House bypasses governor’s veto to claim Oklahoma’s sovereignty

Although Gov. Brad Henry vetoed similar legislation 10 days earlier, House members Monday again approved a resolution claiming Oklahoma’s sovereignty.
Unlike House Joint Resolution 1003, House Concurrent Resolution 1028 does not need the governor’s approval.
The House passed the measure 73-22. It now goes to the Senate.

“We’re going to get it done one way or the other,” said the resolutions’ author, Rep. Charles Key, R-Oklahoma City.
“I think our governor is out of step.”
House Democrats objected, saying the issue already had been taken up and had been vetoed, but House Speaker Pro Tempore Kris Steele, R-Shawnee, ruled the veto is not final action.
Key said he expects HCR 1028 will pass in the Senate. HJR 1003 earlier passed the House 83-18 and won approval in the Senate 29-18.
Henry vetoed HJR 1003 because he said it suggested, among other things, that Oklahoma should return federal tax dollars.

I think this is great for the fine State of Oklahoma…..they have been through so much due to the incremental Elitist Game Plan……now we can investigate who was really behind the Alfred Murrah building bombing…..it was a prelimenary step in the terrorism B.S., instituted by the C-Lie-A and others, to perpretrate on the Citizens of Oklahoma and the United States…..I remember them blaming Muslims and fearmongering the rest of the country into a terroristic frenzy……same model used on a larger scale with 911…..I’m a firefighter for 911 truth….all of the lies were not believed by me and many others from the beginning….especially when firefighter friends of mine were warned by the F-B-Lie at the Pentagon on 9-11-01 not to talk about what they saw, or face the national Security Act……..My best friend who was one of the most decorated firefighters in Montgomery County, MD. was on the cave-in rescue team sent by our Dept. to Oklahoma City to assist in victim retrieval etc…..he had (passed away last summer, pics now in a safe place), (3),three ring bindered note-books full of pictures he took inside the Alfred Murrah Building…..pics on all floors as they were tunneling through, during rescue operations…..too much damage inside of that building to be caused by a shaped-charged-truck bomb out front, (the reason given by the Federal Government), which of course most of us firefighters knew then was B.S.. All firefighters there were instructed to be silent as per the National Security Act…….I believe that when Oklahoma fully passes sovereignty, it will be a giant step for Oklahoma’s Citizens and for America…..maybe now they can start an independent investigation into what happened there……I challenge all law enforcement and this is coming from a firefighter brother….why don’t you stand up for your Oath and for Your Country and independently investigate the bankster/lobbyist/politician corruption involving the Federal level of Gvt. all the way down to the local level. I have lost a huge amount of respect for all levels of law enforcement since 911, due to the fact that none of you will break ranks and officially investigate. Until then keep shining those Tin Badges Boys, golden my ass…..My firefighter friend died of causes related to inhaling the dust from ground zero…dust that contained 100 nm iron and aluminum particles used in military grade thermite explosives……To the People of Oklahoma….GOOD JOB BOYS AND GIRLS, ROCK ON…….to the criminals behind all of these crisis created criminal conspiracies….we will not rest until justice is served….keep hiding, keep running, it is only a matter of time you pieces of $hite…….I’ve have gone through walls of flame and kicked the devils a$$ time and time again as a firefighter, you little paper-pushing arm-chair criminals beware, because I consider your kind in league with the devil, and a firefighter will never stop until every last spark is out………

If you US Citizens want to focus anywhere It should be here. It is in these political and social battles where the global Elite try and justify their perceived right to remove your right to make local decisions. Like when the people of a state want to block federalisation leading towards greater central powers over your life. make jibs and jives at each other all you want that’s kind of the point If you lose your local rights to decide the law of your land under a grouped civil constitution then you hand over those rights to other people until you lose the freedoms you have to say what you want to say. This is good news, sort of. It is only a resolution pushed by the Republican faction. Of course the Democrat faction wants states to be more like what they are now, just Soviet style Regional Administrations of the federal government.
But, it is a step in the right direction. A better direction.
The Bill of Rights needs to become state law. Any state or federal “law” or “law enforcer” who is found to be in violation of this law will face criminal charges and penalties. ( Go to prison for a long time. )
The states need to refuse “federal” money, and refuse to give the federals any more of their money. States need to out law the collection of all federal taxes within the border of the state, especially the communist income tax. If the federals try to use force against the state, well then they have set things in motion they will certainly regret.
For a fact, this present order cannot continue. It is not sustainable and the sooner it ends the better. So coo-dos to the politicos in Oklahoma. Keep going in the right direction and some day you’ll get there. I hope.

This issue with the states reaffirming the 10th amendment is exactly what this flu lie is all about,understand that the CDC can invoke just about any override against the states laws regarding mandatory inoculations,mandatory access into buildings “to inspect for those infected”,roundups of “suspected infected individuals” along with the natural collection of weapons to facilitate these operations “in a safe manner for the government workers involved.
Think about it,the trigger that got the states riled up was the feds discussing the assault weapons bans.
You can bet that the feds learned from that response and have plans to circumvent those reactions next time.

You have no idea what you are saying. Oklahoma is a clean good state with numerous natural resources, including its well-educated citizens. We have top industries such as oil, gas, higher education, and major health care and research, along with many outstanding leaders in natural health care, and clean, safe agiculture and farming. In fact, Oklahoma should declare their own soverignity,and take steps to sucede from the corrupt Federal Government. Then, perhaps the truth about the Murray Bldg. tragedy will be revealed. We should discuss perhaps what will be done when a soveriegn state stands up to the feds and then gets confronted with troops and violence. It only stands to reason that other states with patriots will be denied travel and mobility to assist. THis means that states will be going it alone until something can be done to support those states that seek freedom. Neighboring states will be impeaded by the federal government and that means each state is going to have be ready for a “REAL FIGHT” for freedom. Patriots need to be ready to respond where they can best support any resistance by states seeking freedom for their citizens but patriots should also realize that the big boot of tryany will be using all technology available to supress resistance. Long live the idea of freedom and the right to pursue happiness.

The OKC bombing was done becouse that state was going to stop sending there tax money to washington then have to ask for it back.

I’m ashamed of my state of ARIZONA for not reaffirming the bill that was previously passed with the same objective. This is the state that did not adopt Martin Luther King Day until the Feds threatened to cut funding (of our own money), the state that did not put in HOV lanes until the Feds threatened to cut highway funding (again our money in the first place), and the state that STILL does not participate in the evil DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME!

Hey, people… this “legislation” is a joke or ruse, too.
How do I know? First, note that the house “bypassed” the governor. His veto was NOT “overridden”… with a 2/3 majority. It is a House Resolution… NOT A JOINT RESOLUTION.
Since it is a resolution of the House, it is a claim of sovereignty to the “people” … by construction.
The STATE has not claimed sovereignty… because that would require a JOINT RESOLUTION (not a House Resolution) and be signed by the Governor. That’s clearly not the case.
So… we are back to square one.
To show that it’s a ruse, just look at the vote counts… HJR 1003 earlier passed the House 83-18 and won approval in the Senate 29-18.
If you follow the “symbolism” in the vote counts … you have 83-18 = (8+3) (1+8) = (11)(9)… and 29-18 = (2+9) (1+8) = (11)(9)… or in other words, both are 11-9; instead of 9-11. Get it?
It’s like saying.. Don’t worry NWO, … we are with you… we just want to throw the useless eaters a dry bone to gnaw on for awhile…
