HR 875 http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/F?c111:1:./temp/~c1112RD9bb:e11439:
This bill is sitting in committee and I am not sure when it is going to hit the floor. One thing I do know is that very few of the Representatives have read it. As usual they will vote on this based on what someone else is saying. Urge your members to read the legislation and ask for opposition to this devastating legislation. Devastating for everyday folks but great for factory farming ops like Monsanto, ADM, Sodexo and Tyson to name a few.I have no doubt that this legislation was heavily influenced by lobbyists from huge food producers. This legislation is so broad based that technically someone with a little backyard garden could get fined and have their property siezed. It will effect anyone who produces food even if they do not sell but only consume it. It will literally put all independent farmers and food producers out of business due to the huge amounts of money it will take to conform to factory farming methods. If people choose to farm without industry standards such as chemical pesticides and fertilizers they will be subject to a vareity of harassment from this completely new agency that has never before existed. That’s right, a whole new government agency is being created just to police food, for our own protection of course.
DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, READ THIS LEGISLATION FOR YOURSELF. The more people who read this legislation the more insight we are going to get and be able to share. Post your observations and insights below. Urge your members to read this legislation and to oppose the passage of this legislation.

I use “The law” method.
First this guy never freed himself. Neither did anyone who taught him how to do it. Proof comes from CITATION NUMBER and DOCKET NUMBER of the cases they have one. Let me tell you right now it is NEVER. They have never won.
What use is supreme court decisions of the US stating that licensing laws are not criminal but are civil in nature.
This man is a fool that paid for something that will not work.
Please use LAWS and CASE laws to describe to me how the strawman works. If you go to other sources than your argument SUCKS.

That’s the basic point in breakdown of all laws; namely that if they can’t be enforced, they will never work.
The goal of the large corporations is to monopolize agriculture down to just them; and stop farmers from coming up with organic means to remove pests and fertilize their own soil.

Excellent point.
A law that can’t be enforced will not work.

HR875 is about serving two simultaneous agendas:
1. the further enrichment of Monsanto
2. the eradication of the world’s food supply, to facilitate the mass-culling of humanity
This bill MUST be stopped! Failing that, NO ONE should submit to any authority acting under its directives. To do so is suicide for us all.

Rev 16:1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
Rev 16:2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshiped his image.
Rev 16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
Rev 16:4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.
Rev 16:5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
Rev 16:6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
Rev 16:7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
Rev 16:8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
Rev 16:9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
Rev 16:10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
Rev 16:11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
Rev 16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
Rev 16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
Rev 16:14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
Rev 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
Rev 16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
Rev 16:17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
Rev 16:18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.
Rev 16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
Rev 16:20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
Rev 16:21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

I read HR 875 and didn’t find anything that could be interpreted against gardeners – everything seemed to pretty explicity say “commercial.” That notwithstanding, the bill is a total piece of S¶•.
Two of the co-sponsors – DeFazio and Kaptur – are pretty good on most issues and should be pressured to withdraw their support. Write some letters! This is clearly a move to squeeze out small farmers with bureaucracy. If anything, they should expand funding for things like mobile slaughterhouses (FDA-regulated service for butchering animals for small farms). There’s already an active organic farming “lobby,” but this is a wedge issue where people can have some short-term impact and use it to expose wider health and corruption issues with corps like Monsanto.
Seed Savers – get the book “Seed to Seed” by Seed Savers Exchange. Very important to learn how to perpetuate and improve your own supplies…

H.R. 875 is over 80 pages as layed out and over 100 pages if pdf.

It’s true.
there was a story about a man who collected downspout water in a barrel and used it to water his business’ property. He was fined for interruption of natural resources or something queer like that. The “officials” said that he was taking water that was crucial to the local water table. Funny thing is, he was putting it back all along. I believe he had been doing the same thing at his home for many years and there was never a problem. I’m not sure if that is the case from Oregon. ?
He was never convicted of anything, and I think he got his money back… just went to pay for the court anyway. See, they just get people into the system, guilty or not, and scrape their coin out of everybody.

“Post your observations and insights below.”
UN representatives have made dozens of public statements, many of which contain the keywords, “food as a weapon.” This is generally said within a political context (not a biological one.)
I believe that regional warlords will tend to receive the bulk of food aid, after the contrived destruction of the artificial, fiat economy.
The warlords will use the food as the sole medium of exchange and blackmarket that food only to people who are subservient to their syndicates.
In this way, militant extremists become the proxies of an unaccountable UN, and the population is subdued, even before a uniformed presence is felt on the ground.

Jump to section 34: Civil Penalties
(1) ASSESSMENT- The Secretary may assess against a person that violates section 32 (including a regulation promulgated or order issued under that section) a civil penalty for each violation of not more than $100,000.
`(2) SEPARATE OFFENSES- Each violation and each day during which the violation continues shall be considered to be a separate offense.
This is targeted against “a person” and not a corporation. How many of you could afford penalties of $100K per day??
Reading through the entire civil penalty section should scare you. Obviously the intention of this legislation is targeted at the home gardener.
This is a clear violation of the 9th and 10th amendments of the Constitution for the United States mandating performance from the State’s Attorney General.

