1) If you don’t have a job, you’ll be forced by law to purchase the government run insurance which sources say will cost $15,000 per year. Since you aren’t working, you probably can’t afford it. So you’ll use a credit card to pay for it or use all your monetary resources to pay for it, and then use credit to buy necessities. If all that fails, you’ll be fined even more money and/or end up in jail.
They wouldn’t just throw you in jail immediately because that costs money. They want to get your money first, before they throw you in jail.
2) I suspect this was a rhetorical question but nevertheless, the answer: because you can’t write and convince your congressman if you don’t know what’s going to happen. You can’t protest or otherwise impede the will of the elite if you don’t know what’s going on.
You know the old saying, “Know your enemy”…the elite try to keep us from knowing them.

Health Insurance companies make a profit the charge you what it costs for your healthcare and then add on 100% profit for the shareholders.
In every other country where it has always been free health care they charge you an extra 1% on your tax which means the rich will be paying for your healthcare not you minimum wage guys.
The BS about going to jail for not paying is because it is tax, you already go to jail if you don’t pay tax nothing changes.

Use your memory and realize this was planned back when Bush was in office, MAKE NO MISTAKE.
Going back to Bush, you will recall the piece of legislation that makes it nearly impossible to declare bankruptcy and they did that for a reason, to get ready for the bankrupting of this country and mandatory health insurance, which will make many Americans debtors to the government for life, with interest.
Once one is a debtor to the Fed, they have total control of your life and can attach one’s paycheck retroactively for any lapse in payments, the same way the IRS collects taxes fro one’s paycheck. If you are out of work for 6 months and did not make your $700.00 monthly premium, when you go back to work you owe them $4,200.00 even if you did not get sick and see a doctor, because they “carried you” for 6 months with coverage you did not use. And because this will be connected to your Social Security number and eventually the National ID, they can track you wherever you go and bag you as soon as you start working, or even when you get a traffic ticket and the cop see’s you are a wanted fellon using the new digital National ID.
The purpose of all theses separate pieces of legislation appearing “separate,” is to make them appear as unrelated pieces of legislation, when in reality they were all covertly designed to entrap and entangle the citizenry in one giant net. Behind the covert and UNDECLARED plans and more than anything ever discussed at face value, is the hidden agenda to maintain the integrity of the covert entanglement net, the way fisherman maintain a giant tuna seine.
The NWO is building a road with NO EXIT RAMPS, held in place by the massive entanglements and obligations of the war on terror, the middle east, the National ID, open borders, Global Warming, Pandemics, National ID, the banking crisis and National Health Care Plan. Mention anyone of these and it is deliberately and covertly entangled with all the others leaving no possible escape. And now, if you are not with them, you are with the terrorists and all your assets and accounts can be seized without a court order the minute you use your ID to cash a check. Once you use that ID, they know where you are, what you bought, how much it cost, what vaccinations you’ve had, what meds you are taking, if you are a resistor, how much you are indebted to the NWO retroactively and you become an instant fellon oweing your life and your freedom to whatever deal you can cut with the Fed. When the mandatory vaccinations become the front line defense of the National Health Care Plan, you will not be elegible for anything if you have not had your shots, they will have your records and will make taylored vaccines for YOUR GENOME & PROFILE, for which they now have zero accountability, so be good for goodness sake. I am for real… insurance is a scam, and adding the government into it, was just the Gov’s way of cashing in. I think the system people are screaming is so evil and fraudulent now, will only grow more vile, reprehensible, and corrupt, with each government entity that gets in on it.
If you want a real world, place you can go and see government health care in action, go to any VA hospital in the nation, as the wonderful odor of 3 day old urine and feces opens your nose, count how many people ride past you in their scooters, missing arms and legs. Take time to talk to the vets, who have had to fight 2 or 3 years to get any form of care, the high attrition rate of doctors, in and out so fast, that the patient may see them 2 or 3 times in a 3 year period, before the doctor has moved on, and passed the patient on to the next to take their place. Talk to the Veterans, who have been misdiagnosed, and fed so many pills they could hardly walk..until the last doctor came in, and asked them who had been treating them for ______ and they go, no one every said I had _______. If you want to really see what public health care will be, go to any VA hospital, and look at the people there, the hospitals in disarray the people sitting neglected, the smell of urine and feces so strongly mixed with ammonia that it makes you sick… as you walk past people who had small infections, that have been chopped on to the point they are taking their arms and legs off… just sit there one day, and watch…. and we’ll see if you don’t change your opinion on how good you once had it, with private health care.

