To a certain extent they have the system rigged to get their own in there.

You need money and much exposure and air time and backing.

Have fun getting around the corruption in that process.

That is often the reason we get the choices we do.

Basically, I guess there is plenty of blame to go around.

To a certain extent we are culpable, you are right. Who will put the most in our pockets and give us what we want instead of what is right and fair are the questions asked quite often anymore.

I have read that democracies do not last past the point where people realize and can get the politicians to legislate money in their pockets.

Still, they often lie to us, they campaign and then go and do the exact opposite; or the inconceivable when they get there. They are accountable for that and every violation of the Constitution every one of them took an oath to uphold it. NO, the fact we elected them doesn’t take away their culpability for one minuet. If any crimes or deaths ensue from their actions – the ante just keeps going up and up and up, theft, collusion to murder. I strongly believe in the death penalty.

Still, they are caught committing criminal and immoral actions and we keep re electing them and letting it slide. I think they excuse it with well they are all like that or that is just the way politicians are. No, they need to be prosecuted and put in a very uncomfortable jail cell. This type of thinking is the whole damned problem. No, it is not ok for the politicians to be a bunch of damned lying criminals.

We are soon to find out the hard way, character counts more than charisma and fuzzy progressive policies that sound good no one really understands the implications of – they just want change. We elected the “One” on a fuzzy platform of undefined change and Germany also elected Adolph on that same platform of change. We are about to find out that both countries should have defined that change much better

Tragic, you know maybe they are a reflection of ourselves to a certain extent.

Ben Franklin was right – People deserve the leaders they get.

Once again, we only have ourselves to blame. Look at all the seats and look at the man,or woman in it WE THE PEOPLE have been for some time electing lawyers to these offices READ the founding documents the CONSTITUTION provides in it that any man that meets the criteria that we set forth can serve. FARMERS,TRUCK DRIVERS,NURSES,FACTORY WORKERS,ETA …. DIVERSIFY PEOPLE!!!!!!