Be well aware, Patriots
Part of the 10+ trillion dollars the banksters have stolen will be
used to hire millions of starving, homeless people to be thug
cops.
They will be paid extra for every homeowner, (who they hate
because they DIDN’T lose their houses) they turn in for any
and every reason, (a backyard garden, a bike in the yard, etc).
Their object is for EVERY homeowner to FORFEIT their property
to the banks, (ie the gov’t), and then all Americans who used
to be “citizens” will be “slaves” with no rights.
It won’t be one cop coming to the door, who could conceivably
be dealt with by the homeowner. It will be gangs of SWAT style
goons made up of illegal aliens and criminals let out of jail.
Patriots MUST get together and prepare for OUTRIGHT WAR.
It will either be that or we will be gunned down one-by-one.
This is the last thing we WANT, but THEY LEAVE US NO CHOICE!

Read section 3, clause 13, paragraph B. This would exclude us because were non-profit.

Look closer. The exclusion is only for the purpose of registration as a ‘FOOD ESTABLISHMENT” but they call these gardens “FOOD PRODUCTION FACILITY”. Do a text search in word and look at all the section that apply to a “FOOD PRODUCTION FACILITY” that doesn’t have to register. Sec 206 is all about this.

I’m sure as this country drifts further down the road to chaos and bread becomes $120.00 a loaf in the future. If people are not allowed to grow their gardens just maybe we’ll all resort to cannibalism. If governments troll so happens to be reading this; be very afraid!

They are not telling you what to put into your body. They are telling you what you can not put into your body. This is pretty much what Stalin did when he starved 20 million Slavs to death. They’re just trying to keep us all ssssaaaaaaaaafe doncha know.

The remedy for our problem is simple. Hang the traitors, why is treason so openly permitted? What do you think lamp poles are for? Well there’s plenty of them to sling ropes over.
Any one who has taken an oath to the constitution and has broken that oath is a traitor. Barring our rights such as #1 or #2 is an infringement which is plainly writ on the constitution as being intolerable. Why is the line drawn in the sand on the #2 right? You know the ‘think tank’ of the NWO that makes the world as it is would without any doubt know that once you try to take away our guns we will most certainly not give them up willingly. So my point is the way to avoid this situation is to starve us, and set up programs that you trade in guns for grocery cards. Now with this bill, it is even more damning evidence of what is to come. If you cant grow your own food, or if you trade in your arms so that you can eat; you have no way to fight back and you must rely on the government or commercial food so that you can eat.
Now, this article is legit, the bill does exist although that link wasn’t working earlier here’s a link that will work: http://www.govtrack.us/congres.....l=h111-875
Someone listed it in a comment above. I read through alot of the bill, but as with most bills they are purposely wrote to be lengthy so that most people don’t read all of it; rather they just hear what the title says and takes it as a good thing. EX: “Keeping our kids safe” bill this has a title that would sway you to vote for it because it sounds like a good and just bill. But, what happens is politicians have agenda’s to fill so they slip in certain pieces in the lengthy document such as monitoring our internet, or infringement on our rights. Now this bill doesn’t exist but the Patriot act one and two as well as the Victory act one and two are prime examples of what I was talking about. Now, don’t fuss, read this part of the HR 875 bill : go to ‘defintions’ and under that you will see further down how they define different “Food Establishments”. It is categorized as 1-5, the definitions have terminology in it that can be deceiving. Perhaps a home gardener would fit in one of those categories…? It’s a little confusing. Idk, let me know what you think. That is the only part of the bill that I saw that would be related to this article, that’s not to say there is more in the bill once again I haven’t read it all; I just skimmed it. Well let me now what you think, whether I am correct or not.
Why obey those who are treasonous? R3VOLUTION

Urge your members to read the legislation and ask for opposition to this devastating legislation? This isn’t legislation. This is FUCKING madness PERIOD! We live in a world of EUPHEMISMS & still don’t know it.
Please excuse the hard language, but I was taught that there are times when strong language is necessary to get the point across and even wake some people up & these times are more ofter than not any more in this insane world today.

These laws are unconstitutional and will fail if challenged in the Federal courts. I agree with everyone in this post that many will ignore the law.
The important thing to be aware of is that we are fast becoming a fascist state. Doesn’t the name Homeland Security sound fascist ?
We are almost a military dictatorship. Even retired general Tommy Franks says we will become a military fascist state after the next terror attack. (false flag of course)

Thats It! My garden is going to be expanded to double the size! I dare them to come to me with a fine for me to pay. You need to encourage all of your neighbors to grow a garden even if isn’t a huge one. Where would they start enforcing their “law” if there were 300 million people and 200 million gardens? Us Patriots need to turn up the heat by growing your own garden.

As what Truth meant, Jesus tells The Parable of the Seed to his disciples in Luke 8:4-15. The seed is The Word of God.

It is very simple!
You don’t like what Monsanto is doing? Buy them! Buy the company then fire all the crooks, split it in small pcs and put it up for sale, but keep all the seed Co, cancel and ban all GM programs then separate all seed Cos to do independent nonGM seed research, as they were before.
Keep all GM patent in a trust so NO ONE can do that again.
“We don’t have that kind of money”!!!
yes you do! “the great unwashed” has huge power because of the number.
40B market value? If farmers and the great unwashed buy $100 worth of stock each one, and then pool all their stock in one trust fund they can take over Monsanto and do whatever they want with it: crash it, trash it,or turn it over into something useful for humanity.SEE Video Mayfair Set by Adam Curtis on how it can be done. If sharks can do it so can you.

This legislation is a DIRECT attack on the Amish who, because of their beliefs (no Internet), probably don’t even know about the law. Don’t we have a moral obligation to help our neighbors and defend their liberties or at least WARN THEM?