I don’t want to get too religious but these people are evil and serve the devil..it’s greed, and corruption, and a lust for power and control and these are not qualities of God fearing people, unless their god is satan. It is truly a battle of good versus evil. I was partly wrong above..in the end I know how prevails, we do, if we are with God. There will come a time when all of us will have to make a choice. Many of us already have. We know in our hearts and minds what is right. This is not of our choosing, it has been forced upon us, as it was upon our fore-fathers. I don’t know when the exact moment will arrive, but I do know I will be ready for my decision has been made. My line is drawn, and the choice is to live free. If that choice is taken from me, then I will die proudly and heroically, as those before me have done. I believe there were protest all summer at the townhall meetings and what did that accomplish. Nothing they will do as they choose regardless of what the people say. And for those who do protest they manipulate the media to make you out to be nut jobs and terrorist.

I just hate that I was right, but once again… there comes a time, when peaceful resolution to grievances is no longer a viable option, and the only thing that our attackers will understand is to bring violence and death to their doorsteps, so repeatedly, that they quiver in their boots, knowing that no place is safe for them, no time to rest or sleep will be given, and that even death, shall not be a quick release from pain for them… that they shall be made to suffer the pain they have inflicted on those who could not fight back…

Yes I believe the only solution is a revolution. the fort Hood situation will happen all over the United States when the IRS starts trying to arrest us for not having health insurance and stealing our money out of the banks. They will have individuals and small groups gunning down groups of 15 or more of the police and military who try to enforce it. It only takes one to cause the damage of 15 to 25 fold with a good set of weapons and ammo. That is more that they have the resources to handle it. So they will use fear by hitting a few individual with a hard core swat team to try to scare the masses into doing what they are told. It will not work. They track you. What little privacy you had left will be gone. The bill provides transparency of YOUR finances with the power to sieze assets without the process currently used to steal funds from you. They know what you have in the bank ( without a warrant, suspiscious activity report or other paperwork). They force you to buy a service ( unconstitutional) you might not want. You get a new, national ID card ( states rejected it so they did an end run) with all your medical history digitized.
The hmo’s wrote it and it benefits only them and their pet congressmen. You will pay more tax because of it. Extra costs that go to the big hmo’s will be woven into everything.
This bill, like most these days, is about two things: removing your ‘freedom’, and looting America as it goes down.

It also imposes fines of up to 500K on small businesses if they don’t provide “preferred” health insurance to employees as the to-be-appointed committee sees fit. There is mandatory end-of-life counseling for the elderly. There will be home visits made to low-income families expecting babies. These are just some of the things I took note of when reading the bill.

