload, save your brass. Stockpile powder and primers. Get a solid simple cheap press like a Lee. Adapt, improvise, overcome. Don’t get spoiled. Pakistani and Afghan kids collect spent Russian cases out of the dirt, take them to Khyber, and reload thousands of rounds of ammunition by hand. Ammo that works. As a nation of free citizens we are faced with the evil that controls our political system, judical and legislative branches of goverment. All three branches and even in state and local levels we know that the system is corrupt and beyond repair. With no justice for all and tyranny for everyone Americans must use reason and recognize that if youre not getting ready for a fight they you are asleep and need to stay in your trance. Your NWO processing for being slow and asleep will assist those that are awake because the population is wake.
Brezenski is quoted as saying that there once was a time like during the cold war that it was easier to control a million people than to kill them. Today he states that it is easier to kill a million people than to control them. His statemet says it all. I just hope we come together before its too late.

Interesting story.
I also think that the resistance to vaccinations will be a test for the government to flush out the defiant ones in the society.
By isolating and criminalizing the defiant,the government will be in a much better position to control them thru containment by “quarantines” and disarmament comes naturally.
After all,these are the most likely (and most heavily armed) citizens that will oppose future violations of liberties,once these recalcitrants have been identified and isolated,the nefarious policy can continue with much less friction.

I have’nt had to buy a single round of ammo since autumn of 2007. I was aware of what was coming, and stocked up ahead of time.
Please don’t take this wrong, I just wish more folks would have seen what was coming.
It’s a little late to just wake up, and decide to start stocking up on ammo, when there is so little to find, but Get what you can, anyway you can. I agree with ME’s comment when he says SAVE your ammo for the fight, sight them in, and then get ready for the fight.

the problem with this bill is that it is avoiding the 4th and 6th amendments. if someone is merely “suspected” of being a dangerous terrorist, that is not enough under our CONSTITUTION to deprive a person of their rights.
one must be arrested due to probably cause (4th) and then duly processed by a jury of his/her peers before being convicted and removed from society, thus taking their guns in the process.
it really doesn’t matter WHO they label “suspected terrorists”, because this sets the even more dangerous precident that you do not need to convict someone to punish them.

The more I read about these “new” laws, the more I’m reminded of Nazi Germany. I think we need a little history lesson. If you review the history of the rise of Hitler….he passed similiar laws before he arrested and executed all politicial “opponants” and anyone who spoke against the Nazi’s. The Gestapo (the DHS/FBI/”CIVILIAN MILITARY”) would gather information on everyone and if they found anyone who opposed Hitler, they were arrested and executed. So what or Who is next on OBAMA’s LIST????

It is indeed starting to look rather troublesome. And I don’t think it’s just one party. I think the power of DC has corrupted across the aisle and too many up there are doing what they can to enslave the populous in order to line their pockets and keep power for themselves. We really need to set some term limits if at all possible before things really get out of hands. Assuming that they haven’t all ready. :-/

I’m not a gun owner. Personally, I do not wish to own a gun. However, I have many, many friends who do own guns and I do enjoy going to the firing range from time to time and taking a few shots at some targets. I see no problem in responsible, hard-working people of any country owning 1 or many guns. I see the Govt. having a problem with this because it makes private citizens somewhat equal to them in terms of being able to defend themselves, which makes the Govt. less needed for protection. Less needed for protection means they can’t tax and pass liberty infringing laws in the name of “protecting the people”. I fear that one day laws like this one will pass through Congress and then used along with bill such as the Cybersecruity Act of 2009, Directive 51, and the “rightwing extremist” report to disarm the public and prevent the people, like myself who don’t yet own any weapons, to be denied the right to obtain, use, and keep them responsibly. We already have gun control laws to regulate criminal behavior when it happens. We don’t need a Govt. that tells us that we’re not responsible enough to have something because we “might” become evil because of it. I don’t see them reinacting prohibition of alcohol although we all I’m sure can site an instance where someone we’ve come in contact with has become “evil” while using that.