This august was no different than last. A constant string of German and Swiss inlaws staying with us in California. They get more vacation time than we do because europeans are superior to all others so they come HERE for august. They all deny that it will hit Europe and feel they’ve already gone through the hard times and recovered. I believe this Bill still has to make it through the Senate so you still have time to call your senators. If it passes the Senate then some of the proposals in the Bill will take effect immediately. Ron Paul has to make a decision now to run or not and if not then we need to find a viable candidate and start his/her journey to the White House to reverse this tyranny. This Bill combined with the Global Warming Bill may make it impossible short of war to end this tyranny. By now we have all heard the clichés and seen the posters from the “Tea Parties” espousing freedom, less government, and perhaps most of all, how the federal government had better back off trying to shove their national healthcare down our otherwise healthy throats. The truth of the matter is all the slogans of “Don’t Tread On Me” or “Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Death” or “We’re Mad As Hell And We’re Not Taking It Anymore,” don’t mean a thing when compared to reality; the real and actual answer to all the protests, marches, and outrage. The answer is in our own backyards!
The States can stop every bit of it! That’s right, the individual States can stop “Obamacare” and all other forms of out-of-control federal government mandates and “big brother” tactics. If Arizona, Hawaii, New Hamshire, Texas, etc. want nothing to do with National Healthcare as proposed by Barack Obama or Congress, then all they have to do is say “No!”
For you skeptics who think the States could no more do this than fly to the moon, let’s look at the law. First, the U.S. Constitution is the ultimate and supreme law of the land. More specifically, the Bill of Rights was established, because some of our Founding Fathers, feared that the Constitution did not go far enough in restricting or limiting the central government. Hamilton was one of a select few who wanted a bigger and powerful federal government. However, several key states and powerful delegates such as Patrick Henry, said they would not support the formation of a new government if the Constitution did not contain a Bill of Rights, a supreme law to establish basic and fundamental human rights that could never, for all future American generations, be violated, altered or encroached upon by government. So the Framers of our Constitution came up with ten; ten God-given freedoms that would forever be held inviolable by our own governments.
The last of these basic, foundational, principles was the one to protect the power, sovereignty, and the autonomy of the States; the Tenth Amendment. This amendment and law underscores the entire purpose of the Constitution to limit government and forbids the federal government from becoming more powerful than the “creator.” Let’s be very clear here; the States in this case were the creator. They formed the federal government, not the other way around. Does anyone believe rationally that the States intended to form a new central government to control and command the States at will? Nothing could be further from the truth. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution details what duties the federal government will be responsible for under our new system of “balanced power.” Anything not mentioned in Article 1, Sec. 8, is “reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” (Tenth Amendment) Hence, the federal government was not allowed creativity or carte blanche to expand or assume power wherever and whenever they felt like it. The feds had only discrete and enumerated and very limited powers. Omnipotency was the last thing the Founding Fathers intended to award the newly formed federal government. They had just fought the Revolutionary War to stop such from Britain and their main concern was to prevent a recurrence here in America.
In perhaps the most recent and powerful Tenth Amendment decision in modern history, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Mack/Printz v U.S. that “States are not subject to federal direction.” But today’s federal Tories argue that the “supremacy clause” of the U.S. Constitution says that the federal government is supreme and thus, trumps the States in all matters. Wrong!
The supremacy clause is dealt with in Mack/Printz, in which the Supreme Court stated once and for all that the only thing “supreme” is the constitution itself.
Our constitutional system of checks and balances certainly did not make the federal government king over the states, counties, and cities. Justice Scalia opined for the majority in Mack/Printz, that “Our citizens would have two political capacities, one state and one federal, each protected from incursion by the other.”
So yes, it is the duty of the State to stop the Obamacare “incursion.” To emphasize this principle Scalia quotes James Madison, “The local or municipal authorities form distinct and independent portions of the Supremacy, no more subject within their respective spheres, to the general authority than the general authority is subject to them, within its own sphere.”
The point to remember here is; where do we define the “sphere” of the federal government? That’s right; in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution and anything not found within this section belongs to the States or to the People. So where does health care belong? The last place it belongs is with the President or Congress It is NOT their responsibility, and the States need to make sure that Obama does not overstep his authority.
Just in case there is any doubt as to what the Supreme Court meant, let’s take one more look at Mack/Printz. “This separation of the two spheres is one of the Constitution’s structural protections of liberty. Hence, a double security arises to the rights of the people. The different governments will control each other…” What? The Constitution, the supreme law of the land, has as a “structural protection of liberty” that States will keep the federal government in check? No wonder it was called a system of “checks and balances.” The States (and Counties) are to maintain the balance of power by keeping the feds within their proper sphere.
So do the States have to take the bullying of the federal government? Not hardly! The States do not have to take or support or pay for Obamacare or anything else from Washington DC. The States are not subject to federal direction. They are sovereign and “The Constitution protects us from our own best intentions.” (Mack/Printz) Which means the States can tell national healthcare proposals or laws to take a flying leap off the Washington monument. We are not subject to federal direction!
In the final order pursuant to the Mack/Printz ruling Scalia warned, “The federal government may neither, issue directives requiring the States to address particular problems, nor command the States’ officers, or those of their political subdivisions, to administer or enforce a federal regulatory program.Such commands are fundamentally incompatible with our constitutional system of dual sovereignty.” It is rather obvious that nationalized healthcare definitely qualifies as a “federal regulatory program.”
Thus, the marching on Washington and pleas and protests to our DC politicians are
misdirected. Such actions are “pie in the sky” dreaming that somehow expects the tyrants who created the tyranny, will miraculously put a stop to it. Throughout the history of the world such has never been the case.
Tyrants have never stopped their own corrupt ways. However, in our system of “dual sovereignty,” the States can do it. If we are to take back America and keep this process peaceful, then state and local officials will have to step up to the plate. Doing so is what States’ Rights and State Sovereignty are all about.

The health insurance thing is pretty complicated. On the one hand we don’t want government having more controls. On the other hand I know many persons who are self-employed and can’t get any type of decent health care becasue of pre-existing conditions. Since the mid 80s I have watched as private health insurance companies continue to discriminate and drive prices over the edge and making us slaves to mind numbing jobs all because of out fears of loosing our coverages. At the same time we look back and see that the whole arena of in health care has been driven by corrupt groups such as the Rockefellers. Many now have high deductible polices ($2000 plus/year) and for persons of modest income this essentially means they neglect routine medical care.
But we also know that big government will screw up this initiative. But whether or not one sees it the current system of health care is economic genocide. So we change economic genocide for the new disguised system of institutionalized eugenics. The new system precludes homeopathic remedies as being offered but as long as we keep their tentacles from touching these areas I am not essentially opposed to this new system. Homeopathic remedies are cheap and effective.
Ideally keep government off our backs but in lew of that a compromise on socialized medicine may not be that bad. I still have my turmeric and collidial silver.

I quit my job…..I was working for a Mechanical Seal Company in west Texas. I would not advise anyone to follow my lead……..but I look forward to bringing down this system. 1) During WW2, allied bombers distributed vast quantities of aluminium foil strips, known as “chaff,” in the air above potential target bombing runs, in order to confuse radar signals that may have been able to track the aircraft.

2) During the conventional Apollo space programme (official one) moon walks, the lunar modules had metallic sheeting to deflect cosmic and solar rays from penetrating their hulls.
3) Also, in Wikepedia, with reference to spacecraft and satellites, it states:
“Missions beyond low earth orbit leave the protection of the geomagnetic field, and transit the Van Allen belts. Thus they may need to be shielded against exposure to cosmic rays, Van Allen radiation, or solar flares. The region between two to three earth radii lies between the two radiation belts and is sometimes referred to as the “safe zone”
A satellite shielded by 3 mm of aluminium in an elliptic orbit (200 by 20,000 miles) passing through the radiation belts will receive about 2,500 rem (25 Sv) per year. Almost all radiation will be received while passing the inner belt. End Quote
So you can see that ALUMINIUM has been used in the past and present to deflect Van Allen radiation, cosmic rays, as well as radar, due to it’s highly reflective and flexible qualities. Short of building massive sky-placed sheets to reflect COSMIC RAYS from entering the biosphere, the easiest and cheapest method would be as small particles from commercial aircraft….Although, as I stated, this method is not fool proof…….What say you..?

Todd, most people can’t afford healthcare because their money goes toward the health insurance. Cut the insurance people out and we could all afford healthcare and have some cash left over. The democrats aren’t the problem, the insurance CEOs are the problem…..they have a real death panel and they can decide whether you live or die even if you pay their high extortion money (insurance premimums). You people who are screaming about freedom and the Constitution and oppose government run healthcare (they’d only run the financial end of it) need to pull your heads out of your asses and start thinking for a change.

Americans were wide away last November but they went back to sleep after the election. The only people who stayed awake were the crazies (the far-reichers) who lost the election and they’ve done nothing but stir trouble and demand that the rich elite be allowed to maintain the status quo. As usual they’ve fucked everything up. Obama needed to stop any attempts at bipartisianship and just do what the majority of the people elected him to do. Those far-reich republicans will attack no matter what anyway. So to hell with them, it’s times to ignore them and push through some positve progressive things while we can. After watching a lot of videos, (esp: strange case of Josephe Moshe, Trolling for swine flu, debate fema camps trains trucks buses coffins swine flu and martial law) reading and corresponding on this site, it all seems to be coming together!
I went to to veteran’s cemetery here when it was reported (on pp) plastic coffins had arrived in our city and sure thing, they were there. There are over a thousand FEMA camps ready for business, trains outfitted for prisoners, buses and our soldiers and the UN soldiers are being trained for martial law.
All of this equipment was ordered years ago!!!!! Mainstream media says nothing!
The H1N! vaccines are going to be used as a bioweapon by plan at this time so martial law can be called, the bank holiday is coming soon, the new currency is here and they have to devalue the dollar and all hell will break loose at the same time all by design.
Oh yea, and culling the population at the same time!

As I talk with friends and family about the House passing the Medical Enslavement Insurance Act it astounds me that every comment is either “those damn democrats” or “the republicans don’t care”.
Where is the concern for rule of law and the invalidity of this treasonous act. Nowhere within the Constitution of the United States or the Bill of Rights is there language or the authority to force free people living in this Republic to have to enroll in a mandated insurance ( or any program ) or be financially penalized with the threat of incarceration if one refuses to participate.
This, even if passed by the Senate is unConstitutional, as is succinctly showcased by the litmus test of the 16Th American Jurisprudence 2ND Edition Sec 256.
More control is what this about and more will follow if the masses will not make their ‘Elected” Representatives listen to the voices they were elected to SERVE.

A new poll shows Americans oppose the health care reform bill passed by the U.S. House of Representatives over the weekend. Another survey by the same pollster, Rasmussen Reports, shows that Americans tend to oppose covering abortions or illegal immigrants in a new government health system.
Democrats in the U.S. House passed the bill Saturday. It includes creation of the government-run health option favored by President Barack Obama, which would operate alongside private insurance companies. The bill that passed the House also restricts government health spending and coverage for abortion – a provision that was key to its passage. The bill now moves to the U.S. Senate, where the public option faces more opposition.
The Rasmussen poll conducted Nov. 7 and Nov. 8 shows 52 percent of the 1,000 voters surveyed opposed to the House bill and 45 percent in favor.
Other recent Rasmussen polls show only 13 percent of those surveyed supporting coverage for abortions and 48 percent in opposition.
On the immigration issue, 83 percent of those questioned by Rasmussen said applicants for government health coverage should be required to prove they are U.S. citizens, while 12 percent oppose such a requirement. The immigration and abortion surveys were conducted in September and also questioned 1,000 voters.
